The Daleks glided around their ship as an alarm sounded. They already suspected who it was. It was the Doctor. It had to be. Gracefully, they glided towards the spaceship doors to find a young man stood there in a dark hoody. The young man had bright blonde hair, which somehow evoked a sense of menace and wore a slightly unnerving grin on his face.
"Oh, hello. I'm the Master," he announced.
"EXPLAIN YOURSELF," One Dalek ordered.
"I wish to form an alliance with you,"
"YOU ARE A TIMELORD. AN ENEMY OF THE DALEKS. WHY WOULD WE FORM AN ALLIANCE WITH YOU?"
"Look. We both have one thing in common. We both want to kill the Doctor. So why don't we do it? Do it TOGETHER?"
"BUT YOU ARE A SOLDIER. WHAT WOULD STOP YOU FROM BETRAYING US IN ORDER TO WIN THE TIME WAR?"
"I'm not a soldier anymore. I have fled. I would rather help the Daleks than Rassilon,"
The Daleks thought for a minute until another said "WE WILL FORM AN ALLIANCE WITH YOU, MASTER. UNDER ONE CONDITION. YOU ALLOW US TO EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR,"
"NO! It must be me who kills the Doctor! I SHALL KILL HIM!"
"YOU ARE INFERIOR TO US. IT IS THE DALEKS' DESTINY TO KILL THE DOCTOR, NOT A WEAK BEING LIKE YOU,"
"Weak? Me? WEAK? I am NOT weak!" The Master roared angrily and shot his laser screwdriver at a Dalek.
The Dalek began to age until it's casing became rusty. The Kaled mutant inside began to scream as it felt it's cells dying slowly, the age of 1000 years beginning to take its toll on it. Soon, there was no sound emitting from the Dalek. It stood. Empty. Silent. The Daleks glared back at the Master, a noticeable air of hatred beginning to surround the spaceship.
"EXTERMNATE!" They cried and the Master quickly fled into his TARDIS (itself disguised as a Dalek), not noticing a Time Lord watching from behind it.
"Go to sleep now, my beauty," the mother whispered to her baby, before kissing him on the cheeks.
The baby's parents were stood outside with his pram, walking around the Gallifreyan city of Raarn. Raarn was a very pretty sight. The buildings were made of white-point stars and the road of gold. The mother and father had lived here for a while now, ever since their first kiss at their Gallifreyan prom night on the moon of Barcelona. It was a few years later that they had given birth to their baby, who they had noticed was rather skinny.
"You are so half human," her husband laughed, glancing down at the baby with her.
"How many times do I have to tell you, Sydney? I'm not half human,"
"You really are. You act like a half human, you talk like a half human, you walk like a half human. The signs are all there!"
"I was born near the Citadel!"
Sydney arched his eyebrows and replied "Alright then,"
"Thank you. Can we please stop discussing this now?"
"Okay,"
The mother sighed.
"Half human!"
She slapped Sydney roughly across the face and was about to storm off when she saw her baby point in her direction.
"Half human," he said simply, sucking the thumb on his free hand.
"Now look what you've done. I didn't want his first words to be 'half human'!" she shouted angrily.
"Well, if he one day becomes a Doctor, I'm sure he will work out that you're not half human eventually," Sydney said sheepishly.
They continued to walk down the street when a man with blonde hair appeared, blocking their way with a row of TARDISes.
"Do you mind moving them out of the way please?" The mother snapped.
"Who's your baby?" He asked simply.
"She said move them," Said Sydney coolly.
This guy was clearly a threat.
"And I said 'Who's your baby?'"
"We can't say. Now do as my wife says and MOVE THEM OUT OF THE WAY,"
The man stood still for a minute then slowly took out a laser screwdriver. He fired it at the mother first, then the father and together they began to age. A minute later, where the young parents once stood now stood an elderly couple, their white hair glistening under the orange sky.
"Now, tell me his name or next time it will be death,"
