Hey everyone. I'm sorry for taking so long, but sometimes you just need to step away from your stories so you can come back and write even better than planned. I'm glad I waited, and I hope you all enjoy this chapter. Thanks to all of you who are faving, fallowing, and reviewing. Please keep it up, your feedback helps more than you know! PS - My Father's Mother was named, Zimma... I never knew her, but I've always loved the name. People called her Zimmy. So that's where I got it!

I had been laying on the floor next to him for the last hour. I wasn't entirely sure if I drifted off to sleep at all, but I probably had a few time just due to how tired I was. I had been keeping the ice Laszlo gave on my knee this entire time, so it was finally beginning to feel a little bit better. Every time I remembered I made sure to look up and check Spiderman, even though I could hear his loud breaths, it made me feel better to see his face. He had been sleeping now for the last hour, which I was very happy about. He needed to conserve his energy.

I sighed loudly as I adjusted myself were I lay. It was pretty comfortable considering how hard the floor was, but my arm made a nice pillow, and I needed to stay by Spiderman.

"Heads up." I heard Spiderman say quietly. I smiled as I was glad to hear him speaking calmly, and the fact he was awake made me relieved because he had been out for a while.

Wait.. heads up?

I looked up to him in confusion as he was looking straight at me. "What?" I said as I sat up, realizing how tired I felt as the blood rushed out of my head.

Right then Laszlo walked into the room, seeming slightly irritated as he walked over and slammed the phone onto the table. He sighed loudly as he looked over to me and I froze. Why was he pissed? Did something happen while we slept?

"You were supposed to tell me when he woke up!" He snapped.

"I just woke up." Spiderman spoke before I had a chance.

"Wasn't talkin' to you." He grinded out.

"I didn't even know he woke up." I recoiled, hating how sad a pathetic my voice sounded.

"Uh-huh." He gave me a look as he took his hat off quickly to push the hair out of his face, then put it back on. I noticed that he was sweating, and looked way more stressed out that he had this entire day. His breathing was sort of rough as well... was that blood on his eyebrow? Did he get punched?

"What happened to you?" I looked up to him as I pointed at my own face, feeling worry begin to swell. He looked to me and touched his eyebrow quickly, then pulled his hand away to see the blood on it. He looked annoyed and wiped it on his jeans.

"Look." Laszlo said, with a soft tone as he turned to Spiderman.

Out of nowhere though, I heard yelling from the hallway... it was Row again, and I felt my fear swell up like a hurricane. He couldn't come back in here.

Laszlo's eyes looked worried as he turned quickly and walked to face the door as Row walked in.

"You don't fuckin' walk away while I'm talking to you!" He screamed as he finally came through the doorway, then stopped when he saw Laszlo guarding.

"You his body guard now!?" He yelled, and after seeing his face it was obvious that he had been crying… or something. His eyes were all red, and blood shot. His face was sweaty like Laszlo's, and he too looked exhausted.

Laszlo didn't speak; all he did was stand strong.

"Get the fuck out of my way, Zo." He looked far beyond angry. It was the same crazed look that he got before, and I was terrified as to what he was so angry about. I was more afraid as well when I could tell how tired Laszlo was… they must have been fighting this entire time.

"Go back outside." Laszlo said calmly, but sternly.

Row's eyes just got more wild and I saw his anger rise right in front of me. He grinded his teeth then breathed out loudly as he then yelled in frustration. "I can't believe you!" He threw his hands up and left the room as quickly as he came. Then it was dead silent and after Laszlo took a moment, he turned quickly to walk over to us.

He knelt down in front of Spiderman and the look of concern he had on his expression made my anxiety shoot through the roof. "Okay." He said quickly as his breathing was still rough. "I've gotta get you two out of here."

My eyes widened in shock. What was I hearing? Just a few hours ago he seemed so ready and determined to be here for as long as it took, whatever 'it' was, I still didn't know. I looked to Spiderman quickly, just to make sure I had heard correctly. His face looked just as shocked and confused as mine.

"Everything okay?" Spiderman asked, concern clear in his voice.

Laszlo sighed out loudly as he shook his head. "It's too late for me, but you two can still make it out." He looked back up to him, I could see his eyes were beginning to tear up. What happened?

"What are you talking about? What do you mean 'too late'?" Spiderman asked quickly, and I could feeling the panic as he spoke and became more awake.

My heart was now racing so hard I wasn't sure if I could sit still much longer. I was ready to get out of here, and the fact Laszlo looked so worried and panicked told me that getting out of here wasn't going to be as simple as a walk and skip.

