Sorry for the delay people, I had some things to do that kept me delayed.

Kurome stood fast as her army of undead puppets swarmed Nyau. The archers and mages took up positions and fired their arrows and magic. Melee fighters engaged the beast in close combat, swinging their swords and axes.

But Kurome can see that his Teigu had been upgraded. The blows inflicted upon him left only temporary bruises due to newfound regeneration. Even the arrows that were embedded got pushed out of his flesh. Corpses fell to the ground before disintegrating as he crushed them with his enhanced strength. Nyau grinned like a mad man as he pummeled them.

"I'm actually enjoying this!" Nyau grabbed an assassin attempting to slit his neck before throwing the puppet at a group of archers. They fell like a stack of dominos. "I've been dying for a fight since I got here! I just wished that they're still alive!"

Kurome narrowed her eyes, she can already guess why he would want that. She heard about his sick hobby of skinning his victim's faces while they're still alive. Right now, the way things are progressing, it's time to initiate her plan.

"Takumi, get into position," Kurome whispered her order, adding a bit of edge to her voice. The young Hoshidan prince meekly nodded.

Raising her sword, she called forth the rest of her forces. Behind her, the mounted puppets got into a four column formation. Each of them armed with javelins ready to throw. On the rooftop, her archers and mages regrouped and aimed their weapons upon the beast.

She brought her sword down, giving the order to fire.

The sky darkened as arrows and javelins fell upon the beast. His body became a pincushion for the projectiles. It halted his movements for a moment, giving Kurome time to signal for the second wave of attack. Her cavalry charged at him with lances and swords.

Nyau was in the process ripping out the projectiles in his body, tossing a javelin that was once buried in his thigh. He met the onslaught of the dead in kind, his fist smashing several riders head and sending the bodies flying. A few times, a lance or sword managed to pierce his flesh, but it was short lived as the wielder is knocked away and the wounds healed.

As the last rider is thrown at the group of archers, knocking them off the roof, he turned his attention towards the leader of the horde. Kurome still glared down at him, not even fazed by the fact that he survived the onslaught.

"Is that all?" He staggered as his wounds healed. "I was expecting a little more improvement besides corpse puppets. Talk about a waste of time."

"Cannon fodder is useful as any tool on the battlefield," She coldly retorted. "Especially if it can get a clear shot of your head."

"Wait...What?!"

"Now Takumi!"

He couldn't dodge the energy arrow as it flew to his forehead. Nyau could barely dodge as he suddenly realized why Kurome wasted all of those corpses on him. She was tiring him out, getting him to waste his energy fighting those corpse puppets. Scream only increased his muscle mass and regenerative capabilities, but his stamina is something to be desired.

The arrow struck him in the forehead. His body fell to the ground spread eagle, a dazed expression on his face.

Kurome and Takumi gazed at the fallen body of the beast.

"Is he… dead?" Takumi asked.

"No."

"That's a relief, I was worried that…"Then Kurome's response registered. "No? What do you mean no?"

"It's not over yet, trust me," Kurome turned to the party behind them. "It's about to get even more violent than you can handle. Takumi, get everyone to the palace."

"What about you?" Makoto asked, her face looked fearful as she already knew the answer.

"I have to stay here and fight," Kurome turned back to face the still prone body of Nyau. "That fight just now was just an appetizer for him. He'll start to get serious and after witnessing the strength of his Trump, there is no guarantee that you won't get hurt. I will have to settle this one on one."

"We can't just leave you," Sakura cried.

"You are not leaving me," Kurome curtly stated, not glancing back. "I am buying you time. I've told Queen Mikoto before, I am not going to let her die. Nor am I going to let Lord Corrin die. Now go!"

She directed the last part of the sentence at Takumi, who nodded in agreement. He grabbed his mothers hand and began leading her away. Hinoka and Sakura began to follow them, but they were hesitant. He turned to Corrin, who just stood there.

"Big brother! We have to go, now!"

Corrin looked at her for a moment before grabbing Azura and running after them.

Kurome ordered her heavy knights into a formation that she calls The Gauntlet. Knights stood facing the street from alleyways and lifted their shields, blocking any possible attempt to escape and pursue the Hoshidan royals. The heavy knights behind her did likewise, preventing her from running from the battle.

Not that she was planning to run.

Groaning, Nyau got up from the ground. He finished pulling the arrows and javelins embedded in his body. The wounds completely healed as they were removed.

He glared at Kurome.

