Disclaimer: As always I don't Fairly Odd Parents, wish I did. I do however own most of the Daft Punk albums, which fuel my writing and other daily activities.
Notes: Glad to see everyone is still enjoying/following the story that I neglect often to update. I'm currently away from home at the moment attending a class so oddly enough I have fewer distractions and thus the update. To address a few of the reviews:
InuKaglover4ev22-I wanted to make Vicky a little softer I guess than normal but still have some of her venom; I hope I captured it right. As for the loophole, I love Cosmo and Wanda and didn't feel right not having them in the story i.e. the oddball loophole. Hopefully it wasn't too much of a stretch.
Livingstatue-Without giving anything away I say that is a possibility but I have a way different ending in mind, hopefully you all enjoy it.
SprSpidy22-Good point, some details I've left somewhat vague on purpose just so I don't detract from the story. I think I'll include more details on their living situation since it actually matters now.
Guests-I do try to blend the erotic stuff in without making it an outright smut fest. Also as far as the spelling errors and such I don't actually review or spellcheck my chapters. Most of this is written on a whim at night until I fall asleep so I don't bother, I think when I finish the story however I will go back and tidy up the chapters before I start on a new story.
Lastly I have a poll up on my page for my next story since I would like to finish this at some point, if you could all please vote as to what you would like next or even PM me with requests so I have something to go on. Also thank you all for reading, never thought this story would get 12K views O.o'….on with the story!
When it rains it pours Ch. 9
**Clang** **Clang**
Saturday Morning crept across Dimsdale and into the sunlit garage of Timmy Turner.
The steel chain of the punching bag rattled under the weight of itself, it swung to and fro from the constant striking. Timmy was in prime form and focused on his task, this was a common sight in the Turner household over the last two months. Every morning Timmy rose with the sun and beat his anxiety, frustrations and fears into the canvas bag. This was normal considering he was about to a father in less than a year and had no way of supporting his child or its mother.
Timmy scanned the room mid kick to see that Tootie had snuck in and sat there watching him. This seemed to be a habit of hers lately and somehow she managed to get in there without him noticing. Timmy brought his foot back to the ground and steadied the bag and regained his breath.
This also had become somewhat of a norm since Tootie spent a fair amount of her time at Timmy's house now. She wasn't exactly living there but somehow her parents didn't mind if she stayed the night some times, probably the whole knocking her up thing.
"Entertained?" Timmy asked with a smirk.
"My hot boyfriend is sweaty and shirtless, what's not to like?" Tootie retorted.
"Just boyfriend?" Timmy asked as he moved closer to Tootie and went to steal a kiss.
Tootie gave Timmy a small affectionate kiss on the lips.
"Mmmm…..baby's daddy maybe?" Tootie said with a grin.
Timmy let out a loud laugh that was shared by Tootie.
"Touché." Timmy said recomposing himself.
It had been almost two months since Timmy and Tootie had told Tootie's parents about the pregnancy and Tootie was starting to show a little baby bump. Timmy went with Tootie to the ultrasound appointment earlier in the month and she was definitely pregnant.
One Month Ago-OB/GYN Office
Timmy and Tootie sat nervously outside the exam room and waited to be called.
"So what do you think it will be?" Timmy asked trying to break the nervous silence.
"No clue, I'm still trying to believe I'm pregnant." Tootie said as she twisted the hem of her skirt.
"Is the morning sickness not proof enough?" Timmy said half smiling.
Tootie glared daggers at him.
"S-sorry, I know it's rough." Timmy said immediately regretting what he said.
Tootie grumbled.
Timmy placed a hand on hers.
"I'm here for you, no matter what." Timmy said trying to make the mood lighter.
Tootie sighed and turned to Timmy.
"I know you are, I just have no idea what to expect other than those videos in health class." Tootie said.
"We'll get through this Tootie." Timmy said as he put his forehead next to hers.
