Hey there! Oh my god, I am so sorry! I should have updated this sooner, but I got so busy! Please don't shoot me! Anyways, thank you to those who are still reading my story! You guys are the best! Sorry again for taking so long!

DISCLAIMER: I do not in any way own Pokemon! I just own my sense of humor and my creativity! If I owned Pokemon, there would be a change, like Ash would actually age!

Enjoy, my loyal fans~!

We finally headed out and made it to Mnt. Moon. Brock had told me that there was some awesome stuff to see, and if we went at the right time, we could see a bunch of Clefairy dancing. Misty insisted that we go and see that, since her schedule at her home didn't allow her to see it. So we headed over and I saw one of the biggest mountains in my life!

"Hey, what's going on over there?" Misty asked, pointing towards the mountain. I looked over and saw some people dressed in strange outfits bothering a man out front. I shrugged.

"Want to go find out?" I looked at Pikachu, who rubbed his eyes. He was probably exhausted; we did do a lot of walking. I patted my shoulder and he jumped up.

"I don't know," Brock started. "It looks like bad news over there. I'm not sure we should intervene." I didn't listen to anything else he had to say and went over there. The guy didn't seem to have any Pokémon to protect him, and there were two of those weird guys shouting at him.

"Hey there, what's going on?" I asked, smirking and standing in front of the guy.

"Oh thank god, someone strong looking! You have to help! These Team Rocket guys want to take all of the fossils in this mountain!" I looked at the man, and then over at the goons harassing him. I don't take kindly to bad people, and I am sure they thought I was easy prey.

"Now, now," the female uniform said. "Little boys should just go home and be with their parents. Run along now!" Oh that does it, this bitch is going down!

"Oh really? Well I think that you should be home with your husband taking care of your kids." I chuckled a little as she looked at the other grunt, offended and red. "Look, he's defenseless, so how about this. I fight you, and if I win, you guys leave. If not, we will leave. Fair?"

The male grunt walked over and talked to the other for a while, before nodding. "Fine, we'll take you on." Oh, so that's what they wanted. Brock ran over and looked at me.

"They want a Double Battle, you in?" He smiled and gave me a thumb's up, sending out Onix. Pikachu jumped off my shoulder and stood next to the giant rock snake. The other two sent out a Poochyena and a Seviper.

"Pikachu, quick attack on Seviper!" Pikachu lunged forwards at incredible speeds.

"Seviper, dodge it and use bind!" Seviper was a little bit too slow, and it connected with its midsection. Seviper skid back a few feet, before getting back up and sliding back over, attempting to use bind. It missed Pikachu, but grabbed a hold of Onix's tail.

"Onix, iron tail! Aim at Poochyena!" Onix then let out a battle cry and threw his tail towards Poochyena. It dodged, but Seviper didn't let go in time and got thrown against a big boulder towards the mouth of the cave. Seviper immediately got called back and the other grunt fussed over it.

"See, this is why I demanded a new partner! You are too weak! This is what I get for volunteering to take care of a rookie!" The male grunt shouted. The female looked at him with daggers practically flying out of her eyes, and she continued to tend to her Pokémon. "Poochyena, use bite on Pikachu!"

"Pikachu, dodge and use Tackle!" Pikachu tried his best to dodge, but was bit on the left arm. He broke free and tackled Poochyena, making it run off to the left a bit.

"Onix, tackle!" Onix came pretty much out of nowhere and tackled it head on, knocking Poochyena out on the spot. The guy sank in disbelief, calling back Poochyena.

"They are way too tough! Who are these kids?!" The girl finally stood up and looked at the male.

"We need to go down there and warn the others!" She ran towards the cave and the male followed after her. The man we were protecting walked over.

"Thank you so much! Team Rocket is a criminal organization. They have been stealing Pokémon and precious items in order to complete their goal." He sighed and looked towards the ground. "They took my Pokémon and my granddaughter's as well." Misty then walked over and took over.

"Mr. Mason was telling me about them. They want to take over the world. Apparently, organizations like this are popping up all over the globe. Team Plasma in the Unova region is a good example of this, competing for world domination as well. I hear there is someone single handedly taking them down!" I was shocked. Taking down an entire organization by themselves? That was crazy!

"That's nuts! Well, whatever, we have to stop these Rocket guys! They can't just take other people's Pokémon! That's not right!" I looked over at the cave. "Come on, guys, let's go." I grabbed a Potion out of my bag and sprayed Pikachu's arm, giving him a look over to see if there were any other injuries before throwing it back in my bag and walking towards the cave. Brock and Misty followed me, Brock calling Onix back. Man, that thing is sturdy!

