MoonLily has a lengthy conversation with Seedos about plants in all of its life cycle, the both of them seeming to only be able to speak to each other about seeds and plants since everybody else finds the topic boring. The both of them are pulled out of their conversation when Leafos pokes her head around the side of the cart to complain about how hungry she is. That was when they realized it was late in the afternoon.
The four of them had been travelling the entire day, making very few pit stops along the way for toilet breaks and to stretch their legs and such but now, the sun isn't too far away from the horizon. There are more carts on this road, either zipping past them or joining the road from side tracks that seem to come out of nowhere.
Mily checks her alert system, not for the time but more for the map, she hopes she didn't miss Credit's garden, after all, Stardos needs those life candy before they go into the city… and she's running low on what keeps her sane as well. She's not entirely sure of how she's going to keep her medication a secret from Leafos and Seedos as well as Stardos' life candy energy absorbing requirements to be staying alive. The both of them made the other promise to not let anyone know and they've managed to keep it for this long… But she completely forgot about it when she asked them to come with her. She sighs a bit and tries to smile, when did she last have a pill again? She can't remember… that's not good, she pats at her side quietly; okay they're still in her pocket she hasn't completely run out just yet, that's good, that's good. Breathe MoonLily breathe, she reassures herself, calm… everything's fine it's okay… breathe…
Her smile becomes real when her alert system lets her know that the Black Market seller is nearby. She pocket's her alert system and turns to talk to the villagers and piñata reaper traveling with her. "Okay guys, there's a friend of mine who's garden is just up ahead," She says with slight relief breathing into her words, "we can stay there the night, he's got some food there as well Leafos." There's a single cheer from the back of the cart and Leafos throws her arms to the sky with joy from the news of food. The boys nod in response to this new news from MoonLily, both not really needing to say anything.
"Does that mean I can get some food soon Star? I mean come on! I'm 'ungry and I'm tired and I'm bored and I've been flyin' for ages and I wanna kill somethin'," Luka complains as he lands on Das' shoulder, slumping over grumpily. "Yeah, yeah," Das murmurs to his whining paper bird, patting him on the head a few times to get him to shut up.

"MoonLily!" A male voice calls from the other side of the wooden fence. Seedos can't help but stare. Did that scarecrowla just… talk? Indeed it did, and it even stands up from its place on an old veranda, a cosy little farm house behind it. The scarecrowla removes the wheat grain stalk from its mouth and tilts its head in a way that lets its potato sack-like face be seen from under its huge, orange hat. No, not face… that was a mask, Seedos looks the person he's just seen up and down, that was no scarecrowla at all. The patched together jacket, the tattered pants and torn shirt all covered in local villager patterns of course, his mask being tied around his neck with loose string. This man is only a bit taller than the four that have just arrived into his garden. He smiles at them with his mask's stitched together mouth and his one good eye, the other being noticeably black, one would say sour at first glance but it just seems to be non-existent. Seedos tries to not be rude or stare; it's hard to believe someone so country like lives THIS close to a big city.
"Credit!" MoonLily smiles and climbs out of the cart, she gave him warning of her friends that didn't know of his trade and is relieved that he's playing along with the whole, 'long-time friend that I've never mentioned' gig.
"Ah, an' I s'pose these are your friends, eh?" He questions with a smile, tilting his head to the side, sticking the wheat stalk back into his mouth comfortably and planting his hands on his hips. He slurs his words a bit in that soft friendly tone you'd expect from a country gardener, not a very thick accent but at the very least a noticeable one. Dastardos gives him the same questioning look his younger brother gave him. He guesses this guy isn't all that bad; he's friendly, nonthreatening and willing to help them all out so he's off to a good start already.
MoonLily introduces the siblings as themselves with the exception of Das, who is introduced, much to his irritation, as Vivleon, to Credit and vice versa, all giving their own, relatively polite greetings to one another, then getting a tour of this incredibly small garden. Seedos and MoonLily both share a glance of discomfort, clearly having the same thought when they notice that not a single plant is growing within the boundaries of the wooden fencing of Credit's garden. Neither one utters a word of it though. There's a dirt path leading from the double gates of the wooden fence up to the small house in the very middle of the garden, to the side of it is where MoonLily parked the cart and let her chewnicorn wander slowly around this new garden curiously, the top right corner of the garden has a large, dugout creek that takes up just a bit less than a quarter of the garden, not quite touching the cosy, rustic home, being made from the same wood as the fence and looks just as old as it as well, neither one being painted to show all the weathering and age of the garden. Three newtgats swim around within the creek, hiding under the watercress when they notice the strangers within their garden getting closer to them. Leafos smiles widely at the green variant doenut that comes trotting out of the long grass over to Credit, who gives him a few pats and reassures the piñata that the visitors are friendly. This doenut simply looks the four up and down and snorts quietly, holding his head high. Leafos' smile fades a bit, she's never encountered a doenut with that kind of attitude, most deer piñata are rather skittish and shy… though, a doenut's courage does tend to grow with their horns and the horns on that doenut are almost as tall as he is from hoof to head, clearly a male piñata, it's easy to tell the gender of doenuts because of that reason, sure the females grow horns but never that big. Leafos sees it as amazing, Seedos sees it as intimidating, Moonlily finds it fascinating and Dastardos is trying to figure out a way to sour it. Damn that piñata would be a cool sour to ride to battle, not that he's planning to anytime soon but he certainly isn't ruling the idea out.
"By the looks of things it's gonna be a nice night," Credit states with a smile, tilting his hat up a bit to get a better look of the sky, "might even sleep out on the porch huh?" The doenut gives a small snort out of his nose in agreement, glancing up momentarily before returning his gaze to the strangers standing in his garden. "It does look that way doesn't it?" Leafos smiles, trying to make the situation as comfortable as possible.
After everyone has settled down and had a look around, they have dinner and try to strike up conversations ranging from what happened a few days ago to stories of far from the past. It soon turns to a scary story contest, mainly between Credit and Dastardos with Seedos being the judge and the girls sitting trying to not listen as to not become freaked out. Sadly for them, no matter what they try they just can't ignore them and since they're both too scared to walk off from the boys they sit there in silent fear of the creatures and mad men the narrators come up with.
With Dastardos' victory of horror and gore in story form they all jump and become startled from MoonLily's sudden scream. Leafos, whom is sitting right beside her, instantly has her hands on Mily's shoulders, freaking out with a panicked tone shown clearly in her words, "Mily are you okay?!" Dastardos, though being the furthest away from her is the next by her side, feeling like his stories had something to do with it which immediately causes guilt to grow in his chest though his worry has a stronger impact on him for now. Remaining silent, he places a comforting hand on MoonLily's back and one on her shoulder next to his sister's hand. Seedos and Credit are next by MoonLily's side and both are as equally worried as the rest. MoonLily's chewnicorn and Credit's doenut both wonder over cautiously to the sound of distress.
MoonLily gets up quickly and runs off and out of the garden, leaving everyone stunned in confusion.
