Hermes(Zach)'s POV
Hermes awoke with a start. He heard someone, or something, rustling around in the living room. He jumped up. Almost immediately, he fell down again. He had tripped over Apollo's guitar. They didn't share a room, Hermes just, ah, 'borrowed' it. He also had Demeter's clay pot, Hades' famous peoples' finger bone collection, Aphrodite's eyeliner, and Hera's peacock scarf.
After dragging himself up from the ground, he used his powers to send his mind out and search for thieves. Within a few seconds, he learned that there wasn't an intruder, it was just Artemis.
Hermes went out into the living room, and then he tripped again. When he looked up, he found Artemis, or Diana, as she was known to the mortals, staring down at him, holding a butter knife a few inches from his right eye.
"What are you doing? Why aren't you asleep?!" Artemis hissed.
"I heard you moving around… Why aren't you asleep?" Hermes asked, rather confused.
"I don't sleep." Artemis said, glaring down at him with her silvery blue eyes.
They're really quite strange… Hermes thought. A few seconds later, he added And beautiful.
"Oh, yes, the whole, goddess of the moon thing, huh?" Hermes said.
She just glared at him.
"So, Apollo told me you thought I was cute.." Hermes said, smirking.
"Don't try that stuff with me, Hermes. I'm not just some mortal who you can smile at and have them get in bed with you."
Ouch. Harsh. "It wasn't like that-"
"Of course it wasn't. Notice the sarcasm? Just leave me alone for a while."
Hermes shook his head sadly. "Whatever, Arty."
He turned and began to walk out of the room, before a flying pillow hit him in the back of the head. "Really, Arty? And you say I'm immature."
Artemis narrowed her eyes and threw another pillow at him.
Luckily for Hermes, he had duck just in time. Unluckily for Hermes, Artemis was a goddess of Archery.
Only later would Hermes realize why he shouldn't mess with her.
The Next Day….
"Ouch, Apollo!" Hermes groaned as Apollo began to rub something onto Hermes' black eye.
"Shut up and stop moving, Hermes."
Hermes groaned as Apollo then began to poke at his ribs, which ached, because Artemis had thrown a pot at him.
Artemis was so violent… And beautiful…
Whoa, dude. Stop thinking like that.
Apollo said, "Who did this?"
That brought Hermes out of his thoughts. "Uh… Heracles."
He didn't want Apollo to know that it was a girl who had beaten him up.
"Of course." Apollo murmured, seemingly angry.
Hermes raised an eyebrow. "Why are you so angry?"
Apollo sighed, and picked up his guitar. "Heracles is such a jerk…" He murmured, strumming a chord. "I was hitting it off with this girl-"
Hermes interrupted him. "On the first day?"
Apollo glared at him. "Yes, on the first day. Later, at lunch, I caught him making out with her in a corner!"
Hermes sighed, before he realized something. "Wait… Isn't he with Hebe?"
Apollo shook his head. "Not anymore. He dumped her, right after lunch."
"Ouch."
Poseidon(Dylan)'s POV
Poseidon held hands with Demeter as they entered the school.
She was in Biology first period, so they weren't in the same classes.
Demeter smiled at him. "I have to go to my locker now, Po- Dylan."
Poseidon smiled. "See you later."
A.N: Yeah, I know this is late. Yes, I'm sorry. I've had a lot going on.