"Don't worry, Mr. Mason. We'll drive them out and make it peaceful again, okay?" I smiled at him and Pikachu let out a small battle cry. He smiled and nodded, and we went into the cave.

~~~(^_^)~~~
We finally got to the lowest level, after tripping three times and sliding down some slopes. It was a bit dark, but we managed to find our way to the stairs that lead down to the lower levels. It looked as though everything was dug out by man, but the natural cave was still there. I saw two people trying to gather up fossils.
"Hey!" I shouted at them. They turned around, and I almost starting laughing. They looked so ridiculous! One had hair that defied gravity and the other was a really girly-looking man. I couldn't take it! "S-stop what you're d-doing—aha ha ha!" I burst out in laughter, it was really too much! "Sorry, sorry! You just, oh god, how?"
The girl scowled. "I guess those are the brats the others were talking about. It's polite to tell your name before you start laughing at someone!" She got really mad.
"Sorry, again. I'm Red, and I am going to take you down." I smirked, Pikachu jumping off my shoulder and standing in front of me.
"We are Team Rocket members Jessie and James. This is as far as you go. We will crush you!" James said, pointing to Jessie and himself when announcing their names. They both threw out a Pokémon, Jessie an Ekans and James a Koffing. Misty brought out her Staryu.
"Alright, let's do this! Pikachu, quick attack on Koffing!" Pikachu rushed forwards.
"Staryu, water gun on Ekans!" Staryu shot out a beam of water quickly, it hitting Ekans and knocking it backwards. Ekans slithered over and looked back at Jessie.
"Ekans, bite on Staryu!" Jessie shouted. Ekans went forward and attacked Staryu, biting its arm hard.
"Koffing, use smog!" It released a lot of poison gas into the air. Misty, Brock and I threw our hands up to cover our mouths and nose so we didn't get poisoned as well.
"Staryu, use tackle on Koffing!" "Pikachu, use thunderbolt on Ekans!" Misty and I looked at each other and smiled, finding it funny that we spoke at the same time. Pikachu tightened up and then released a bolt of electricity towards Ekans, it hitting dead on and Ekans passing out. Staryu managed a strong hit on Koffing, knocking it to the ground. It stayed there, laying still and moaning, signaling the end of the battle. Misty called back Staryu, and Jessie and James called back Ekans and Koffing.
"You brats! How dare you thwart our plan! We will definitely be back!" Jessie snarled, glaring at us. I remember thinking that if looks could kill, we'd be turned to a pile of shit and flushed down the toilet.
"Jessie, come on, let's go talk to the boss and let him know what happened. Leave the fossils, we can get them again." James placed a hand on his partner's shoulder, lightly tugging her. She huffed out a sigh and then nodded, both running out of the cave.
"Man, that was intense." Brock looked around the cave, and then started walking towards another opening. "Over here, guys, and be quiet. You'll love this." He smiled and then walked in.
"Come on, Mist. Let's head over there too." I smiled and then looked at Pikachu. I handed him a Pecha berry, just in case he got poisoned. He ate it quickly and cooed, jumping on my shoulder. I smiled and took Misty's hand, dragging her over.
We looked inside and were in awe. There were five Clefairy, all dancing to the tune that they made with their calls. The moonlight was shining through, and I realized our battle went on for about half an hour or so. They moved in a distinct pattern, going in a square around the leader in the middle. They wiggled about, they moved into their friend's previous spot, and then they wiggled some more. Finally, the dance was over about 20 minutes after it started. They all ran off to a hole over in the wall. Brock smiled and looked over at us. Misty and I smiled back, and then he motioned to us.
"Well, it looks like you guys are getting along well." We looked down, and I saw that I was still holding onto her hand. We blushed and stepped apart, letting go of each other.
"Well, uh, Misty was slow, so I…uh…." I stuttered out, looking down.
"Mhm, sure. Let's go, Route 4 is out this way." Just then, a man stopped us and held out two rocks.
"Um, hey there. I saw what you did, and that was really impressive. What I have here are two fossils. You can take one if you like. It's thanks for protecting this place from those people." He held them out. I took the one that looked like a dome from his right hand.
"That is a good choice. It is the fossil of a Pokémon called Kabuto. It lived millions of years ago. There is a place on Cinnabar Island that turns those fossils into living Pokémon! The technology has been worked on for decades, and is finally complete! I hope we meet again, so you can show me! But keep in mind, if the fossil breaks, you can't get a Pokémon." He calmed himself down, and then waved goodbye. We smiled and waved back. I put the fossil in a hidden pocket in my bag and we exited the cave.
"That was so nice of him! And how cool is it that we can bring an ancient Pokémon back to life?! So awesome!" Misty walked a bit faster, then gasped as she looked at the horizon.
"There it is, guys! Cerulean City, my hometown and the home of the second gym! Race you! Last one there has to buy the Pokémon food!" She giggled and then ran down the road. Brock and I looked at each other and shook our heads, chuckling and running after her. This was quite a day.
We made it to the Pokémon Center and checked in, healing our partners. We got a few sandwiches from the nurse there. She was shocked to see three kids walking in so late into the night. Brock flirted and then told her about the Clefairy we saw. Needless to say, she was very impressed, yet creeped out at the same time. I couldn't blame her, Brock can be pretty creepy. When Misty was done healing her Pokémon, she brought us over to her house for some rest. Apparently, her sisters were out in another town. Brock and I crashed in the living room, and Misty went to her room. We all got much deserved rest. Tomorrow was a big day, and I was going to challenge the gym leader and move on to the next gym.
