Hidden Entrance to Mount Justice
Marco
'Wow,' I thought as I made my way down the shaft. 'I don't think that this is the way in. The ant thinks its going to be barbecued, so there must be a lot of energy. Maybe a warp? A miniature Sario Rip would probably work as a portal. But how does it work? I obviously can't tamper with the wires, I'd be fried. But maybe I could get the thing to start up... I would definitely need a bigger morph.' I then crawled back up and began to demorph, noticing a glare from the kid as I did so. What was his problem? You know, aside that there was an ant-person going around.

Aqualad
"Are we ready?" I asked Kid Flash and Robin.
"Ready," they replied.
"The cameras should start in four seconds," said Robin. "Three, two, one."
"Attention children and teenagers of earth," I said. "I am Aqualad, and these are my friends Robin and Kid Flash."
"We're using Justice League's access to hack into every radio, tv, and smartphone on the planet," said Robin.
"We know you must be scared and angry," said Kid Flash with uncharacteristic seriousness. "We know that with you parents missing there's a temptation to run wild, but please, stay calm."
"We will find a way to bring the adults back," I said. "But for now, the oldest among you must step up.
"Take care of your younger siblings," said Robin. "Those of you with no siblings take care of those without older."
"Protect them," said Kid Flash.
"It is up to you," I said. "Please help in any way you can." With that, the camera shut itself off. I sighed heavily. We were trying to save the planet, but we had no idea how. We were starting to get desperate.
Cassie
"Come on kids, follow the bird," I urged the dozen crying children. "It's the one with the red tail, follow it." I was tired and stressed, but I had to keep on going. I could tell Tobias was having a harder time. He couldn't talk to the kids directly, and if he got too close he ran the risk of accidentally getting hurt by one of them. But he didn't get close enough they would rather lose him or lose focus on where they had to go. All the children were being moved to the local highschool for safety, but getting them there was a different story.
"My dollie! My dollie!" one of the girls was crying.
I knelt down to reach eye level with her. "We'll have to get your dollie back later, ok?" I told her. "But right now we need to get you to the big kids school, I think there might be food there. Do you like pudding?"
She sniffed. "Yes," she said softly.
"Then let's see if they have any," I said, picking her up. "Tobias!" I called. "I'll take this batch, you go find some more. Double check the apartment windows!" Tobias replied with a screech of afirment. Naturally, it would be weird to talk to a bird as though it was a person, but with all the chaos going around, no one would think twice about it.
{Rachel, Jake, and Ax are awake and helping,} Tobias said through thought-speak. I couldn't reply because I need to morph to use thought-speak. And I couldn't morph while carrying a child in my hands. Not that I was worried about dropping her, I could easily morph into another human, but I couldn't risk her noticing my changes. I had to stay as low key as possible.
{Everyone, I am by the school of high,} came Ax's thought-speak voice.
{It's called a high school Ax,} responded Tobias. {And you're not… you at the moment, are you?}
{Of course I am always me,} replied Ax in surprise.
{He means in your normal Andalite body,} said Rachel. {You know, four legs, blue fur, stalk eyes, and scorpion tail?}
{Actually I am in human morph,} Ax replied. He and Tobias had the advantage of being able to use thought-speak in human forms because they had to morph to become human. {I see some humans leaving the high-school in a manner that seems to be stealth-like. However, I cannot perceive their direction with my weak human eyes.}
{Should we really concern ourselves with teenagers sneaking around when the world is falling apart?} asked Rachel.
{She's got a point Ax,} said Tobias. {Human adolescents are not exactly… perfect. Maybe they just want to get away from the stress for awhile. They're some of the oldest people left, they deserve a break.}
{Noted,} replied Ax. {Now I will resume the evacuation of children.}
{It would be better to have you in bird morph helping Tobias scout out building windows,} said Jake. {No offense, but your communication skills are… lacking.}
{Hey where's Cassie and Marco?} Rachel asked.
{Cassie's with children and is not able to morph at the moment,} said Tobias. {Marco's trying to look for help.}
{Let's hope he's having better luck than us,} said Jake. I nodded to myself in silent agreement.
Billy Baxton
The young teen met my glare evenly. "So, how badly do you need to get in?" he asked me cheerfully.
"Depends on what you want to do yourself," I countered coolly. Sadly, I had remembered that I didn't have a way to contact the team anymore since Captain Marvel, not Billy Baxton, had access to League communications.
He winced. "You know, when I was your age I wasn't so smart," he said. "I want to get the adults back too, there's no point in sneaking out of the house if there's no one to sneak away from," he joked.
"Do you actually have a way to get in?" I asked him with a raised eyebrow.
"Sure do!" he said cheerfully. "One thing though, you can't tell anyone about me. You know, secret identity and all that stuff."
"So you're a superhero?" I asked him dubiously.
He shook his head. "I prefer leaving the big guys to saving the world," he said with a grin. Okay, this guy seemed to be as creepy as the Joker. "I just try to get through my ordinary life with as little use of my superpowers as usual. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to hack this complex device."
"You're a computer genius?" I asked dubiously.
He winked and began to change shape again as he turned to the device on the wall. His hair was sucked into his scalp as he started to increase in size. His skin turned gray and hairy as he continued to turn into what I recognized as a gorilla.
Marco
{Ax-man, I'm going to need your help,} I said through though-speak as soon as I morphed enough.
{What do you need Marco?} Ax asked.
{I'm going to need you to guide me through a hacking of fancy equipment,} I replied.
{If you could send mental images I believe I could work you the steps,} he said thoughtfully. {What morph are you in?}
{Gorilla, what else?}
{Are you in any immediate danger?}
{Nope!} I decided not tell him that I had been caught by a kid. That would just be embarrassing.
{Good, now send me a mental picture of what the device is.} I ripped the cover off of the scanner thing and exposed the wires. Then I sent him a mental picture of what I was seeing. Sending mental images wasn't the easiest thing to do with thought-speak, but fighting an alien war for the past few years is enough to boost anyone hero's mastery. {This technology is sophisticated, but it shouldn't take more than ten to fifteen minutes to take over the device.}
{That long?} I whined. {Why?}
{I need to instruct you on how to configure the circuitry while I need to find a computer to hack the device remotely,} he replied.
{Forget I asked,} I said flatly. I turned back to the kid, who looked at me with undisguised suspicion. I considered talking to him, but since I would have to reveal my ability to use thoughtspeak, I opted to turn back and listen to the series of instructions Ax gave to me.
So how did you like them apples? Seriously Marco you don't blow your cover like that. HAHAHHAHAHA! Anyway stay whelmed and make someone feel the astern! jk about the astern/