"Together." Timmy finished.
"McDonald, Tootie McDonald." A nurse called from across the waiting room.
This snapped the two from their conversation and they proceeded toward the nurse who handed Tootie a gown.
"Please put the gown on in exam room 3 and the doctor will be in to see you soon." The nurse said cheerfully.
Tootie nodded and headed into the exam room with Timmy and shut the door. Tootie proceeded to remove her skirt and blouse and place them on the chair, next were her under garments until she noticed Timmy getting an eyeful.
"Timmy, turn around!" Tootie said in a hushed but aggravated tone.
"What? It's not like I haven't seen you naked before." Timmy said in confusion.
"This is different." Tootie said holding firm with her stance.
"Why are you so shy now? Do you think I will stop finding you attractive or something?" Timmy continued to ask.
Tootie blushed and Timmy laughed.
"Tootie you're a month pregnant and you can't even tell." Timmy said as he moved closer to her and put his arms around her.
"Besides you'll always be beautiful to me." Timmy said kissing Tootie on the cheek.
Tootie sighed and went back to changing and put her gown on but not before Timmy snuck an eyeful.
A few minutes later Tootie was dressed in the gown and sitting with Timmy waiting for the doctor. Soon the door creaked open and a middle aged woman walked in with a white lab coat on.
"Good morning, my name is Dr. Ashford and I will be examining you today." She said in a pleasant tone.
Dr. Ashford extended her hand to Tootie in greeting and then to Timmy and then looked through the papers on her clipboard.
"So you must be Tootie and I take it this is the father of the baby?" Dr. Ashford asked.
"Yes ma'am" Timmy said in a nervous tone.
"Don't worry, teen pregnancy isn't that uncommon. I could care less how it happened, all that is important now is the health of mama and the baby." Dr . Ashford said with a smile.
This put the two young parents at ease.
"Well first things first lets get a look at the little guy or girl." Dr. Ashford said as the pulled out the ultrasound gel and put on some gloves.
Tootie laid down on the exam table and Dr. Ashford pulled her gown up to reveal her small but growing stomach.
"Now this will be a little cold but bear with me." Dr. Ashford said as she applied a generous helping of gel to Tootie's stomach.
Tootie shuddered a bit at the cold gel and gripped Timmy's hand, part from the cold and part from nervousness.
"Alright I'll wave my magic wand and we'll get a look at this kid." Dr. Ashford said as she pulled out the ultrasound hand piece and pressed it gently against Tootie's stomach.
All three watched the screen intently as a small gray blip popped up on the monitor. After a few minutes of manipulating Dr. Ashford managed to get a clear picture of the baby.
"Well you're definitely pregnant and the baby looks to be developing right along schedule." Dr. Ashford said pointing to the screen.
Timmy and Tootie stared at the screen speechless. Before the thought of a baby scared them both but that was only talking about it, the image on that monitor made it real.
Timmy was the first to speak.
"That's our baby." He said quietly as he squeezed Tootie's hand.
"Give me a sec and I can print you guys out a copy to take home and then we can get a listen to the heart beat." Dr. Ashford said as she printed a copy of the picture and swapped her instruments.
Tootie held the picture in her hand as Dr. Ashford placed the new hand piece on her stomach and turned on the speaker to the machine. Soon a soft but steady heart beat came across the speaker.
"Good, good that's a strong heart beat." Dr. Ashford said to the two speechless parents.
A tear began rolling down Tootie's face.
"Sweetie?" Timmy said with concern.
"I'm sorry, it's just hearing that…..I mean that's our baby….our baby." Tootie said between small sobs.
Timmy put his arm around Tootie.
"Don't worry Tootie, plenty of women cry when they hear the heart beat." Dr. Ashford said handing Tootie a tissue.
"So everything checks out and I will be seeing you again in about another month, in the mean time I'll get you started on pre-natal vitamins." Dr. Ashford said as she started to clean Tootie up and let her get dressed.