"I have to admit you had me there," He glanced behind him, seeing a row of soldiers blocking his end of the street. "If you think that this would stop me then…"

Suddenly, he started to shrink. His muscles deflated until he returned to his normal stature. He collapsed onto his knees back haunched forward. Panting he glanced up to see the deadpanned expression on her face.

"It seems that despite the power of your trump, there is a time limit for its use," Kurome shifted into an aggressive stance. "As of now, you are suffering the after-effects."

"No matter, I just have to…," he didn't have time to finish as Kurome charged at him, bringing Yatsufusa in for a downward slash. Nyau quickly split Scream into two blunt weapons and cross blocked the blow. Still weak from using his trump, he strained to keep the blade from cutting him.

Both of them leaped back from each other, staring each other down.

"You need to play that melody to activate it," Kurome calmly stated. "But if I keep attacking you, you will be unable to play it."

"I can say the same for you," He retorted. "You are using your puppets to prevent me from pursuing our targets. I wonder how you will fare with your puppets."

"Let's find out shall we?"

As they charged at each other, Kurome suddenly remembered something. So far they only met two of the three beasts. Daidara who is fighting with wave and Ryoma and Nyau.

So where is Liver?

Hinoka and Takumi slammed the outer doors of the castle shut.

"Do you think she will be alright?" Hinoka asked.

"She'll be fine in a fight, but…" Mikoto's voice dropped, making everyone turn to her in concern.

"But what mother?" Sakura asked.

"Wave and Kurome told me that when two Teigu users battle, only one will live," Mikoto shuddered. "I'm hoping that Kurome won't be the one that dies."

"You always seem to dote on her mother," Takumi stated. "Why?"

"She and her sister Akame were sold by their parents when they were only children."

"What!" Everyone became shocked and enraged.

"Why would they do that!" Hinoka looked like she intended to march to whatever country they came from to strangle the people who would sell their own children.

"Where they came from, the empire makes Garon look like a child in comparison," Mikoto scowled. "They rounded up all the children they could gather so they could train them to be killers. They put them through a dangerous trial without even caring for their own safety. After that, they brainwashed them so that they would kill anyone they deemed a threat to the empire. Even a village who did nothing wrong."

Silence filled the room. Corrin looked shocked that such an evil empire could exist. Sakura covered her mouth with both hands. Takumi felt ashamed at being cold to Kurome. Hinoka still seethed her anger. As for Azura, if she felt anything for Kurome, she didn't show it.

"I'm sorry," Mikoto shook her head. "It's not my place to tell her past. Let her be the one to tell it. For now, let us head inside."

"About that…" Corrin stood at attention.

"Big brother?" Sakura asked.

"Somethings wrong," He scanned the area. Othello - or Tatsumi for that matter taught him to observe his surroundings. The area around him is devoid of life.

"Shouldn't there be any guards here?"

"Yeah," Takumi looked around. "Even with the festival, there should've been guards here."

"Didn't that Daidara guy say that there were three of them?" Hinoka asked.

Realization dawned on their face and everyone drew their weapons. Wave and Ryoma are facing Daidara back at the town square. Kurome is battling Nyau when they left her. So where is the third beast?

Corrin tensed for a moment before drawing his sword.

"I know you are there. Come out where I can see you."

From behind a pillar, a man stepped out. He is an old man with silver hair that stretched toward his feet, tied into a ponytail. Like the other beasts, he wore a black long coat over a white blazer. A black cross gave away his identity.

"I'm impressed," He commented. "I didn't expect you to detect my presence. But considering you have been training under Tatsumi I should have expected this."

"I assume you are the third beast?" Corrin narrowed his eyes. "What have you done with the guards?"

"I believe that the answer should be obvious," He spoke in a voice filled with apathy. "But allow me to introduce myself. I am Liver, leader of the three beasts."

"Let me guess? You are here to kill me and my mother?"

"Correct." He lifted up a hand, on his middle finger adorned a ring shaped like a dragons head encasing a black pearl.

"Why are you doing this?!" Corrin demanded. "What do you have to gain from working for a man like Garon?"

"You misunderstand me, young prince," He glared at him. "I don't do this for Nohr's pathetic excuse of a king. No, my loyalty is to my lady Esdeath."

"Esdeath?"

"She is someone that your mentor knows well," Liver said. "You can say that they have the same amount of blood on their hands."

"What do you mean?" Corrin demanded. "How do you know Tatsumi?"

"My dear prince, do you really know your friend?" Liver chuckled, then gestured his hand at Corrin. "But enough, I'm afraid that I have a mission to accomplish."

