Hey peoples, I am back. I don't think it's been too terribly long since I've updated this story. It's like 11 o'clock right now and I have to register for school tomorrow but I am hell bent on getting this chapter up and out so all of you lovely humans and/or other creatures with internet connection can (Hopefully) enjoy my writing.

To Lushcoltrane, yes. This is the same Eiling. I was trying to get at what happened in The Flash TV series and tried to display it similar to how they did in it with Gorilla Grodd. Extremely different from the actual first appearance of Grodd but what can you do? I love DC comics and I just wanted to add something from them into it. Anyway….

Disclaimer: I don't own this stuff. I think we all know that by now.

Hiding the Hybrids

Tori's POV

"Jeez Gary, this place is huge." Trina says as we walk into what looks to be a military training facility. Looking around I see boxes of nonperishable foods and those little dinners that they give soldiers who are in the midst of war. I heard they are gross but will keep you alive so I guess that's a plus.

"And what exactly is this place?" Jade asks looking around as well but I can also tell she is keeping a close eye on Gary and staying close to me.

"Well, my grandfather was a prepper, rest his soul. He was really big into this whole dooms day thing. He thought the world was already in horrible condition from the many wars that had taken place in such a short amount of time but he knew in his soul that something big was coming. I loved that man with all my heart but personally I think that he was losing along with PTSD from being in WWII. He was so afraid that he built this big ole place to outlast the last days. He stocked up on food, weapons and energy. I swear he's got enough batteries and light bulbs in here to keep a flashlight going for about 7 years. He wanted to stay fit so he built the training ground right there. He's got tons of industrial strength cables, cranks and locks all to keep things out or keep things up. Very smart man at one point. I figure we could tie them up with the cables and cranks and lock them in so they won't hardly be able to move. We leave them here for a while, come back and feed them every once in a while so they won't die on us."

"Wow, that's one hell of a story. Tell me are the cables those of the ones they use to build bridges such as The Golden Gate Bridge?" Robbie asks somewhat excitedly.

"Uhhhh, I'm not sure. They are right over there if you want to check." Gary says pointing at some wooden boxes to the side.

"Alright Gary, I done got them two people out of the truck now will you tell me just what in Sam heck is goin' on here? Are you some type of crooked cop? I don't feel to right about you usin' our granpappy's land for your bad cop games." A man with a heavy country accent says as he walks over with the two hybrids in a wheel barrow.

"Billy I told you I'm one of the good guys. These creatures here are really bad, I can't really disclose all the information to you but I'll tell you this. They are very dangerous, too dangerous to be put in any maximum-security prison. Even Alcatraz if it were still used." Gary says to this Billy person.

"Aww come on Gary, I done told you to stop callin' me Billy. I'm in the Big Apple now so it's Bill." Billy or Bill says as he slumps and leaves the building. Looking at the two hybrids in the barrow I notice that this Beck fellow's hands are slightly clenching and unclenching as a person's waking from a coma may.

"Guy's I think they are waking up. Can we get them tied up?" I say a little afraid as I hide slightly behind Jade. She has proved well enough to me that I can trust her.

"Hahaha Guys this is great! This is the same type of Wire Cables used to make The Golden Gate Bridge!" Robbie shouts as he struggles to carry a smaller (In comparison to the others) box that contained a short amount of wire cable. Jade easily takes the box from him and brings it over only to drop it right at our feet.

"What's the big deal Rob?" I ask him when he finally makes it to us.

"Well back in 1933 while building the giant bridge, a bunch of the cables and cranks and other types of equipment used in building it went missing. They had to stop production for like three months. My great grandfather was on the crew and he told me when I was just a wee boy but I remember it to this day." Robbie says with a look of nostalgia.

"That's so boring." Trina says from the side of the room. "Hey this hybrid guy is pretty hot. Do you think he's hung like a lion?"

"Ewww Trina gross."

"Father still in the room" my father and I say at the same time covering our ears. Not wanting to hear anymore of Trina's little fantasies about that Beck douche I walk over to help Jade as she is already tying them up with the thick wire. I want to help but it looks like she has it covered. Watching her tighten the cables, I see her muscles rippling and flexing and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little turned on by it.

"Can you hand me that?" I almost miss the question as she points at the big key lock off to the side. I grab it and hand it to her.

"Need any h-help?" I swallow thickly because of how she looks at me and how our hands touch when I hand it to her.

"No, I remember the doors of each of our chambers were locked with one of these. I hate them but I will use it to restrain these two. I wish to talk with them when they awake. They can break from the control that Rodgers has over them. Her, she was made of my mother also. I wish not to kill them, I don't want to kill anyone." Jade says with a look of sadness. I take her hand silently and squeeze it gently.

"Okay, you said Rodgers? As in the scientist, head of the C.I.A's forensic and psych unit?" Gary asks with wide eyes.

"William Rodgers, I think that is what his name is. They only call him Mr. Rodgers or sir but I heard them talking one day and they called him that." Jade says looking from me to them.

"This shit just got twenty times harder." My dad says rubbing his head.

~~~ Back at Base~~~~
No One POV
"What the hell is taking them so long? I thought for sure they'd be back by now." Rodgers says as a small nerdy looking man walks into his office.
"Sir, they have a couple more hours. Maybe E7-002 traveled further than anticipated. They are two of our most loyal subjects. I'm sure that they will be back shortly with the subject." The man says with a slight hint of fear in his tone.
"They better be or I'll feed the lower developed test subjects your intestine for a midnight snack when their time is up." Rodgers says with a growl.
…..
Hahaha Guys this was wild. Okay I think it's kind boring and just a filler but I'll give you a good one soon. The thing about The GGB is sooooo not true. At least I don't think it is. I just thought it would seem good for the story ya know? Well tell me what you think. Will they break lose and return to base with Jade? Is Gary really a good guy or is he planning something? Is Rodgers really gonna feed the experiments that guy's intestine? Find out soon and don't forget to review…. BYEEEE
