A week later, in a poorly lit warehouse where there are several men armed with machine-gun watching the warehouse and what it contains, standing guard.

But without them realizing it, little by little the number of people on guard decreases until the last remark above him all of his colleagues trapped in canvas cocoons leaving only their face visible and the mouth covered by a canvas so as not to make noise. For the guard it was a real horror movie, the kind where the monster prepares its prey to devour them.

When suddenly, Venom in his "human" appearance popped up from behind him and grabbed him by the throat before lifting him up.

"Where is Matt Murdock?" Venom said threateningly.

"I don't know! Usually we meet in a bar where he comes to give us our instructions! I swear, that's all I know!" The guard said with fear.

"Then you're useless." Venom said, throwing him against a wall, which probably broke some bone in the face of the sound of the impact.

"This is the fifth building we've been doing since the beginning of the night. It may be time to return." Said the symbiote in Venom's head.

"Yeah, but first of all I'm curious to see what's in the containers." Venom said, opening one of them to see more pallets on which there are thousands of one hundred dollar bill. "If we were in a cartoon my eyes would have the dollar logo instead of irises and pupils." He said before going to the warehouse to pick up a sports bag filled with weapons that he empties immediately before returning to the container to fill it with money on one of the many pallets.

"I thought we were not criminals." The symbiote said surprised at the action of his host.

"I am morally gray when it comes to criminals. I have no remorse for stealing criminals or killing them. It's to please Gwen that we stop dead." Venom retorted as she finished filling the bag before leaving.

Several dozen minutes later, he arrives in his room with the bag he hides in his closet before going to bed so he can resume his investigation the next day.

Upon waking up after getting dressed, Travis goes straight to his studio where Black Cat has fun tampering with broken jewelry in a cardboard box.

"I didn't know you were making a living doing counterfeit jewelry." Black Cat said teasingly.

"These are unsuccessful attempts at jewels that I had to repair, I keep them in box for in case I'm missing some metal to melt." Travis retorted, paying no attention to Black Cat's gaze.

"You're not supposed to go to high school today." Black Cat asked hoping to piss him off a bit.

"Someone to cause a flood in high school. Then it is closed until they have managed to clean it of all this water." Travis explained as he gathered some tool and an aluminum bar in one place in the shop.

"It's for, what's all this material." Black Cat asked, curious about what Travis is planning.

"My girlfriend left for an indefinite period, so for her return, I'll give her a present for her return." Travis replied.

"It's cliché." Black Cat said.

"No more cliché than stolen from the rich." Retorted Travis.

"Ok, you got me." Black Cat said with amusement.

"Besides, it's been over a week that you're here. I will at least know your real name." Says Travis.

"We'll see another beautiful day." Black Cat said amused by Travis's attempt.

Travis then left his studio to go to his computer and start modeling something on 3D modeling software for over an hour.

"You know, I don't think anyone would want you if you try to flirt with her." Venom said in his head.

"I'll stay loyal to Gwen." Says Travis.

"It's been a week, we do not even know when she'll come back." Venom said.

"All the more reason for not cheating on her." Travis retorted as he recorded the 3D file on a micro SD card that he placed in his 3D printer before seeing that the roll that was to contain the plastic wire was empty.

Looking in the drawer of the bedside table on which the 3D printer is placed, he could see that there is no more roll.

"Fuck it's expensive, and that shit..." Travis said, disgusting.

"You had to watch your stock before exhausting the roll." Venom said after giggling.

"Well, we'll have to buy a lot then." Travis said pulling out two hundred dollar bills from the gym bag he put back in his hiding spot just after and went off to buy new reels.

An hour later he returns home with two bags full of reel of plastic wire to find his home with the door open and his mother can not find while she is on leave with a note on the table: "Give us come to the address given in an hour if you want to see it again and bring the antidote if you want to see your mother again, Travis."

Travis squeezed the note in his hand before putting down his bags and leaving for his workshop.

"I need your help, Cat." Travis said as he saw Black Cat reading a comic before looking at him.

"What's the matter?" Black Cat asked.

"Fisk men are coming and have captured my mother. You must help me save her." Travis explained, handing him the note left by Murdock and his men.

"What antidote he's talking about." Black Cat asked.

