When Trevor reached the top of the steps he heard Madrazo screaming at the top of his lungs with his hands gripping his head. The whole front door, window, and front wall was knocked out by a large truck. Trevor looked at the under carriage of the vehicle and saw the blinking light and panicked. On the other side of the rubble he saw Patricia standing in shock. He ran to her, hurdling over the large stone rocks from the building. "Patricia!" he screamed as he scoped her in his arms. "We have to get out of here!"
"Philips, you bastard!" Martin screamed watching the two escaping from the window. He saw the panic in Trevor's movement and turned back to the truck. He looked closer and saw the sticky bomb. "You fucker!" he screamed as he ran back towards the basement.
Trevor was out the window and running to the end of the driveway with Patricia "Michael, now!"
"What?" Michael said as he watched the two run closer.
"HIT THE BUTTON YOU DEAF OLD FUCK!" Michael did what he was told and the six of them watched the ranch home explode. They all starred in content for a few moments before getting ready to leave.
"We better hurry. The cops will be on their way." Michael said as he moved back to the car. Suddenly, they all heard yelling from the house. "What is that?"
They all looked over the hedges and saw Madrazo standing with a grenade launcher. "You think I would go down that easy?" he laughed "well think again. Say hello to my little friend!" He sent out a grenade towards the hedges.
"Get down!" Michael yelled as they all scattered as the grenade exploded feet away from them. "We need a plan. Patricia you need to go, Storm you too!"
"No I'm staying!" Storm fought.
Trevor turned to her "No, I don't want anything to happen to you, go with Patricia to the car."
"Trevor. I am not leaving you. I'm fine. And I will be staying and fighting."
Trevor looked at Michael who shrugged "You know how stubborn I am, Trev. I would say she is staying." He didn't fight and went back to the car.
Storm watched him and turned back to Michael "Is he mad?" Before Michael could answer Trevor came back from the road. He had his bullets strapped across his chest and his AK's in either hand.
"You're mine Madrazo!" Trevor said as he shot off both of his guns and taking down a few of his men. Down the road two more SUV's full of men came rushing in to fight. Michael passed out the guns, and within minutes everyone was battling.
Franklin and Michael shot down a hand full of men on the right. Storm and Lightening stayed in cover and popped up to shoot more guards on the left side. Trevor and Madrazo were only focused on each other in the middle. Finally, the two men ran out of bullets and stood starring at one another from across the driveway. Then, under the roar of gun fire they charged towards each other. Trevor threw the first swing hitting Madrazo across the jaw. Then Martin took a swing clipping Trevor's cheek bone. They both blocked the next few punches. Martin kicked out Trevor's leg bringing them both to the ground punching and kicking at one another. Martin got two hard hits to Trevor's face as he pinned him down.
"You dumb, son-of-a-bitch, you will never beat me. I am Martin Madrazo. Do you even know what I have done in my life time? You are just some strung out meth head, who thinks they are some legitimate business man, but you are nothing but a loser." He said spitting on Trevor's face.
"Fuck your ear; I should have killed you when I had the chance!" Trevor said struggling under Madrazo's grip.
Then, when Madrazo had Trevor secured to the ground he reached for his back pocket. He took out a large butcher knife. "Just like a Mexican to bring a knife to a fist fight." Trevor struggled to say under the forearm of Madrazo. Trevor reached for his belt and found his small handgun "but it's just like a Trevor to bring a gun to a knife fight!" Madrazo's eyes widened as he shifted his weight and rolled off of Trevor. He shot in the air missing Madrazo. Martin went to charge at him.
Storm saw what was happening and immediately got up "Storm, get down you don't have the strength." Lightening grabbed her arm urging her to sit.
"I don't care Trevor is in trouble!" She said as she felt the adrenalin pumping through her veins. She made a run for it.