"I can't do this anymore." Laszlo said quietly to himself, not really paying attention to us anymore as he reached into his shirt and pulled out a silver chain, at the end of it there was a small metal looking thing. It was shiny and silver, just like the chain and kind of resembled a nut or a screw. "Take this." He looked up to me with intension.

I frowned, and before my mouth could open to ask, I heard Spiderman yell.

"Watch out!" He shouted as I saw Row rush into the room carrying one of the large guns they had. He screamed as he rushed Laszlo and before Laszlo could even turn around he was already beginning his assault. He had flipped the gun so the butt was in front, and when he got to Laszlo he slammed it hard into the back of his head.

"STOP! ROW! STOP!" Spiderman screamed as he tried desperately to reach out with his only free hand.

Row couldn't be stopped. The only thing you could hear was Row's disgusting grunts of desperation along with the pounding noise from the gun's butt hitting into Laszlo's skull. He was already out, just lying on the ground. But Row kept hitting him. The second hit, then third, and finally the fourth made my entire body hurt. I could no longer contain my emotion as I watched this happen before my eyes, and my throat once again acted on it own as I began to scream like I've never screamed before.

"STOOOP! YOU'RE KILLING HIM! STOP!" I didn't even recognize my own voice as it continued to crawl out of me. "WHY!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? PLEASE STOP!" It was a sickening scene before me. Laszlo, the only small bit of hope I had in this place was now gone. There was blood everywhere, and a man who was so strong and bold before was now a helpless, lifeless body.

The silence was welcomed, but at the same time hated. All that could be heard was Row's deep breathing, as he was still grinding down with his teeth. I stared in shock up at the sick man who now had the upper hand. He was covered in sweat, his eyes were crazed, and now he had blood splattered all over him. Then when it finally hit me what had just happened I began to sob once again. This time though, it was uncontrollable and I had no idea if I'd be able to stop. All of my hope just got beat down along with Laszlo, and I hadn't realized I had that much hope in the first place. He was keeping us safe. Now Row was in charge, and we were at his mercy... now I could no longer see my future, all I saw was darkness and fear.

"Shut up." I heard him say softly as he was still staring at Laszlo's limp body.

I looked up to him with horror as I tried my hardest to stop, but my body wouldn't listen. The harder I tried the sicker I felt, and to my surprise I began to dry heave. I lifted myself as quickly as possible and thankfully there was a little trash bin near the kitchen area we were at and I crawled to it quick enough to throw up in there. It stopped my cries momentarily, but now all I could focus on was throwing up. Not much came out, but it was everything inside of me. Everything was blurry now, and I wasn't really sure if Row had left or not, but I was thinking of that either. My mind was just pure panic at the moment, and I could only do one thing at a time.

My body jerked, and I threw up once more. My throat stung, and the taste of it was vile. I hated throwing up. But at least I had finally stopped crying uncontrollably. I sat there for a moment as I just focused on my breathing, and wiped my mouth clean. I think I was in shock, or something, because my mind wouldn't allow myself to think about anything else. I was just staring at the floor, listening to my own breaths.

After some time passed my mind finally started to function again. My silence was quickly interrupted by soft voices behind me.

"Please, please just tell me." Row was speaking so fast, but so quiet.

"I told you. I can't help you." Spiderman spoke back to him, voice broken and sad.

"You're lying. You have to know, just tell me!" He spoke sharper this time, but still with desperation and fear.

"Row. You can stop this now, Laszlo was ready to leave. Which means you can too." He tried his best to talk him down.

"No!" He yelled. "Shut up! That bastard's been wanting to leave us for a long time, he's a fucking traitor, and he can go burn in fucking hell!"

"Okay, okay! That's fine, but it doesn't mean you need to keep this going. There is no reason for you to still be here." Spiderman spoke so softly, it stunned me that he was able to use that tone of voice with him after what we just witnessed.

"Reason?" Row looked up to him. "Of course there's still a reason! I need you to answer our god damn questions, Spiderman!" He sounded so upset, like all of this wasn't his fault. Like someone else was the one who beat Laszlo, someone else robbed the bank and tortured Spiderman. He was crazy, and we were alone with him.

"I already answered you questions..." He said weakly, figuring out that he wasn't going to be able to talk him down.

"No. You didn't." Row said, calmer, now finally collecting himself. He then stood and wiped his tears as he sniffed loudly. "And now you're gonna." He smirked as he looked to Spiderman.