"I also would like to get you guys in a parenting class, we offer it twice a month and it's for first time mom and dads. Highly recommended." Dr. Ashford said with a wink.
"What kind of stuff do you teach?" Timmy asked.
"Just a lot of things to expect, late night feedings, diapers, bathing etc." Dr. Ashford answered.
"Well if you guys don't have any questions I'll see you in about a month." Dr. Ashford said.
Timmy and Tootie carried on for a few minutes with the doctor but soon bid her goodbye and headed home.
Once in the car the couple was silent until Tootie broke it with a question when she noticed the distant look Timmy had on his face.
"Penny for your thoughts." Tootie said as she rubbed Timmy's arm softly.
"What are we going to do?" Timmy asked with a sigh.
"I know it's going to be tough, but we'll figure it out." Tootie said.
"I need a job." Timmy stated flatly.
"That will help, I can get one as well." Tootie said optimistically.
"No, I won't have you doing anything in your condition." Timmy said.
"Timmy I'm pregnant, I'm not dying." Tootie said jokingly.
"But what about school, you can't make yourself more of a stereotype by being a teen mother and a high school drop out." Timmy said sarcastically.
Tootie gave him a jab to the ribs.
"Same for you Mr., well just have to balance school and jobs." Tootie said pointing a finger at Timmy.
"Yes ma'am." Timmy said in feigned laughter.
************************************************************************************Back to Present Day
Tootie was sitting cross-legged flipping through a newspaper while Timmy continued his workout, which was currently handstand push-ups. Tootie noted all the crossed out want ads, she knew Timmy had been looking hard for a job but no luck yet. A large pool of sweat hand formed below Timmy as he pumped out rep after rep. Tootie actually enjoyed this time of the morning, it was peaceful and she loved seeing Timmy focused on something. Timmy dropped his feet down and stood up and let the sweat cascade down his toned body. Yet another reason Tootie loved this time of the morning.
"Shower?" Tootie asked as she eyed Timmy's sweaty form.
"I'm not that kind of girl." Timmy said in feigned distress.
"Somehow I think this little one growing inside me begs to differ. Now get naked!" Tootie said giving Timmy a slap on the butt.
"Well I do declare." Timmy said in his best southern bell voice.
"Alright street car get in there, we have to be at my parents soon." Tootie said as she chased Timmy up the stairs and into the bathroom.
Timmy stripped and turned on the shower, when he was satisfied with the temperature he stepped in and let the water flow over his body. Timmy let his mind fade and enjoyed the warm water relax him but soon his mind drifted to it's normal state i.e. how to support a kid, wife and himself for that matter.
Soon he was brought back to reality by a small pair of arms sliding around his waist.
"Knew you couldn't resist." Timmy said without opening his eyes.
"Hey I need a shower too." Tootie said giving his stomach a slap.
"Just remember no shower sex, not gonna take that chance until after the baby's born." Timmy said.
"No fair." Tootie said as she pouted.
"Don't worry we can have sex in a bed for quite a while." Timmy said.
"Fine." Tootie said in an upset tone.
"Want me to wash your back?" Tootie asked.
"Do you even have to ask?" Timmy said.
This had quickly become Timmy's favorite activity besides actual sex with Tootie, the best feeling on a tired and strained back is a small pair of hands working every kink and knot out.
Tootie poured a ample amount of soap on Timmy's back and set to her task and working the bubbles between the rippling muscles on Timmy's back. This always turned Tootie on but she couldn't do much about it at the moment for sheer lack of time and unsafe location.
A smile crept across Tootie's face and her hands slid down to Timmy's member, which caused him to stiffen in more than one way.
"Thought we had to be at your parent's house soon." Timmy said.
"This won't take long." Tootie said as she continued to stroke Timmy.
