"I'm sorry, my lord," the groveling worm that was Commander Jonas said. "I won't make another mistake."

I sighed, this guy was pathetic, doing anything so he could live. With a wave of my hand I snapped his neck and he fell to the ground dead. The MBI traitors that were watching jumped a little bit, but said nothing. Good. There was a knock on the door. I looked at the traitors.

"Well?" I said sternly. "Get rid of his body!"

They jumped again and cautiously picked up the body. I stood up out of my chair and walked over to the door and opened it.

"Yes?" I questioned. It was a random MBI traitor.

"The um...the cleanup at the MBI headquarters is going as scheduled," he said nervously. "Many agents that didn't betray have been killed but many also escaped."

I waved my hand, "That's fine. Most of the agents are weak, they can't harm us."

He coughed, "Okay, also, they have found the body of the agent known as George Versoli. What do you want me to tell the science team?"

"Resurrect him as soon as possible," I said. "We need a good bargaining chip."

"Got it," he said. "One more thing, your meeting starts in a couple minutes."

"Of course," I said. I then looked down at the man, who was just standing there. "You can go now."

And with that he scurried down the hall. I grunted, and went back into my room. Quickly, I put on my cape, and exited the room. I walked down the hall to the meeting room, ignoring the nervous stares. While it was annoying, I got used to it after a while. Eventually, I reached the meeting hall. Opening the doors, I saw Ilias looking out the window and Eobard Thawne sitting down, seemingly deep in concentration.

"Where's Adam?" I said. The yellow eyed demon wasn't here. I didn't resurrect him just for him to be so damn disrespectful.

"I hate the name Adam…" he said as he walked into the room.

"Sucks for you," I said. "That's the name I gave you. Or did you forget who resurrected you?"

Adam grunted and sat down across from Eobard. At least they knew their places. I could tell they didn't like to admit that I was the strongest one in the room.

"Alright, now that everyone's here," I said. "We can distribute the Order. Which I guess is more like an invitation, but you know."

I looked over at Ilias, who was still looking out the window. "You good, Ilias?"

"Yes," she said.

"Not having second thoughts are you?" I asked.

"No," she said, looking at me.

"Good," I smiled. "I'd hate to lose you."

I could tell she knew exactly what I meant by 'lose'.

"So," Eobard said. "What if who we send this Order to, doesn't respond?"

"That'll be their problem," I said. "It's either, join, obey or die."

They all nodded. Then Adam spoke up.

"What about Ken and his team? What if they defeat that Versal-Demon?"

"I'm hoping they do," I smiled. That seemed to shock them.

"What?! Why?" Adam exclaimed in a barrage of questions.

"Well," I said. "I'm a courteous guy. I'd like them to at least have a fighting chance."

"That's every villains downfall," Ilias said. Was that hope in her eyes?

"You forget who I am," I laughed. "If they start getting too powerful for my taste, I'll kill a couple of them."

They all nodded, but I could tell Adam had doubts. Either way, this would be a grand enterprise. Conquering the Multiverse would take a lot of work. But I'm up for the task.

I know this is a short chapter, but it's mainly just to meet some of the villains. Including the big bad himself.
