After traveling with the Red-Hair Pirates for almost a month now, Avalon had finally come to terms with the fact that she had a crush on the captain. She had also managed to get used to being out at sea, so the rocking of the ship no longer bothered her all that much. But on the other hand, she was bored as hell. Being on a ship in the middle of the ocean, didn't really give her much to practice with as far as her element manipulation went. They had recently stopped at an island to stock up on supplies, mainly sake, food and, of course, new clothes for herself, but she had also been able to get a couple of small plants to keep in her room that she could use for training. Deciding it was time to get up and get started on breakfast, Avalon got dressed in her favorite emerald green, halter style maxi dress, with a simple hibiscus floral pattern. Pulling her long brown hair into a high ponytail, she walked out the door from her room and into the kitchen.

"Morning, Shanks!" She smiled at the captain, which quickly turned into a frown when she saw he was drinking already.

"Mornin', 'Earth-Mover' Avalon." He chuckled, standing up from his spot at the table.

"Excuse me?" She squeaked, afraid to find out what he was talking about. Her question was immediately answered with a piece of paper being sloppily shoved in her face. Taking the paper from his hand, so she could read it better, her jaw dropped. Before her was a Wanted Poster, with a picture of herself back from the auction fiasco. She looked focused on a group of auction workers that were coming right for her. Rocks and pieces of the collapsed ceiling from Luffy's unique entrance were flying towards them. Avalon recalled also having used the ground beneath the men, open up slightly, entrapping their feet and ensuring they couldn't dodge her attack.

"70 million Belli is pretty damn impressive for your first bounty." Shanks took a drink from his sake cup, then quickly refilling it with the bottle next to it on the table. "Are these three your friends?" He asked, handing her the other posters that had come with it in the morning paper.

"My friends?" She echoed to herself as she took them. Her eyes went wide. "Flame-Dancer Eve, 80 million. Calisto the Siren, 85 million. Wind-Walker Lillian, 75 million."

Several moments of silence passed, slowly walking over to the table, she sat down. "Shanks?"

"Hm?" He glanced over to her, taking another drink of sake, only this time, straight from the bottle itself.

"How old are these posters?" Her green eyes filled with worry.

"Just a couple of days is my guess." He could see she was concerned for her friends, yet she also looked relieved. "So, Earth-Mover Avalon, huh? Wonder how they came up with a name like that?" He mused half to himself, and half questioning Avalon. Knowing full well, she knew why.

"If the others have Wanted Posters too, then that means the Marines don't have them, and on top of that, if Calisto is okay, then the others are too for sure." She began grinning, and avoiding answering his question.

"Whatta' you mean by that? 'If Calisto is okay, then the others are too?" The ship's sniper Yassopp came up to the duo.

"Well," she giggled, "Calisto is a bit on the ditzy side, and if anybody is most likely to get caught or hurt, it would probably be her. But, truth be told, she still isn't someone to be underestimated, because if she really wants to get serious about something, she can." Looking back down at the posters in her hand, a more serious expression grew on her face. "But I suppose the new problem is, Calisto's bounty is higher than Eve's. And Eve is pretty competitive when it comes to Cali. Not for any specific reason really, that's just how she is. Eve and Calisto are complete opposites, so for Calisto to be worth more than her…" she shook her head as she began laughing, "let's just say, Eve is probably determined to do something to change that."

"Your friends sound pretty entertaining, Avalon." Ben Beckman, the first mate, spoke up.

"Yea, I'd like to meet them sometime." Shanks was laughing whole heartedly, and half drunkenly.

Avalon smiled, "Yeah that would be fun. I can only imagine the shenanigans you and Cali and Eve would get into." She began laughing as well. A very loud grumbling of someone's stomach interrupted her thoughts. "Whoops. Guess I should get started on breakfast." She giggled. "How does blueberry pancakes sound?"

"Delicious!" Lucky Roo chimed, as he walked into the kitchen, followed by Rockstar and the remainder of the crew.

As the hoard of hungry men filed into the kitchen, the smell of perfectly golden brown, blueberry pancakes, bacon, sausage, and hash browns filled the air. Before she joined, it was usually Ben or Rockstar doing the cooking, but she had somewhat taken over the task. They didn't mind at all, really, it was nice having the touch of a woman around.