"Now, I have you!" Madrazo said as he towered over Trevor. He had kicked his gun away, rendering Trevor weaponless. Madrazo pulled back his arm, ready to stab Trevor when Storm tackled him from the side. She got on top of him and punched him twice on his left cheekbone, breaking it. Madrazo screamed out in pain. He was angry. He kicked Storm off of him sending her flying back. Trevor ran to her picking her up; Madrazo spat on the both of them. "It is junk yard trash like you two that make me sick." He picked up his knife "You two are so in love" he mocked "Then you can exit this world together. Just like they say in the wedding vows…" He laughed as the knife started to come down on the couple.
Before it could, there was a loud gun shot. The two watched Madrazo's face contort into pain and then his body fell forward, revealing Patricia armed with a shotgun "Till death do we part!" she said with a stone cold expression.
A few moments later the gun fire stopped and Michael, Franklin, and Lightening walked over to the three on the ground. "Are you guys all right?" Michael said.
Storm smiled up at Patricia "Thanks to Patricia we are."
She smiled back at them "I know you will take good care of Trevor, sweetheart." She said as she brushed her hand down Storm's face.
They went to walk back to the road before the cops came. Trevor fell behind with Mrs. Madrazo "Mrs. Madrazo, I mean, Patricia." Trevor said looking at the ground "I want to thank you for everything. Storm told me you took care of her when Madrazo kidnapped her. And you helped us destroy your house and kill your…husband. I don't know how I am going to thank you."
Patricia watched Trevor talk and smiled. She reached out and touched his face "You are a good man, Trevor. I can't say it enough. You helped me realize that I deserved better than that no good husband I married. You showed me how a man should love. So, just consider this my thank you."
Trevor's face twisted up into a smile as his eye brows furrowed "Oh… Patricia!" he said as he embraced her. "Promise you will be around to visit? Don't be a stranger. You are practically apart of the family now."
She choked out a laugh as she patted Trevor's back "O-o-oh Trevor, of course I will." He released her and the two walked away from the ranch house. The gory scene of dead men and a half destroyed house became more visible as the sun started to rise over the mountains.
As the group road down the mountain they saw cop cars rushing in the opposite direction. They acted natural. "Patricia, I am extremely sorry about your home and I will gladly let you stay in my home until you find a new place to live."
She chuckled at his statement "Oh, Michael, darling, that is very sweet of you but that bastard of a husband has three houses to his name. Plus, all his assets are mine now. You don't need to worry about me!" Michael sighed in relief.
Trevor and Storm didn't talk much as they held each other. Storm had fallen asleep on his chest and he was looking out the window.
Franklin turned from the back seat to look at them. He smiled but then it disappeared when he noticed something around Trevor's neck. "What the fuck, man, is that Madrazo's other ear?"
Trevor looked down "Oh, yeah. Cut it off as a little trophy, if you will." He said grinning.
"Aww, that's fucked up man. You still a fucked up dude, Trevor. I thought you said you was changing?" He said shaking his head and facing back to the front.
"All in time, my friend, all in time" Trevor said turning back to the window.
When Michael dropped Storm and Trevor back at their house everyone said their goodbyes. Trevor went up to the window by Patricia "Remember what I said okay? You are family now." She smiled and nodded her head in agreement.
"Hey, breakfast at my house tomorrow; around 11 o'clock. Make sure you stop by!" Michael called from the window as he drove off.
The two walked into the small trailer and looked around "Feels good to be home" Trevor said. Storm agreed. He grabbed two beers from the fridge and the two sat down on the couch talking. Once they finished their drinks it was quiet. They just stared at each other smiling.
Storm moved in closer, watching Trevor's lips "I love you so much." She whispered sweetly as her lips were inches from his.
"I love you more." He said, his eyes closed as they shared the same breaths.
Then they kissed. It was long and passionate. It was hot and steamy as it made all the bad parts of these last couple of days go away. Trevor could feel his blood flowing through his body with each passionate kiss. Her lips tasted like blood. He felt the bumps and bruises on her body. It made him want to love her even more. It made him want her to feel safe again in his arms. Their clothes were already sliding from their flesh as Trevor was now on top of her on the couch. He kissed her neck as she fiddled with his belt. He slipped off her t-shirt revealing her lacey black bra.
