Seventh question:What do you remember?

X-x

Once Bella and Edward reached the top of the stairs, Edward carefully led Bella down a hall way filled with doors on either side. Finally, they stopped at the last door on the left.

"This is you room." He said upon opening the door. Inside, the room did not have as much windows as the first floor had, which Bella was extremely glad to see. There were only two windows that let the moons light enter the room, between the two windows was a plush king size bed. The color tone of the whole room was a light peach color, with some occasional browns and golds. The room looked like a presidential suite at a five star hotel, minus the bar and kitchen.

After Edward sat Bella down on the bed, he gave her a mini tour of her new room. "This is the bathroom," he pointed to a door that was to the right from where Bella sat, next to a large mahogany closet cabinet.

"Everyone has their own bathroom, so you don't have to worry about anyone barging in. I'll send Alice up to bring you some clothes to change into later, any questions?" Bella shook her head. Truthfully she had a million questions going through her mind, but she was too exhausted to ask.

"We'll you if need anything my room is across from yours." He said.

"Thank you. Edward." uttered Bella.

Edward stopped before the door and turned to look at Bella. "Your welcome." he replied and with that he left the room.

Finally alone Bella let her body flop onto the bed, not caring that her dirty dress was staining the pale pink covers. She was thirsty, but she didn't want to think of drinking blood or anything for that matter. Bella laid on her bed for a few more minutes until she decided that she should take a shower.

The bathroom was about half the size of the bedroom, with a grand bathtub, a separate shower, and a sink with one mirror above it and a full sized mirror next to it. Bella looked at herself in the mirror for the first time after changing. She didn't recognize the girl who was staring back at her. The girl had the same surprised expression as Bella, but she was more beautiful then the old Bella. Her facial structure was more chiseled and defined, her nose was high and angular, only the shape of her missed matched lips were the same as before: thinner on the top and larger on the bottom. Her wide onyx eyes stood out from her pale face, the only flaw would've been the deep dark circles under her eyes. Other then that models would kill to have face like her; a face like the Cullen's.

Bella took off her clothes to see the changes that were made on her body. Like her face, her body became more toned, though she was never big to begin with. It disappointed Bella a little to see that her breast size hadn't grown after the change or that her figure wasn't as full as she wished it to be. Looking at the alteration of her body, Bella realized that most of her cuts had disappeared and her leg was not broken anymore. The finding made it more clear that she wasn't human anymore. Bella sighed and stepped into the shower welcoming the hot water on her skin.

Once Bella was clean and refreshed she wrapped a towel around her body and hesitantly peeked out of the bathroom. Sure enough, there on the bed laid a neatly folded tank top and leggings. Bella looked at the clothes for a minute, it was not something that she was comfortable using but it better then her battered dress. Dried and changed, Bella walked around the room to have a better look. There was not much, only a few painting as decoration. Just like everywhere else in the house the window had a view of the forest, which looked ominous under the night sky. Closing the curtains, Bella flopped on to her bed and closed her eyes waiting for a sleep that would never come.

"How is she?" Esme asked once Edward enter the kitchen. Everyone except Emmett and Rosalie sat at the dinning room table, which was only ever used when there were family meeting like what they had tonight.

"Still in shock, but she has calmed down." Reported Edward.

"That's good to hear."

"But it looks like her leg has healed because she was able to get to her room without much help. Though I don't know why it took so long."

"That was probably because Bella hasn't fed since she was changed. So her body's regeneration abilities were slowed and it was easier to become wounded." Explained Carlisle.

"To think that there was another vampire with such strong restraint from blood as you Carlisle. And to think it was because she didn't know what she had become." Alice giggled.

"I wonder how long she had to live like that." questioned Esme. "I'm surprised she hasn't died yet."

If Emmett was there with them, he would have said something stupid about the fact that she is already dead.

"What worries me is how she is able to block my ability, as well as Edwards and Alice's." Jasper said thoughtfully. "And mine is not a mental ability."

