FD: I'm sorry it has taken me forever to upload this. I have been writing and rewriting, and working on other things around the place in the real world. I hope you like this. If not, I'm sorry. ^^;

Kisa and Hinata sat at a local café, each having their own drink in hand. There was a small plate of veggies and fruit in between them.
"I can't wait for this little sucker to come out. It's like he's decided that he likes to mess with my spleen." Kisa remarked, taking a swing of her drink. Hinata grinned as she reached for a piece of fruit.
"How are you so sure that it's a he?" she asked, nibbling on her piece. Kisa shrugged in reply as she grabbed a bundle of grapes.
"Hunch, I guess." Hinata nodded as she drank a third of her ice tea. The two continued to talk before the waitress came back with the check. They split the bill before walking out of the little café. Their shift at the hospital was about to start so they took the subway together.

The subway was crowded, that was a given. A public transportation source will always be crowded, but to the two women it seemed a lot more crowded than usual. They paid their fare and then walked to the center of the vehicle. They grabbed the little hand straps and continued to talk, laughing slightly as they did so. The subway was mere blocks away from the hospital stop. The two gossiping girls were laughing at something Choji had done at a meeting earlier in the week when the subway crashed into something. The passengers on the subway were sent reeling and flying. Anyone and everyone who was standing in the aisle way end up on their sides, stomachs, and bottoms. Luckily, Hinata and Kisa both hand fallen on their sides. Everyone on the subway seemed to have been knocked out.

Kisa woke up a while later, everything was dark except for the faint glow of the emergency light. She propped herself up and looked around. There was a few people standing around, looking utterly lost. Some were strewn across the floor and over the benches. Kisa stood up and inspected herself for any wounds. Suddenly she remembered that she wasn't traveling alone. Almost in a frantic manner, she looked around trying to find Hinata. Kisa let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. She found Hinata sitting next an elderly couple; the woman had a handkerchief pressed tightly to her forehead. Hinata looked over at Kisa and grinned broadly. She murmured something to the couple before getting up. Hinata had placed her hand on her swollen stomach.
"I was wondering when you were going to wake up." She grinned.
"I was wondering the same thing, Hinata." Kisa joked. "What happened? It felt like we were hit with a bus." Hinata frowned and shook her head.
"We have no clue what's going on. When the subway suddenly jerked, everyone was knocked out." She explained. Kisa nodded as she walked with Hinata up the aisles. "There are a lot of people who are hurt. I managed to help a few people stop some not so serious wounds, but there are some that you should probably look at though." Hinata nervously looked around.

Kisa followed her gaze around the subway car. Multiple people expectantly looked up at her and Hinata. She blew out a lung full of air, letting it hit her bangs.
"I can't promise anything, Hinata." Kisa remarked, rolling up her sleeves.
"I-I know that. Just p-please take a look at them?" Hinata nodded. Kisa placed her bag near the subway car door and then instantly went to work checking on the people in the car. She helped people clean out wounds with what baby wipes they had. She put a few arms in slings and wrapped a few head in bandanas or ripped shirts. Few times she had to splinter a few limbs, but the majority of the people had smaller cuts, a few bumps, and multitudes of scrapes. Kisa and Hinata worked dutifully on people while larger men, who weren't as hurt and were well enough, moved the bodies that didn't survive aside.

Sasuke paced back and forth in the ER's nurse's station. He had his cell phone in his hand and opened. There was a multitude of people around him, all of them screaming orders and demands. He wasn't paying attention. He could hear the cries of other family members around them, but he didn't register what they were saying. Sasuke was too busy looking down at his open phone, staring at his wallpaper; him and Kisa. He knew where she was, he had been contacted here at work. He had called Naruto to let him know Hinata was in the same position, but the blond hadn't shown up yet. Sasuke buried is hand into his midnight locks and sighed. He didn't like not knowing what was going on with Kisa. He hated not being able to contact her. His anxiety seemed to have been at an all time high as he remembered that both girls were pregnant.

He wanted to scream at the police and emergency services for not working faster to get them out, but he knew better. Nothing good ever came from one screaming at them, it wouldn't make them move faster, it wouldn't make them care more, and it certainly wouldn't do anything to help the people trapped. Sasuke had just shoved his phone back into his pocket when Naruto came literally flying into the department. His hair was wet, his shirt was covered in wrinkles, his pants were still unbuttoned, his socks were hanging out of his pockets, and his shoes were undone. His bright blue eyes were wide with fear and worry while his tan skin seemed paler than usual.
"Where are they!?" he shouted. Sasuke resisted the strong urge to punch him for screaming in public. He slowly and carefully walked over to his friend and enemy. He gently placed a hand on his shoulder and made him turn slightly to look at him.
"Naruto, calm down. Your screaming won't help them." Sasuke remarked. Naruto literally spun around, ready to yell at Sasuke.

But he stopped himself, he knew Sasuke would normally would be sitting as still as possible, quiet as all hell and angrily mumbling to himself. This was a whole new side to Sasuke that he had never seen before. The calm, collected Sasuke was replaced with someone foreign, and strange. This Sasuke's lips were bitten raw, his eyes wider than normally, his knuckles were white, and his relaxed stanza was traded for a stiff one filled with nervous worry. Naruto instantly lowered his voice.
"I'm sorry." He apologized. Sasuke nodded as the two of them walked into the doctor's lounge. The two of them sat down as they watched people enter and leave the small space. Each new person bringing only a small bit of new information. Sasuke had previously gotten up to make a pot of coffee and poured two cups for himself and Naruto. The two of them sat there with their cups cradle between their hands as they waited.