As everyone ate to their hearts' content, Avalon over heard a conversation about one of the Eleven Supernovas that was making quite a name for himself there in the New World. Eustass Kid, Calisto's older brother. Avalon couldn't help but wonder if her friend knew just how awful of a person he really was, some of the rumors about him and his crew were terrifying.

"Hey, Avalon, are you alright?" She looked up at Ben, who looked very concerned himself.

"Yea. It's just… I've met him before, Eustass Kid. He was at the auction house when I escaped. He even tried to buy my friend Calisto." She pointed to her red headed girl's poster. "Whom, oddly enough, turned out to be his younger sister."

"So why are you concerned about that?"

"I don't think she knows just how ruthless he really is. But on the other hand, I don't think he would ever try to hurt her or anything. And I don't know how he behaves around her either, but still…"

"Ahem!" Shanks interrupted their conversation. "Men!" He stood from his seat at the head of the table, hand raised above his head, with a fork and pancake still in his grasp, "In honor of our dear Avalon getting her first bounty, starting at 70 million Belli, it is captain's orders that we celebrate!" The crew cheered, "But first, we finish eating! These are damn good pancakes!"

Lillian was in a bad mood today. She was being summoned to Boa Hancock's palace, and Lily did not care for that woman at all. Hancock's sisters, Marigold and Sandersonia were okay, she didn't mind them, and she really liked Elder Nyon. In fact, while she was there on the island of Amazon Lily, that was where she stayed, with Elder Nyon. Lillian felt like there was a lot she could learn from that old woman, and it made her feel angry that Hancock would treat her with such disrespect. But here she was, on her way to the palace to see what the big-boobed bitch wanted.

Lily casually strolled through the palace, and up to the throne room where Hancock was currently sitting, alongside her sisters. Trying her best to be polite, she smiled at the trio, "Whatcha want?" She asked, crossing her arms over her chest, "I hope it's important."

"It's about your wanted poster." Hancock stared down at her, taking notice of just how small Lily's frame was. She was thin, about 5 feet and 5 inches tall, her long silver hair framed her thin face and small chest. But her silver eyes showed annoyance and curiosity towards Hancock, not desire, which aside from Luffy, nobody else had ever been immune to her charms. Well, Hawkeyes wasn't effected by her either, but she didn't care about him, so he doesn't count…

Lily was confused, "My Wanted Poster? What are you talking about?"

"This wanted poster." Sandersonia handed her a piece of paper, Lily looked down at it in complete shock.

"Wind-Walker Lily?" She raised an eyebrow, "75 million?! Are they serious?!" Studying the picture used, Lily couldn't believe her eyes. She was running like the wind, stealing moneys from people attempting to escape the auction house. Lillian dropped to the floor in shock, "How? How were they able to take a picture of me like that? Who could have even been taking the pictures?" She felt as though she was about to go into a panic. "The others. Were there any other posters along with that one?" She looked back up at the three sisters with tears in her eyes.

"Yea, there were." Marigold walked over to a nearby table and grabbed a stack of posters and handed them to Lily.

She began frantically searching through the pile, posters flying in every direction at high speed until finally she stopped on three others. "They're okay." She sighed, relieved to see that her friends were also still considered wanted criminals; meaning they hadn't been captured.

Curious to see whose posters she was looking at, the Gorgon Sisters walked over to Lily and peered over her shoulder. "Who are these girls?" Marigold whispered, "Are they important to you?" She was worried about the small woman on the floor in front of her.

"They're my sisters." Lily whispered in return, now crying tears of joy. "I'm so glad they're okay."

"Um, " Sandersonia interjected, "I don't want to be rude, but where was this picture taken?" She was worried that she may have already known that answer, the area in the photograph looked familiar to her, but she wasn't entirely too sure if this was indeed the place she was thinking of.

Lily sighed, deciding that she may as well tell them, "An auction house. Actually, the auction house on Shabondy Archipelago. My sisters and I were being sold there that day, and we were able to escape." She went quiet, awaiting the dreadful response of repulsion of her being a slave. But nothing was said, there was no scoffing, or demanding of her to leave or be returned to her former owners.