He got up from the couch, his pants fell to his ankles as he stepped out of them. Storm was in his arms as he carried her to the bed. He set her down gently as they finished taking off the little clothes they had left. Now their hot bare flesh was touching. He cupped his hands over her breasts as their mouths became one. She ran her hands up and down his body; she tangled her fingers in his chest hair and then grazed her finger tips over his muscular legs, and then gripped his behind. Once they were both done exploring they kissed some more as Trevor leaned over her. Her arms were spread out gripping the sheets as Trevor pleasured her in a way that seemed better than the first time they had sex. Beads of sweat were forming on Trevor's forehead with each thrust. She pressed herself to him tucking her face into his neck and kissing it. She fell back as she let out a loud moan of pleasure. He fell beside her breathing heavy. She turned on her side kissing his arm and swinging her leg over him.
She nibbled on his ear "Again…" she whispered and then giggled.
"Whatever you say!" he said smiling as he turned to embrace her again.
The next morning Storm got up early. She wasn't feeling right. It was a queasy feeling but she never threw up. She peered into the bedroom and saw Trevor fast asleep so she snuck out of the house. She went to the corner store and bought what she needed. She went back to the house and into the bathroom again. In a few minutes, she had diagnosed herself and found the answer to her stomach ache.
She tip-toed back into the bedroom; the sun was casting a golden sun ray over the bed. Trevor shifted at the feeling of her getting back in. He took in a deep breath grabbing her and pulling her into him. "Good morning" he said groggily opening his eyes. "Where did you go?"
She bit her lip in hesitation "To the bathroom."
"Oh…?" he heard the strange tone in her voice. "And…?"
She touched his chin bringing his head up to face her. His eyes opened all the way in worry. He brought his hand up to hers and rested it there. Their wedding bands shined in the golden light. They connected as their eyes met and she smiled "Trevor… I'm pregnant."
His mouth opened and hung in surprise. She started to get worried at his reaction "Really…?" he asked. She nodded in affirmation. It took a moment but, then his face had the biggest smile she had seen on him. He sat up for a moment and moved down to her stomach. He rested his ear on it. "Hey there little baby. It's your daddy." Her eye brows furrowed and a smiled spread across her face as she watched him talk to her stomach. She stroked his head with her hands. "What if it's a boy?" he questioned as he sat back up to face Storm. "I'll teach him how to use a gun and be tough and manly like his old man." He paused thinking "Or maybe it will be a girl." His face grew worried "I'll kill any guy that doesn't treat her right." He kept going, thinking about baby names, and where to buy baby stuff. Then, he sat up. "Well this trailer won't do with another member of the family. We will have to move."
Storm objected "but I like it here, away from the city."
"Then we will have to just remodel then. We can make it bigger add an addition. I bet Ron would be happy to donate his land to us." she laughed as she watched his excitement. "It's probably better that we live out here. Let's promise not to screw up our kid as bad as Michael screwed his up. I mean they are nice kids but come on." She giggled and agreed with him. She took his face in her hands and kissed him to quiet him down.
"Let's go because Michael wants us at his house soon" she said trying to jump out of bed. As always Trevor grabbed her and brought her back to him.
LATER AT MICHAEL'S:
Storm and Trevor pulled into the driveway and parked next to Franklin's car. They heard Michael calling from the backyard "Trev, Storm, we're in the back." They walked around and saw everyone sitting at a long table. It was nicely dressed with a bowl of fruit and a vase of pretty flowers. "Hey, guys we decided to set up out here because there wouldn't be enough room for all of us in the house."
They sat next to Franklin and Sasha. The ladies hugged and started to chat right away and so did Trevor and Franklin. Amanda came out with plates of pancakes and waffles and Tracey surprisingly helped bring out the eggs, bacon, and extra toppings for the food.
