Dipper's mind was a mess. When the Enlightened him grabbed his arm he saw several images like in the last world. But these were concrete and he was able to see them entirely.
He looked to his left. He saw his sister except it wasn't her. But he knew it was.
"Are all the preparations ready brother?"
He smiled. "Yes, indeed they are."
The two turned to a circle of candles in the middle of the woods. In the center was someone's picture with a red x over the eyes.
The twins began chanting. "Trianglum, entangulum. Meteforis dominus ventium! Meteforis venetisarium!"
The two began chanting in gibberish as a being of pure energy formed in front of them.
The scene became blurry and changed. It was the same twins. They were looking at a picture. It was of a lantern fallen on its side.
Dipper's vison went blurry again and he rubbed his eyes.
He was now in front of a computer panel of some sort.
"Everything is in place." His sister walked up to him. "Now we just need to find the right world."
"Won't be that hard."
The scene changed one final time.
"Hurry up!" His sister shouted in his ear.
"I'm trying my best!"
"There going to hit the ground!"
"No they won't." He wished she would stop pestering him.
"You're going to slow!"
"Look she fired the hook." He was relieved.
"Then catch them already!"
"Hold on."
"You missed! They're falling again!"
"Just wait!"
Dipper focused. "Got them!"
The last thing he saw was a room. In that room he saw himself, or was it the other him? Was it him? He was starting to lose track.
It didn't matter. That version of him knew everything. It was time to finish the plan...
"Pine Tree!" Someone shouted. "Wake up now you nerd!"
I shot up. An orange light appeared nearby and Wendy came running out of it. Mabel was already up.
"Oh no." Wendy looked at the two of us.
"They lied to us..." My thoughts were returning to me. But there was so much more that I remembered.
"Dipper?" Mabel walked up to me. "Do you know who you are?"
"Yeah. I'm Dipper Pines." I said that in my head. It made sense. But there were many other memories that were saying otherwise. Some said my name was Alcor, more were saying my name was Dipper Gleeful.
I started sorting myself out.
"What do we do?" Mabel looked at all of us.
A memory surfaced in my mid. "We get help!" I got up and took off into the forest. "Follow me!"
The sun had risen and it was time for the early morning tourists. We quickly arrived at the Mystery Shack.
"Now, hold your horses folks because these horses have hands!" We heard someone coaxing the crowd. "Behold the Handhorse! The horse that steers itself!"
We joined the crowd. As we pushed through we noticed who was leading the crowd.
It wasn't are Great Uncle at all. But instead it was Gideon's father.
Wendy and Mabel held looks of surprise. I wasn't that impressed.
"Dipper? This is big news!" Mabel pointed out. "Stan doesn't own the Shack!"
"Yeah, I knew that." I then remembered we were never here before. "Oh yeah, that's right."
"Dude, are you alright?" Wendy asked me.
"Yeah, of course. Come on let's go the back way."
The girls exchanged uneasy glances and continued along with me.
We opened the back door and peered inside.
The place seemed empty.
I looked at Mabel and Wendy and held my finger to my mouth. They nodded.
We entered the shack slower than... I don't know? A snail?
All three of us looked around. There didn't seem to be anyone home.
"I'm telling you Paz, something's going on. Did you see Will today? He was all over the place."
Someone was coming from the woods.
"Gideon, Will is always all over the place. Don't mind him."
We all scrambled to hide. Mabel bumped into a table and a lamp fell. It hit the ground and shattered into a bunch of pieces.
"Mabel!" I whispered.
"I'm sorry!" She whispered back. "We should clean it."
"We don't have time!"
"Dad?" The kid outside called. "Dad is that you?"
I peaked outside to see Gideon and Pacifica. Gideon was wearing a black t-shirt and a blue vest. On his hat was the symbol of a star. Pacifica was wearing a sweater similar to Mabel's, she was also wearing a beanie, again in the back of my mind I knew this world was like this. It was still shocking.
The two ran up and opened the door.