Only a few minutes had passed, but the silence made it seem like an eternity. "Were you only just captured?" Hancock finally broke the silence, with a soft whisper.

"No." Lily shook her head, her long silver hair covering her face. "We were slaves for twelve years. We were up for auction that day because our owners had grown bored of us and wanted newer toys." Taking a deep breath, she continued, "We, the four of us, were planning on using the back rooms where the papers are signed as our place to escape, but when Luffy and his friends came crashing in and running amok," she couldn't help but laugh a bit, "we just kind of took the opportunity to escape then and there."

Without warning, Lillian was suddenly picked up and placed on her feet by Marigold. "I think you need to come with us." She whispered quietly, grabbing her by the wrist and gently pulling her along with Hancock and Sandersonia into a more private room.

"What's going on?" She began to panic, "You're not going to take me back there are you?"

"Silence!" Hancock snapped. Finally looking Lillian in the eyes, "We would never force you to go back to such a place."

"Thank you." Lily whispered, hanging her head in relief, "but…why?"

"Because," Sandersonia was trying to choke back tears, "we…we..."

"We were slaves ourselves." Marigold finished her sentence, comforting her sister.

"What?" Lily was shocked, "Really? So the story about you defeating the Gorgon?"

"It is a cover up. If the women of this island were to ever discover the truth, we would be forced to flee from our home. It's also how we explain our devil fruit powers." Hancock explained, her blue eyes reflecting pain, sadness, and anger at the remembrance of what they had been through as children.

"I see." Lily found herself now trying to hold back tears of her own.

"So, " Hancock looked down towards Lily, not in a condescending way, she was just a lot shorter than her, "Your sisters, none of you look alike?"

"Ah, yea, we're not actually blood related, but we all consider each other sisters. We've been through everything together. Calisto is the youngest of the four of us. She was seven when she was forced into slavery, Avalon and I were eight, and Eve was nine." Lily chuckled lightly, thinking back to how she had even been captured in the first place. "It was my own damn fault, I got too nosy about something and wandered onto this pirate ship, and got locked inside a storage room full of kidnapped children. It's kind of funny in a sick way, being forced to live as a slave was probably one of the best things that could have happened to me, simply because, I never would have met them, my sisters, had I minded my own business." Looking back down at the wanted posters in her hand, she started laughing, "On another note, Eve is going to be pissed when she sees Calisto has a higher bounty than her. I wonder what she's going to do to change that." She chuckled.

"CALI! Cali, Cali, Cali, Cali!" Perona was flying throughout the castle, looking high and low for the ginger. Finally spotting her sitting outside, watching Mihawk train Zoro. "CALI!" She zoomed down to her, stopping mere inches from the ginger's face, holding out a piece of paper, "Cali! You're a wanted criminal! You have a bounty!"

Everybody froze, eyes trained on the two girls. Calisto just started laughing, "Oh, really? How much am I worth?" She took the poster from Perona's hands, her jaw dropped, "85 million?! Are you kidding me?!" She fell to the ground, doubled over in laughter. Zoro's jaw dropped, "What the hell? How is that funny?! And what the hell did you do to get a starting bounty so damn high?!" She only laughed harder at Zoro's reaction. Mihawk just looked at the girl in silence, his interest was piqued, but he wasn't really one to show much emotion.

Finally calming down from her fit of laughter, Calisto took another look at the poster, examining the picture. It was of her just talking to her brother and his first mate. She looked as if she were ready to pounce on them, giving the impression that she was about to attack. When in reality, she was about to jump on him and just hug him. This made her laugh even harder. 'Of course the Marines aren't going to use a picture of me controlling water, they can't afford to let people know this kind of ability exists!' She thought to herself.

"Calisto!" Perona was frowning down at her, "Moss Head is right, this isn't a laughing matter. And do you mind telling me what you were thinking, attacking Eustass Kidd and his first mate, Killer? Are you suicidal?" This only made Calisto laugh more, but now Mihawk was really interested.