Timmy didn't respond and left himself to Tootie's whims, which right now included jerking him off to completion. Soon Timmy felt himself getting close and his body tightened, Tootie knew this sign and used one of her hands to cup Timmy's balls as she finished him off.
"T…tootie….." Timmy gasped as he unloaded against the shower wall.
After several body spasms later Tootie peaked around Timmy's exhausted frame to see her handy work sliding down the wall and circling the drain.
"Wow, that's a lot." Tootie said giggling.
"Well what can I say, my body responds well to your techniques." Timmy said still recovering.
"Damn right." Tootie said with a wink.
The two finished their shower and dressed themselves, soon after they headed out the door and off to Tootie's parent's house. They arrived shortly and entered the house.
"Mom Dad we're here." Tootie said as she looked around the house.
Soon Tootie's mother popped her head out of the kitchen.
"Oh hey sweetie, hey Timmy. Lunch will be ready soon, you're dad is in the living room." Mrs. McDonald said cheerfully.
Tootie turned around and gave Timmy a kiss.
"Go on I'm going to help my mom in the kitchen, you should talk to my dad." Tootie said.
Timmy rolled his eyes.
"You know I think your dad is awesome, I still feel weird though since he knows I knocked you up." Timmy said.
"You'll be fine." Tootie said as she gave Timmy a slap on the butt in the direction of the living room.
Timmy walked into the living room and waved hello to Tootie's father who was sitting on the couch watching TV.
"Hey Timmy, have a seat." Mr. McDonald said as he patted the seat next to him on the couch.
"Mr. McDonald, good to see you." Timmy said politely.
"Eh enough with the Mr. McDonald bit, you can just call me Frank." Mr. McDonald said.
"Are you sure that's ok?" Timmy asked nervously.
"Why not, you're a part of this family now and we don't go around calling each other by our last names." Tootie's dad said.
This actually put Timmy at ease.
"Thanks Mr….I mean Frank." Timmy said.
"Don't mention it, so any luck in the job search?" Frank asked.
Timmy sighed.
"Nothing yet, most jobs won't offer any kind of health insurance or even hire a guy my age except burger joints and such." Timmy said.
"Yeah I had the same problem and luckily my uncle had a friend who vouched for me and got me a descent job which supported us for the first few years until I could get something better." Frank said.
"Well unfortunately the two people who might could do that for me are no longer with us." Timmy said with a sigh.
"Timmy I didn't mean." Frank said apologetically.
"It's ok, it just reminded me for a second." Timmy said shaking it off.
"Well just know you have more people than your parents who are willing to go out on a limb for you." Frank said pulling a paper from the end table.
Timmy gave Mr. McDonald a confused look.
"One of my bowling team mates owns a construction firm and they are looking for guys to help with the construction going on over at the freeway." Mr. McDonald said.
Timmy remained speechless.
"It's a solid job and if you make it three months your health insurance will kick in. My advice is take it, work hard and get a foot hold in this mountain climb called life." Mr. McDonald said as he stood up and offered Timmy a hand.
Timmy stood up and ignored the hand and embraced Mr. McDonald in a tight hug.
"Thank you." Timmy said crushing Mr. McDonald.
"Don't mention it, now let me breathe." Mr. McDonald said between gasps.
"Uh glad to see you guys are getting along." Tootie said, as she stood there in the living room entrance very confused.
Timmy released Tootie's father from a death grip.
"Lunch his ready." Tootie said with a giggle as she headed back into the kitchen.
Timmy and Frank had a good laugh and Frank put his hand on Timmy's shoulder.
"Helping you helps my daughter and I can tell you are serious about this. Like I said, work hard and you'll do fine. Plus you're strong and that is always a positive thing in construction." Mr. McDonald said clapping Timmy on the shoulder.
"How do you do it? How did you start at my age and make it to this?" Timmy said as he pointed around the house.
Frank sighed and put a hand on each side of Timmy's shoulder.
