A/N: Read and Review please! It will be a few adventures yet before we get to the good stuff, but the early adventures are short, so it won't be long xD Also, if you're wondering why Loki is still in his cell after no-doubt healing enough to access his magic, Phantomthestral said it's because he's using it as a base of operations to hunt down any remaining Chitauri, using shades (more powerful illusions). This doesn't get explained til later in the story, so I thought I'd clear up confusion now.
Disclaimer: Dark World belongs to Marvel/comics, Loki's awesome belongs to Tom Hiddleston, Warriors set-up belongs to Erin Hunter, story by Phantomthestral.

Duskstar considered the dove-gray she-cat in front of her. The she-cats pale green eyes were lined with dark black fur, as were her ears. The cat's name was Lark-and she had no memory. She glanced at Fawnstep and Sunpool, who were sitting beside her, then beckoned Owl with her tail. "Owl-I want you to show Lark around. Explain to her about LokiClan. Lark-this is Owl; along with Sunpool, she is the newest member of the Clan." Owl bounced on her paws, marbled fur bristling with excitement. "Come on! Our territory is pretty small, because this isn't our permanent camp-we were just in a big two-leg-they call themselves humans- place called New York..." Still chattering, Owl led Lark out of camp. Duskstar padded over to Fawnstep, who was helping Lilyfire and Sunpool dig out a shallow scoop for the various herbs they had collected-special healing powers or not, Sunpool would take as much healing knowledge and help as she could get. The three she-cats paused their work long enough to meow greetings; Duskstar returned them and meowed to Fawnstep: "I'm going to go hunting today. You can stay and watch the camp." Fawnstep's whiskers twitched and she nodded at her leader, who was already slipping through the tunnel out of camp.
Duskstar, naturally, had no desire to hunt-the cats of LokiClan, thanks to Loki's magic, didn't need to eat as often or as much as regular cats after they joined. Duskstar just wasn't used to being around so many cats-for literal centuries, the only living creature she'd had much constant contact with was Loki. Duskstar paused suddenly, turning her head into the breeze; maybe it was because she had just been thinking of him, but she thought she had caught a hint of his scent. Suddenly, a cat's panicked shriek reached her ears-Duskstar felt her fur bristle and cold energy surged in her paws as the star on her forehead burned. She knew instinctively that it was calling the Clan to her, and she leaped forward, running at unnatural speed toward the distressed cat-Lark.

The Clan arrived just behind Duskstar, who found Lark pacing in circles next to a pitch-black shadow, her tail lashing. She let out another distressed wail when she saw the she-cats gathering. "I'm sorry! I don't know what happened-she was talking, explaining things, and suddenly she was *gone* and I can't see her or hear her or-" Sunpool slipped forward and soothed the dove-gray she-cat with a quiet purr. Duskstar studied the shadow for a moment, then turned toward her deputy, eyes glinting with excitement. "I've never seen this particular one before-but I sure recognize the scent." Fawnstep sniffed the air and her eyes went wide while Lilyfire peered at the shadow with a shiver. "It's colder than anything I've ever seen before." Duskstar turned toward the young warrior with an excited lash of her tail. "That's because...it's the place-between-stars. Space."

Owl tumbled through a place of endless dark. The marbled she-cat let out a yowl as she slammed into something soft, bright light forcing her to close her eyes to slits. Dimly, she saw something move and lashed out instinctively. She heard a soft hiss of pain just as she recognized Loki's scent. Owl slowly widened her eyes as they adjusted to the light to see Loki examining the back of his hand with an amused expression. His gaze shifted to hers and Owl winced-amused, maybe, but also simmering with barely hidden excitement and rage. "And how did you come to be in my cell, young warrior?"
"Umm..." Owl peered around Loki, taking in the bright white floor and the golden energy sizzling in front of the three open walls. Beyond, in similiar cells, she could see several strange looking two-legs pacing...but there was no sign of the dark shadow she'd fallen through. "Hmm. Interesting. Must be one-way. But I'm sure Duskstar will be along shortly." Owl blinked. "But I...didn't say anything..?" Loki grinned suddenly. "No. You didn't." Owl decided not to think about that too much, and jumped down off the chair to explore Loki's cell. Loki paused suddenly, head turning. "Owl, get out of sight." The small she-cat didn't hesitate, darting under the bed as the Queen of Asgard's image shimmered into view. Owl listened with interest as they talked. After Loki dispelled the image, she slipped out from the shadows and padded over to Loki, leaning against his leg in silent comfort-she could smell how upset Loki was after the talk, and knew he disliked misleading his mother like that. Loki started slightly but smiled. A cold breeze slid through the room, and Owl felt her pelt bristling as Duskstar padded out from the back wall, closely followed by Lark, Fawnstep, Lilyfire and Sunpool.
