Happy Thanskgiving!

Isn't Gou adorable?

I wrote this really late at night and I was really sleepy, so it may seem just a little... well... not as good as my other chapters. Sorry 'bout that.

"Would you stop touching me?" Haru asked for the seventh time. Rin was pressed behind him, towel bunched up in his hands, his arms around Haru. The dog was attempting to dry off Haru's chest, but the boy wouldn't be still enough for him to do so.

"I don't need you catching a cold," Rin said. "I have no idea how to take care of a human while their sick."

"I can dry myself off," Haru argued. "I'm just going to get into the shower and get wet again, anyway."

"The sudden change from cold to hot will make you sick just as easily," Rin told him.

"I could still dry myself off!" he repeated.

Rin grinned at him, and kissed Haru's neck. The boy's light blush deepened as he tried to ignore how close Rin was and how naked they were. Even with their pants still on, their upper bodies were pressed together. That was enough to make Haru uncomfortable.

"This didn't bother you a few weeks ago," Rin whispered in his ear. Haru tried to wiggle out of his arms in vain. So he just stood there, trying to will Rin away.

"I told you, a lot of things have changed!" Haru whined.

Rin sighed and let go of Haru. He knew that if he pressured too much, Haru would always feel uncomfortable around him. However, it was pleasing to Rin that he could get such a reaction from the boy when he was treated as a dog until a few weeks ago.

Haru quickly grabbed some clothes and escaped into the bathroom. Rin shook his head and gathered his own clothes. He sat in the floor with a towel around him until Haru got done and he could get warm.

Like Haru had said, lots of things had changed. Haru was constantly aware of Rin and always blushing. For someone who didn't show many emotions, Rin felt accomplished. He got to see a new side of Haru that no one else had ever seen before.

Rin, himself, only got embarrassed sometimes. Like at the pool, Haru would sometimes have a bubble of courage and randomly kiss Rin out of the blue. Rin never expected it and wasn't able to get used to it. He wondered why the boy did it, but thought the question would be stupid to ask out loud.

Haru didn't like it when Rin touched him. He'd found that out quickly. It was fine when Haru touched him, but he wasn't allowed to touch Haru. The boy would always blush like mad and start yelling at Rin. It was just another thing that confused him.

Out of everything, the most annoying and confusing thing to Rin was that Haru clung to Rin in his sleep. Yet, when he woke up and always noticed how close they were, Haru acted like it was Rin's fault! He was the one who rolled over and snuggled up to Rin. And it wasn't like Rin could push him away. That would be impossible.

As Rin sat there, thinking about their realtionship, he noticed how much time had passed. Haru had gotten into the shower almost an hour and a half before, yet he still wasn't out. Rin knew Haru loved water, but damn, couldn't he remember that Rin was out there freezing?

Rin walked over to the door and pressed his ear to it. Yeah, the water was still running. He hadn't come out without Rin's notice. He knocked and waited for a reply. Nothing.

"Haru?" he questioned. "Haru, are you okay?"

Still no reply. Rin knocked on the door louder. Surely the water running wasn't so loud that Haru couln't hear him?

"Haru?"

Now Rin was worried. He twisted to doorknob, but of course, it was locked. Paranoid freak. Rin rested his head on the door, thinking of a way in. Maybe Haru had just fallen asleep. Or maybe he had fallen and was bleeding out.

"Haru, I'm coming in," Rin said, "one way or another."

Rin walked away from the door. Then he began running and ran into it. He did this again. And again. And again. The door finally gave in, falling into the room and onto the floor.

Rin stepped over it and walked to the shower. He pulled the curtains back and sighed. He really was an idiot. Haru was curled up, completely out, in the bottom of the shower.

"You scared me, idiot," he whispered. He turned off the water and picked the boy up. Haru immediantly nuzzled into Rin's neck, causing him to blush. "What was that about not touching?"

Ha carried Haru into the bedroom and layed him down on the bed. He took a towel and started drying him off. Deciding trying to dress him wasn't worth it, Rin tucked Haru underneath the covers.

Then he grabbed his clothes and made his way back to the bathroom. He looked to the door that was splintered in the floor and ran a hand through his hair. How was he gonna explain this one?
