I stuck my head out the door and saw someone walking down the hall way. "Excuse me, hi, umm, do you know an agent Ashley Seaver?" I asked.

"Yes," he answered and kept walking.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"Anderson."

"Ah, well Mr. Anderson, I was hoping you could ask her to come to room 299, for her interview."

"Just give me a minute to find her."

"Thank you."

It seemed to take forever for them to return. "Hi Ashley and Bubbles... Um Anderson you can go now." I waved to him then. Motioning to the seat in
front of me. "Come and sit, these are comfy."

She looked unsure but sat down anyways. "You've never had an interview, have you?" She shook her head. "Well don't expect to all to be like this, mine are a bit, ¿Como se dice, weird?"

She nodded. "So, what's it like being new."

"It's very different from training."

"Is everyone nice or are they picking on you?"

"Nope, everyone's been nice so far."

"How many cases have you been on so far?"

"Only three."

"Were they exciting?"

"As exciting as seeing dead people can get I guess." She shrugged.

"Out of all the things the FBI does, why did you choose to be a profiler?"

"Getting into the mind of anything is intriguing but to get into the mind of a criminal is so much more."

"Let's say you were to become a criminal, how would you go about it?"

"Umm, is this being published?"

"Yeah,"

"Then it would be better if I didn't answer that then."

"Oh, wow, it would be." I laughed and hit my head. "Then let me ask you, do you think you'd make a good one?"

"I don't know."

"Can you juggle?"

"No."

"What were you like as a child?"

"I was spoiled; I'd get whatever I wanted."

"Sounds nice to get whatever. So you must have had a pet then, right."

"That was the only thing I couldn't have. Although I could have as many pet rocks that I wanted, but they're only fun for so long."

"Do you have one now."

"No."

"If you were to get one, what would it be?"

"A puppy, maybe."

"What do you do on your days off?"

"I'm usually training."

"Are you still in school?"

"A little."

"Have you ever ridden a unicycle?"

"Once, but I fell off and broke my arm."

"How long did it take you to remember what unsub means?"

"A week or so."

"Did you hear that Justin Bieber's in the hospital?"

"No, what happened?"

"He fell off a ladder trying to reach puberty." We both let out a chuckle. "Oh, that is so bad. Anyways if you were an animal, what would you be?"

She thought for a moment before saying "A cat."

"Why?"

"Well, since I wasn't allowed to have a pet, I would volunteer at the local animal shelter. And I remember this cat that was the sweetest little thing, but if you ever got on his wrong side, which wasn't very often, but he would attack you feet and claw at them. He was the smallest fluffiest kitten. It was actually funny to watch."

"Makes sense. I did this with Rossi and it seemed fun to me, I want to do a scenario based question, okay. So, your kidnapped by an unsub, he has a knife, and he took your gun and phone. what are you going to do?"

"I would play along for a little, until I have the best opportunity to get away from him and run."

"What if your tied up?"

"I'd try to convince him to untie me then proceed with what I said before."

"I think I just have one more thing that I need you to do for me and then I'll let you go. I want you to help me prank someone, your choice."

"Rossi." she smiled.

"Sounds good, what should we do?"

"I have an idea..." she leaned towards me an whispered her plan. All the while, a devilish smile graced my lips.

When she was done, I said, "Evil."

For our plan to work, I needed to leave and come back with some supplies. "Alright, go distract him."

I watch as she knocked on his door, enter and leave with him a few seconds later. I took my chance then and ran into his office and closed the door. I took out two cans of silly string: one neon green, the other a vibrant purple, and sprayed them all over the room. Then I took out a marker and wrote 'Strauss Was Here' multiple times.

I heard the knob being turned and froze in place. "Hey, It's only me." Seaver said, "I told him there was someone on the first floor looking for him."

"Good, so we should have a few more minutes." I said tossing her some clear tape. She started to put it across the doorway, while I mixed up files on his desk. When she was done, she moved to his chair and removed some of the screws and taped the height adjustment lever so it was up. At the same time I tied some fishing reel to objects on the desk to the legs. The last thing we did was take all of his pens and dump them into my bag, before putting one of my own in their place. And finally hid behind the desk, waiting.
It wasn't but three seconds later that we heard the knob being turned. "Ugh," we heard someone gasp, being caught in the tape.

"Surprise!" We shouted, jumping out from our hiding spots and pulling the strings on our party poppers. But then we realized it was the wrong person. "Hotch!" She shouted, moving towards him.

"We thought you were Rossi. Sorry." I said as we helped him get untangled from the tape.

"Who's idea was this!" He demanded.

"It was mine, sir. I made agent Seaver help me with it."

"I'm very disappointed with the both of you... you should have asked me to talk to him about something and given yourselves more time." We looked at him and smiled.

"Sorr-"

"What in Sam's hill is going on here!" Rossi entered his office.

"Surprise." I said meekly. His face was reddening by the second. By the next minute, he was back to his normal shade.

"Well, I've been thinking my walls need a fresh coat of paint. And now I have three people to do it for me."

"Only two." Hotch corrected.

"I'll be here on Sunday morning, just get the paint you want ready and, yeah."

"Umm, I-" Seaver started.

"No, I would rather do it alone. I love to paint and I yell whenever there's someone else trying to help."

"Are you sure."

"Yes, trust me, you don't want to get in my way." I laughed. "Well, that's all, thanks for talking with me." We walked out of the room together.

"What can I help you with, Hotch?" Rossi asked.

"I need the case file from the one we were on Monday."

"I was finishing it up now, if you'll give me a moment." He leaned over his desk, looking through the files. "It was right on top." He mumbled.

When he finally found it, he reached out to pull his chair out, but found it taped down. He gave it a huge yank on it and half the things on his desk went flying to the ground. Rossi let out a sigh while Hotch tried not to laugh.

That was extremely hard when Rossi tried to sit down. Now really angry at the two girls, he grabbed the pair of scissors that flew to the floor and cut the tape off the lever.
Mumbling, he hesitantly sat down again.

He flipped open the file and grabbed the only pen in the cup that had been full. When he tried to click it, he was sprayed in the face with water. That was the last straw, Hotch nearly started crying with laughter.

A/N: Well, thanks, as always, for your taking the time to read and review. And just for those who wounded, Strauss is next than its up to you for who comes next. (Gideon, Elle, and Todd.) Oh and I wasn't planning on talking with Anderson but I wanted to include him. I do have an idea for Strauss' questions, but let me know if you have any you want answered.

Many thanks to BbyStarleet, CaseyRachel88, Dinosaurxrawxo, Esme Reid, and Hisprincess12 :[)