Snapping his fingers, water spears suddenly pierced Queen Mikoto. Everyone looked in shock as she fell to the ground bleeding.

"Mother!" Corrin screamed. "Sakura please heal her, quickly!"

"R-right!" Sakura tearfully began tending to her.

Corrin and the others turned toward Liver, glaring. "You-"

Suddenly, Corrin felt like he had been dumped into a tub of boiling water. He fell onto his knees screaming, clutching his head. Pain is throbbing in his head like a fire, and steam began to rise.

"Big Brother!

"Corrin!"

Hinoka, Takumi, and Azura rushed to his side, panic etched onto their faces.

Azura placed a hand on his forehead and gasped. "You're burning up!"

Hinoka hefted a naginata she found and glared at Liver. "What are you doing to him?!"

"This is the power of my Teigu, Water Dragon Possession: Black Marlin. I can control any form of liquid around me. Thanks to some improvements, I can even freeze and boil as well, even the blood of your brother."

"That's enough you coward!" Takumi fired an arrow at Liver. But with a simple gesture, Liver created a barrier of hard water to block it. This was enough to release his control over Corrin's blood, he began to cool. Sakura began to tend to him with Mikoto.

Liver lowered the barrier as he strode forward. "To be honest I was expecting a little more from the Fujin Yumi. If I wanted to I could have killed everyone in this room, but I won't."

"Why is that?"

"Because…" Liver gestured his hands forward. A wave of water swept forward and swept everyone except Corrin against the wall. Sweeping his arms so that the palms are facing opposite, this formed a dome of water surrounding the two. "I wanted to see how much of a fight our young prince can put up."

He formed a blade of hard water and got into a fighting stance. "Your mentor trained under a friend of mine. So let see if you can keep up with him. I can kill two birds with one stone at this rate."

"I don't know what you know about Tatsumi's past, but that doesn't matter." Corrin drew his sword. "Because I will not surrender to my mother's murderer!"

"That's the spirit!" Liver grinned. "Come at me!"

They charged at each other, the Hoshidan family watching. Helpless to do anything.

Wave crashed through the statue as he was sent flying away from Daidara. He and Ryoma had been fighting the beast with all their might. But he wasn't kidding about his Teigu's upgrades. Not only can it pierce Grand Chariot, but it also has a trump that allows it to split into separate copies to attack multiple enemies and confuse a single target. Daidara can throw as many axes as he wanted and he can watch as they track their targets like a swarm of crows.

Groaning, he got up and saw Ryoma engaging the beast. Ryoma's slashes are intercepted by Belvaac in its split form. Daidara blocked an overhead slash and force him back, throwing an axe at Ryoma. Except the axe didn't leave his hand, rather, it made a copy that flew towards the High prince. It was Ryoma's agility that saved him from being made into mincemeat.

The moment the axe double landed, it flew towards Daidara. It merged with the axe that it came from. Daidara was grinning like a madman.

"This is great!" He roared with glee.

Wave knew that if this goes on, the people still asleep in the square are going to get killed. He wanted to get them all out of here, but it would leave him wide open to an attack. Also, he had no doubt that Ryoma will have a lot more trouble with the beast than he already has.

Maybe it's time to use his Trump.

He got it after Anankos had temporarily removed the limiter in his Teigu. The danger beast within had a power similar to Tyrants, but different. If he could use it, it will be enough to end the beast once and for all.

"Lord Ryoma!" Wave shouted. "Buy me some time!"

Ryoma didn't glance away from the fight, but he sent an acknowledging nod. As he charged at the beast, Wave closed his eyes and breathed slowly at an even pace.

He focused…

Images played throughout his mind, specifically the battle with Daidara. Belvaac in it's throwing form chasing after him and Ryoma. Then Daidara swinging it in its two-handed form, as well as its ability to make copies of itself.

He felt Grand Chariot changed, as well as the energy surging through his body. His armor shifted until his gauntlets sported coils. Behind him, the defensive film became spheres and levitated at his sides. A cannon mounted on his right shoulder, awaiting its use. His blue outlines and eyes became red as his Trump completed the transformation.

"Nemesis active," Wave opened his eyes, the iris's becoming cross. His voice sounded almost robotic. "Ready for carnage."