This was the first hint of fear I had seen on Spiderman's face this entire time. It was faint, but it was there as he watched Row walk to Laszlo and grab his arms. I watched too, feeling sick as he dragged Laszlo's large body across the room. I couldn't look away, even though that was the only thing I wanted to do right now. I honestly couldn't really move right now... I was frozen.

Row stared at his body for a moment, as if he were wondering if what he just did was the right thing... Then he snapped himself out of it, and looked back to Spiderman with a smile. Spiderman looked back to him with worry. You could see that he knew Row was in control, and he could see that he was afraid for what was coming. His eyes were big, and he swallowed hard as he approached him.

"I'll ask you one more time." He knelt down in front of Spiderman, and then reached out to rest his hand gently on Spiderman's thigh.

"I already told you." He said slowly, and calmly as his eyes stayed locked with Row's. "It doesn't work like that."

"Then how does it work?" Row was still calm as he watched his own hand smoothly glided up to Spiderman's chin; holding it gently in his hand as he looked down his nose at him.

Spiderman stayed still as Row held his chin, and made sure to look him in the eye as he spoke. "Not how you think. You can't just make it happen. It only works for me. No one else can do it. It will kill them."

What were they talking about? I didn't think on that much more, I was mainly focused on what Row was doing. I hoped he didn't hurt Spiderman, he couldn't take much more. I couldn't take much more...

"I don't believe you." Row said.

Spiderman just softly shook his head. "Well, that's the truth. I-I'm sorry." His voice shook a little when he apologized, obviously afraid. He knew whatever he said Row would still be angry with him, so he just had to sit there and wait until Row decided to leave him alone. If he would ever decide to, that is.

"Well then, since we are all fucked might as well enjoy myself before I die." He shot out quickly as he turned his hand and roughly shoved his thumb into Spiderman's mouth, now grabbing his entire lower jaw in his grip. "You're willing to kill everyone here, just to keep your little secret?" He snapped in a whisper as he leaned in close and shook Spiderman's head back and fourth.

"Uunn!" Spiderman moaned out in pain as I sat in fear, watching Spiderman's pained face, now completely helpless as Row took his anger out on him.

"Do you even understand how many people's lives are in your hands!?" He screamed at him as he now shoved a couple of his fingers into Spiderman's mouth, and back into his throat. My eyes began to water as I heard Spiderman gag loudly as he try his hardest to move away.

"You don't care do you?" He said harshly as he leaned in, "Do you?" I could barely hear him now because Spiderman was choking loudly, and I didn't realize I was looking away until I opened my eyes.

Finally it was quiet again, and I forced myself to look once more. I couldn't completely abandon him, he was taking all this crap... the least I could do was be here for him...I sighed out shakily as Spiderman began to cough even more; no longer choking.

"Damn…" He gasped out and spit a few times. After he collected himself he looked up to me, quickly, and we made eye contact. His eyes looked so tired, and afraid… but I could still see that fire in them, and the fact he looked to me made me feel like I was helping some how. He was making sure I was still here, reassuring himself that he wasn't alone… hopefully I helped, even if it was just a little bit.

"Look at me." Row said quietly as he was now on his knees, leaning uncomfortably close to Spiderman.

Spiderman tried his best to keep his distance from Row, but the wall behind him made that impossible. Now their noses were practically touching as Spiderman shakily kept eye contact with his captor.

"Do you realize how much power is surging inside of you right now?" Row smiled slightly as he stared at Spiderman in awe. Spiderman kept his eyes locked with Row's, and made sure to not speak. Row was acting crazier than he had been this entire time, so now we were walking on egg shells with him… maybe what he did to Laszlo had effected him more than we realized.

"I have an idea." Spiderman said softly.

"I don't think you really do." Row said as he looked Spiderman up and down, so slowly that the silence became awkward.

Spiderman breathed out slowly as he took the moment to gather himself. He turned his head as he rested it back against the wall and I heard him gasp out loudly. He was becoming weaker and weaker, and the fact he had to work to stay upright for Row was probably killing him. I was shocked he hadn't had another coughing fit after what Row did to him. I could tell it was getting harder and harder for him to breathe.

"It's crazy having this much power in front of me.." Row said quietly as he looked back up to Spiderman.

Spiderman barely turned his head to look at him. "Just let us go." He whispered as he tried his best to ignore the lack of distance between him and Row.

Row stared at his eyes in awe. "I can't do that." He smiled.

"Please, Row. We won't make it much longer… you don't want us to die do you?"