"They think I flew to Oscorp on a school trip the antidote of the Lizard's serum. While 'I have not stolen anything." Travis replied.

"And you intend to do what. I want to help you but without a plan we can do nothing." Black Cat said.

"I have a plan but for that it will be necessary to trust me." Says Travis.

"So what is your plan?" She asked.

An hour later, Travis enters a warehouse where he has attacked as Venom taking a vial with a black liquid inside. Now the warehouse is empty and with her mother in her center tied to a chair with chains then with only two guards holding her, and between them and Travis is Matt Murdock.

"I see you have the antidote." Matt said what surprised Travis.

"A blind man who sees, I don't know why but I have the impression that something is wrong." Travis said trying to relax the atmosphere.

"Give us the antidote and we will free your mother." Murdock said.

"Free my mother first and you have my word that I will give it to you." Travis says revealing his conditions.

"And if we refuse and you do not give it to us, we kill it." Murdock said.

"Kill her and you're dead." Travis muttered.

"Oh, threats. I'm surprised that you have enough guts to do with your situation. Murdock said with a slight sarcastic applause. "I offer you more, we let her go, you give us the antidote and then we kill you. Do we have a deal?" He says as Beath tries to convince his son not to accept the offer.

"Deal." Travis agreed.

Murdock waved to his henchmen and they untied Beath before escorting her out of the building as she tried to force her son to follow her. But he didn't move and she was taken outside and the door closed and locked from the inside.

Travis threw the vial at the blind lawyer who grabs it before putting it in his pocket.

"You don't check what if that's what you wanted." Travis asked surprised.

"With the pressure I put on you, I know you couldn't get me wrong." Murdock retorted as Murdock's henchmen held Travis out and ready to shoot him. "One last wish?" He asked.

"Yeah, you're dying before me." Travis said before the henchmen were quickly beaten by Black Cat who finally made his presence known.

"You took a big risk, you know it." Black Cat asked as she sat next to Travis and leaned on his shoulder.

"Yeah, but I wanted to have it in front of me alone, even if you're here it does not change much." Travis said before walking up to Murdock to stand a few inches in front of him.

"And why did you want that?" Murdock asked amused.

"To tell you how much I hate you for killing John Stone." Travis said with anger held in his voice.

"You hate me for killing your father. Nothing more normal." Murdock said before Travis grabbed his neck as the symbiote began to cover him.

"I don't hate you because you killed him. I hate you because you took away the pleasure of doing it." Travis says as his body begins to gain in height and musculature because of the symbiote. "And now I'll be clear, try anything to those who are dear to me, where my identity is revealed... and we will destroy everyone you care about." Travis says as Venom's head engulfs hers before finishing her sentence. Which reveals that he is Venom, surprising both Murdock and Black Cat.

Venom sent Murdock tales a wall before tying it in order to block it.

"Don't worry. Your secret is well kept. Until I feel that I need it more." Murdock said before being touched by his mouth.

"You're lucky I made a promise." Venom said as he took his controlled appearance before returning to Travis's state and watching Black Cat. "We'll discuss it later, go back to where you know. I'll join you later." Travis says as Black Cat nods and exits the warehouse through the roof.

Then quickly Travis removed the chair that blocks the door and opens it to see his mother rushing on him to take him in his arms. Then, looking from the open door she could see the two unconscious henchmen and Murdock strapped to a wall.

"What has happened?" Beath asked in surprise and only relieving his son is nothing.

"Venom has arrived and saved my life. He must have seen you at the door and checked from the roof what happened before he intervened." Travis said, inventing an excuse to justify what happened.

"I see. But what took you to risk being killed?!" Beath said, restraining himself from slapping his son for the fear he gave him.

"You are my only family, mom. Knowing how safe is all I need to know to leave with peace of mind." Travis says as his mother starts crying on his son's shoulder.

"It's so marshmallow that I think I'm going to get diabetes." Venom says in Travis's head.

"For the hang of your mouth, it's the moment emotion." Travis mentally says as he lets his mother cry on his shoulder.

Several tens of minutes later, Beath returned home, but Travis decided him on the pretext of a walk to patrol the city with Venom's controlling appearance. And after several hours when he stops some crime by avoiding the police because of the mandate against Venom and Spider-Woman set up by the police because of the mayor, he sits in an alley next to a trash can so as not to be spotted to blow a little.

