Necro: Well looks who's back, my faithful readers!

MP: Yes, how wonderful. We are indeed back and for a while yet.

Necro: Yes! Now, I would like to apologize for MP's horrible writing skills and the short chapter last time.

MP: Hey, I did my best.

Necro: Yes he did but now I'm back and ready to write!

I rushed from the garage to find another ride, muttering many, many curses for Paydon's poor timing and odd sense of humor. I was convinced that he'd waited to tell me just so he could have a laugh. "Hold up. Where are you off to?" Mason's voice asked from the doorway I had just passed. I turned towards him and found that he might have lost the pillow fight. He was covered in feathers.

"Need a ride for my date." I answered quickly.

"Well you could ask Rachel if you could borrow her car." He lazily groomed his tail.

"Think she'd let me use it?"

"For a date? Most definitely. She's really into romance and stuff. But you'll have to ask her." He shrugged and walked off, presumably to take a nap. I went in the opposite direction to look for Rachel. I was almost to the front door when I heard someone ask, "Is everything alright?" I turned and Raven was standing there, looking at me with some concern.

"Oh, umm... yes?"

"Was that a question or an answer?" She stepped closer and stared into my eyes for a moment. "You're nervous." I simply nodded. "I'm sure it won't be a disaster."

"No, it's not that. I just don't have a ride for us now."

"Doesn't Paydon have a car?"

"Yes but it's in the shop and all so I was gonna ask Rachel for hers."

"She has a car?" She asked in slight confusion.

"How else would she get here?" Now I was the confused one.

"Like Paydon did." She said, as if that answer would clear anything up.

"So with a car." She shook her head and walked inside. "Hey, where are you going?"

"I'm thirsty." She kept walking, but not towards the kitchen. "And I need to ask him something." She knocked on what was left of Paydon's door and went in. He was going to have to replace that soon. I continued on my way and found Rachel sitting in the kitchen, holding a glass cup with some sort of amber liquid in it.

"Come to ask for my car?" She didn't even look up before tossing the keys in my direction. "You scratch it and it'll be your ass on the line, got it?" I nodded and she smiled. "Good. It's out front." I left swiftly after that and nearly ran into Raven, which would not have been a good start for a date. "Got the car."

"Good, good." She replied distractedly.

"Everything alright?" She only nodded in response and followed me out to the car. I held open the passenger side door for her and smiled slightly.

"I'm driving." She took the keys and got in the driver's seat. "And I'm picking the restaurant."

"But I already had one in mind." I protested quickly. When she asked if I'd made reservations I told her I hadn't.

"Then get in and let me pick." She insisted. I hesitated for a moment the shrugged and jumped in. "Great." She started up the car and off we went.

Necro: Yes, I am stopping here because the next chapter will be the actual date.

MP: How wonderful.

Necro: Is that all you're going to say after those two nice people reviewed your chapter?

MP: Oh fine. Thanks to bobbymelvin01 and fishgordon003 for reviewing. I hope I didn't disappoint with that chapter of mine and I hope you'll continue to enjoy Necro's story.

Necro: Yes, and I agree with fishgordon003, more people should review. Anyway, see you next chapter, my dear readers!

Paydon: Someone stole my wallet.
