Chapter Seven- Fearless

HEY GUYS! You know how I made Whisppaw WindClan medicine cat apprentice, but then Wingpaw was? That was a slight… error. It's still Whisppaw.

The Darkness Inside Me- I feel so bad for killing an innocent kit… :(
Sachiko Harada- Again! My conscience is getting to me…
8Hollysplash8- Sad… Yeah, that's one word for it.

Disclaimer: WARRIOR CATS IS NOT MINE- ITS ME MYSELF AND I'S! LOL JK It belong to Erin Hunter

Not for the first time, my gaze drifted to the moor. I thought of him. I thought of his kits, and my heart felt like it was being torn in two. What is this feeling?
"Earth to Hollyleaf! Hello?" I shook my head as I saw Fireflower glaring at me.
"Sorry, Fireflower." I said meekly. She sniffed.
"Oh, well done. Your footsteps scared away all the prey in the area. Now we're going to have to go back to camp" She chastised. I hung my head in shame.
"You go back. I'm going to stay here and see if there is anything to be caught." The older warrior turned away from me and started heading back to camp. Snob. She thinks she's so much better than the rest of us because she's Firestar's eldest daughter. But at least my birth wasn't against the warrior code! I smirked. Fireflower was the daughter of Spottedleaf and Firestar, and was forever teased about it.

Suddenly, I saw movement out of the corner of my eye. I whipped around, hissing. Mousewhisker stood there, teeth bared, before fleeing back into the undergrowth. I stepped back, a little bit frightened. I barely got to move again before Mousewhisker attacked.

In an instant, a black flash shot out from the undergrowth and shoved the grey-and-white cat off me. I lay on the ground, dumbfounded, as Mousewhisker battled with the black cat. Breezepelt. Mousewhisker battered feebly at his attacker, but with no effect. Breezepelt's claws ripped through Mousewhisker's flesh, before Mousewhisker threw him off and ran back to camp. Breezepelt looked at me, eyes sad, but smiling, before diving back into the forest.

I sprinted after him, knowing that this was probably the most important meeting of my life. Luckily, before long, the lithe black body appeared before me. I pounced on him, my claws sheathed. He tumbled under my weight, before flipping over, preparing to scratch the living daylights out of whoever was attacking him. He relaxed a bit when he saw it was only me, then tensed up again.
"H-Hollyleaf?" He said, his voice shaking. I shake my head, eyes sparkling, before licking his face. His eyes widen. I can imagine what he's saying in his head. Wow. He waits for a second, before stretching up and doing the same.

"Hollyleaf, the truth… the truth is, I've loved you forever." I put a paw to his mouth.
"I know." He looked at me in disbelief.
"What do you mean?" He quizzed.
"It wasn't hard to figure out. But you were in a different Clan, so I thought it best not to humour you. But… but the truth is, the reason I didn't want Mousewhisker to be my mate wasn't because I wasn't ready, even though that's what I told myself. It was because I loved you."

Guys I'm SOOOOOOOOO sorry it's so short… But I really wanted to finish this chapter… And there wasn't really anything else I could put in…
