Maybe.

8. Be kissed in the rain
Well.
Needless to say, Jane found the final item on Lisbon's list peculiar and particularly difficult to accomplish.
Was he to kiss her? Though he was sure it would surprise her, it might be in a negative way.
Jane didn't want a broken nose.
But he also didn't want some other poor bloke to end up with a broken nose.
The real question Jane was forced to ask himself was, did he want to kiss Lisbon?
The answer, which he repeated over and over to himself, was "no comment."
Did Lisbon want to kiss him?
Maybe.
He didn't know.
And he also didn't know if he wanted to find out.
He opted for a different idea, however, not wanting to take the risk.
He folded the slim slice of computer paper in four parts, fetched an envelope from his rarely used desk, and sat down to compose a letter.
Dear Lisbon,
I found this last year on your chair. As you can see, I've checked off all but one on your list. I hope your happy, as this officially counts as your birthday gift for the next seven years, until your cells are wholly replaced and you're an entirely new person.
Love,
Jane
He slid the note in with the list, licking the edge of the envelope to seal it shut. LISBON, he wrote in all capitals on top, slipping the envelope in his pocket and hopping up, whistling as he glanced into Lisbon's office to make sure she wasn't out.
Jane strode across the bullpen and through Lisbon's door, a playful grin plastered on his face. He pulled the envelope out of his pocket and, with the flick of a wrist, tossed it on top of the case file Lisbon was reading.
"Leave me alone, Jane."
"No need to be grumpy, m'dear. I'm not leaving until you read and respond." He took a seat on the edge of Lisbon's desk, staring at her.
Lisbon glared at him, holding his gaze for a considerable, though not uncomfortable, amount of time before letting out a deep sigh, closing the file and slitting open the letter.
She removed the note first, reading it quickly and then glancing up at Jane quizzically.
"Go on," Jane grinned, gesturing to the near empty envelope.
Lisbon pulled out the list, glancing down at the items and then lying it flat on her desk.
"So?" Jane prompted. "What do you think?"
"Jane..." Lisbon shook her head slightly. Jane couldn't decipher her emotions however, until she looked up at him with confusion written across her face.
"Jane, I never wrote this."
"Huh?"
"This isn't my bucket list, Jane. I would never eat messy food in the bullpen... And a kiss in the rain? As if."
Well, Jane thought, Crap.
