"Sir these is the pirates that defeated Don Krieg and destroyed Arlong Park!"
"Shut your mouth."
"Reporting Sir!" Another marine yelled as he entered the room, "I have just received word that a pirate group has entered Loguetown you are requested there emidiatly!'
"It must be Luffy's group, how did they get here so fast, I just got this?!" the first marine gasped.
"30 million and 20 million eh, this might actually be interesting…"
"Sir?"
"Forget it, I was just talking to myself." Captain smoker said as he left the room.
"Wait, don't you want to see their wanted posters Captain?!" the marine called.
Later that day-
(After Smoker beat up the guys that he thought was Luffy and his crew at the docks)
"That's amazing captain." A marine said "You captured Luffy all by yourself."
"You're a complete idiot, this isn't Luffy, anyone could tell that, if trash like this was worth 30 million I'd become a pirate."
"So then, where's Luffy?"
"And what's the rush? He'll be here soon enough…"
"Hey bro, are you sure that we're in the right place?" I asked as we walked around, "Cuz I'm pretty sure we're at the docks?"
"Yeah, hey let's ask that guy over there!" Luffy yelled pointing to a man with silver hair who was standing a little ways in front of us.
"Uh Oh….." I sighed as Luffy ran off towards the man I knew as Smoker.
"Hey mister! Can you tell me where people get executed around here?" Luffy asked him.
"The platform, why do you want to go there?" Smoker asked.
"Personal quest, I wanna see where the king of the pirates died." Luffy said, a smug grin on his face. "Guess you don't know then…" Luffy said turning back to me, "Looks like he doesn't know, let's go sis."
"Wait." Smoker said, Luffy turned and raised an eyebrow, "Jut follow the smoke kid." He said, the smoke from his cigar flowing down a side street.
"That way? Okay, I'll see you later! C'mon sis!" Luffy said, grabbing my wrist and pulling me along.
"Thanks mister!" I called as he dragged me down the street, well that was close~
Later-
"This really sucks, I just wanna find the execution platform but somehow I keep getting myself turned around…" Luffy whined.
"I would be able to find it no problem if it were darker out, but it's so damn sunny there aren't any shadows I can look through, I could make a shadow puppet but if its exposed to the sun for too long it'll just die…." I sighed.
"Maybe it's this way…?"
"Are you even listening to me?" I asked as Luffy walked into a bar."
"Apparently not, hey, wait up!" I called, running after him, it's way too hot for flying, I swear I can't take much more sun…
I followed Luffy into the bar and found him sitting on a barstool, listening to an old man talking about some guy Gold Rodger killed.
"-With lightning speed, you see Killer Giant was known for using this massive blade but it didn't matter, the whole fight was over before he could even raise it. Here's the wound that did it." The old man said, pointing so a stab wound on a skull on the table in front of him.
"Killer Giant was a terrible waste of human flesh anyway." The old man said as I took a seat next to Luffy, the man kept talking, Luffy seemed interested but I was just taking in the cool darkness of the room.
"-Then when I'd heard he conquered the grand line I wasn't surprised, I was happy to know he was the one who had finally survived those evil seas, on this day 22 years ago Gold Rodger died on that platform and that's how it started, that's when it all began, the so called great pirate era where everyone with a boat claims to be a pirate. Look around this once great town, I bet you won't be able to find yourself a real pirate, nothing here but cowards and scum, men brave enough to enter the grand line have all disappeared from these waters, there are no more true pirates left, that's why I'm closing down."
I smirked and leaned back against the bar because I knew what Luffy would say, "I'm going to the grand line, hell yeah, Gold Rodger I so cool he's exactly how a pirates supposed to be, that's why I'm here, to go to the grand line, get my hands on the one piece, and then, be king of the pirates." And he said it all with that big goofy grin of his.
The old man stared at him in shock and all I could do was sit back and smile, "Atta boy Luffy…" I sighed as I tiled my hat.
"Those are some pretty big words, more so cuz your in this bar." The old man said.
"I only said what I meant."
The old man laughed, "Young man, if there are still people like you around here should I hold off on closing this place?" the man asked.
"I dunno, it could just be me." Luffy said.
"That's right, it could just be you, in that case let's have a drink I haven't been in this good a mood for some time." The old man said, walking behind the bar and pulling out some glasses.
"I don't drink alcohol…" Luffy said..
"Man up little brother, what kind of a pirate are you?" I laughed as the man pulled out some milk, "But I guess I'll keep myself from getting drunk just this once." I said.
"Let's raise our glasses together, here's to the eternal king of the pirates."
"To the king of the pirates!" We sang in unison, clinking our glasses together.