"Wow, Mikey, this is quite the set up you got here." Trevor said as he ripped a piece of bacon with his teeth.
"Well, I figured it's been pretty hectic this last month or so, and we haven't really sat down with each other in a while." Michael said as he lounged back in his chair. Amanda sat down next to him, as Michael placed his arm around her. Tracey and Jimmy came down and sat down next to their parents.
The group talked about everything that happened to them. They laughed and joked about the past and all the crazy things that happened. Then they focused on Franklin and Sasha who were still happily together. Then it was about Michael and his family and how well they are doing with their family building activities. Then it was Storm and Trevor's turn to share.
They looked at each other and then Trevor said it "I'm gonna be a dad!" he glowing as he looked at everyone around the table. Everyone was in shock as they tried to comprehend what was said.
"Fucking- A" Michael said still shocked. Then his mouth pulled up at either side of his face "I'm gonna be an Uncle" he smiled with his teeth now "Uncle Mikey."
"Well fuck, congratulations Trevor." Franklin said reaching over to shake his hand.
The whole table was in an up roar as Amanda said her congrats. Even Tracy was excited "O. M. G. I'm gonna have a cousin!"
It died down and everyone was quiet for a moment. Then Michael broke the silence "Jesus. God bless that kid, am I right?"
"Aw fuck you Michael!" Trevor said as the whole table started to laugh.
They all asked questions. When did you find out, have any baby names, where are you gonna live? They talked and laughed late into the afternoon. Everyone was having such a good time they stayed all day. They swam; Jimmy, Uncle T and Michael played video games up stairs as the girls sat down stairs and talked. After, they all went out to dinner and a movie.
"Alright, everyone let's get a move on, movie starts at 9:30!" Michael yelled from the front door.
"Michael if we have to watch your cheesy movie one more time I'm gonna loose it" Amanda said as she ducked under his arm and out the front door.
"Oh, come on, Amanda. I know you love it." Michael laughed as he followed out the door behind her.
"Wow, who knew hanging out with your family could be this fun." Tracey squealed as her and Jimmy left the house together. Franklin and Sasha followed behind them.
Storm looked around and saw Trevor sitting at the island in the center of the kitchen. He was looking down as he clutched a small glass of Whiskey Michael had poured for him. She touched his shoulder "Trevor, what's wrong?" She asked as she sat up on his lap. He pulled back so she could do so.
"Ah, nothing…just thinking is all." He said hollowly as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"…about what?" She inquired.
"I don't know." He paused "I just feel funny. Everything is going too well. I'm so happy with everyone…" he paused again "Is this what is feels like to have a family?"
She looked at him and smiled with her eye brows furrowed. She leaned into his chest. He cradled her "I guess so. I know what you mean. I always felt like I never had a real family. I use to look through magazines and watch T.V. shows and see how happy everyone was, but I never thought I would be happy like that."
He kissed her head "I feel like that day I met you in my trailer was when everything fell into place. Like we were meant to be together… meant for all of this to happen." He looked up at the ceiling "look at Michael and his family and Sasha and Franklin. I feel like it happened all at once; we all fit together so well… like a puzzle."
She agreed "I think we have half of our puzzle complete, but we still have a lot more pieces that are going to go into it." She said as she placed his hand on her stomach. He smiled and he kissed her lightly on the lips.
Michael beeped his horn from outside. Franklin did the same and so did the kids in their car. They heard laughter as Michael screamed something "Stop beeping all your horns, you fucks!" he laughed again as he called towards the house "What's the hold up? Did Trevor have to shit or something? Let's go!" He called.
The two got off their seat and went to the door "Hey Michael I got something for you!" Trevor said as he turned to his back pocket. Michael craned his head to see what he was going to pull out. He spun around with his middle figure towards Michael.
Michael laughed as everyone followed each other out of the driveway. It was going to be a fun night. Storm turned to Trevor "I love you so much!" she said kissing his cheek.
"I love you more." He answered.