Gideon's face turned to fear. "G-Gleeful twins!" He threw a rock at me. I dodged it and it hit the wall.
"Wait! Wait!" I heard someone from upstairs shout. A triangular figure zoomed in from out of nowhere. "Hold up Watcher and Llama! This Shooting Star and Pine Tree are ok."
"Will?" Paz looked at us. "Have you seen who these are?"
"Yeah, yeah, it looks weird." The triangle turned to us. It looked exactly like Bill except he was blue instead of gold. "You are friends right?"
Mabel hesitated. "Uh, yeah?"
"Oh, thank goodness." The triangle stopped floating. "I thought I made a mistake."
"Uh, Will..." Gideon looked at both of us. "Is this what you were ranting about this morning?"
"Was I ranting?" Will seemed to slouch. "Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to get on your nerves..."
"That's not what I meant..." Gideon corrected himself.
"No, no, its ok. I understand."
"Ah-" Mabel hugged the little triangle. "Isn't Bill just the cutest thing?"
"Gee, no one's ever called me Bill before." Will chuckled a bit. "But seriously, please just call me Will."
"Alright, you cutie."
"Mabel, quit hugging the demon." I said.
"But look at him!" Mabel picked him up and put him in my face. "He's so sweet."
"Uh... hi Pine Tree? You don't need to thank me for fixing your head."
"That was you?"
"Yeah, it was a little hard doing it without having any deal in place but it worked." Will's eye looked around uneasily. "Oh well, all the other demons already hate me... You know, unlimited cosmic power, does nothing with it..."
"Well that's good... I didn't want to be stuck as Dipper Gleeful forever."
"Dipper... Gleeful?" Mabel thought aloud. "That's weird on so many levels."
"Yeah its weird and- Oh my gosh! What are we doing?" Will looked at everyone. "We got to save Alcor!"
"Alcor?" Paz asked.
"Imagine Watcher here with my powers." Will explained. "Now make him look like Pine Tree. That's Alcor for you."
"And those other twins captured him!" Mabel got serious. "They've got him stuck in some lantern!"
"I know, I know." Will hit his forehead with his hand. "They have all of his power, why haven't they done anything with it yet... Why? Why? Of course! I'm an idiot!"
"Don't say that about yourself." Paz frowned.
"Thanks Llama. Look the reason why they haven't done anything is because they don't have a deal. Demon energy is practically useless if you don't have a deal. That's why I almost couldn't save you." He pointed at me.
"What does that mean for us?" Wendy asked.
"Well, if we can get to Alcor before they make a deal with him then we can make a deal." Will's face lit up. "And we can set everything right!"
"Well that's great." I said. "Do you know where they're keeping Alcor?"
"Oh, oh right, I just remembered that part..." Will slouched again. "The Gleeful twins are holding them at the museum..."
"Then what are we waiting for?" Mabel jumped up. "We're going to save Alcor and we're going to get back home! Who's with me!"
"Yeah!" I jumped up. "We've made it this far!"
"I have no idea what is going on." Gideon remarked.
"I think this has to do with parallel universes..." Paz whispered.
"Great, just what I needed on a Saturday..."
"Will, what else can you tell us about these Gleeful twins?" Wendy asked.
"They're the worst." Will explained. "And that includes some demons I've met. They summoned me once to try and steal the Shack... they didn't like how I got nervous about it... so a few weeks later they summon me again... And they pulled the oldest trick in the book on me!"
"What did they do?" Mabel asked. I already knew.
"At the time other demons were giving me a hard time because well, these two stopped me." He pointed at Gideon and Paz. "And well, the Gleefuls told me they'd solve my problems if I told them how to travel to other worlds... I agreed and now... I can't leave this world! I'm stuck here and my power only reaches to this world."
"Ah... That's so terrible." Mabel remarked. "You know what! We'll get your powers back too! The Gleefuls are going down!"
"I like these guys." Paz nudged Gideon.
"If you guys are going to go up against the Gleefuls we're coming too!" Gideon reached into his vest. "We can counter their magic." He pulled out the third Journal.