He stood up and marched back to the battle. It was taking its toll on Ryoma, who is panting from exhaustion. He stood on one knee as another Belvaac axe came flying at him. Wave thrust and arm forward, a drone flying towards the prince. It stood in front of him and projected an invisible force field that repelled the axe. Ryoma looked in astonishment and back to Wave, who continued to march towards Daidara before stopping.

Daidara looked at Wave and whistled. "Nice, so I take it that is your Trump? I have to admit, I wasn't expecting that."

Wave just stood there, unmoving.

"What's the matter? Cat got your tongue?"

Wave still just stood there, hands hovering over his hips.

Then…

"Terminate."

The cannon lit up, electricity sparking as it began charging power. Then, it fired a projectile at high speed towards the beast.

Daidara overcame his surprise and tried to block the projectile with Belvaac. Keyword being tried, because he was sent hurtling into several walls behind him. After several yards, the travel path subsided.

Ryoma's jaw hit the ground.

"Wave, what was that?!"

Wave didn't answer him. Instead, it continued to march toward the site of devastation that he caused.

"Wave?"

A glint of steel caught their eye as another one of the throwing axes came hurtling toward him. Wave raised his hand and almost immediately, the projectile stopped in mid-air. Then, it flew at high speed towards an approaching Daidara. As it fell into his hand, the beast glared at the former Jaeger.

But it didn't match with the grin that he was giving.

"That was epic!" He roared. "I wasn't expecting that much power either, but it's going to be a lot of experience for me! Let me return the favor with a super move of my own!"

He combined his axes together and threw it in the air, as high as it goes. In mid-air, it began to multiply until it became a swarm of flying axes. Daidara's grin widened as he pointed at Wave.

The swarm flew at him, spinning in a circular motion. Wave stood his ground, unfazed by the swarm of approaching steel. He lifted up both his hands and the spheres arrive at his side. The oncoming swam approached him, but many of the axes are repelled by the barrier.

Wave knew that eventually, the barrier would fail, so he had to end it.

Focusing, he made the storm of steel encircle him so that it looked like an orbit around him.

"Terminate."

He thrust his arms forward, sending the storm flying back at Daidara. The last look on his face before the steel engulfed him was one of shock.

The sound of flesh being split filled the air as the axe blades became blood red. When Wave released control, the axes fell and combined into one, revealing the dismembered body of the beast. It was barely recognizable as it disappeared.

Just like the battle at that place, this is the sign that he had won this battle.

Grand Chariot returned to its original color before wave deactivated his Teigu completely. Wave staggered as he fell to the ground on his knees.

"Wave!" Ryoma rushed to his side before kneeling and putting a hand on his shoulder. "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine," he panted. "Just a little drained. I haven't fought like that in a while."

"I should say. What did you do to him?"

"That was my Teigu's trump," Wave glanced at the confused look on Ryoma's face. "Think of it as a weapon that's in a different league than your Raijinto. Most of them have a Trump. An ace in the hole as we liked to call. Mine comes from the danger Beast that Grand Chariot is created from."

"Danger beast?"

"Long story, anyway, there was this superclass danger beast known as Tyrant. Its ability to adapt and evolve made it a predator that you'll wish you never had to face. It became the prototype for Grand Chariot, and its danger beast is similar to it. But instead of adapting to the environment, it had the ability to temporarily evolve so it can overcome a particular foe. This earned it the name Nemesis."

"For example," he shakily stood up and pointed to where Daidara's body once was. "In my fight, Grand Chariot evolved so that it can control metal. It's how I was able to block those attack and send that steel flying back at him. His own weapon proved to be his downfall."

"What about that weapon on your shoulder?"

"Most likely for long distant attacks. But I couldn't use it with all of that steel coming down on me. The civilians would've been hurt otherwise."

"You don't have to worry about that. I got them all to safety as you and Daidara fought."

Wave and Ryoma whipped around, looking for the source of the voice. They couldn't see the bodies of the civilians put to sleep by the effect of scream.

"Who's there?!" Ryoma placed a hand on Raijinto. "Are you a Friend or Foe?"

"That voice…" Waves eyes widened. "Could it be…"

The air shimmered before them, showing the armor of Incursio. It vanished as it revealed a green-eyed brunette grinning.

"Hey Wave! It's been a while, huh?"

"Tatsumi…" Wave stood speechless.

Ryoma looked surprised. "Tatsumi? The one who Daidara said died?"

"Prince Ryoma? Well, let's just say that it isn't the first time someone tried to kill me. Especially-"

Wave went up to him and punched him in the face, sending him flying back and crashing onto the ground.

