Its been nearly a week since all that happened. It was Friday, to be exact. The teens hadn't spoken, at all. Well, with the exception of Boomer and Bubbles, who were forced to talk that Tuesday and Thursday. Every class the girls had the guys in, they asked to be moved. Far from the guys. Buttercup used the excuse that she felt harassed, while Blossom just simply said she didn't feel comfortable with him around. Bubbles on the other hand didn't give a reason. She just asked to be moved. The teachers must've seen it in her eyes, her fear, to agree and switch her seat with someone else.

Another thing was that the boys - well, Boomer and Brick - had been texting the girls continuously, never to get a response. This saddened Boomer and frustrated Brick. Neither wanted to do the job that they were told to, and they wanted to find a way to tell the girls. Butch, on the other hand, was still battling with his feelings for Buttercup. Nearly everyday, he had to surround himself with other girls to try and forget about her. And, of course, he failed.

At the moment, the six students were sitting in the same room, last class. The girls sat near the door, acting as if they weren't waiting for a knife to pierce their backs or slit their throats. The boys sat on the other side of the room. Boomer had his head resting on the desk beside him, eyes trained on the blonde beauty that he had a major crush on - or loved. He didn't know if he wanted to even call it that yet, considering that she might not return the feeling. Brick gripped his phone. He continuously texted Blossom, hoping for her to answer or look at him, so they could talk. Butch, though, sat a ways away from his brother, talking to Bridgette. Though his mind was elsewhere.

"I'm so sorry you have to be in detention with that bitch." Bridgette sighed, leaning closer.

"Oh, its fine. I don't mind spending some time with Buttercup, honestly." he said, shrugging.

"You don't? But isn't she an ass to everyone?" she was surprised.

"She may be an ass, Bitchette." he said the name like it was nothing. "But... damn. At least she has an ass." he grinned at her face, which was twisted up with anger, before relaxing.

"Oh, so you were looking at my butt earlier." she smiled.

"Wait, you actually have one?" Butch rose an eyebrow. Bridgette froze, stood up straight, then smacked Butch.

"Pervert!" she screamed, catching everyone's attention. Butch felt his face, which had a handprint on it. He was surprised that she did that, but held back from retaliating. He looked around the room, trying to see if anyone important was looking. And guess who was?

The girls.

Buttercup looked over her shoulder at Butch, an eyebrow raised. Blossom rolled her eyes and looked away while Bubbles took this as the chance to peak at Boomer. She squeaked when she caught his gaze, then hid behind Buttercup, who returned her attention to her little sister and sighed.

Butch started feeling that feeling again. The butterflies in his stomach fluttered furiously, and his face heated up a bit. He faked rolling his eyes and rubbed his face. The teacher finally spoke up.

"Bridgette! Out of my room! Now!" he snapped. She glared at him before leaving slowly. On the way out, she smacked the back of Buttercup's head and muttered 'bitch'. Buttercup ignored it, shaking her head and shifting her weight to sit more comfortably.

"Hey, Butch." Brick brought his brother out of his trance. "You have detention with Buttercup?" he questioned. Butch nodded.

"You didn't know?" he asked. Brick shrugged.

"I guess not. Well, knowing that, I think we can do something about this entire situation." he said. "Butch, I need you to compromise with Buttercup, then. While you're at detention." he said. "Convince her that we don't want to kill them. Its just our job that we don't want to and don't have to do."

"What if I want to kill her?" Butch growled.

"Butch, you and I both know that you have feelings for Buttercup." Boomer cut in. "I can see it in your eyes." Butch blushed some more and looked away. Boomer rolled his eyes and turned to Brick. "What do you mean, we don't have to do it? The job, I mean."

"Technically, we don't have to. We could call the cops or something on Mojo, and cut him off from us. Or, we could just... not... do... it..." he slowed his words a bit, spacing out. That would mean breaking rules that were set for him ever since he was revived. Could he do that? He looked across the room, staring at the back of Blossom's head before confirming his own thoughts. He could do it. If it meant being closer to her... He would do anything.

"I see." Butch grinned. "So Bricky-bear is going to break some rules?" he asked, running his hand through his hair.

"Shut it." the eldest brother growled. Boomer chuckled slightly before his phone vibrated. He looked at it, a bit surprised. "What is it, Boom?" Brick questioned.

"Its... Its from Bubbles..." he slowly put the words together. He let his gaze travel across the room, where Bubbles stared at him intently. He looked back down at his phone and opened the text.

Hey. We need to talk. Please, leave all sharp object and poisons behind.

He couldn't help but chuckle, before sending back a 'sure'. He gave his phone to his brothers to look at, before Brick began thinking of a better plan.

"Butch, you will negotiate with Buttercup. Boomer, while talking to Bubbles, try and tell her what's going on, alright?" he smiled. "And for Blossom..." he spaced out, trying to think.

"Maybe I could get Bubbles to tell me where Blossom will be later?" Boomer asked.

"I guess..." it frustrated the leader that he couldn't think of a better plan. And it surprised his brothers, too. Maybe he wasn't better than his pink counterpart?

"You did text him, didn't you?" Blossom asked Bubbles, who only nodded.

"I really need to talk to him, Blossom." she whined. "Please."

"Fine. But I'm going to be there with you." the eldest said, fixing her hair.

"Why can't I be there? I'm more of a threat." Buttercup asked.

"We're not looking for a threat, Buttercup. We're looking for someone who can be there to help Bubbles." Blossom said. "All you'll do is yell at his and accuse him." Buttercup huffed as Bubbles laughed at her sisters.

"So its fine if I talk to him?" she wanted to be sure.

"Yes. But I have to be there. And it has to be a highly populated place." Blossom said. Bubbles nodded and looked past her sister, staring at Boomer and waiting for her text to send through. She watched him pick up his phone, type, then pass it to his brothers. She smiled when she got an answer back. She nodded and continued talking to her sisters about safety procautions until the bell rang. Buttercup hightailed it out of there, while Bubbles and Blossom walked slowly.

Sorry for such a short/crappy chapter ;w; Writers block kicks my ass too, okay?"
