Sorry it's been taking me so long to write each chapter but I'm from Australia and I have my HSC this year so I'm really busy. If you don't know what they are they are like a massive set of exams in your last year of high school which like determines what you can apply to in Uni.
anyway, some people have made a guess as to what they think Nina is, and I can say no one has correctly guess yet. All I can say is that she is NOT a time lady that has used the watch! it's much more complicated than that! I would love to hear everyone else's guesses so please review and let me know!

I moved my attention over to Rose who was still looking at her phone "It's Mickey."
"Sports channel kid!" I giggled.
"Tell your stupid boyfriend we're busy!" the Doctor sighed.
"Yeah, he's not so stupid after all," she commented before turning her phone around to show us the picture of a Slitheen being electrocuted.

"Is she alright though? Don't put her on, just tell me-" Rose said once she had listened to Mikey go on about the attack.
The Doctor, obviously having enough of the 'domestic complications' as he liked to call it, grabbed the phone out of her hand. "Is that Rickey? Don't talk just shut up and go to your computer," the Doctor, the king of empathy. There was a pause before he rolled his eyes and said "Micky the idiot, I might just choke before I finish this sentence, but, uh, I need you." This caused me and Rose to grin at each other broadly.

"It says password," Mickey said through the speaker. As The Doctor, Rose and I crouched around it.
"Say again." The Doctor ordered once he had plugged the phone in.
"It's asking for the password."
"Buffalo, two f's one l," he replied quickly
"All the secret information known to man," Mickey replied to someone, obviously Jackie, "See, they've known about aliens for years they just kept us in the dark,"
"Mickey you were born in the dark," The Doctor stated, causing me to smack him on the shoulder, which he, by the way, completely ignored. Rude or what.
"Thank you," Mickey replied, completely sarcastically. "Password again."
"Just keep repeating it every time," The Doctor walked around to the other side of the table. "Big Ben, why did the Slitheen hit Big Ben?"
"You said to gather the experts," Harriet said, handing drinks to both Rose and the Doctor. Wow I feel excluded. "To kill them."
"That lot would have gathered for a weather balloon, you don't need to crash-land in the middle of London." The Doctor dismissed.
"Slitheen are hiding," Rose stated. "But then they put the whole planet on red alert, what would they do that for?"
"Oh listen to her," Jackie moaned.
"Well at least I'm trying!" Rose protested.
"Well I've got a question, if you don't mind, since that man walked into our lives, I have been attacked in the streets, I have had creatures from the pits of hell in my own living room, and my own daughter disappeared off the face of the Earth."
Rose sighed, exasperated "I've told you what happened,"
"I'm talking to him! 'Cause I've seen this life of yours Doctor, and maybe you get off on it, and maybe you think it's all clever and smart but you tell me, just answer me this, is my daughter safe,"
"I'm fine," Rose protested, but I was looking at the Doctor who was staring at the speaker with a hard look on his face.
"Is she safe?" Jackie stressed. "Will she always be safe? Can you promise me that?" The Doctor looked up to Rose who just looked back at him. Oh dear, this was intense. "Well? What's the answer?"
"We're in," Mickey said breaking the silence.
This caused the Doctor to break into action. "Now then, on the left at the top there is a tap, an icon, a little thing of circles. Click on that."
"What is it?"
"The Slitheen have got a spaceship in the North Sea, which is transmitting that signal, now hush, let me work out what it's saying," work out what its saying? I don't think I even want to know how he can do that. "It's some sort of message."
"What is it saying?" I asked. Well, it had been a while since I had said anything so I was feeling a bit like a fly on the wall.
"I don't know, it's on a loop, it keeps repeating." There was a loud ringing causing the Doctor to yell "HUSH"
"It's not me. Go and see who that is." There was a long pause on their end.
"It's beaming out to space, what for?" the Doctor questioned.
"Maybe it's like a sale thing, like a 'Hey come buy Earth! The people here won't see what's coming!" I joked. Rose and Harriet both just looked at me weirdly, while the Doctor was only paying attention to the sound coming through the speaker. "Sorry I watch too many bad action movies."
"They've found us," Mickey breathed.
"Mickey I need that signal," the Doctor protested.
"Never mind the signal!" Rose exclaimed "Get out, mum! Just get out!"
"We can't, it's by the front door," Mickey stated. There was a loud screeching noise from their end, which didn't sound too promising. "Oh god, it's unmasking. It's going to kill us."
"There has to be some way of stopping them!" Harriet said, loudly. "Doctor you're supposed to be the expert! Think of something."
"I'm trying!" The Doctor yelled at the same time I yelled "He's obviously trying!"
But no one paid attention to me. AGAIN.
"I'll take it on, Jackie. You just run. Don't look back, just run."
"That's my mother." Rose stated to the Doctor.
There was a pause as he just looked at her before saying "Right, if we're going to find their weakness, we are going to have to find out where they're from. So judging by their basic shape that narrows it down to 5 thousand plants within travelling distance. What else do we know out them? Information!"
"They're green!" Rose said.
"Yep, Narrows it down"
"Good sense of smell!"
"Narrows it down,"
"They can smell adrenaline!" I contributed.
"Narrows it down"
"The pig technology!" Harriet added.
"Narrows it down,"
"The spaceship in the Thames, it has a flip-stream engine!" I added not knowing where it came from "..or, you know, so you said."
"Narrows it down," he said giving me a weird look
There was a bunch of noise through the speaker "They hunt like it's a ritual!" Rose exclaimed.
"Narrows it down,"
"Wait a minute! When they fart, if you will pardon the word, it doesn't just smell like a fart, if you will pardon the word, it's something else, what is it? It's more like um…" Harriet trailed off.
"Bad breath!" Rose answered
"That's it!"
"Calcium decay!" I exclaimed. What.
"Yes!" the Doctor smiled widely at me "Now that narrows it down!"
"We're getting there mum!" Rose called into the speaker.
"Calcium phosphate, organic calcium, living calcium! Creatures made out of living calcium! What else, what else. Hyphenated surnames! Yes! That narrows it down to one planet! Raxacoricofallapatorius!" He yelled, with a massive grin on his face.
Raxa- what?
"Oh yeah, great we should write them a letter," Mickey yelled out sarcastically.
"Get into the kitchen!" The Doctor ordered them.
There was a loud thumping noise and some screeching. "Oh my god! It's going to rip us apart!" We heard Jackie scream.
"Calcium! If we can find a compression filter…acidic acid, vinegar!"
"Just like Hannibal!" Harriet put in. Hannibal? What. This whole thing was just all very confusing.
"Just like Hannibal," He agreed. "Mickey have you got any vinegar?"
"How should I know?" he replied breathless.
"It's your kitchen!" I exclaimed
"Top right shelf by the sink," Rose informed him.
"Here what'd you need?" Jackie answered.
"Vinegar! Anything with vinegar." The Doctor replied.
"Gurkins! Yeah, pickled onions! Pickled eggs!"
"You kiss this man?" The Doctor asked Rose causing me to laugh out loud.
There was a loud bang which I assume was the door breaking down and then a loud screech, then a large popping sound and then silence.
Everyone in the room let out the breath they were holding, sighing in relief. Thank god.
"Hannibal?" Rose inquired.
"Hannibal crossed the Alps by dissolving boulders with vinegar." Harriet informed
"You learn something new every day" I commented. They all lifted their glasses up and I leaned over to the Doctor to whisper to him "Can I have some?"
"Nope."
How mean of him
