Here's chapter 7 of RWBY: Necrophobia. Enjoy.

After Yang had made sure that her sister was thoroughly awake, (by grabbing her by the shoulders, shaking her back and forth, and screaming at her to "NEVER SCARE ME LIKE THAT AGAIN!") Ruby was now upright and wide awake.
Jeez, all I did was take two little things off my chest. Ruby thought to herself. How was I supposed to know what they were important…Actually, I still don't know what those things are. Or why they were so important. Or…wait a minute. Where the heck are we?
Ruby looked over at Yang. She was currently being levitated back into bed by Professor Goodwitch, who was telling her that she shouldn't be moving in her "Condition". Whatever condition this was, it had made her older sister collapse as soon as she was done yelling at her. She had held her jaw open and gone "GGAAHHH!" as though she was in pain or something.
"Uh, Professor?" Ruby asked quietly. "What's going on? Where are we?"
"There was an explosion on the train. Everyone on your team was rendered unconscious." Glynda said.
Ruby looked confused. "What could cause an explosion on a train…filled with…" Her voice trailed off. "Never mind."
"Soo," Ruby said, now more like her usual self. "What happened after Big-and-Scary slammed me against the wall?"
"Well," Blake said. "After…'Big-and-Scary' knocked you out, Yang and I lasted between ten and twenty seconds before your sister blew up the entire train car."
"Yang blew up the train car?" Ruby asked, making sure she heard right.
"Do we really need to keep bring up that part?" Yang asked, slowly being moved above her bed by Goodwitch, who was taking great care with the injured girl.
"The explosion or that you caused it?"
"Either one." Yang said, scowling at Blake. Yang turned back towards her sister. "So Ruby, how are you feeling?"
"I'm fine. But why exactly did you yell at me?" Ruby asked. She then became aware of something else. "And what is that sound?"
"Well Ruby," Blake said. "We're currently in the Hospital. And that noise is coming from the thing next to you."
Ruby glanced over her shoulder and saw the heart monitor next to her. Its flat-line tone was still filling the room. "Ok, so that's what's making the noise, but why did Yang start yelling at me?"
"Look at what's plugged into it."
Ruby's eyes followed the cables. There was one that went into the wall, likely for power. Then there were two more cables for the heart monitor that she realized were connected to the…things that she'd…taken off her…
Oh. Ruby thought, realizing why everyone else had panicked. "I am so, so sorry."
"It's OK." Yang said. She was now back in her bed, courtesy of Professor Goodwitch. "Just never, and I mean NEVER, do that to me again."
"Sure, no problem." Ruby said, now really wanting to change the topic of this conversation. "So what else happened while I was out?"
"Nothing," Blake said. "Your sister caused an explosion and we were all knocked out. That's it."
"Can we please stop bringing that up?" Yang asked, her embarrassment of her actions switching to annoyance.
"There is some other news." Glynda said, shifting through some tabs on her scroll. "The train and its cars have been quarantined and the surrounded area has been evacuated."
"Why?" Ruby asked.
"It's a precaution in case the Dust on the train were to explode." Glynda answered.
"Why would the rest of the Dust explode?"
"Apparently, since your sister blew up the first car-" Blake began.
"I didn't mean to!" Yang said, defensively.
"-the rest of the Dust could also go off."
"Well," Ruby said. "That sounds bad. But at least you said they evacuated, right?"
"Yes." Glynda said. "But there is something else."
Glynda was silent for a moment. The members of team RWBY looked back and forth at Glynda and then each other.
"Uh, so are you gonna tell us or not?" Yang asked.
Glynda sighed deeply and momentarily closed her eyes. When she opened them again, she kept her eyes on her scroll. She looked…depressed. As though she'd decided to do something she'd rather not do.
"While the area has been locked down by the bomb squad, a forensics division of the police was able to get blood samples from the flatbed cars." Glynda took a deep breath. "They…concluded that the blood was from at least fourteen different individuals. Most of them were part of the train's security personal. Samples taken from several flatbed cars show some DNA was identical in different locations, meaning it's possible some people bled while moving through the cars. Other samples that were found on other parts of the train's exterior cars, raise the total number of possible victims to twenty-three. However, that still leaves more than forty crew members unaccounted for."
Ruby's eyes lit up like she just remembered something important. She began to look left and right, her eyes scanning every corner of the room. After a few moments of this she finally spoke up. "Uh, speaking of unaccounted for…Where's Weiss?"
Blake and Yang looked surprised by Ruby's question and began to look around the room. They hadn't even realized that Weiss had been absent from the group. All three girls looked at Glynda, hoping for an answer.
What they saw was Goodwitch looking confused herself, as she pulled back her sleeve and checked her watch.
"Miss Rose," She said. "That is actually a very good question."
The team was silent for a moment before Ruby spoke up.
"So do you know if Weiss is OK or-"
"She should be fine. She's here at the hospital." Glynda said. The three girls all exhaled a sigh of relief. "However," Glynda continued. "she should have been moved here by now."
"Uh, why isn't she here to begin with?" Yang asked.
"She had a different set of injuries than the rest of you." Glynda explained. "While you three received most of your injuries from the blast and from…whatever attacked you, Miss Schnee received much more shrapnel damage from the explosion. She had to be placed in surgery. The thing is..." Glynda looked at her watch again. "She should have been out of surgery and brought here several hours ago."
"So why isn't she here now?" Blake asked, concerned.
Glynda turned toward the door. "I intend to find out soon." She began to walk toward the door.