Casually strolling over, he picked up the poster from the ground next to Calisto, who was now grabbing her sides trying to control herself. "She has a valid question, Miss Calisto. What were you thinking by doing that?"

Finally regaining control, Calisto sat up and looked up at the man looming over her, "Well, I'm not attacking him. At least not in that sense. I was going to jump on him, yes, but only to give him a hug. He's my older brother. And Killer, has been his best friend since we were little, so he's like a second brother to me." She grinned up at him, "I hadn't seen them since I was seven." Her expression suddenly became saddened, thinking back to the day she was kidnapped. "Not for twelve long years."

Looking back at the poster in his hands, he began to examine it more closely, Kid, looked shocked. Not because he was about to be brazenly attacked, but it looked as though he was shocked she was there. And the grin on her face, although it looked a bit on the maniacal side, she was happy. It was easy to see how the scene itself could easily be mistaken for a violent context, when it was quite the opposite. "So, your name is Eustass Calisto? And Eustass 'Captain' Kid is your elder brother?"

"Yup." She grinned, "Sure is. And Killer's real name is James. I don't think he ever had a surname though." Tapping her finger to her chin as she bit her lower lip, "I don't think I was supposed to tell anybody that either. He says it isn't as intimidating as 'Killer'." She hummed.

Mihawk only arched an eyebrow at her, "Then I shall pretend I never heard that." He began walking back toward Zoro, but stopping half way to glance over his shoulder at her, "And I do advise, Miss Calisto, that you not tell anyone else about your relationship to Eustass Kid. That is a very important piece of information neither the Marines nor the government should know."

"Mmkay." She hummed, not entirely paying attention to what he was saying. She continued to stare off into the picture of her and her brother. "Oh!" She perked up suddenly, "Perona! Were there any other posters besides this one?" She grinned up at her pink haired friend.

"Yea, there were a bunch of others, why?"

"Because I want to see if any of my friends got one too."

"Um, okay, let me go get the rest of the posters." A minute later, she came back, "Here, do you know any of them?"

Calisto began thumbing through the pile, looking for her friends. When she did, she doubled over into another fit of laughter. "Oh shit! My bounty is higher than Eve's! She is going to be pissed!"

"Who is Eve?" Perona tipped her head to one side.

"She's one of my best friends." Calisto pointed to Eve's wanted poster, "Her. She's pretty competitive, so now that I have a higher bounty than her, she's bound to do something to make hers go up more. Ah, I wonder what she'll do, or even where she is." She leaned back on the stone stairs, basking in what little sun there was on the island. After a few moments passed, she became bored, and an idea had sprung into her mind on how to fix that. "Mmm… Mihawk-san?"

"Yes, Miss Calisto?"

"What was your butter knife's name again, Katara?"

"Kogatana." He answered, with a dead pan expression.

"Oh. What a strange name. Not very creative though." She hummed to herself, purposefully trying to annoy him. He wasn't training with Zoro anymore for the day, and she was bored. Perona must have gotten bored as well, since she had gone back inside. As he turned back toward Zoro, Calisto took the opportunity to jump up from where she sat and attempted to steal his hat. Of course she failed. Before she realized it, he had spun around and grabbed her by the wrist. Looking from his large hand and into his golden eyes, she just grinned mischievously. "Busted."

"What do you think you're doing?" Apparently, he wasn't amused. At all.

"I'm bored. So I thought I'd try and steal your hat." She giggled, showing absolutely no fear of the man before her.

He sighed, "You'll have to try harder than that if you ever plan on even coming close to succeeding." As much as he wanted to, he refrained from laughing at her boldness.

"Challenge accepted." Her mischievous grin grew even more. "Do you like takoyaki? I think I'll make some takoyaki for dinner tonight. That sounds good." She freed herself from his grasp, and casually turned on her heel to go inside and make dinner.

"Such a strange girl." He mused to himself, crossing his arms over his powerful chest.

"You have no idea." Zoro chuckled, following after her, in the wrong direction.

Eve was determined. She needed to get stronger, and she wanted to come up with some sort of way to raise her own bounty. There was no way she was going to let Calisto have a higher bounty than her; that was just not going to fly. Although, at the same time, she could understand why, it was obvious that someone who could control water would be considered more dangerous than fire. And quite frankly, she found it funny that the Marines chose to use a picture of her getting ready to pounce onto her brother instead of one where she was fighting.

