Hello guys!

"Oh my gosh you're not dead!" is what I bet you're thinking. Yes, that's true. Due to a very stressful few months (Or maybe even a year?) I had lost interest in writing completely. Looking back to this Fanfic, I was like "Why the hell not?" and began writing again. I've really improved on my writing skills and I hope you enjoy!

Also if you guys have any ideas for a new story, or enjoy this writing, please just say so in the reviews. c:

To be completely honest with you, Celest sure was not sure what led to her actions. It was as if some unseen force prohibited her from saying "no" to the kind offer. On the other hand, This really was a bad idea, even if it does help the host club - or now host and hostess club - in any way, shape, or form. Due to Celest's shy nature, and with her being the only (known to the public) girl in the host club, she will be swarmed with lonely guys who just want to feel loved. She's shy! How could she interact with boys and possibly a few women on a daily basis? Just the thought of it made her blush a little. It wasn't that she hated men - really. She just didn't know how to act around them. Not only was that a problem but... Celest has never really felt "love" before - other than maternal love that she actually received from her grandmother.

So, Today was the start of the new, and perhaps possibly improved, host club. Er- Host and hostess club. It really was nothing knew for the hosts, other than the swarm of publicity. For Celest, This was a whole knew world. She was dressed up in some weird cat outfit - although I'm not saying she didn't look cute in it - and a frilly dress. Supposedly, this was to be "cat and dog day" Where the more feminine members were cats - Such as Haruhi, Hani, and Celest - and the more masculine members were dogs - Tamaki, Kyoya, and the Hitachiin twins. For the species of the animal cosplay, the only legit species that was pretended to be was the golden retriever - which was Tamaki, since he has his dog, Antoinette, whom of which is a golden retriever. Everyone else was just a random color, random ears, random tail, etc. etc.

Celest, In this case, is a white cat. It's supposed to symbolise something like innocence and purity - which she obviously was since she had never thought a corrupt thought in her life. Haruhi has blue ears, which mean trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. Hani's cat outfit is pink. His outfit intends to prove no meaning, more so it's just that it looks cute on him.

The dog outfits really didn't symbolise anything. Probably because after deciding two things with much thought and consideration, everyone became tired of thinking and just picked random things that looked "good." Which wasn't bad, really. It's not like the guests would notice any meaning behind the colors - or whatever.

"Hey Celest!" A voice called from the opposite side of the room. It was easy to tell whose it was. Tamaki, with his excited voice and happy expression, was acting just like a dog. It wasn't a surprise though, Tamaki was always in an easily excitable and social mood that Celest admired. Ah, Celest would think all the time, if only I could be more social, then I would have a more friends.

"Yes, What is it Tamaki?" Celest replied. Her voice was shaky, and she was gripping on to that cat tail attached to the back side of her dress for dear life. My god she was terrified! People? She'd have to confront people? Tens or twenties of PEOPLE? What if she did something wrong? What if she embarrassed herself in front of the whole SCHOOL? What if more bullies arrived because she was being such a doofess and-

"You should calm down. Everything will be alright, I'm sure of it Celest," Those words uplifted Celest. But how did Tamaki know she was so nervous? Was it that apparent? Whenever she took a look around, it was evident that she was being a bit too fearful, because everyone looked a bit worried for her. Haruhi even seemed to be about to comfort Celest. She was a very nice individual after all.

"R-right. Sorry, I'll try and be less tense," She mumbled, fidgeting with her glasses before taking in a deep breath and giving a composed smile, "But could you guys please help me out if overwhelmed?"

She paused, a little blush creeping on her cheeks.

"I-I really trust you all with my life. You guys protected me from the bullies and even though I'm just a commoner you've taken me in as a friend. Really, Th-Thanks."

The twins took to both sides of her, as they usually seemed to do with shorter people, and then placed their elbows against her shoulders, leaning on her. "Celest," Hikaru started, "Of course we'd be your friends -" Kaoru continued with: "And of course we'd do anything to protect a girl."

"To do otherwise would be against the host club rules." Hikaru took up the conversation again, a gentle instead of mischievous smile coming from him, "And you're our friend."

Those were the words she'd always wanted to hear. Er- excluding the host club rules part. Every continuation of the conversation only made that little blush on her features become more and more darker. This was very flustering, but very heart touching. She could feel the stinging in the back of her throat as if Celest were about to cry - but this time not from bullies, or from fear, or anger, not of negative emotions at all. Instead it was for happiness.

"I think of you all as my friends as well... Thank you for accepting me," Celest managed to say, looking to the twins with a very happy expression.

For some reason, The twins acted weird from this reaction, even Tamaki seemed to be resisting the urge to pick up Celest and run around in circles.

"Yeah," Hikaru began, looking away. Was he embarrassed?

Kaoru didn't look away, but it was apparent he was blushing, even if it was just a bit, "Sure."

Meanwhile off to the side, Haruhi had a touched, yet almost sad expression to her features. Jealous.. even though she usually enjoyed have the attention taken away from her, she couldn't help but be upset that the hosts weren't paying a lot of attention to her anymore. They were all paying attention to Celest now. She really shouldn't be bitter though, and she knows that...

It wasn't shortly after that before the host club hours started, and an unimaginable amount of guests came flooding in.
