Ok I completely understand how terrible I have been by not posting this earlier. I have just had a completely hectic couple of months with something going wrong one after another. It's been hell. Now i know this is a really short chapter but I am currently working on the next so that should be posted in the next day (hopefully in a couple of hours!) So enjoy and please review!

It was hours later that Harry awoke. He had been pacing for the past 3 hours or so, by what he could judge. There was only a small crack for a window, from which he could see only a small portion of the street outside and if he looked at just the right angle he could see the tiniest line of blue sky. On the opposite wall to the crack was a wooden door with a small letter box sized flap through which food could be passed through. The room itself was about 8ft by 8ft and only held a single, rickety bed.
Footstep thundered above and Harry darted over to the door. Albus Dumbledore peered through the hole and then slowly unlocked the door. He stepped cautiously through and when he spotted Harry he grinned evilly and pointed towards the bed.
"Sit down please." He phrased it like a question but you would have to be stupid to think that it wasn't an order.
Harry reluctantly walked over to the bed but stood leaning against the wall beside it rather than sitting on it.
"You must not have heard me my boy but I said sit." There was a slight threatening twang to his tone this time but still Harry went on ignoring him. "I said SIT!" He roared and physically pushed Harry on to the bed. On the way down Harry hit his head on the stone wall and black spots began to appear.
Dumbledore stood above him and muttered a short spell that helped to clear his vision. All Harry could see was Dumbledore's silhouette and it began to get unnerving until he moved away and sat on the end of the bed.
"Where am I?" Harry demanded.
"Aah I cannot tell you that my boy. If word got out to your little friends then we would have a bit of a problem wouldn't we? You will however be staying here until school starts."
"First of all how am I supposed to talk with my friends if you have taken my wand and my magic? Second of all I will not be staying here until the start of school because I will not be attending Hogwarts School. I have been home schooled for the majority of my life and do not want to change that fact so if you will excuse me I will be leaving this establishment now." Harry said and walked towards the door.
The door's locks clicked shut with multiple locks clicking in to place and Harry raised an eyebrow at the smug man.
"I said you will be staying here until the start of school, the school I might add you WILL be attending." Dumbledore stood and turned to Harry. "That is the end of it."
With that the insufferable old man froze Harry in place and strode out of the room.
Harry was left stuck in that position for around an hour when, by sheer will, he managed to free himself from the powerful magical bonds.
Little did he know that a certain old man had installed spells within the room that allowed him to see exactly what was happening in the room at any point he wished.
"This one will require something a little bit… more." Dumbledore plotted, grinning.