"Wave! What the hell are you-" The Wave grabbed his lapels and brought

"Do you have any idea how much pain you put us all through with that stunt?!" He shouted in his face. "We haven't seen any sign of you and all you do is say 'Hey'?!"

Tatsumi looked down in shame. "I'm sorry."

"Sorry isn't going to save you from the thrashing that Kurome is going to give you."

"What?" Tatsumi looked to him in shock. "Kurome is here too?"

"That's right," Wave affirmed, lowering his voice. "She agreed to come here to look for you ever since she saw Akame crying. It got even worse when she left to look for you. We haven't heard from her ever since."

Once again, Tatsumi looked down in shame. It was bad enough that Akame is crying, but now missing?

"I will take responsibility when I see her," He got up and walked over to Belvaac. "But right now, we have to focus on the assassins. Judging by the opponent you are facing, I assume the three beasts are the assassins?"

"Yep. The one that I killed is Daidara. He was obsessed with fighting strong opponents."

"I know," Tatsumi picked up Belvaac. Wave became surprised by how easily Tatsumi is able to lift it with one arm. Especially without any problems. "That's one out of three down. The others must be attempting to kill Prince Corrin and Queen Mikoto as we speak. Where are they?"

"They were headed back to the palace, Kurome is taking them there as we speak."

"She's not there," Tatsumi walked back to the surprised Wave.

"What do you mean?"

Tatsumi pointed to his ear with his free hand. "She's fighting one of the three beasts as we speak."

"WHAT?! Why didn't you say so?!" Wave donned Grand Chariot.

"She's over there," Tatsumi pointed towards the direction where he heard Kurome battle Nyau. "Go. I will help out Corrin. I'm going to assume that Liver is his opponent."

Tatsumi donned Incursio and together, the armored Teigu users took off at impossible speeds.

Ryoma, who stood in silence at the exchange, suddenly bolted after them.

"Wait!"

Unbeknownst to them, a sword that stood in the rubble of the statue levitated upward. Then it sped off in Tatsumi's direction.

Nyau grinned as he held Kurome by the throat. She is bloodied and bruised all over from the thrashing that he gave her.

She annoyingly kept him from using his trump. Her speed and strength help her live up to her former reputation as part of Dark Squad. But he played her own strategy against her.

For a situation like this, he underwent massive training to increase his stamina and speed. That way, he can find an opening to use his trump again. He had kicked Kurome away from him, sending her crashing against the wall of shields behind her.

He reactivated his trump and turned the tables against her.

"Shame, I was expecting more from a former Jaeger," He sneered. "But it seems that the Jaegers are weak after all."

Kurome said nothing.

"How boring," He proceeded to grab her head and crush her. For his amusement, he also ripped off her face. Dropping the corpse, he proceeded to take Yatsufusa and began walking away.

"Now on to kill… " He was barely several feet away when Yatsufusa vanished in his hand

"What the… ARG!"

He looked down and saw the tip of Yatsufusa exiting his stomach.

Turning his head, he saw Kurome giving him a death glare as she held Yatsufusa in place.

"How?!" He screamed. "I killed you!"

"As I said, you weren't the only one who got their Teigu upgraded," She coldly stated. "For example, when you killed me, I redirected my death to one of my puppets."

Behind her, one of the knights in the wall formation was on the ground with its face ripped off.

"I learned how to make the master and servant relationship work both ways," She continued. "So next time that you want to kill me, you have to kill all of my puppets as well. Not that there will be any next time."

"Damn you…"

Then, black electricity erupted from Yatsufusa and shocked him. The pain inflicted upon him was nothing like regular lightning. It felt like the devils lightning.

His body couldn't take any more of it and begin to disintegrate. Kurome withdrew Yatsufusa and took Scream from its rotting hand.

"Two down, three to go," She muttered. Then she reached into her pouch and took out a red bean mochi and began eating it. "Assuming Wave finished Daidara."

"Kurome!"

Speak his name and he will appear.

Wave landed in front of her, wearing Grand Chariot. It vanished, showing Kurome's boyfriend with a worried expression.

"Are you all right? Did he hurt you?" Wave ranted on until Kurome bopped him on the head. Wave clutched his head in pain.

"I'm fine you dolt," She bluntly stated. "Did you kill Daidara?"

"Yep, that only leaves Liver."

"From what Esdeath told me about him, he seems to be the more intelligent of the group. He's likely at the palace right now! We need to Hurry!"

"Right, but there's something you need to know," Wave called as she ran off. "Tatsumi is here."

