By the time Pan arrived at the entrance of the headquarters, she was positively livid. How dare that robot, that 'Giru' fool them like he had. Of course, they were fools themselves for believing him. What idiots they were! They all should have known better and Pan felt ridiculous for trusting him! Now the boys were in so much danger and it was up to her to save them.
Pan used to like robots, but now, the sight of them disgusted her and angered her. So she didn't feel guilty for stomping the crap out of a robot that had seen her entering the headquarters. She didn't feel bad at all for leaving him in pieces in the hallway. When she accidentally stumbled into a room that was full of robots parts, she hatched a plan...
"I can't believe this," Pan muttered as she walked down the halls in the robot suit. It was hot and hard to walk in the damn thing but she didn't know how else to move around in the tower without being caught. "I feel so stupid... I'm so going to kill Giru."
Things only went worse... After she failed to go through a door the other robots called her broke and sent her to robot hell. That's when she learned a lot of information. According to some of the robots there, the planet M2, used to belong to peaceful race of humanoids, who were very technologically advanced. They were all destroyed by Machine Mutants, which was the same thing that Giru was as well as the other robots who threw her into their 'hell'. The Machine Mutants were under the evil scientist named Myuu, who had the humanoids killed off because he deemed them weak and imperfect...
Pan knew then that she had to find the boys and quick. There was no telling what Myuu would want with their dna and that frightened her. She blasted herself and the other robots out of the hell before taking off, stripping out of the robot suit as she went.
She had only gone down a few hallways when a robot that was apart of the sigma force came out of the walls, making her come to a halt as he started attacking her.
"Foolish girl," the robot said when Pan tried to shoot energy blast at him. "You are weak... simple blasts like these won't save you from me."
Pan was livid, and tired of playing games. She was tired of people not taking her seriously just because she was a girl and small. She was still a Saiyan, she still trained just like the boys! And those stupid boys needed her saving! She could feel something strange happening to her, she was letting her anger get to her But she wasn't trying to conceal it either. It was hard to breath and there was a pounding in her head. Her vision became red and she screamed as the power rippled through her body for the first time.
No longer was her hair midnight black but a bright golden. No longer were her eyes onyx but a clear teal. Lightening swarmed up her body as her hair blew from the power.
Slowly, Pan opened her eyes and looked at the robot, with a death sentence in her eyes. In a blink of an eye, she ripped the robot out of the wall and threw him against the other one.
"Can not complete moves any more! Can not complete-" the robot started.
"Huh," Pan scoffed, raising her leg. "Am I too weak now?!" She mocked before slamming her foot down on his face, sending him smashing into a thousand pieces.
Pan breathed deeply as she looked at her hands and arms. Her shirt and shorts were ripped and she grabbed a strand of her hair, gasping at how blond it was... She was a super Saiyan... For the first time ever, she had ascended... But now was not the time to do a victory dance, she had people to save!
She quickly searched for the boys ki's, and found them not that far away. She soared through the hallways, taking down any robots she cane across and not caring of the damage she was making. Finally she reached her door they were behind and she kicked it open, tearing it from its hinges. All three boys were in some sort of tanks, and on the monitor across the room, Pan could see something that looked like stats about them.
"PANNY!" Goku yelled from his tank, his eyes wide as he looked at her in shock.
"Papa, how do I open this?" She cried, placing her palms against the glass. She could just blast it, but that could hurt him.
"You're a Super Saiyan!" Goku shouted happily, a grin on his face as he looked at her. "Wow! Just wow!"
"Yeah, we can talk about it later," she told him, although she felt a proud smile coming to her lips. "I got to get Trunks, Goten and you out. Now tell me, how do I open this?"
Goku's eyes widened, "Panny watch out!"
It was too late, the red robot, the leader of the sigma force hit Pan in the back of the head, knocking her out of Super Saiyan state and to the ground.
"Leave my daughter alone!" Goku yelled, going Super Saiyan in his child-like body. The sudden rush of power caused Trunks and Goten's tank to break, waking them up.
"You two," Goku looked at them as he stood in a stance, ready to fight the leader of the stigma force. "Take Pan back to the ship."
Trunks eyes widened when he saw that Pan out cold on the floor. A million thoughts ran through his head but he didn't have time to think! Carefully, he picked her up in his arms, holding her tightly before him and Goten took off, blasting towards the ship. He just prayed that she would be okay... This part hadn't been part of his plan at all...
Trunks and Goten got to the ship as fast as they could. Gently, Trunks laid Pan down on the couch, and he fell to knees on the floor in front of her. He didn't even bother looking for the Dragon Balls because he knew they weren't there. He couldn't believe his plan backfired so badly! Pan wasn't suppose to get hurt, yet here she laid...
Goten paced behind the cough, biting his thumb nail nervously as he kept glancing at Pan. "Is she okay? I mean..." his voice was shaking, obviously he felt just as nervous and bad as Trunks did.
"What did we do, Goten?" His voice was hoarse as he looked at her. He picked up one of her small hands and held it tightly between his own.
"I'm so sorry, Panna..." he whispered. He should have just told her the plan from the beginning instead of hiding it. Then maybe she wouldn't have charged into the headquarters like she did.
"Trunks...?" Pan croaked, opening her eyes weakly.
"Panna," he smiled softly.
"Pan!" Goten cried, leaning over the back of the couch to look at her.
"We're on the ship? You're okay!" She sat up quickly. "Giru-" she grabbed her head and hissed lightly.
"Take it easy," Trunks murmured lightly as he stood up and sat on the couch beside her. Pan hugged him tightly, happy that he and Goten was okay. "Giru was obviously a deploy to lead us to being caught..." Trunks told her. "The Dragon Balls are gone..."
