I DO Not Own Fairy Tail

When I woke up I was still feeling kind of groggy. I noticed that I was a few feet off the ground and my hands were cuffed to some chains on the wall. My eyes then gazed around the cell that I was being kept in. The cell for the most part was empty except for the left wall that contained several miscellaneous items hanging, and next to it there was a surgical table I assumed. The entire cell itself wasn't very well lit up. The open window above me and the small torch in the right corner of the room barely lit up the cell. "So if they took me to their hideout then where are the other women," I said speaking my thoughts aloud. "If you're looking for the others you're not going to find them here," a small voice said from across the hallway. I looked up and saw a young girl standing up holding the bars of the cell. She looked around 12 or 13, she had dark brown hair, her skin was fair, and she looked really skinny and frail. "What do you mean where are they," I asked her. "I don't know they only keep people like us in these cells," she said in a soft tone. "What do you mean by people like us and who's us for that matter," I said trying to find out as much as possible. "They only keep mages here, as for us there's Nazomi on your right who uses a caster-type magic called requip, there's Angela on my left who is a Water Mage, and me my name is Hatomi and I'm a Light Mage," she explained. "My name's Yuki and I'm a celestial wizard and an Ice Mage," I said introducing myself. "If you're a celestial wizard then where are your gate keys," she asked me. "Oh they're right here," but when I looked down at my hip they weren't there. I began panicking and struggled to get out of my chains but all I did was end up bruising my wrists. 'This is going to set me back big time so what am I supposed to do now,' I thought trying to think of something. My focus was then interrupted by the sound of a key opening a lock. The cell gate slid open and the man called Hughes came into my cell. "Smart of them to chain you up to the wall like that this way you'll cause less trouble," he said walking to the wall and grabbing one of the various items on it. When he walked over towards me I noticed the small dagger that he had in his hand. When he got close to me we were eye to eye. "Now let's begin shall we," he said running his finger along the hilt of the blade. "Begin what," I said not showing any signs of fear. "Your interrogation of course. You're going to answer all my questions and if you don't well you'll just have to find out," he said with a creepy smile. "And what if I don't want to answer them," I retorted. "Then you'll be punished," he said with a clod glare. I was really in trouble but if he asks me something about Fairy Tail or my life I'm going to have to lie. "Go ahead and do you worst," I said ready for the questions. (The order is Hughes and then Yuki for the dialogue or it will say who said what sometimes if you got lost) "Are you a celestial wizard." "Yes." "Are you an Ice Mage." "No," I lied hoping to make it look like I was pretty useless without my keys. "Then how did the floor become icy." "I used one of my spirits." "Which one did you use." "I won't say," he then slapped me right across the face. "What the hell," I yelled. "I warned you that if you didn't answer any of the questions then you'll be punished," he reminded me. I kept my composure and readied myself for anymore of these punishments. "Now then let's continue. Are you apart of a guild." "No I'm not I like to do things on my own." "Tell me about your family are any of them wizards." I don't want to answer that," I shut my eyes as he slapped me twice. My right cheek was beginning to feel swollen. "Stop acting tough and just cooperate with me so this can all go faster. Besides you're useless without your little gate keys," he said laughing. "Hmm is that so," I said kicking him in the gut. He gripped it in pain for a few seconds and then looked at me with vengeful eyes. He then took the dagger and cut across my left cheek and I let out a small cry of pain. "Why you brat if it weren't for my orders you would've gotten a lot worse. But Saizo wants you unharmed and more comfortable," he said with anger in his voice. "If you want me more comfortable and unharmed then you're certainly not doing a very good job of it," I said with a smart alec tone. He once again slapped my right cheek and I could feel the blood trickle down my face. He came closer to me and took off the cuffs and I fell to the ground in my knees. "I'll be back later tonight and hopefully you'll be more cooperative and we won't have anymore of these incidents," he said leaving the cell and locking it back up.

When I heard his footsteps fade away all the negative angry tension was gone. I began sobbing softly out of fear and the fear of being hurt terribly. I had no idea what to do anymore or how to get my gate keys back. Then I remembered Ren's advice that he gave me 'If you ever get stuck think logically and never give up,' that's what he said to me. I wiped my eyes and began pacing the cell trying to think of an idea. 'He said he'd be back later tonight which means it's our second day out. We need to finish this a week from today,' I thought. My main priority was to get my keys back and then find a way to free everyone. I then began to feel the throbbing pain in my swollen cheek. I carefully made a small ice block and moved it around my cheek. "You should be careful if he finds out you lied to him who knows what he might do to you," Hatomi said worried. "I'll be ok I don't plan on getting caught. I'm more worried about you how do you deal with all of this," I said concerned. "I'm used to it now but when he does hurt me its not as bad as before. When he asks me questions I just tell him as little as possible or lie to him, but when I do lie I always get caught," she explained with a depressed tone. I felt bad for her she had suffered a lot during her time here. "Don't worry you won't have to suffer for much longer I promise to get you and everyone out of here soon." I said determined now more than ever. "Than you Yuki," she said with a small smile. I went back to pacing until I heard the sound of footsteps coming down the hallway. My entire body froze up and grew tense and I was afraid of who might be coming this way. But I was relieved to see that the man who I was afraid of was not the man that appeared before me. "Loke its you," I said with joy as all the tension left my body. I know I was supposed to wait until you called me but I grew worried so I came out and ended up in a room. You were no where in sight and the only thing I recognized was your gate keys so I grabbed them and left the room to find you," he explained. "It's ok I'm glad you came back for me," I said with gratitude. He reached into his pocket for my gate keys and handed them to me then he disappeared, then reappeared in front of me inside my cell. "What have they done to you," he said looking at my cut and swollen cheek with worry. "It's nothing I'll be fine but we have to think of way to get everyone out of here and I haven't heard from Hibiki and the others I'm worried," I told him. "I'm sure they'll be fine they're probably on their way over here now," Loke said reassuring me. "I'm going to have to hide everyone's keys," I said remembering that they were taken from me. "How are you going to do that there's no where to hide them," he said finding a flaw in my plan. "I may not be able to but I know someone who can," I said holding up Virgo's key. He smiled at me encouragingly and I summoned her to help out. "Virgo do you think you can make an unnoticeable hole in the wall so I can hide these," I asked her. "Of course I shall have it done for you right away," she said quickly getting to work. In two minutes she created a whole in the wall from the stone and I was able to hid my keys in it and cover up the hole with the piece of the stone she'd taken out. "Thank you Virgo," I said with joy. "No problem anytime young mistress," she said as she left. Now all that was left to do was to wait for Hibiki to contact me.