"Glad to have you on board." I smiled. It was time to show those liars who was really Enlightened.
"Alcor the Dreambender." Dipper Gleeful teased. "From what I remember you had to fight hard to get that name. Busted cults, attacked those who summoned you... I didn't think Dipper Pines would go that far."
The shadowy form of Alcor lurked above the lantern. "You know nothing of what I've gone through. Once I break free I will not stop until I've destroyed your plan."
Dipper laughed. "I know much about what you've done. Does the name Mizar ring a bell?" He smiled at the fear in Alcor's eyes. "Yes, it seems to me that you own her soul. Would you believe that sister?"
"What made her so desperate?" Mabel Gleeful laughed.
"Enough with your games! Release me!"
"Calm yourself Alcor." Dipper coaxed. "We only wish..."
"To make a deal." Mabel finished.
"Something else troubles you." Dipper thought through all of the stolen memories. "You know Mizar won't live forever, but you will. You've always wanted to live alongside her. But now you are stuck like this. So why don't you become human again?"
"You want to take this form?" Alcor couldn't believe he was talking to himself.
"No, of course not. We wish to take your power." He tapped the lantern. "If you accept your demonic self will remain in this lantern. You will not."
"You'll be able to live alongside Mizar."
"And we can go where we want." Dipper held out his hand.
Alcor looked at those in the room. Give up power in exchange for a normal life? It was tempting. He would never get another chance like this...
He then looked at the two standing in front of him.
"No, no I would never give this to you. You are both too ambitious and greedy. You are the kind I fight everyday... I never made a deal with your kind, and I never will."
Dipper frowned. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small coin. He set it next to the lantern. "Very well. We'll do it this way."
A beam of light shot out of the lantern and into the Anchor. Alcor was burning as his power was robbed from him.

Five kids and an unsecure dream demon versus two kids with the power of the ultimate dream demon...
I liked those odds.
We stood outside of the museum. Dipper took the lead. He opened the doors. All was silent inside.
"Everyone ready?" He asked.
We all nodded our heads. We entered the museum. Well most of us did.
"Uh, guys!" Will called. "I can't get in..."
"Why not?" Dipper asked.
Will looked around nervously. "I think they're blocking me from entering... That or Alcor's power is interfering with mine..."
Ok the so we don't have an insecure dream demon on our side. Which was sad. I liked him. I mean how could I not? He saved us, fixed my bro's mind, and even healed my ear. Too bad there was a scar on it...
"I'm sorry!" I think he read my mind.
"Don't worry Will!" I said.
"Yeah we'll fix this." Paz added.
"Be careful!" He said. "Wait a minute!"
We all turned to face him.
"Whatever you do! Don't damage the lantern! If the flame goes out before you release Alcor he'll die! And the last time a demon like that died... the Transcendence happened."
"Got it." Both Dipper and Gideon responded. They looked at each other.
"I'll guess this happens frequently?" Gideon said.
"Yeah. Kind of." Dipper responded.
The building shook. The doors slammed shut and the lights went out.
"Well brother. They've returned."
"Indeed." The Gleeful twins appeared on the other side of the room. The only light came from the lantern in the other Dipper's hand.
"Well, I suppose we should cut off any loose ends." The other Mabel held onto her amulet. Several museum exhibits were surrounded by a glowing light.
Several objects including books, mannequins of old famous people, and other displays were thrown at us. We took cover in other rooms and under desks.
"Hey Alcor!" I shouted. "Want to make a deal?"
A shadowy image of Alcor appeared behind the twins. "What do you have in mind?"
"We release you and you put things back to normal!"
"I can accept that!"
"No you won't!" Dipper Gleeful pulled out an Anchor and held it next to the lantern. It began to drain power from Alcor.
Hearing my brother's piercing scream shook me to the core. Dipper was even more freaked out.
"We got to get in close to make that deal!" He shouted.
Gideon stepped out of cover. "Exothermus Audonomis!" A fireball flew from his hand and hit the ground near the Gleeful twins.