That stopped her cold.

"Tatsumi is here?"

"Yep, he's on his way to Prince Corrin right now."

Suddenly the atmosphere grew cold, almost as cold as Esdeath when she tortured him for losing Tatsumi. Kurome turned around, and she had her demon face.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let us go help him out."

Wave started feeling sympathy for Tatsumi right about now.

Corrin's sword break as Liver's water sword sliced him across the chest. They had been fighting non-stop for who knows how long. Despite the training he received from Tatsumi, it was clear that Liver had more experience than him.

"Corrin!" His family cried out in concern.

"Despite the gap between our years, it seems that Tatsumi had taught you well," Liver commented. He raised his water blade. "But it all ends here."

Corrin can only watch as Liver swung his sword at his neck. He couldn't die here, not after everything that happened. If he dies, his family dies as well.

"Milord, it's moment's like these that you need to shout."

He suddenly remembered the words of Tatsumi when he was training him. When he felt like he was giving up or getting hopeless.

"All it takes is one push."

Corrin gritted his teeth.

"So shout at the top of your lungs like a dragon Lord Corrin! Shout with your raging soul!"

That's exactly what he did. Corrin slammed a fist into the ground and roared like a dragon, but this wasn't a man made attempt.

This is an actual roar.

Energy surged around him as suddenly transformed into an actual dragon.

"What the-" Liver is completely taken by surprise at this.

Then, Corrin began sucking air. Suddenly, the water around him became drawn towards him. He sucked in all the water from the dome and blade that Liver manipulated. IT only stopped until it sucked the area dry, leaving plants and ponds deprived of water.

Aside from blood, there was nothing that Liver can manipulate now.

Not that he would get the chance.

Corrin breathed out a blast of high pressured water at Liver so fast that he didn't have time to react. It blasted a hole into his chest and continued toward the palace. Another hole is caved in as it continued onward, after finally stopping.

Silence hung in the air.

"Your power… is even greater… than mine," Liver breathed as he fell, dying. "But Esdeath… will be your… end…"

Those are his last words before he died.

Corrin, still in his dragon form, began to tear into the remains.

"Corrin!' Takumi shouted. "That's enough! The battle is over!"

Corrin roared and tail swiped Takumi, sending him crashing into a wall before falling unconscious.

"Corrin! You have to stop," Hinoka would've rushed forward before Azura placed a hand in front of her.

"You are the ocean's gray waves…"

Her song filled the air, reaching out to Corrin. His rampage ended and he seems to calm down as Azura approached him.

"Destined to seek, life beyond the shore just out of reach…"

She reached out to him with both hands. Suddenly, he lunged at her, knocking her down. Hinoka made to rush to her side, but Azura stopped her.

"Yet the water's never reached, flowing like time, the path is yours to climb…"

Then, a dragon claw wrapped itself around her throat, threatening to squeeze the life out of her.

"Kill me if you want…" she cried. "But please… do it as yourself."

It stood still for a moment, then withdrew as he transformed back into his human form.

"I remember…" He said before losing consciousness.

"Corrin!" Hinoka rushed to her brother's side. Azura got up and did likewise.

"Is he…"

"No, he's only asleep," Azura assured. "He'll wake up soon."

Then, something behind them landed with a loud boom.

They turned to see an armored figure crouching down. It stood straight and began walking toward them. Hinoka raised her Naginata, but they held a hand out as if to placate them.

Then, the armor vanished and exposed a green-eyed brunette. He scowled at the prone body of Corrin and Mikoto.

"What the hell happened here?"

I know I said that Corrin will get the Yato in this chapter, so I'm sorry that I hadn't done so in advance. I promise that I will do it in the next chapter.

Anyway, thank you, everyone, who clicked follow and favorite on this story.

On to Q&A:

Dracus6: I'm not saying that I won't do a crossover between Durarara and Akame Ga Kill. I just have some Ideas of my own that I like to share as well. But I am still taking ideas, so thank you. Also, I hope you enjoyed the fight between Liver and Tatsumi.

Evolving Dragon: Let's just say that Mikoto is going to be in a state where she won't be able to hold the barrier any longer.

Next time, Tatsumi reconvenes with Wave and Kurome (but he has to survive her wrath first). Then, Corrin has to make a choice regarding his path to climb. Either way, there is no avoiding the path of carnage for both of them.

P.S. After the next chapter, I will be taking a break. Don't worry, I will return to this.

Akame Ga Emblem! Fates: Kill the Path.