Taking a deep breath, Eve returned her thoughts to focusing on the flame in front of her, making the flickering of the candle match her own breathing. Suddenly, an idea came to her, silently standing up, she reached her hand out and picked the flame up off of the candle and held it in the palm of her hand. Making it glow brighter to light the path before her, she crept towards the library. It was dark out, maybe three in the morning, so trying to not wake anyone up, she kept her steps light. As she approached the doors, she saw just the faintest bit of light creeping out from the room. Quietly entering the room, she saw Dragon himself, silently reading. Glancing up at her, he nodded his head once in her direction, acknowledging her presence.

"I've done some research on you, Miss Eve. It appears that you've gone through quite a bit in your life." He gently set the book he was reading down on the small table next to him. When she didn't say anything in response, he continued, "Your mother was quite a character herself. Tell me, are you aware of who your father was?"

Eve's glare turned to a look of curiosity. "My father?"

"Yes. Your father." He nodded.

"All I know is from what that cow that gave birth to me told me." She huffed.

"And what is that?"

"He was some random pirate that raped her and ran. And I have his eyes."

"You do have his eyes, yes. But he was no pirate, and there was no rape." Eve's eyes lit up at what she had just been told. "He was a Revolutionary, and a very good friend of mine. He…"

"DRAGON-SAN!" A voice echoed through the hallways, interrupting their conversation. "Dragon-san." A young woman came running into the library.

"What is it, Koala?" He looked over at the girl, waiting for her to catch her breath.

"Some of our undercover agents in the Marines have been found out. They're set to be executed in 3 days!" She flailed her arms around wildly in a panic.

"Where are they being kept?" It was faint, but Eve could hear just the slightest hint of concern in his voice.

"It's a Marine Base just east of here."

"So why don't we just go break them out? Most of the big shots are going to be focused on putting their precious headquarters back together, right? So it's not like we're going to run into a bunch of trouble." Eve shrugged.

"It'll take us four days to get there, if we're lucky." Koala sighed in exasperation.

Dragon sat in silence debating what to do. "Yo, Dragon." Eve turned to look at him. "I have an idea." It was his turn to look at Eve with curiosity. "Why don't you send a small group to leave for the base now? The team can split into two groups, one stays with the boat and the other sneaks into the base. The 'ninja' team, can rescue your guys and the dumb fucks at the base will never know what hit 'em."

"That's suicidal." Koala practically screeched, flailing her arms again.

"Koala." Dragon looked at the young woman. "Go get Sabo and Hack. Eve?" He turned his attention back to Eve as Koala left the room to go retrieve the two men.

"Yea?"

"It is a very risky plan; flawed too. However, if anything was to happen, are you willing to take responsibility for the consequences?"

"Yea. I get it. My plan, my problem." Koala came back in with a very tired looking Sabo, and behind him, a fish-man wearing martial arts attire. After Eve re-explained her plan to the other two men, the four of them set off.

"I can't believe Dragon-san is going along with this!" Koala groaned, leaning up against the railing of their small boat. "Why do I have to go too?" She continued whining to herself. Turning around to see the other three occupants of the boat sitting inside talking, Koala couldn't help but smile. She had heard about what had happened to Eve, and she could see the raven-haired girl bash Sabo upside the head for falling asleep while she was trying to talk to him.

"Wake up, Blondie! Don't fall asleep when people are talking to you!"

"Itai! Woman! Stop hitting me! I'm trying to sleep!" He scowled as he nursed the growing up on the back of his head.

"Koala. Is he always like this?! How the hell is this guy the Second in Command?" It was Eve's turn to be exasperated.

"Why do you even want me awake?" He puffed out his cheeks in annoyance.

"Okay then, how about this, Koala, would you like to come ashore with me, or would you like to stay here with Sleeping Beauty? Either way, both you and Hack, with your Fish-man Karate will be extremely helpful."

"I'll go with you. We can have some girl-time while we sneak around." Koala giggled at Eve's continuous pet-names for Sabo.