"I don't give a rats ass." He grinned this time, and I felt my stomach turn as Row leaned in and pressed his lips against Spiderman's. My eyes widened along with Spiderman's as the kiss caught us both off guard. He attempted to turn his head away but Row quickly grabbed his chin, holding him against the wall; restricting all movement. I could see how shocked Spiderman was… and I could tell he was panicking. What was going to happen to us? Row was unpredictable and crazy, and we were his playthings until he decided to either kill us, or make a run for it. The bad thing about him was that crazy people didn't think… so he probably didn't even know what was going to happen next.

The kiss was long, and very tense. And when Row pulled away his face was overwhelmed and unsure. Spiderman on the other hand, looked stunned and disturbed. I could feel the helplessness the longer I watched, and it made me so scared.

"I can taste your power..." Row said as he continued to stare at Spiderman.

"Row." Spiderman said again, with a weaker tone. I could tell he was starting to feel sick along with me, as his voice was now quieter. "You can let us go." I barely heard him say.

But this time there was no response from Row, he was already lost in his haze of insanity. His mouth was still open from the kiss, he was breathing deeply and I could see the sweat beginning to form on his skin. He was obviously stressed, but now he was focused on Spiderman in a way I wasn't sure how to handle. He looked up to Spiderman again, almost as if he was afraid to do so, and when they made eye contact I felt fear for Spiderman. What was going to happen now? Was Row going to continue torturing him? Would I be able to watch?

Then, out of no where he jerked his hand quickly, and just like before, a large blade popped out. He must have grabbed his knife again without us noticing it... he must of had it on him since the last time he used it. My mind flashed back to when he stabbed Spiderman's leg, and I felt my whole body begin to shake. Please don't hurt him.

Now the only thing I could hear was Row's deep breathing. His jaw was set, and his muscle tight. But his eyes were strong and focused as he lifted the large blade up close to Spiderman's face. Spiderman kept his eyes locked on Row, but I could tell by the way he was leaning against the wall that he was so weak. He too was covered in sweat, like he had been this entire time, but now his completion was so pale and his eyes were begging for rest. He didn't dare to move as Row began to softly drag the blade across his cheek. The way he watched was horrifying, and the way he was acting was if he was the only on in the room. It made my stomach crawl. He was now close to Spiderman again, as the blade stopped at his lips. Spiderman didn't move as he still had his eyes on his tormentor.

"Open." Row whispered as his eyes shot up to meet Spiderman's, obviously not ashamed by his request.

Spiderman's eyes, for the second time, filled with fear as he stared back at Row. My stomach ached for him, as I had to force myself from speaking. I wasn't sure if it was make the situation better, or worse. If I was going to do something, it was going to have to make a drastic difference. And talking wouldn't do that with Row.

But what could I do?

"Open." Row said with more authority.

Spiderman's brow furrowed as he looked back to him, begging for mercy. His head began to slowly shake as he knew there would be none offered. So finally, after swallowing, he forced himself to part his dry lips, and open his mouth. The fear was now mixed with that fire once again. He seemed scared, and upset, but what was prominent to me was his anger. He was pissed.

Row didn't speak again, but his mouth did hang open as he obviously enjoyed watching the blade partially slide into Spiderman's mouth. He breathed out lustfully as his mouth jerked up into some sort of smile. Spiderman held his breath as he tried his best not to move, and when Row started to slowly rotate the blade his breathing picked up.

"Careful." Row smirked opened mouthed. "It's sharp." His eyes were playful, and excited as he turned the knife at an angle, now looking intently at what he was doing while continuing to apply pressure.

Spiderman tried his best to move with the blade, but when Row's movements picked up his panicked yell was all he could manage as the blade was pulled out with haste. I felt myself breathe in sharply as I automatically looked away.

"Ahhh!" I heard Spiderman breathe out loudly. I forced myself to look up and all I saw was red. It was shocking to see it all coming out of his mouth, down his chin and neck... so bright against his pale skin. He was now breathing loudly as he tried to collect himself, but the wheezing in his breath was the loudest it had been. His head was limp against the wall as he stared up to the ceiling, and along with the wheezing I could hear he was having a hard time even taking a breath.. I was sure his lung was probably slowly killing him. He swallowed hard a few times, and he cringed due to the harsh taste of his own blood.

Then Row roughly grabbed his chin again, pulling his face up to his. He looked at Spiderman's mouth with wide eyes, and then once again pulled him into a rough kiss. Spiderman's eyes widened with pain as he grunted loudly, and I could see his muscle tense as he tried to pull away from Row's grip. But Row just pressed deeper into the kiss and slammed Spiderman's head back against the wall, now quickly placing his other hang roughly against Spiderman's crotch. Spiderman's eyes filled with fear as he moaned out in pain again, this time though his body moved in panic. But he stopped abruptly when his body jerked with a cough, due to choking on his own blood. His eyes shut tightly as he probably was trying his best to disassociate from his situation.