They were pushed away and the lantern fell to the ground. I breathed a sigh of relief as it wasn't damaged.
"Clever Gideon!" Dipper Gleeful said. "I thought you were beneath spell casting. Glad to see you aren't the full I took you for."
"I disagree brother." Mabel Gleeful used her telekinetic amulet moved a large wagon display and launched it at Gideon.
"Look out dude!" Wendy ran and pushed Gideon out of the carts way. It missed both of them barely. The wagon exploded into several splinters.
"Wendy! Gideon!" I shouted.
Wendy got up from the ground. She pulled Gideon up as he was dazed and confused.
The other Mabel used her powers and grabbed Gideon's Journal. She held threateningly in her hand. "Brother? Did you take all of Alcor's memories?"
"Every single one."
"Then what would we need an old book for?" The book sparked and caught fire. She dropped it and the Journal went up in flames.
"No!" Dipper looked around for a solution.
"Paz! Didn't you say you could cancel out their magic!" I shouted.
"It's a spell that was in the book!" Paz looked at Gideon. "You know it right?"
A stray memory must have passed Dipper's mind. He shouted loudly. "Pace in terris!"
The objects in the room stopped floating and came crashing down. The doors flew open and the lights came back on.
"Did you win?" Will asked.
"William Cipher!" The other Dipper laughed. "Still stuck in town?"
"You didn't win!" Will panicked.
"Brother, find a place to hide that lantern." The other Mabel said. "I can handle things here."
"I'm sure you can." The other Dipper ran off and up a flight of stairs.
We had them on the run! We chased after the Gleeful Dipper. But the other Mabel chased after us and punched me square in the face.
"Hey!" I jumped at her and quickly counterattacked. "Dipper! Get the lantern!"
"Uh- Right!" He ran up the stairs.
"Your brother will never win against mine." The other Mabel taunted. "I'm surprised you put up with him, he's so stupid!"
"No more than your brother!" I charged for an attack. She side stepped and tripped me. I quickly recovered and blocked another hit from her.
She grabbed me and rammed me into a wall. "Don't you see! This is meant to happen! We are meant to take over! If only you cared enough you could rule the world!"
While she was ranting Wendy snuck up with a book from a knocked over shelf. She swung and hit the other me directly in the head. She fell to the ground down for the count.
"Who's the Enlightened one now, huh?" I high fived Wendy. "We are!"
I chased after myself up the stairs. I didn't know how Mabel was doing. But I had to assume she'd be ok.
I looked all around the upstairs. I couldn't have gotten far. Where would I go?
That's when I remembered. It wasn't an Alcor or Gleeful memory, it was one of my memories.
When Grunkle Stan was irritated with me I'd hide out on the roof. I looked for a way up to the roof. It didn't take long for me to find one. Next to it was a stick with a hook attached to the end. Constants and variables, right?
I picked up the hook and opened the hatch. A ladder fell down and I quickly climbed up. The sun was setting and the sky was turning a bright red.
I came out on top of the roof. It was sloped on either side with the only flat part being in the middle. It was a little too easy to fall off. At the other end of the roof was the other two versions of me.
"You know. I used to think I was the greatest version of us." He turned to face me. "I didn't even think Alcor was greater than me. But you, you actually impress me. And that is why you beat Gideon, that is why you end up like him!" He pointed a finger at Alcor. "But what about me? What do I get? What do this Mabel and Dipper get?"
"Hey man, it doesn't have to be this way!" I stepped forward. "We can figure this out!"
"Stop! Right! There!" He opened up the lantern and held it up to his face. "I know what happens if the demon dies! I'd rather take Transcendence than defeat."
"But you won't lose!" I tried to reason with him. But a look of desperation was forming in his mind. It was shocking to think a few hours ago I thought was the Enlightened me.
"Don't you see? The only way to get anything is to take. There is no way around it! I hope being oblivious is not a constant because you are so-"
"Take this sucker!" Mabel took Paz's grappling hook and fired it at the lantern.
