The Chapter.
"Gentleman let me turn your attention to this girl right here. Avalon ofdenson, she's the product of a love child with a woman named Rachel Hill. She's currently married to General Crozier and they've gained custody of her this past week; Senator Stampington educates. We can use this girl to gain all the knowledge about dethklok."
"Her mother told me she was raised along Dethklok since she moved I with her father eleven years ago; General Crozier interrupts. I'll calmly I interrogate the girl until she gives me everything we desire the girl."
"No; Mr. Salacia argues, you will let her tell you everything by isolating her from her Metal family and have talk of them on her own."
General Crozier rolls his eyes and looks down at his papers ignoring the remainder of the meeting.
Meanwhile I Avalon's new home.
A small box touch pulls and Avalon follows end I her car. She parks the car in the driveway and sits calmly as she waits for her father to show up. She lights the screen on her phone to see a group picture of her with her father. The court ruling was she could see her father when her mother allowed it but Avalon had a car and she knew how to get to her father.
She unlocks her phone and pulls up a photo of Pickles with his arms around her and a feeling of loneliness washed over her.
"I miss you already; Avalon whispers."
She closes the photo and looks out her rear view mirror to see the limo pulling up and the moving men begin to unload the truck and her mother opening the front door. Charles walks to Avalon's car and taps on the window. Avalon froze as she watches her things being moved into a strange house. Charles taps again and Avalon steps out of the car and grabs her purse slowly.
"Neither of us can avoid this; Charles whispers then puts her arms around her. I love you and you know where I am."
"I don't want to live here; Avalon says in a plead."
"I'm going to find a way to get you out of here; Charles reasures. This is just temporary I promise."
Avalon looks at her mother as she walks over to her slowly. Avalon holds her father tightly until her mother clears her throat.
"Let's go see your new room Ava; Rachel kindly orders."
Avalon let's go of Charles holding her tears back. She swallows hard as she watches her father walk to the limo and leave shortly after.
"Come inside Ava; Rachel says softly."
Avalon looks a back as the limo disappears from her sight.
"Avalon now; Rachel snaps. It's chilled out here."
Avalon walks inside and follows her mother upstairs as her room is unpacked slowly by the movers. Avalon looks at the tiny room and the tiny bed in disgust. She unpacks her suitcases slowly trying to figure out where everything would go.
"I should be living in my own place not here; Avalon mutters."
Rachel walks into the room and unzips Avalon's suitcase and she turns around quickly.
"What are you doing; Avalon snaps. I barely have any room in here and I can't figure out where to put my stuff. This place is a joke, after all these years you want me in your life now. THIS IS ONE BIG FUCKING JOKE!"
Rachel looks down at the suitcase and zips it back up.
"Maybe you have to much stuff; Rachel replies in a calm angry tone. This is your new home so you need to figure out what to do. Eliminate some stuff maybe because you're not housing in in any other rooms. You have one room and you need to take care of it. We are simple people here not millionaires."
Rachel leaves the room quietly and Avalon stands up and leaves grabbing her purse. She quietly leaves the house and gets in her car putting it in reverse to quietly leave the driveway without being heard. She starts her car up and takes off to the hotel that was a secret between her and Pickles. She parks in her spot and hurries up to the elevator and goes to her private room. Once entering the room she looks around at the lonely room. Pickles wasn't there but the room gave her comfort. It was something that she shared with him and it was good enough for now.
She lays down on the bed and closes her eyes laying in the bed that she gave herself to him in. Back at Mordhaus Pickles was laying in his bed looking up at the ceiling just thinking of Avalon.