"So what should we do while you're out?" Yang asked.
Glynda looked back at her students. "Try to get some sleep. It's the middle of the night."
"What?" Blake said surprised. "But I thought you said it wasn't-"
"I said it wasn't morning. But you were all knocked out for several hours." Glynda said as she walked towards the door. "I recommend you all get some sleep."
Glynda opened the door and took a step out.
"Professor?" Blake called out. Glynda stopped and turned around.
"Yes Miss Belladonna?"
The expression on Blake's face showed that something was bothering her. "I was wondering…about the people here who've seen…well…" Blake sighed and tapped the bow she'd retied on her head. "You know what I mean." She said softly.
Glynda simply looked at Blake before a small smile appeared on her mouth. "Rest assured, Miss Belladonna, that there is such a thing as doctor-patient confidentiality."
Blake breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you Professor."
Glynda nodded, turned off the lights, and then went out of the room.
Glynda strode down the hospital corridor, making her way towards the reception area. If she was lucky this wouldn't take long. She could find out why Weiss hadn't been moved with the rest of team RWBY and then she could get some shut-eye for herself. She glanced at her watch again. It was three in the morning. Weiss should have been moved several hours ago. So why wasn't she there?
Glynda turned the corner and saw just the man she needed. The Chief of Surgery, Doctor Williams. He was walking down the corridor in the same direction as Glynda. Glynda picked up her pace until she was right behind the doctor. "Doctor Williams."
The doctor turned around. He smiled and said "Oh, hello Miss Goodwitch. I thought you'd be in a visitor's bed for the night. What's keeping you up?"
"Actually, just one question I was hoping you could answer." Glynda replied. "Where exactly is Weiss Schnee?"
The smile on the doctor's face immediately disappeared. "Oh dear."
"What?" Glynda asked concerned. This was never the kind of thing you wanted to hear from a doctor.
"There's been a…complication, regarding Weiss Schnee." The doctor's face darkened. "You were supposed to have been notified a while ago by one of the staff." William's eyes narrowed and he began to speak more to himself than to Goodwitch. "So help me, if that man clocked out for the day I will-"
"I understand that her surgery had risks." Glynda said, cutting off the doctor. To make things…easier on team RWBY, she had left out an important detail about Weiss's injuries. While the she had been honest about the Schnee girl receiving shrapnel wounds she'd deliberately avoided mentioning what kind of shrapnel it had been: Crystalized Dust. Tiny fragments from crystals that had shattered, rather than detonated from the explosion, had imbedded themselves into the Huntress-in-training. Of all the things that could have happened, having potential explosives puncturing the body was one of the worst outcomes possible. "However, you personally assured me that you and the rest of the surgeons could handle-"
"What? No, no the surgery went off without a hitch." Williams said, interrupting Glynda. "That's not what the problem is."
Glynda looked him in the eye. "Then what exactly is this problem?"
The doctor looked at a loss for words. After a few moments he sighed and said, "I'll just have to show you." The doctor began to walk down the hall. "Please follow me."
They walked for a few minutes while the doctor explained what he could. "Aside from the Dust shrapnel, it seemed that Miss Schnee had fared much better than the rest of her team. A couple of cuts and bruises, but aside from that she'd be the only one who could have actually have been cleared from the hospital tonight. We…kept her separate from her team post-surgery to monitor a needed blood transfusion." The doctor paused for a moment. "She was kept unconscious during the surgery with anesthetics and we had expected her to be out for a while. But she…She woke up much sooner than anyone had expected. We assume that she had been awake and alone for about three to seven minutes while the nurses were changing shifts for the night."
"And what does that have to do with anything?" Glynda asked, impatiently. They had now arrived at what Glynda could only assume was the room where Weiss was. Williams took a key out of his pocket and inserted it into the door lock. He opened the door and gestured Glynda inside. She did and found that the lights were off.
"It's relevant," He said as he entered and hastily shut the door behind him. "because during those several minutes…" He reached for the light switch. "Miss Schnee did this." He flipped the switch.
The lights came on and Glynda's eyes widened in shock. "Oh my God." She managed to choke out.
Blood covered the walls across from them. It seemed to cover every last inch, on every surface available. And that was not all. It hadn't just mindlessly splattered around. The blood had been used to form words. Three words, repeated over and over:
MAKE US WHOLE
The doctor looked at Glynda, expecting some kind of verbal response. But Glynda just stood there her mouth ajar as she tried to take in what she was seeing. She took a few steps backwards, not noticing when she stepped on an empty blood bag. "Weiss Schnee…S-she did this?"
Glynda turned towards the doctor. "Where is she now?"
"She's been transferred to the Vale Psychiatric Asylum. However," Williams said. "that was after security had to restrain her after she...tried to choke the nurse that came in."
"O-on…" Glynda stopped talking to take a few deep breaths. "On whose authority was she moved without mandatory notification to me?" Glynda didn't even know if Weiss being moved to an insane asylum was a bad idea, if she really did this. However, she wanted to know why she was kept out of the loop, with anything regarding the well-being of her students.
"Actually, based on what they told me, it's a necessary action. Apparently the asylum has staff that have…experience with this behavior of hers."
Glynda merely stared at Williams. "How can anyone have experience with this-this…" Glynda wanted to say "This kind of mental breakdown." But that phrase didn't feel nearly strong enough.
"Well, based on what they disclosed with me on her file," Williams said, looking Goodwitch in the eye. "This is not the first time this has happened to Weiss Schnee."