It knocked it out of his hand. His face was filled with terror. The shadow of Alcor who had been silent this whole time was dragged along side it. The lantern fell onto the sloped roof and began rolling off the side. I dived after it.
We both went over the side. Alcor's hand glowed as a blue flame surrounded it. I reached out for his hand. We both knew what deal we would make.
Our hands locked in mid air. The lantern hit the ground and was shattered.
I felt like I was still falling. I saw memories fly by faster than I could comprehend. We never touched physically before and now that we had nothing could stop the tide of memories. I saw familiar memories and I saw other memories.
Many were filled with loneliness. Some were filled with anger. Many more had a sense of wonder. I felt like I would go falling forever but someone grabbed me. I looked up to see Mabel holding on to me. In her other hand was her grappling hook. All of the memories stopped flowing and we were surrounded by a white space.
We weren't the only ones there. Wendy, Alcor, Gideon, Paz, Will, and the Gleeful twins, who were both unconscious, were all present.
We slowly hit what felt like the ground. We looked around.
"We did it?" Mabel asked me.
"Yes, we did!" We hugged each other and don't tell her this but I was crying.
"Dipper!" Wendy ran up to us. "Dude! That was so amazing!"
I let go of my sister and wiped my eyes. "Gee, thanks. We wouldn't be out here without you."
"No prob. You'd do the same for me."
"Paz, Gideon!" Mabel ran up to the others. "Thanks for the help. It was really needed."
"Ah it's nothing Mabel." Paz replied.
"We would have needed to stop them sometime." Gideon added.
"Just remember pacem in terris." I pointed out.
"You better believe we will." Gideon held out his hand. "Thanks Dipper."
It was weird shaking hands with someone who had threatened me so much. I reminded myself that this wasn't him. "You to Gideon. Sorry about your Journal."
"Don't be." Alcor waved his hand and a new Journal appeared. "The deal was to set things straight. This belongs to you." He handed the Journal to Gideon.
"Thank you Alcor!" His face welled up in happiness.
"Just solve the mystery for me." Alcor waved his hand and a portal back to their world opened up.
The two Gleeful twins woke up. They both stood up in the face of Alcor. Alcor looked at the two. "Be happy my deal was to set things right. Never leave your realm again."
The two looked at each other.
"Well brother, it seems we have lost."
"It appears so."
I looked at myself. "Hey! You don't need to lose. Maybe you just need to change."
"Don't talk to us about change."
"We've already tried to change everything."
"But maybe we should change our view."
"At least maybe a little."
"Perhaps being oblivious is a constant." The other me admitted. "Maybe we were the most oblivous of all."
The two twins smiled mischievously. "Good day." They said in unison.
"May we never..."
"...meet again."
The two turned and walked into their portal.
"We'll keep an eye on them." Gideon told Alcor.
"They may just become an ally." Paz suggested.
"Hi Alcor..." Will said uneasily. "Long time no see?"
"Yes Will Cipher. You'll be glad to know your deal with the Gleefuls is canceled. You can move about as you want."
"Alright! Lookout Gravity Falls we're partying tonight! Not illegally of course." He held up his hands at Alcor's gaze.
They waved goodbye to us and joined the twins. The portal closed.
"Now for you three." Alcor began. "Dipper you have been exposed to two versions of yourself that know much in the world. There is nothing I can do to stop any memories from entering your mind. So you might as well consider it a bonus."
"Alright." My mind was clear now if something were to come up we'd be able to fix it.
"As for you." He turned to Wendy. "You belong elsewhere."
A portal opened up to Wendy's world. I had forgotten that she joined us from another world. She had become a regular to us.
"This was so great." She told us. "I'll never forget you guys."
"Just keep us out of trouble in your world." Mabel teared up. "And keep Waddles safe."
"I'd never let anything harm that pig."
We all joined in a group hug. Then Wendy backed away and walked to her portal. She looked into it turned around and smiled. "Peace out!" The portal closed just after she left.
