Christopher Ewing hugged his pillow tightly before rolling over just to catch a glimpse of the burning sunlight outside. After shaking his tiredness off, Chris peeled his eyes open and jumped out of his bed only to realise that he hadn't been sleeping alone. Christopher's close friend, Elena Ramos was asleep underneath Christopher's covers, wearing nothing but the covers on top of her. "Oh my god" Christopher muttered to himself, remembering the events of the night before. "Elena, are you awake?" Chris asked. Elena groaned before realising where she was. "Oh my god! Did we sleep together?!" Elena queried, dashing out of the bed. "I think we did" Christopher said in response. The pair looked at each other in astonishment before bursting into a fit of laughter.
Suddenly footsteps could be heard. "Christopher son, are you awake?" Bobby asked, pacing up the stairs. "Quick you've gotta hide!" Christopher said, laughing at the same time. Elena quickly stuck her clothes on and jumped in Christopher's en suite, shutting the door behind her. Bobby swung open Christopher's bedroom door. "Are you okay son?" Bobby questioned, glancing at his son's room.
"Yeah of course I am. Why?".
"I thought I could hear voices that's all, sorry i disturbed you" Bobby said, before exiting his son's room.
"Is it safe to come out?" Elena queried.
"Yes" Christopher said. Elena suddenly hopped out of the bathroom and sat beside Christopher. "Wanna go for dinner later?" Chris asked. Elena nodded in response before kissing Christopher.
Several hours after Christopher's situation with Elena, he, John Ross Ewing, Sue Ellen Ewing, Bobby Ewing and J.R Ewing had gathered in Ewing Enterprises boardroom to discuss something that had been playing on J.R's mind, as well as his son's.
"So what's this about John Ross?" Sue Ellen asked, hugging her son before taking her seat beside J.R and John Ross. "J.R and I have been talking, and we think Christopher should step down from the board and sell his shares over to us" John Ross explained.
Christopher and Bobby stared wide eyed at John Ross and J.R.
"You son of a bitch!" Bobby shrieked, indicating towards his older brother, J.R. Sue Ellen gasped as Bobby nearly confronted his older sibling.
"Why do you want me to sell my shares John Ross? If you didn't want me on the board why give me shares in the first place?" Christopher queried, he as well as Sue Ellen and Bobby were confused.
"We want you on the board Christopher, but it's a huge risk to have you here. If anything were to happen between you and Amanda, which it already has, she could bring us down! She owns 12.5 of your 25 percent in this company, she could bring you down as well as Ewing Enterprises. We can't risk that!" John Ross said. His tone firm.
"Come on son, I think we're done here!" Bobby said, escorting his son out of the boardroom and into his car.
Pamela Rebecca Barnes and her aunt as well as her namesake, Pam Ewing sat in the Southfork kitchen, sipping at a glass of red wine. "I don't know Pamela, I think your father and J.R need some time adjusting to the fact that you and John Ross are dating" Pam said, taking a gulp of her wine.
"Maybe your right. We've been dating for nearly a year now and they still disapprove. Then again I'm not really in the mood to speak to my father, especially since he didn't even come back into a burning building to save me!" Pamela responded.
"You know what your father's like Pamela, he's a fool! But he's not a monster. He's been through a lot, so have you".
"Thanks Pam, your a great listener, I should be going anyway, John Ross will be back at the apartment soon" Pamela said, getting ready to leave.
"Pamela before you go, I was just going to ask you if you minded me giving my 25% of Barnes Oil to Christopher?".
"Of course I wouldn't, Christopher's my best friend, I'd love to work with him!" Pamela responded before leaving the house.
Several minutes later Pam went back to her wine when suddenly the doorbell went. "Oh Pamela what have you forgotten?" Pam said to herself before swinging open the door to come face to face with her son's wife; Amanda Ewing.
"Hello Mrs. Ewing" Amanda said.
"What are you doing here Amanda?" Pam asked, her arms folded. Amanda stepped through the door and placed her handbag on the coffee table.
"I've been away. In manhattan for a while. Until recently I found out something, something very important. Speaking of important things, where is Christopher?" Amanda questioned.
"He's at Ewing Enterprises. He'll be home soon. What have you come here for Amanda? I hope your not planning on staying".
Amanda smirked. "That depends on Christopher. I am carrying his baby after all".