"Myuu..." Pan whispered as she continued to lean against him.
"Who?" Goten asked, taking the seat beside her.
"Myuu... He's the real one in charge of everything," Pan said as she told them everything she had learned in robot hell.
Trunks wanted to tell her the truth... really he did, but again he didn't want to risk Pan getting hurt. Suddenly, they felt Goku's energy and Pan leaned away from Trunks.
"It's your Dad... and someone is following," Trunks murmured. He helped Pan up as they walked outside to meet Goku.
"We have company," Goku told them when he landed.
"Yeah," Goten sighed, rolling his neck to pop a few muscles. "We noticed."
Soon a metallic looking man landed behind him.
"It's General Rildo," Pan said, having seen him earlier in her robot disguise.
"Ah yes, so very good to see that you know who I am... I know who you are too... girl," his eyes roamed down her as they lit up. "Name: Pan Son. Parents: Goku and Chi-Chi Son. Race: Human-Saiyan hybrid. Age: Sixteen-"
"I hate to the break it to you," Pan crossed her arms with a huff. She was so sick of robots. She made a promise to herself then that she wouldn't have any when she got older. Who cared if there were robots who could do household chores? She would do everything the old fashion way- she'd do anything just in order to not have a robot.
"Your info's wrong," Pan sneered.
"Huh?" Rildo frowned, confused. "My advanced scanner is perfect. It-"
Pan ran towards him before disappearing behind him and doing a spinning back-kick right to his head. It sent him crashing to the ground with a heavy thud.
"I'm seventeen, almost eighteen. Don't you know girls hate it when you get their age wrong?" She smirked.
Goku was smiling, "that's true. Girls don't like it when you say the wrong age, that's why I always make sure to remember your Mama's."
She turned around and smiled back at him. "We need to get Giru, he'll know where the Dragon Balls are at," she told the group.
"NO!" Trunks yelled suddenly, pushing Pan out of the way. Pan barely had time to look up as she saw Rildo on his hands and knees and a beam shooting out of him, which hit Trunks instead of her... The beam turned Trunks straight to a slab of metal.
"Trunks!" Pan screamed, trying to reach the metal but Rildo suddenly made it disappear.
"Where is he?!" Pan demanded, her hair already flashing as did her eyes. Did Trunks have to jump in front of her like that? She should have paid more attention! Now if something happened to him, it would be all her fault!
"If you really want to know, he's there," Rildo pointed to the tower in the distance. They same one they had been at earlier. "He'll be sent to Dr. Myuu for experimentation."
"Experimentation?" Pan whispered, not wanting to believe it before she tensed up. "Not if I can help it!" She yelled, flying to the tower as fast as she could.
Pan stormed through the tower, taking out every robot that so much as crossed her direction. When she finally found the room that Trunks had been sent to, his slab of metal disappeared in a tank.
"NO!" Pan screamed as she ran over to where he use to be. She didn't understand why her heart felt like it could break at any moment. She turned her head to see the cause of all her problems of that day... Giru.
"Giru," she said darkly, standing up. Her hair was already a solid blonde.
"Danger!" Giru said baking away.
"You bet your ass you're in danger! This is all your fault! ALL OF IT!" She screamed.
Giru ran off, leaving Pan to chase him but she didn't get far at all before she appeared back out side of the building due to the protection force it had on it. Strangely, the Dragon Balls came out with her. She ran inside only to be spit back out again with the Dragon Balls.
She huffed in aggravation and took a capsule out of her shorts before securing the Dragon Balls in there. She knew she would be spit back out of the tower and it did no good wasting her time on Giru. She had to find Trunks! She took off to go find her father and Goten first. She would need their help in finding Myuu's lab, because there was no way she was letting Trunks be 'experimented' on.
She had just landed by the ship when her father yelled. "Pan watch out!"
"Huh?" Pan asked him confused right before Rildo jumped out of a building and turned her into metal.
"PAN!" Goku screamed in horror.
Goten had already been turned into metal, leaving just him and now Pan was too? Just what was going to happen?! He ran over to his daughter, hoping to free her at least, but was then attacked by Rildo as well and turned to metal.
"Look at this," Myuu practically purred. "Saiyans... How... ironic that it be them that I draw energy from," he chuckled darkly. "Oh, he will love this, yes... Begin the extracting!" He ordered his machine mutants.
"No!" Giru suddenly appeared, a healing crystal in his hand.
Quickly, he rushed over to Goku and placed the crystal to his slab of metal. The Saiyan gasped as air suddenly hit his lungs again and he could breath. He didn't have much time to look at anything else as he dodged the attacks from several machine mutants as Giru got both Goten and Pan free from their metal slabs.
Giru was about to free Trunks when one of Myuu's robot's snatched it up and held it high above their head.
"Trunks!" Pan yelled, reaching for it.
"Don't!" Myuu hissed towards her, snarling his yellow teeth at her. "Do you know what will happen if that thing breaks? He'll die!" He chuckled as Pan gasped.
The thought of Trunks dying sent Pan's stomach in a such a whirl that she was knocked back into the table she had been lying on. Her head swarmed as she fought the urge to vomit. She couldn't even think like that...
Goku ran over to the robots and quickly kicked the one that had Trunks and grabbed him. He threw the slab to Goten, who was trying to reach Giru with it, but was caught by a machine mutant. It was like a tug-of-war and all Pan could do was gasp as her breath caught in her throat.
"Papa be careful!" Pan told him, tears in her eyes.
Just then, a robot threw metal Trunks to another but the robot missed.
It all happened in slow motion for Pan... Trunks' metal slab came crashing down, shattering m into a thousand pieces. Everything inside Pan came to a sudden stop.