"Right, that about sums up are deal." Alcor clapped his hands. "Good show by the way. You might be able to stop Transcendence in your world. Knowledge of an immortal being combined with your evil self. Good combo."
"But how do we get home?" I didn't like demons...
"I don't need to help you with that. Check your pocket."
I reached in and pulled out the Anchor we got in Wendy's dimension.
"But aren't you afraid we'll use it afterwards." Mabel asked.
"My deal was to set things right. Not to make them normal." Alcor winked. "Besides there are several other universes out there to find. I can't see them all. But as long as you don't try and take over... I think I can let it slide."
"Really?" We both asked.
"Sure, why not. Just remember." Alcor backed away and his summoning circle appeared behind him. "Reality is an illusion! The universe is a hologram! Buy Gold! BYEEEE!"
And like that we were left alone.
"You know I'm kind of disappointed." I said.
"Why?" My sister asked.
"I mean when they first found us they acted like they were some really cool nomad people. And they were frauds. Wouldn't it be great if there were actually a pair of Enlightened Twins?"
Mabel thought for a second. I clearly saw the scar on her ear. Another memory from our journey. "Dipper, why else would Alcor let us keep that Anchor."
"You want to be the Enlightened twins?"
"That would be so sweet! Think of all of the places we could go and people we'd see! We could meet girl Ben Franklin!"
"Wow, slow down. I think there's somewhere we should go first."
Mabel nodded. "Of course."
I took out the Anchor it was glowing a green color now. I thought of our home and flipped the coin. "Call it!"
"Heads!" The coin hit the ground. It landed heads...
Stanford Pines heard a knock on the door. He thought it was the police reporting on the search for his great niece and nephew. He was currently on the phone with his nephew.
"Hang on, someone's at the door. Come on! G-Greg! Calm it! Candy isn't the solution to everything!" He hang up the phone. Geez that guy was crazy. First he marries his niece, then decides Pines is a better name than his. What did this guy think he was?
In all fairness he was a good guy. He had two good kids. Which is why Stan would never forgive himself if he never found them-
He opened the door and saw Dipper and Mabel standing outside. He was speechless.
"How long were we gone for exactly?" Dipper asked.
Stan grabbed the two losers. He didn't care that they were gone for two days, he didn't care that Mabel had a scar on her right ear, he didn't care that Dipper hadn't showered in a week, wait a second he did care about that...
Stan let go of the two and cleared his throat. "You two think you can go running off without telling anyone?" He smiled as they looked up at him in panic. "I like your style. Come on let's call your parents before they try to get me arrested again."
The two twins were relieved at the their Grunkle's decison. They walked in exhausted and battered. But they had made it home.
And they had done so much...
In other world two twins made peace with their mortal enemies. Or rather they promised to be less of a jerk most of the time.
In another a brother and sister reunited. The brother gave a demon's smile as the sister wondered what trouble he caused now.
In the past two brother's emerged from a river. Both beaten and bruised, but would live on to have their own families.
Families that may be at odds with each other but like the band of rebels they would be united against the threats of the world.
And in one more world a young red haired girl walked up to an old rickety house. Across the top were the letters Ystery Shack. The M had been knocked down when an older Dipper accidentally raised a legion of undead.
Wendy knocked on the door to meet her friends. They wondered where she had been in the last two days. But she explained what happened.
All worlds breathed a sigh of relief as everything returned to normal.
Until one day...
I woke up early a few weeks later. I was driven by a sudden urge to do something. I biked down to the Mystery Shack and collected several pine cones for my hiding spot on the roof. I was able to enter the Shack without waking anyone up.
Not that it would matter I was allowed in whenever I wanted.
I climbed up to the top and dropped all of the cones into the bucket. I enjoyed the quiet morning. I looked out over the Mystery Shack lot. No tourists would be coming today.
A flash of green light appeared behind me. I turned to see a young Dipper and Mabel standing behind me.
Dipper was carrying a backpack and Mabel held a coin in her hand.
"We got to keep the Anchor." Mabel smiled.
"Want to come with us?" Dipper added.
How could I refuse?
