NN: Hello again, readers! It took awhile, but here it is... the next, and final part, of the Stuff of Legends, by User:ToaCodyNuva and myself! Enjoy!

That night, the Psychic-type appeared to Aden amidst an image in the form of six dots arranged into a specific pattern, followed by an image of three doors being opened amidst an earthquake. Aden woke up and jotted the symbol down. He puzzled over it before Googling the image. The result turned out to be the Braille letter R. "Could it be?" Aden recalled the three opened doors. "'Six dots open three doors'... I haven't thought about that message in years."

As Aden drove to the Warehouse, he hummed to himself, in a far better mood than he had been in for the past several days. "Mornin' everyone!"

"Good morning to you too. What's got you so happy?" Myka asked as she strolled out of the rock garden.

"I dunno! I just the feeling today's gonna be great!" Aden wandered on down to the Poke Ball's location, greeting the artifacts along the way. When he reached the artifact, he found it had already begun vibrating. He called the agents down. When they arrived, the ball released a white hand-shaped construct. "That's Crush Grip, signature move of Regigigas." The hand proceeded to punch two columns of three divets into the floor. It floated over to the Arceus plates and placed the Stone, Icicle, and Iron Plates in the left column, then placed the Poke Ball into the middle divet of the right column before dissipating.

"What was all that about?" Pete asked.

"Hmm..." Aden paced a bit. "Crush Grip... Rock... Ice... Steel... and a Braille R..." he muttered, before stopping and snapping his fingers. "Of course! 'Six dots open three doors'!"

"What?"

"That was a clue back in the Third Generation. It referred to the Legendary Golem Quartet: Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, who were locked away in three separate tombs, and Regigigas their Master. The clue was written in visual Braille." Aden explained, now excited.

"Which consists of various patterns of up to six dots!" Myka chimed in.

"Exactly. The Rock, Ice, and Steel golems are said to be protectors of Regigigas, and are some of the most defensive Legendaries ever created."

"So... what are we looking for Professor?" Claudia asked sarcastically.

"I remember seeing statues of the Golem Quartet at the convention where all these other artifacts came from. All we need to do is find the statues. Twelve feet or so of metal, reinforced glass, limestone, and concrete."

They quickly headed Ager, South Dakota, which was reporting calm weather despite the fact the region was experiencing a moderate windstorm. Over the Farnsworth, Myka asked Aden to recount some of the theories about the Golems.

"The Golems each represent an Age. The Stone Age, the Ice Age, the Iron Age, and the Age of Pangaea. The fourth is arguable the most powerful them, and is the equivalent to continental drift. According to the anime and some in game text, the quartet are protectors." The group arrived at the town of Agar, South Dakota, the wind that had been consistently following them immediately dying off the moment they hit the outskirts.

Speaking with the locals, the gang discovered the four statues had been set up around the town as part of a traveling exhibit. They had only just recently been set up, and once this had happened the wind around the town had died down. Aden looked around at the other three. "I'll go get Regigigas. You guys should go for the others."

The other agents drove off to get the other three. Aden simply walked over toward where a concrete statue stood proudly as the six gems embedded into it glowed with power. "Now... how do I turn you off? Come to think of it, who's the brightspark that thought putting you out here on the edge of town was good idea?"

In response to this comment, the Poke Ball, which Aden had just pulled out, released several large electric sparks. They scattered for a moment, before all making a beeline directly into the statue, it's six gems briefly glowing brighter in the process.

"OK, so you soak up all kinds of energy in an area. That still doesn't help me figure out how to turn you off. Hmm, maybe if I try knocking you down that will do something. Strength!" He held up the Ball, which bathed him in a brief burst of light. Taking the hint, he proceeded to slowly push into the statue. Though unable to topple the monolith as was intended, he was able to push it over a foot back; however, the process nevertheless took well over a minute to complete and was an excruciating strain despite the Ball's imparted enhancement. As soon as Aden stopped pushing, the six gems blazed with light and a powerful whirlwind manifested around the Golem, throwing the young man back and launching into the air before dissipating, the glow vanishing in the process.

"Well that worked." Aden called the others. "To shut them off, dislocate the statues, but be careful. They'll release the energy once you do."

"Well that explains why my guy seemed to just drink up my Tesla." Pete replied.

"Don't worry, I'll be over to help soon." He proceeded to the locations of the other statues. To expedite the process of dislocating them, he switched to more hard-hitting moves: Head Charge for Regice; Double-Edge for Regirock; and finally a Giga Impact for Registeel. The area-of-effect around the town fully dissipated afterward, leaving the Agents with one problem: moving the Golems.

"You expect me to carry these things to the Warehouse?" Aden asked incredulously. "What do you think I am: a god? Besides," he rubbed his shoulder tentatively, "I just used two recoil moves and a Hyper Beam variant! I'm not going to be up for any physical tasks for a while!"

"Then gimme that!" Claudia snatched the ball out of his hands and yelled "Minimize!" At once, the four statues shrank down to a manageable size.

