"Beschuss is alive and he just won..." Ghirahim repeated with a tense look in his eyes. "He must be avenging his father, and attempting to seize the throne which you have, Link... And is Karo okay?"

"A woman is looking after her. She is a staff member of the arena. The tattoo on her arm marked her as such." Link spoke. "We'll get her back when I win and with Morder gone... There's going to be five more victors and I hope I am one of them." He looked up at him. "I want to see Zelda and tell her that I had your child and that I am the Demon King. I don't want to leave you..."

Ghirahim hugged him. "You fight in two more fights. Gesung fights before you..."

Link swallowed. He wasn't fighting him now but if both of them won, then they could possibly be fighting in the next round and one person was going to die.

Gesung would die at his hand, and Link would have no other choice.

He sat beside Ghirahim, his hands gripping Ghirahim's as the fight went on and the victor escorted out.

Gesung strode in, gripping a long sword, a shorter one resting at his back. His face was set in a determined frown, as his opponent strode in.

They were a stocky set demon, androgynous in appearance. A long sword and a shield were in their hands, walking with an ashen face set with determination.

Gesung and his opponent took ready stances, swords out and ready, and chagrin at each other with fierce cries, swords clashing with one another, sparks flying as steel crashed with steel, neither seemingly tiring yet.

Gesung slashed, not yet going for his second sword, and his opponent swerved and stumbled away, taking the first hit. Link's mouth was dry with anticipation as he stared at the screen, wondering who he would end up fighting in his next battle.

The fight drew on and on, each moment tense, blood flying and soon it was only a race against time over who would succumb to their wounds first. It was a horrifying concept to even think, his face paling as he thought Gesung would not survive, yet as his opponent collapsed, Gesung stood, clutching a horrible wound in his side as he paced off to the victors' area, and he where he would start to recover from his countless wounds he had recieved in the battle.

Link let out a sigh of relief he hadn't realized that he had been holding. He was glad his friend had won, and he touched his flat stomach, to reassure himself, even if he was flat stomached now and Karo was living and safe from harm.

The demon looked away, looking at the door before getting to his feet and Ghirahim's sword appeared in his hand. He gently chewed his lip as he strode forward into the arena.

A strong bodied demon lumbered into the arena opposite him, an array of weapons strapped to his body. Link took out his bow and a bottle of guardian potion.

He downed it, lifting the bow and nocking an arrow, aiming and letting the arrow fly, the feathered weapon whipping out and hitting the other demon in the shoulder before nocking another and shooting it into his target. To say he was surprised as Link left his opponent dead, filling the other with arrows.

The announcement sounded, and Ghirahim appeared, taking Link's arm. "That was cheap." He spoke and Link glared up at him.

"If I am to win, I must play the game cheaply. One less person." He spoke. "I am the heir, the King. I should win this tournament."

"One more and it's the finale, Link." Ghirahim went back into his sword form and Link entered the Victor's Room, seeing Gesung and Bechuss in there, sitting away from each other and Gesung looked up, and Link sighed. He'd have to die, and he'd volunteer in Link's place.

"Now, the three remaining... One of you will be executed. Return to the arena for the decision." The announcer called and the three turned and exited the room into the arena, where an executioner stood with a heavy axe, Link's mouth running dry.

"Beschuss, you fought well, never allowing a moment of weakness." The announced started and the tan young man tilted his head up, bright red hair moving as if it were flame.

"Gesung, you showed humility."

"And, Link, even though you were with child, you fought well and even now you have the cunning. Two of you are bright, and good fighters for your size, which is why..."

"Gesung." The executioner spoke darkly. "Come forward to die."

And with a pat on his shoulder, Link looked up at Gesung and he smiled before stepping forward and bowing in front of the executioner.

With the swing of the axe, and it landing on the ground, blood poring from Gesung's body, Link couldn't help but scream.