"Learn that you're not superman, rely on Tootie. You'd be surprised how strong women are. Just do what you can every day of your life and keep moving forward and you'll do fine. You'll mess up from time to time but if you two can work together you can accomplish a lot." Tootie's Dad said to Timmy.
Timmy nodded.
"Alright let's eat!" Frank said guiding Timmy into the kitchen.
The family sat down to lunch and conversed over a delicious meal with everything from laughter to a heated argument between Timmy and Vicky over who would be going to the play offs this year. Tootie sat there mostly quiet and smiling, how could she not? Considering their situation everything could be a lot worse and she thanked whatever powers that be she had a supportive family and boyfriend. After a hearty laugh Tootie's dad spoke.
"Alright enough you two, just wait until January and try not to kill each other until then." Tootie's dad said pointing at Timmy and Vicky.
Both signed.
"Anyways, Timmy the job starts on Monday night. Think you'll be ready?" Mr. McDonald asked which caused Tootie to turn in a confused look, which Timmy noticed.
"Starting construction on Monday by the way." Timmy said to Tootie with a big grin.
"Constucthun?" Tootie said with a mouthful of food.
"Swallow sweetie." Mrs. McDonald said.
"Construction?" Tootie said as she swallowed her food.
"Yep, your dad was kind enough to stick his neck out for me." Timmy said.
"Don't worry about it, my buddy was in a bind as well. He had some guys quit on him and he was complaining about it at the last league night. I just tossed Timmy's name out and he said he'd give him a shot" Tootie's dad said.
"Thank you none the less." Timmy said.
"What about school?" Tootie asked Timmy.
"I'll do the work program, it just means I'll be in school half the day and have more homework. I looked into it when I started trying to find a job in the first place." Timmy said.
"Well as long as your grades are up I don't think it will be a problem." Tootie's dad said.
"Shouldn't be an issue, I've always had steady grades." Timmy said trying to reassure Tootie's parents.
"What about me?" Tootie asked.
"What about you sweetie?" Tootie's mother asked.
"I need to look for a job as well." Tootie said.
"Oh sweetie, you have a full time job and that's taking care of that bundle of joy inside of you." Tootie's mother said.
"What did you do when you were pregnant with Vicky?" Tootie asked.
"Well we didn't have anyone really helping us at that time so we didn't have much of a choice so I worked at the customer service department at a department store so I was pretty much the focal point on anger for that building." Tootie's mom said laughing.
"That explains so much." Timmy said as he looked at Vicky who was eating her lunch convict style.
"Bite me twerp." Vicky said between bites.
"Vicky be nice." Mrs. McDonald scolded.
Vicky managed a grunt as the family laughed.
"I still feel like I need to contribute in some way." Tootie said.
"I'll keep an eye out for anything sweetie but you shouldn't be doing anything too strenuous." Tootie's mom said.
Tootie nodded and the lunch conversations continued on and she slid a hand under the table to find Timmy's. Timmy looked deep into Tootie's eyes and smiled, he knew this was his future and he needed to protect it.
Two Months Later (4 Months into Pregnancy) Timmy's House(Saturday Night)
Tootie stirred a pot on the stove and brought the spoon to her lips for a small taste.
"Hmm…needs more pepper." Tootie said grabbing a shaker from the shelf above the stove.
Tootie glanced at the clock in the kitchen and the clock read 9:45.
"Papa will be home soon." Tootie said as she cradled her growing stomach.
A few minutes later the familiar sound of a car pulling up and the door opening rang through the house.
"Hey sweetie, smells great." Timmy said as he wrapped his arms around Tootie and kissed her neck gently.
"Thank you, good day at work?" Tootie asked.
"Pretty ok, just long." Timmy said as he pulled his work shirt off and went to put his tool belt away.
Once Timmy returned and washed his hands and face he brought Tootie face to face and gave her a long kiss.
"Missed you." Timmy said.
"Missed you too." Tootie returned.