Aden simply blinked. "How did you know that would work?"

"Bulbapedia. I've been studying the moves ever since you mentioned how many there were. I suspect this should last long enough for use to get these back."

"How long do you think it took to make those?" Myka asked as the group drove back to the Warehouse, the Golems in tow.

"I'm still wondering how they got them in and out of the convention hall in the first place." Aden replied.

The journey to the Warehouse was uneventful, and the effects of Minimize wore off down in the stacks, forcing the agents to use the Fist Plate to put them in a newly-developed aisle that also now stored the other Legend Artifacts. "That is all the Legendaries who possess an artifact as of Generation Five." Aden commented.

"You're sure?"

"Yep. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a personal matter to take care of."

With that, Aden headed to the Bed and Breakfast. He took out his phone and scrolled through his Contacts, then hesitated when he reached Mary's number.

"Hello, Mr. Taylor."

"Oh, geeze!" Aden jumped, looking up to see Mrs. Frederic standing at the doorway. "I still have to get used to that."

"So it would seem. I'm here to congratulate you on collecting the last of the "Legendary" artifacts, as you like to call them."

"Oh right, thanks," Aden said rather awkwardly. "I guess now my job here is over then?"

"You have recovered all of the artifacts we set out for, but we feel it would be prudent to keep you around, at least for a while longer. Just in case any similar artifacts that have slipped our notice turn up, or the ones we have begin to act up given your unique talent."

"Oh, OK. I guess I won't be able to set up the get-together with my friend like I was planning. It would be difficult to keep all of this from her."

"One, Mr. Taylor." Mrs. Frederic began.

"Huh?"

"Warehouse personnel may only tell one person about the Warehouse and its function. No more. So make sure this friend of yours is the right choice." With that, she took her leave.

Aden thought it over for a moment more, muttered a brief prayer to Arceus for peace of mind, and called Mary.

"Hello? Aden?"

"Yeah Mary, it's me. They're all collected, and I think it's time we had that chat about my new job."

A few days later, Mary arrived at the B&B where she was greeted by Aden. After setting her up in one of the spare rooms, the two headed up to the Warehouse. Entering the office, the two came across Steve and Claudia, the latter of whom held a laptop. After brief introductions, Aden led Mary through the doorway on the other side.

"I really can't believe I'm really saying this, Mary, but... welcome to Warehouse 13!" Aden said semi-dramatically, waving his arm in front of him in imitation of Claudia.

Mary looked impressed. "He was right..." she muttered.

"Who was right, Mary?" Aden asked.

"What?" Mary looked up, clearly not having realized she had spoken out loud. "Oh, nothing, it's nothing."

"You're lying." Said Steve, who had followed the two of them out of the office with Claudia and was now starting intently at Mary. "You've been in contact with someone other than Aden. Someone who knows about the Warehouse?"

Mary mouthed soundlessly for a moment, then sighed resignedly. "Yes."

"What?!" Aden said, completely stunned. "You mean you already knew about the Warehouse?"

"Not exactly..."

Aden cocked his head. "What's that supposed to mean?"

Anticipating a long story, Steve beckoned the group back into the office. There, Mary delved right in, beginning with how just before the incident in Enid, she had received a package containing a number of data storage devices and the like with a note telling her that an incident would soon reunite her with an old friend, and once that happened she should contact the number inscribed on the back. Once the incident had passed, she did just that and received her instructions: to begin mining data using the information she and Aden had exchanged.

"Well," she said when she got to this point, "the programs on the data devices did all the work. I just organized the compressed information and gave my contract regular updates." At this, she paused, an uncomfortable look on her face. "It's weird. Every time I called he would answer before the phone had rung once. It's like he knew exactly when I was going to call him. Anyway, when everything was done he had me email the information and dispose of the devices."

"And just what made you think this guy could be trusted?"

"Well, the fact he was apparently able to predict what happened definitely stood out in my mind," Mary replied, turning to look at Aden." Besides, he said he was able to help you out twice using some report data I managed to come across during the data mining."

Aden sat stunned as what Mary said sank in. Lugia's Song, the note pointing him towards the Eon Duo, it all made sense now.

"I don't suppose you decided to hold onto one of those storage devices?" Claudia inquired, looking rather hopeful. "If you did, I could probably run through the programming on it to figure out where it came from and who made it."

"Well I did try to hold onto one flashdrive as a little insurance in case my contact decided to hold this over me. But when I came back after getting rid of the others, I found it had apparently self-destructed. All of the data that might have still been on my computer had apparently been wiped as well."

"So then we got nothing."

"I woudn't say that..." Mary put her hand in her pocket and drew out a folded piece of paper. Smoothing it out, she revealed it to be the original letter she had received, and on the back was a printed phone number and a hastily scrawled email adress.

Later that day, the young man Reno walked up to his old Dodge Ram pickup truck, the leather back on his shoulder and the penny he always carried in his pocket.

"Time for a big trip Dumbo," he said, patting the vehicle in an affectionate manner.