My heart burned with pain as I watched. I had to act, or my hero wasn't going to make it. I probably wouldn't survive, unless I killed Row... but I wasn't sure I had the strength for that. It was okay with me... who was the world going to miss more? Who did they need more? Some random intern, or a man who had done so much, and was going to continue to do so much... that is, if I was going to be able to save him. Or at least turn the attention off of him, and onto me... it was what he had been doing for me this entire time, so now it was my turn to repay him. He deserved it.

When Row pulled away, a disgusting trail of spit and blood clung to his lips, but instead of being disturbed he smiled once again as he reached up to wipe it away from his face. There was blood covering his lips, and as he cleaned them with his tongue he made sure to keep his eyes locked onto Spiderman. My stomach spun as I watched his evil face. And when Spiderman leaned to the side to spit he watched with amusement, but then his eyes became angry.

"Ah-ah!" He snapped loudly as he reached over and grabbed Spiderman's face once more, slamming his jaw shut tightly. He put his face close again as his dark eyes gave me the shivers. "You can't spit it out." He grinned. "Swallow."

I could now clearly see that Spiderman's entire body was trembling, and I knew he must be so afraid, and in so much pain. My mind began to race on what was the best thing for me to do, but it was almost impossible to think as I watched Spiderman's sickened face, as he was forced to swallow the remaining bit of Row's kiss.

"Good boy." Row smirked, as he then picked up his knife again, letting go of Spiderman.

Spiderman began to gasp out and once again went limp against the wall. But his face grew with more panicked as he looked down to see Row grab a part of his suit, stretching it up towards his knife. The noise of the fabric being cut was loud and anxiety inducing. And that's all that could be heard as Row pulled from Spiderman's neck down to his hips. He then quickly cut the top part of his entire suit off, arms and everything. He pulled the loose fabric away from Spiderman's body and threw it behind him. Spiderman was now breathing loudly, and I along with him didn't know what was going to happen.

Row placed the knife against Spiderman's chest as he pulled it lightly across one of his nipples, attempting to tease his captor with his sadistic manner. His grin was almost demonic as he looked up to once again see Spiderman's reaction. Now that Spiderman had gone past panicked, his loud, and extremely wheezy breathing was prominent.

"Row." He gasped out quickly. His voice was no longer calm, and I felt myself begin to cry for him as I couldn't imagine how scared he must be.

"Row. I can't-, I can't breathe. Stop!" He gasped out, now with such short breath it made me feel like I was suffocating. My eyes were now watering as I knew I was the only thing that could save him... I was scared, but I was his only hope.

"I don't fucking care." Row said with no pity as he watched his captor slowly suffocating in front of him. He then grabbed the thing in Spiderman's side as he leaned in and placed his mouth by Spiderman's ear. Spiderman grunted out loudly as Row whispered something to him, and when his eyes widened with fear I saw my moment.

I stood quickly, not even thinking any longer as I forced my stiff knee to run. It was almost like it wasn't me anymore. I was just telling my body to move, and my mind was left behind where I had been sitting. When I finally got close, I reached over and grabbed the closest thing to me. The phone sitting on the table was the only thing between Row and I, and as I lifted it into the air I felt my entire body push out the all the rest of the adrenaline I had. Once it collided with Row's head he yelled out loudly, and quickly moved away from us. Spiderman looked stunned by what was happening, but I had no time to keep my attention on him as I once again brought the phone up and back down again; this time slamming it into Row's face. The cracking of his nose gave me a strange and foreign satisfaction as I continued to beat his face with all my might. Was this working? Was I going to actually get out of here alive?

I brought it up again, now not sure how many times I had hit him because of my blacked out panic. I had to live, and I had to save Spiderman. I felt something warm sprinkle on my face as my hands came down once more, but as I lifted the phone again I was ripped from my trance by a strong grasp on my arms. My eyes widened as I was ripped back into reality, and now was back inside myself.

"AAAAHHH!" Row yelled out loudly as he lifted me with no problem, throwing me over the table, and onto the floor.

I slammed into the floor hard, and when the wind was knocked out of me I could barely force myself to stand up. I tried my hardest to catch my breath as I some how managed to stand. But before I even had a chance to think I looked up to see Row jump over the table towards me, face covered in blood and pure rage. I don't think I have ever been as scared as I was right now.