Timmy dropped down to one knee and gently took Tootie's stomach in his hands. He then placed a small kiss above her navel.
"Missed you too little one." Timmy said.
Tootie giggled at Timmy's new daily ritual of spending a little time talking to the baby growing in her stomach.
"Just a few more weeks and we'll find out the sex of this little guy or gal." Tootie said with a smile.
"Yep, and another month and my health insurance will kick in. No more paying out of pocket!" Timmy said in excitement.
"Small steps baby." Tootie said kissing Timmy on the cheek and turning around to serve dinner.
"You know you don't have to wait on me for dinner sweetie, I know it's late." Timmy said as he sat down at the dinner table.
"I don't mind, besides it's not a family dinner without all the family. That's what my mom always says." Tootie said.
Timmy sat there looking at his pregnant girlfriend spooning stew into bowls and was very much at ease. He had lost a family that he would never forget but like they say, when god shuts a door he opens a window. He now had a family of his own that he needed to support and protect.
"So you have a day off tomorrow right?" Tootie asked.
"Yep, thought?" Timmy said as he began to eat.
"Well I would like to go look at some baby things if that's ok." Tootie said nervously.
Timmy chuckled.
"Sweetie, I told you never be afraid to ask about buying things. Speaking of which." Timmy said as he pulled out a slip of paper.
"Paycheck day!" Timmy said handing the check to Tootie.
"I know but I know money is tight and I want to be frugal, also I feel guilty since I'm not exactly contributing anything." Tootie said looking down at her stew.
"Don't worry about it, you are carrying my child and making sure I'm not dying of hunger which is a full time job." Timmy said shooting Tootie a smile.
Tootie smiled.
"I do have one request though, would it be ok if I go to Ron's tomorrow morning. I haven't seen him in a while and I would like to get a workout in. I promise I'll be back by noon for baby things." Timmy said.
"That's fine with me, I need to go to my house anyways in the morning." Tootie said.
"Speaking of that, how are your parents taking the whole shacking up together? I know they were very specific about that before." Timmy asked.
"I think they fact you've held a job is helping, plus I overheard my dad talking to your boss on the phone thanking him for sending you." Tootie said with a proud smile.
"Glad to hear I'm doing well, everyone seems to like me and the work is easy enough to pick up. Also it's nice to be around people who are close to our situation, I mean one guy is two years older than us with two kids." Timmy said with a laugh.
"Good to know, ask him for pointers." Tootie said jokingly.
"He told me it's not if your kids will poop on you it's when." Timmy said stifling a laugh.
Tootie sighed and shook her head.
The two finished dinner and Timmy started to do the dishes while Tootie sat at the table reading through a book entitled, "What to expect when you're expecting." Soon the two headed upstairs to their room. In the last month Timmy decided it was time to take another step in moving on and moved into his mom and dad's room. This was a necessity since they were definitely outgrowing Timmy's small bed.
After a shower and change of clothes Timmy was very much ready for bed, he walked into the room and smiled at Tootie who was already fast asleep. Timmy slipped into bed quietly and put his arm around her and pressed his body against hers while planting a small kiss on the back of her head.
"Sweet dreams my angel." Timmy whispered quietly.
The Next Morning
Timmy woke with the sun and went to wash his face and gather his workout gear while Tootie caught a few extra minutes of sleep. Timmy went downstairs to start coffee and make a light breakfast and was soon joined by a sleepy Tootie who had her hair thrown up in messy bun with absolutely no make up on. Timmy smiled and crossed the distance between them and placed a deep and passionate kiss on Tootie.
"What was that for?" Tootie said suddenly awake.
"Because your gorgeous." Timmy said.
"I've been awake for five seconds." Tootie said taking her breakfast plate.
"Look good to me." Timmy said taking a drink of coffee.
"Oh that smells good." Tootie said smelling the fresh brewed coffee.
"None for you missy." Timmy said holding the coffee away from Tootie.