"Hey Yuki you there answer me," a voice said that sounded like it was coming from thin air. "Yeah I'm here," I said thinking that it was weird he contacted me while I thought of it. (Just in case you don't know who 'he' is 'he' is referring to Hibiki) "Wonderful now I've made a telepathic connection with the others so they can hear you and vice versa," he explained with a happy tone. "Ahh really you can do that," I asked surprised. "Yeah and it's all thanks to my archive magic," he said proud. "Enough of that Hibiki can we move onto the task at hand," Eve's voice interrupted Hibiki's boasting. "Hey no fighting you two," I said teasing. "She's right you know we have more important matters to discuss," Ren said being reasonable as always. "Yeah we know," they said in unison with a huff. I couldn't help but chuckle slightly at how childish those two could be at times. "Anyways what took you guys so long to contact me," I asked suddenly. "We tried earlier but we couldn't get through its like your mind was shut off or something," Hibiki explained. 'That must've been while I was still unconscious. I won't tell them what's gone wrong there's no need to worry them,' I thought to myself. "Maybe I was in a really deep thought. Usually when I'm thinking like that I block my mind out from anything except of what I'm currently thinking about," I lied. To me it seemed a bit far fetched but that was the best I could do in such a short time. "Seems reasonable but we can talk about that later what have you figured out so far," Ren said. "Well along with me they've captured 3 other mages, as for the other women they captured, that are regular people, I have no idea where they are being kept. Apparently they need mages like us for some plan that they have. But the wired thing is they ask questions like about us and our personal life and I don't understand why that is so important," I explained. "What did you do did you tell them anything," Hibiki asked worried. "No of course not I would never endanger you guys or anyone that I care dearly for," I said with a deep sincerity. "What about you have they done anything to you," Eve asked with concern in his voice. "No nothing happened... they just, or I should say he, he just asked me a lot of questions," I answered leaving out the rest of what happened. "You're hiding something from us aren't you," he asked getting a firm voice. "I'm not hiding anything honest,' I said staring to get nervous. "Just tell us what are you so afraid of," he said raising his voice. "Nothing happened and that's all there is to it," I raised my voice while my hands clenched into fists. "Fine then we have no choice Hibiki go ahead and do it," he said with a cold tone of voice. "Do what, what is it you're going to do," I said getting a bit worried. "I'm sorry but his is something I have to do," Hibiki said with his voice filled with regret. "What are you,,,." but before I could finish I got this strange feeling. It's like someone was inside my head and forcefully playing back my memories from earlier, as they were watching it I was bale to watch it as well. "Hibiki what the hell are you doing," I said angry as the memories were passing by. "Since you won't tell us anything he's forcefully playing back your memories so he can get the info that we need," it was Eve who was explaining what was happening. "How is that even possible," I said closing my eyes tight and clenching my teeth trying to make it all stop. "As long as he maintains the telepathic connection through your mind he can gain access to your thoughts, secrets, and memories," Ren said sounding mono-toned. As the memories played back I was beginning to get more and more worried that Hibiki was going to find out what Hughes had done to me. Loke was still standing next to me and I could tell that he was confused about what was happening. I didn't know what to do then it hit me, if I break the connection then the memories would stop playing and he would no longer be able to see anything. The memory of Hughes abusing me was about to replay itself so it was all up to luck now. My first step was to try and find something to think about so my mind could focus on that and block everything else out. I thought of father and how kind and loving he was and how he would embrace me everyday when he came home. Slowly my idea was beginning to work the memories were starting to go in and out of focus. As I was trying harder to break the connection my head was beginning to throb from all the strain, it was really cutting down to the wire. Then I suddenly felt relief and my memories were no longer replaying themselves, but unfortunately they stopped at the moment when I was released from my cuffs. I fell on my knees with sweat trickling down my forehead and I broke down into tears. Loke rushed to my side and he did his best to comfort me. He held me in his arms and was stroking my hair. My tears stopped flowing and I fell asleep tired from the stress of the day.
