Gibbs sat and watched Gabriel do his thing as he searched through all the information they had using his chip and a laptop they had brought with them. He really was glad to have them both here, people he could trust. He'd gone to the office had a chat with Balboa who was running things for him there. It was busy, the word had gone out that one of their own was missing and they'd all come in to help the search.

McGee had been suspended, considering the footage the last thing he should've done was call Ziva. He was in so much trouble; they had to find out if he knew what was going to happen or if he'd been duped. Gibbs was guessing the latter, but he couldn't be sure.

Riley looked over and shook her head. "What kind of people do you work with? I mean look at that Mossad chick, McGee, wow is he selfish. There is something off about Shepard as well."

"I don't know anymore, at the moment there is only one person I am concerned and thinking about."

"Just concerned?" Gabriel laughed. "We'll get him back. Tony's a good guy and a hell of an investigator. During our training, he put things together so much quicker than I did. Once he got used to his chip, it was amazing to watch."

"He is very impressive, charming and good-looking." Riley managed to keep the smile off her face at the look Gibbs threw her way. How he acted when Tony was hurt the first time and seeing him now, there was definitely more than a working relationship between them, or there would be. They were going to find him safe and sound, Tony had become her friend. She didn't know Kaidan, but he had been one of theirs, and they would avenge him that was a promise.

Michael was wary about staying here; with Ziva being caught it was dangerous. This obsession with having this agent, all because of a damn chip had put them in danger. It was true that Ziva hadn't planned things that well, he'd tried to point out the problems, but nothing seemed to get through. If he'd done it, they would be already gone, and no one would be the wiser. He'd voiced his opinions, but Eli had ignored him. Ziva had numerous many traits from her father, they were both arrogant and believed that they were better than everyone else. He also thought that Shepard would take him at his word and lead her agents into another route of investigation. He didn't have the same belief. This was going to end in disaster there was no doubt in his mind. They were going to be easy to find, arrogance had no place in missions like this. He put a little bit of liquid in a drink and took it to Eli. If he was going to escape, then he needed to make sure that the NCIS agents were kept busy and with what better, than the Director of Mossad.

Gabriel frowned.

"What is it?" Riley asked.

"I've found him."

"You have?" Gibbs got to his feet and went over to join them.

"Why are you frowning?" Riley didn't like that look.

He opened his eyes and looked at his partner. "It seems to be too easy; that Ziva has left too many clues. It has to be a set-up, right?"

"It seemed to be a rush job, look how quickly we found her. I think she had been planning to cover her tracks afterwards, but Ziva didn't know about the chip and Tony got the information to me a lot quicker than expected. We also don't know who else in NCIS might be helping Mossad? It might have nothing to do with the chip, it probably has, but we can't rule anything out." Gibbs paced as he thought, there were so many things that he didn't know and that worried him.

"Well, we still have to go in. We might be ahead of schedule, but that would have changed as soon as Ziva was taken in. The first person she would ring is her father." Riley added.

"I agree, I'll call Balboa, and we'll grab some agents we trust."

"If you're sure?" Riley looked over at Gabriel who just shrugged his shoulders.

"It's a fairly large place; with covering exit routes, we're going to need the help. It's better than calling in the F.B.I, which is just asking for trouble." Gibbs waited for the nod; he grabbed his cell to call Balboa.

Gibbs looked over at Gabriel and Riley, they gave a brief nod. This was it. In just a few minutes they would be heading in. Tony had to be okay, he couldn't lose anyone else he cared about, everyone had their limit, and he was already passed his.

"All set." Balboa's voice was clear and calm over the comms.

"Now," Gibbs ordered their priority was to get Tony out alive.

Tony groaned as he slowly began to wake up from the drugs. The pain in his head pounded like the worst hangover ever. Then his memories started to come back. Ziva had helped to kidnap him. Kaidan had died protecting him. "Gibbs." He whispered as he tried to sit up, but the room span making him feel nauseous. Ziva would pay for this.

"Put your weapon down Director David," Gibbs ordered his eyes remained on the man seated even though he could he Tony struggling in the background.

"You can't have him." Eli slurred as he struggled to stand. "He's special."

"Yes, he is special, he always has been." He had to make sure that no one else figured out there was something different about DiNozzo.

Even in his drugged state, he knew that his enemies would use him being in prison a chance to take him out. He wasn't going to let it go down like this. If he couldn't have DiNozzo, the Americans wouldn't have these abilities either. Eli smirked as he turned and raised his gun.

Tony knew what was coming.

Gibbs, Riley and Gabriel all fired at the same time; there was no way they were going to take a chance on their friend's life.

Ziva just stared at Shepard.

"He can't be dead. You pathetic Americans couldn't take him down. None of you are skilled enough to go against us and win. It's a trick."

