Ravenna POV:

I sat down on the bed again, my elbow and shoulder throbbing from where I had slammed into the door in a bad attempt to escape. I frowned, my eyes narrowed as I tried to think as a way to escape. I had no weapons, no advantages in this situation, and I doubt that the Guardians would accept a trade, and besides, what would I bargain with? They wouldn't trust me enough to hold up my end of the deal anyway.

I looked up as the door swung open. The Tooth Fairy flew in, holding a tray of food, a wary expression on her face as she placed the tray on the floor a metre away from me, careful not to stop watching me. I raised a eyebrow. Did they really expect me to eat that?

The Tooth Fairy was watching me, and although she couldn't see through my mask she seemed to sense my feelings. "Incase you are wondering, no, we haven't drugged or poisoned the food." She said calmly, and when I did nothing apart from gaze at the food cautiously, she decided to flutter slightly closer to me. "Ravenna...can I ask you a question?" I looked up at her, and nodded. "Why are you doing this? What link do you have with Pitch? Why do you have to do this?" I blinked. She was a lot more shrewd then the rest of the Guardians. "Some things you have to keep to yourself. That is one of them" I told her. She looked at me, her violet eyes burning into me, before she turned and pulled something out by the other side of the door.

A dummy.

Okay. Now I was plain confused.

"We thought it would help you relax." She answered my unasked question, as she tied the dummy with a bit of string to a hook from the ceiling. She tossed me a dagger before immediately flying from the room and banging the door shut. Is it just me, or are these Guardians kinda crazy and random?

I stood up and walked up to the dummy, the dagger clenched tightly in my hand. As I raised the dagger, a sudden wave of emotion suddenly overwhelmed me; fear for what could happen to me, fury at Pitch for leaving me here, shame for letting myself be weak enough to get caught. A familiar haze of dangerous red clouded my vision; my stabs and slashes at the dummy became automatic as my body did what it was trained to do: kill. As the last wave of anger hit me, I raised the dagger up high before raking it down the dummy, splitting it in half. Panting and gasping for breath, I managed to heave myself onto the bed, before falling asleep.

Jacks POV:

We watched the screen in surprise as Ravenna let out a flurry of furious slashes and stabs at the dummy, each hit precise and effective. North had installed a hidden camera inside Ravenna room just to watch her react to the dummy, but I had no idea why. I don't think anyone else knew why ether. Bunnymund, Tooth and I had the similiar expressions of surprise as we watched Ravenna fighting, but North had a expression of horror and shock as he watched the screen, his eyes wide.

"Not good, not good, not good!" North repeated to himself over and over again, tapping on the screen to get a close up of the mutilated dummy, and a few minutes later pictures of the dummy's 'wounds' printed out on the printer nearby. North grabbed them before taking out a folder from under the desk, and after taking out several other pictures from the folder, placed them side by side. "North? What's wrong mate?" Bunnymund asked, and North turned to us.

"Have you heard of the infamous murderer, D. A. R. K?" North asked, causing Tooth and Bunnymund to nod, their faces solemn. "Who?" I asked, as I had never really bothered with learning of other things that don't really directly concern me. "D. A. R. K is one of the worlds most deadly killers. They have killed hundreds of people, ether because they want to or if they are assigned to, we don't know. We know next-to-none information about them. We don't know their age, their gender, weaknesses. Anything. They are skilled in every way of murder. They probably know every and any way to kill a person, hence the name D.A.R.K: Deadly, Agile, Remorseless, Killer.

They seem to attack at random, and have frustrated and puzzled millions of immortals across the world who have tried to figure who she or he is. But now..."

North showed us a picture of a corpse of a young man, the long slashes on his body horrible and gruesome. "This is a victim of D.A.R.K. Look at those wounds. Now compare them to these" North showed us other pictures of a victim, a corpse of a young girl, the wounds on her body practically identical to the wounds on the boy, then showed us a corpse of a elderly man, again, the wounds identical like the other victims. "All these wounds are just a few of the many victims. And since we presume the killer is the same person, we gave them the name D.A.R.K. And now, look at the wounds on the dummy that Ravenna had caused.." North said, and laid the picture of the dummy next to all the other pictures on the table.

The wounds of the dummy and the murder victims were the same.

North knew what we were realising as he watched us. "I think that we have found the killer, D.A.R.K..."
