And now, time for the next chapter of this story! Anyway, enjoy!

A couple of days later, after school, both Timmy and Chloe had just arrived at Timmy's house, the latter looking so excited as if she was pretty hyped on sugar... even though she had never touched the stuff in her life.

"Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! I can't believe this!" Chloe said as she started to jump around a slightly annoyed Timmy Turner. "This has got to be the best day of my life! No, no, the best WEEK of my life! NO!"

Timmy yelped as Chloe suddenly grabbed the boy and shoved his face into hers as she whispered, "The best MILENNIA of my life!"

"Okay, ease up a little bit on the crazy, girlfriend." Timmy rolled his eyes. "It's just my first trip to Fairy World."

"And that is exactly what it is! The first ever trip to Fairy World! Most kids often go with their Godparents at least a few times, if only to go on important errands OR if they go for competitions! You are going there to be pre-approved!" Chloe jumped up in excitement.

"Pre-approved for what?" Timmy raised an eyebrow as he and Chloe arrived at Timmy's house and went upstairs to his bedroom.

As if to answer his question, Cosmo and Wanda appeared as Cosmo eagerly shook Timmy's hand saying, "Ready to get going? Because I got everything!"

Timmy blinked as he noticed the big pile of suitcases that had piled up in his room as Wanda flew over with a big box of makeup as she grinned, "Can't go anywhere without my makeup!"

As Cosmo and Wanda laughed, Chloe blinked in confusion as she said, "Er, guys, I don't think we need all of this! It's just a short trip to Fairy World."

"A short trip, maybe, but a very necessary one." Wanda explained as Timmy cocked his head.

"Why?" Timmy quizzed.

"You see..." Cosmo said as 'Da Rules' book popped up and opened to a certain page. "According to the Da Rules, it says that fairy godparents must have their license renewed every four hundred and fifty years at the Godparent Academy."

"Fairy Academy." Wanda groaned, holding her head.

"Right. Fairy Academy." Cosmo chuckled nervously.

"Wait, fairy godparents have licenses? You never told me that!" Chloe said in surprise.

"Well, they do. You didn't think we just appear like magic each time, right?" Wanda said.

"So... does this mean you two aren't going to be here to help me show Timmy around?" Chloe said in surprise.

"Afraid not. We need to go through some tests before we get our licenses renewed, but rest assured, we'll be done in about a couple of hours." Wanda said.

"Besides, you went around Fairy World more times than I count the number of fingers on my hands!" Cosmo smiled as he raised his hand up... and pause as he studied the fingers on his hand... before shrugging. "You got it covered."

"Hmmm... true." Chloe smiled as she turned to Timmy. "Think you'll be okay with me showing you around?"

"Hmmm... why not?" Timmy smiled. "What could possibly go wrong?"

"Great! Then let's get going to Fairy World!" Wanda smiled as she and Cosmo raised their wands as they poofed out of the room...

And right into another magical world above the sky limit as Timmy looked around in amazement. He looked down and noticed a rainbow bridge heading straight for the Earth. Timmy's eyes sparkled in wonder as he looked over at Chloe, who gave a small smile.

"Yep, that's how I felt in my first visit." Chloe gave a giggle.

Timmy smiled... before blinking as he looked around, realizing... "Uh, does anybody notice that this world is floating in space? How are we able to-"

"Magic, Timmy. Magic." Chloe whispered, holding the pink hat wearing boy's hand.

"Okay, well, I guess we just wait for Jorgen to come pick us up." Wanda said.

"Isn't he the... head fairy, you said?" Timmy asked as he turned to see Wanda and Cosmo floating. "Because, I was meaning to ask... Jorgen Von Strangle... he looks more like a tall man than he does a-"

"A what, exactly?"

Timmy went stiff as he noticed a shadow being cast behind him. Timmy slowly turned around to see Jorgen holding his giant wand, staring at the boy. "Go ahead, finish that sentence..."

"Oh, Jorgen... heh, hi..." Timmy smiled nervously. "I was just wondering, well, you're a fairy right?"

"That is correct." Jorgen said.

"Well, I was just wondering... where are your... well... wings?" Timmy smiled nervously.

Jorgen gave a laugh as he said, "Please, I do not need wings to fly. I have my own jetpack to do that!"

"You have a jetpack?" Timmy said in a deadpan voice.

Jorgen could only nod as he pushed a button on his chest, revealing two large jetpack wings sprouting out as he gave a grin. "And as for my wand... as you may see, I have a bigger one... to keep all the puny fairies in line... and to scramble the fairies! I love to scramble the fairies!"

Timmy paused in shock as he said, "Well... I'm convinced."

"Do you have any questions regarding my status, Turner?" Jorgen glared at the boy.

"Take it easy on him, Mr. Von Strangle. He is still a little new to this place, after all." Chloe said as the giant fairy turned towards the girl.

Jorgen paused as he put his hand to his chin. "I guess you have a point... very well, I'll let this pass, but be warned, Turner. If a wish goes wrong or if you cause something that can very well doom the world... I have my eye on you... do you understand that?"

Timmy could only nod in rapid succession.

"Uh, Jorgen... you were to take us to the Fairy Academy for some tests?" Wanda smiled nervously.

"Tests?" Jorgen frowned... before grinning. "Oh, don't you worry, puny fairies! We have some special tests for you!"

"Have fun on the tour, Timmy!" Cosmo said as Jorgen grabbed both Cosmo and Wanda and disappeared in a flash, with Timmy awkwardly watching as Chloe gave a sigh.

"Jorgen Von Strangle. I know he's such a tough guy, but he actually has a heart of gold underneath once you get to know him a little." Chloe smiled as Timmy looked over towards her.

"You think so?" Timmy asked.

"I know so." Chloe smiled. "Well come on, Timmy, we should probably get started on the tour!"

Timmy gave a slight nod as he followed Chloe on the rainbow bridge as a few fairies were flying by and talking about various things as Timmy's eyes lit up. Everywhere he walked, he could see all the fairies having a wonderful time in this little city, talking and having the best time of their lives.

"Wow..." Timmy whispered as he turned to Chloe. "Do all these fairies have a kid to look after?"

"Only fairies that are part of the Fairy Godparent program. Other than that, most fairies tend to act like humans in the regular world, only they use magic a lot more to make things easier..." Chloe smiled as she pointed over to a restaurant. "Oh! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Fairy World! Come on, I have to take you there now!"

"Oh, uh, all right?" Timmy said as Chloe began dragging the boy in excitement.

"All right, listen up, you two!" Jorgen said as he, Cosmo and Wanda were now in the Fairy Academy, which looked a little bit like a military camp. "I only need you to do a few tests, without using magic, so no poofing, no using an item from your wand, don't even USE your wands. In these tests, we do physical work! Is that clear, puny fairies?"

"We read you loud and clear, sir!" Cosmo yelped as he saluted the giant fairy.

Jorgen gave a nod as he said, "Well, Cosmo, since you understand perfectly, your test is to do push-ups."

Cosmo gave a small smile. "That doesn't sound so bad..."

"Eighteen million! Now!" Jorgen ordered, causing Cosmo to yelp as he went down and started doing the push-ups. "As for you, Wanda, I need you to go on a five thousand mile run through the Desert of Broken Glass! No questions, no floating! GO!"

Wanda yelped as she turned around and started to run using her legs to start running off, as she muttered to herself, "Jorgen is sure putting no stops on training new recruits... and old ones too..."