"Damn, they are active right now." Venom said as a large paper bag placed on a rim of the trash falls to her head without hurting her too much even though the contents fill the bag. "People can't better place their waste." He said, taking the bag before seeing the contents. "Damn, that I didn't expect..." He said as the mask retracts to reveal Travis' head as he comes out of the bag, which seems to be an old black World War I aviator hat.

"It's just an ugly thing." Venom says in Travis's head.

"Dude, it's an airman's outfit from the Second World War. It's in addition to the color that suits me best, it is perfect if one day I am invited to a disguised party." Travis said trying the hat and the aviator glasses in the bag to see that it's the right size.

"Cool for you. But it's getting dark, so do not worry your mother you should go home." Counciled Venom.

"Not wrong." Travis said putting the hat and glasses back into the bag as the symbiote's mask reshapes on his head before leaving weaving canvases with one hand while the other holds the bag.

Once at home, he quickly gets down to the basement to throw a laundry for the airman holding after explaining to his mother how he found it without saying that he is Venom. Then he goes up to his room to put a reel of new plastic wire in the 3D printer before launching the 3D printing and to leave in his workshop taking with him a sandwich already ready of the fridge before leaving in his workshop to there find Black Cat with three bottles of wine and two glasses.

"Where did you find that?" Travis asked, pointing at the bottle of wine.

"On the way back I saw that they left my apartment alone so I took a bottle of wine before coming here to talk as promised earlier in the day." Black Cat said, removing his mask. "So you're Venom." She said, filling in the two glasses of wine.

"I know, more beautiful with the mask." Travis said.

" I don't find." Black Cat said giving one of the glasses to Travis. "And since I know both your real name and your secret identity as well as my name. My name is Felicia Hardy." Black Cat said giving her real name before raising her glass as if toasting. "When I leave." She says.

"At your departure, and I will add in addition the beginning of a possible friendship." Travis said with humor on the last part before they drink their drink.

"But we're going to finish the bottle." Adds Felicia.

"Don't worry, I'm going to absorb the alcohol contained in the vain for you to stay sober." Venom says in Travis's head.

"His walk. Anyway, don't have classes tomorrow." Travis said, discreetly accepting Venom's proposal before starting to drink.

The next morning, Travis woke up on the mattress that Felicia was supposed to be sleeping on since he was home. But not only is Felicia not there, but he's naked under a blanket with his clothes hanging around his studio and a note next to the mattress on which is written "thank you for the night hunk".

"Bastard, you have not absorbed anything at all." He realized, holding his head with a hand feeling he has a hangover.

"Yeah, but like that you could follow my advice that you did not want to follow by being sober." Venom says in his head as Travis's phone rings and he sees Yuri Watanabe's name on the screen.

Travis picked up his phone while his voice sounds like Venom's thanks to the symbiote.

"What is it, Yuri?" Travis asked.

"Did you bring the Black Cat equipment to the police station?" Yuri asked.

"No, why?" Travis asked curiously.

"Someone to deposit a box containing what we can see on video recordings of his flights, his equipment. But no DNA trace to find out who she is, in the night in front of the police station where I work. In any case, there is all the necessary equipment to commit the robberies she has made." Yuri explained.

"I see. Sorry to disappoint Yuri, but this time I'm in for nothing. But thanks anyway for warning me." Says Travis.

"Okay, I'll take a little inquiry when I have time." Yuri said before hanging up.

"Well, I'm going to enjoy having nothing to do to start working on the gift for Gwen to celebrate her return." Travis said, getting dressed quickly.

A week later, in Oscar's building, Elsa entered Norman Osborn's office with a tightly sealed jar containing a red and black liquid.

"Mr. Osborn, I have great news." Elsa said gaining Norman's attention.

"And what is she?" Norman asked.

"We managed to recreate the antidote to perfection. Despite a difference in color, it's the same." Elsa said pointing the vial to Norman.

"We miss more than a guinea pig to test the effects." Norman said, looking at the flask with interest.

At the same time on the roof of a building, a dimensional portal opens and Spider-Woman emerges before it closes.