"I know I know, I don't want this sucker bouncing off the walls." Tootie responded.
The two laughed, finished breakfast and headed out the door. Soon they pulled up in front of Tootie's house and Timmy gave Tootie a kiss goodbye.
"Have fun sweetie, try to come back not so bloody and broken." Tootie teased before heading into the house.
"No promises." Timmy said pulling off.
Soon Timmy pulled up in front of Ron's area and walked up to the warehouse only to see a familiar sight of Ron doing pull ups on a car axle.
"Hey old man." Timmy said as he dropped him bag and began wrapping his fists.
"Holy shit, thought you died." Ron said dropping from the car axle.
"Nope, just a lot on my plate at the moment." Timmy said.
"Fair enough, well stand up let me take a look at you." Ron said as he eyed up Timmy and promptly threw a punch directly at Timmy's head.
Timmy deflected the punch while grabbing his wrist and threw his legs around his arm and chest placing Ron into an arm bar. After a few seconds Ron tapped on Timmy's leg.
"Glad to see you haven't lost your reflexes, next time I'll throw a real punch." Ron said laughing and clapping on the shoulder.
"Or your losing your edge." Timmy said jokingly.
"You're paying for that one, I think you owe me a hundred muscle ups." Ron said smiling at Timmy.
Timmy cursed and walked to the car axle and began his punishment but not before yelling, "Worth it!" on the first jump.
After several hours of jumping, squatting and hitting various things Timmy sat on the ground beaten and bruised but refreshed. Ron walked over and tossed him a bottle of water, which Timmy happily gulped down and only had to spit out a few grass blades.
"Still drinking river water I see." Timmy said.
"Sorry, didn't know the Queen of England was stopping by." Ron teased Timmy.
Both of them had a laugh.
"So I got a job, working construction over by the freeway." Timmy said.
"Good, jobs build character. Glad to hear you got a real job as well, maybe you can start paying me now!" Ron said through hearty laughter.
"Whoa, let's not get crazy I have enough expenses as it is." Timmy said.
"What does a seventeen year old kid have to buy? Video games and Justin Bieber records?" Ron asked.
"First off I would never buy anything from Justin Bieber and they aren't called records anymore. I have more important things to buy like a crib, car seat etc." Timmy said.
Ron blinked dumbfounded.
"Yep, Tootie's pregnant." Timmy said.
"Well then, keeping it?" Ron asked.
Timmy spit out his water.
"Yes! Yes we are keeping it." Timmy said with a small amount of anger.
"Whoa calm down, just a question." Ron said.
"Sorry, just under a lot of stress lately with the baby stuff, new job and school." Timmy said scratching his head.
"Baby's tend to have a way of doing that." Ron said.
"Yeah, at least I have a descent job but money is still tight. Ya know." Timmy said.
"It'll only get worse when the kid is born." Ron said.
"Don't remind me." Timmy said with a sigh.
"Well…." Ron started.
"What?" Timmy asked.
"If you need to make some extra cash I know of a way." Ron said.
"How?" Timmy asked sitting up with interest.
"Ever heard of underground fighting rings?" Ron asked.
"In movies yeah." Timmy said.
"Well they exist to an extent, think of it like MMA scouting camps." Ron said.
"So how is this going to help me?" Timmy asked.
"First place is three thousand in most of these things." Ron said.
"Shouldn't you be telling me not to use what you have taught me for stuff like this?" Timmy asked confused.
"Hey I'm not your daddy, you're about to be a grown ass man with a kid and baby's mama. You handle your business and do what you have to do, I'm just giving you an option." Ron said.
Timmy sat there silent.
"Do you think I stand a chance?" Timmy asked.
"Probably, you have the moves and speed. If you wanna go past these bush league events you will need to pack on some size but I think you'll fair well." Ron said standing up and offering Timmy a hand.
"Hmm, I'll think about it." Timmy said accepting Ron's hand.