The Director opened a folder and placed a photo on the table in front of the younger woman and watched as her face hardened.

"I'm sorry Ziva, but he gave us no choice."

"You'll all pay for this, especially Tony. He's the one that should be dead; my father was a better man."

Shepard frowned at the rant. It was more than grief, she seemed obsessed about DiNozzo. Did she have feelings for him? Had she made advances and he rejected her? It would explain how she reacted towards her teammate, her former teammate.

Lillian Strand looked up as Gabriel, Riley and Gibbs walked in. Tony was in the hospital being checked over by one of their doctors.

"I'm sorry about Major Alenko."

"Thank you, Agent Gibbs, he was a good man, and he did his job in protecting Agent DiNozzo with his life. If you can guarantee that while working you will always be paired together?"

"Oh, I can definitely promise that will be happening."

Riley glanced over at Gabriel and tried not to smile. She was sure that these two men would be spending all their time together outside of work.

Lillian could see that there was more going on between the two men. She had to make sure of the work experience. "Very well, then I will consider you to be protection for Agent DiNozzo. I will, of course, be checking in."

"Nothing will happen to him while I'm around," Gibbs vowed, he smiled, turned and left. It was time to go to the hospital and hopefully take Tony home. They had things to discuss.

Michael Rivkin looked casually around just as he boarded the plane. He had friends in England that he could stay with. He would remain under the radar for a while. Mossad would be a dangerous place to be, enemies would be trying to take the organisation out and people within were vying for the director's position. There would be many deaths before it was sorted out, he would not be one of them.

Shepard stared at the empty cardboard box on her desk; well it wasn't her desk anymore. Not only did she still not know why DiNozzo was taken or what the classified op was. The more closely Ziva was looked into, some of her more unethical business dealings with Mossad came to light. She'd been fired, asked to clean out her desk with a security guard watching her every move. Jethro remained elusive and she tried to contact him so many times. She had been so sure that eventually she would've worn him down he'd be worn down and they would end up together. Now because of this crap that chance was lost. The only personal item that was still out was her as a child with her father. There wasn't a day that went by that she didn't miss him. Carefully she picked it up and placed it into the box.

Tony smiled as Gibbs sat down next to him. There was going to be so many changes that were going to happen. McGee had been suspended until the situation had been investigated. Ziva arrested, Eli dead and Shepard fired. At least he still had the man next to him.

"Tony…" Gibbs mumbled.

He frowned at the cautious tone, and it worried him a little. "Gibbs, what is it?"

"It's Jethro when I'm going to ask you out."

"I'd love to." He jumped in quickly.

"I nearly lost you twice, recently anyway. They were too close, and I don't want to miss out on anything."

"I feel the same."

"You do?"

"Gibbs…Jethro, I've had feelings for you for years." Tony leant forward and kissed the man he loved. There were a lot of things they had to work through, but they would work through them together.

Oahu, Hawaii

"Danno, go to this address. I have to see the governor." He mimicked as he opened the door to the empty house and walked in.

This anonymous tip had given this the place that Sang Min was hiding out in. He had managed to escape on his way back to prison. He was a slippery criminal. Just then the door slammed closed behind him. As he turned a bag was shoved over his head, his arms grabbed. Danny struggled and managed to get an arm free, and throw one punch, which connected before he felt a jab in his neck.

The man just shook his head as he looked down at the unconscious man. This was not Lieutenant Commander McGarrett. The so-called local talent had taken the wrong man. It was too late now; this person would have to do.

Danny slowly opened his eyes and frowned. "Sang Min?" He tried to move, but couldn't as he was strapped to a hospital bed, an IV from his arm. "McGarrett will be so pissed when he catches up with you."

"I do not know who this Sang Min is, my name is Jin Cong. The Commander was the man we intended to capture, but instead, I have you. Nothing else will change."

It really wasn't Sang Min, the way he talked, moved and dressed was utterly different from the sleazeball he knew and hated. "You wanted Steve, but why, for what?"

"We're going to implant a very special chip into your head."

"You can't." Danny struggled even harder as he was pushed into another room, a makeshift operating theatre. "You do realise I'm going to die from an infection, this isn't the most sterile of places. How about we go to an actual hospital?"

"You will be fine; once the procedure has been completed, you will be trained. You will remain in my hands and do my bidding."

Danny could feel himself become drowsy; someone must have added something to his IV while he was arguing. All he could think of was Gracie and Steve's smiling faces.

Jin nodded as soon as the patient was asleep. "Continue."

Steve glanced down at his watch, the Camaro was still there. He pulled out his gun and made his way into the building. There on the floor by the door was a detective's badge and a gun.

Someone had taken his Danno, they would be found, and they would pay for this. If his partner was hurt in any way, they would really suffer.

The End

There will be a sequel.