"Yes that is a little worrisome." agreed Carlisle. "And if she is able to do this much without knowing, imaging what she could do if she perfects her skill."

"Hopefully she will be an ally." Esme voiced.

"No worry, That is why we have Edward." Alice winked.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" grumbled Edward.

The room was dark and cramped. Bella tried to move around but she was still in pain from... From what? Why was she in such excruciating pain, she couldn't remember. When the last flames of pain finally disappeared Bella opened her eyes, or she thinks she did because it was still so dark. Not a sliver of light, only perfect darkness.

Bella tried to raise her hand but there was no response at first. Finally after a few more frustrated signals from her brain, she raised her hand only to be suddenly stopped by a ceiling. She tried to do the same with her legs; still the same results. Bella came to realize that she was laying down on a soft bed with a low ceiling. Bella began to think that this was a joke that was being played on her. Lock Bella in a box and see how long she will react. Ha ha very funny, thought Bella.

"Really clever guys." She called out. "Now if you don't mind I would like to get out." Bella waited for an answer or even a snicker, but nothing came.

"You got me!" Bella tried again. "I'm seriously freaking out, I think you have successfully made me claustrophobic, so get me out of here!"

Silence. Bella began to really freak out. She pushed the top of the box, to see if she could open it with force. However the top didn't move a budge, it was shut tight as if something heaven was sitting on the box.

"Guys? Hey seriously get me out of here!" Bella panicked. "God! When I get out of here I'm am going to fucking kill you and strap you into this thing myself!" She pushed at the lid with more force this time, still nothing. Extremely pissed and terrified, Bella used the last of her strength and punched throughout he wooden top. It surprised her how easily it was for her to punch through the wood, it was probably her adrenaline kicking in.But at that moment she didn't really care, all she wanted was to get out of the box and murder those who put her in it.

Whatever was on the other side of the lid was not what Bella was expecting. It felt damp and cold, and it smelt like dirt after a rain shower. Bella pulled her hand back from the hole she made and tried to examine her hands, but she still couldn't see anything. She felt something fall onto her face, it was wet, and did she feel something wiggle? Bella squealed in disgust, quickly wiping her face and punched more holes hoping that she will eventually find the right area of the box that will lead her outside.

Bella felt more stuff fall on her face as she worked to make the whole bigger, but no matter what she did the darkness refused to break. This can't be possible, the can't be possible Bella thought as she dug.

No no no no, Bella panicked, no no NO NO!

"GET ME OUT OF HERE!" she shrieked, scratching at the box. "GET ME OUT! GET ME OUT! GET ME...!"

"BELLA!" a voice yelled. "BELLA? Bella what wrong?"

Edward held Bella in his arms doing his best to avoid getting hit by Bella's feverish strikes. Her face was contorted in horror and her eyes were glazed over just like when Alice was receiving a premonition. Again Edward was feeling protective over Bella. Which he couldn't understand because not too long ago he didn't trust her at all, but he couldn't deny his attraction to Bella. He thought back to when he first laid eyes on Bella in the forest, and when he helped her to her room. How perfect their bodies felt together. No, he couldn't deny his attraction, nor did he want to anymore. There was still the problem of not being able to read Bella's mind, but Edward was never the kind to back down from a challenge.

With a few gentle shakes Bella finally came out of her daze.

"Bella are you alright?" Carlisle whispered with worry.

"I was," Bella began, out of breath. "I was, I was!" A new wave of panic hit Bella as she remembered what she saw.

"Shhhh, calm down." Edward said in a hushed voice.

"I was what dear?" Esme asked in an equally hushed tone.

Bella closed her eyes and let Edward's embrace relax her. Edward laid his chin on Bella's head as he shushed her to calm down, he felt her trembling slowly dissipate. He rubbed her arm to give as much warmth as a dead body could give, doing his best to ignore his siblings I-knew-it smiles. Bella opened her eyes once she felt ready to speak again.

"I was buried alive."
