On the first day of spring, Bunny is enjoying the sun shining and the eggs running all over the Warren. He hops around in joy as the flowers began to bloom on every color and he hollers, "WOOHOO!"

Then all of the sudden, he stopped hopping by something shiny coming form the distance. The shine blinds him and he falls into the green grass. He quickly got up and shakes the dirt off of him like a dog does. "Crikey, what was that thing blinding me?" he asked himself. The shine was coming from a tunnel which leads to Burgess. Bunny went towards it and picked it up.

Its revealed to be a golden magic mirror covered in dream sand. It must be Sandy's. "A mirror? Are you kidding me? This is the thing that blinded me?" he asked himself angrily. He looked at it very suspiciously to check if it's really Sandy's. When he looked at his reflection, the mirror began to glow very bright and floats in the air. "What in the name of?" Bunny shouted as he saw the material acting strange in front of him.

Then, the most strangest thing happened.

ZAP!

The mirror zaps Bunny just before he can reach it and everything ends with a flash. After that, Bunny wakes up and shakes himself from getting dizzy. He rubs his head and asked himself, "Ugh. What happened? That has got to be one of the most strangest thing that ever happened to me in ages." When he got up, he feels pretty tiny all around him. "Huh? Why is everything so big around me? Wait a minute. What did that mirror do to me anyway?" he asked himself.

When he looked at himself in the mirror, he was terrified on what he saw. The mirror shrunk him to his rabbit size when the kids stopped believing in him last year. Bunny screamed and hides behind a rock. He comes out and he slowly went near the mirror to see if he's dreaming or not. Turns out this is happening in real life. Because of that, Bunny starts to freak out and lifts up the mirror to smash it into a million pieces.

He pressed it to the ground and surprisingly not a little piece of glass came out. "WHAT?!" he yelled in anger. Bunny tried to smash it in a different way by punching it many times, but it didn't work. "Man, that's one stubborn mirror. Must've have a mind of its own." he commented about the mirror.

Before he comes up with another plan to destroy the mirror, he hears Jack's voice calling him not too far on where he is. "BUNNY! BUNNY! WHERE ARE YOU? COME ON, LETS GO AND PLAY ON THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING!" he called.

"Oh, no. Jack can't see me like this. I gotta hide and the mirror before he turns into a bunny too." Bunny whispered to himself as he digs himself and the mirror with dirt and puts a flower on top. That way Jack won't see him. Like being invisible when kids don't believe.

Jack looked everywhere for his brother in the Warren from top to bottom. After flying all over the place, he starts to get tired and accidentally sat on Bunny in exhaustion. Bunny yelped and jumped out to get some air. His breathing causes Jack to turn around and saw Bunny in his rabbit size instead of his normal size. "Bunny? Why are you in your rabbit size? Did the kids stop believing in you?" the winter spirit asked.

Bunny starts to shake as he feels nervous and scared at the same time to answer the boy without telling him about the mirror. "Uh. Well, I. You see, Jack. I." he stammered. "Bunny, calm down. It's no big deal. Just tell me what happened and what is that behind you?" said Jack as he curiously looks at the mirror that's shining behind the rabbit and tries to touch it. "Don't touch that! It's very dangerous!" Bunny warned. "What? It's just a mirror." Jack said in annoyance. "What's going on, Bunny? Tell me the truth."

"Okay, you got me, mate. The reason I'm like this is because of that mirror. When I looked at my reflection, it zapped me and it didn't break at all. I tried to break it, but it never did." Bunny explained the truth. Jack wasn't sure about the truth being real. "Really? Well, let's see. Shall we?" he said as he tests out the mirror and looks at his reflection. "NOOO!" Bunny shouted, trying to stop Jack, but it was too late.

ZAP!

The mirror already zapped Jack and once again ends with a flash. The flash blinds Bunny and opens his eyes when it fades away. He gasped on what the mirror has done to Jack. He turns into a rabbit and his fur is pure white like his hair. Jack wakes up and groans as he gets up. "Ohh, what happened?" he asked as he rubs his face. "Now Jack, you're going to freak out if I tell you this. The mirror turned you into a rabbit." Bunny warned.

Jack was confused on what Bunny is telling him. "What?" "You're a rabbit, Jack. Take a look at the mirror." said Bunny. "Okay. Just to make sure you're making fun of me." said Jack as he looks at the mirror and his reaction is, well...

"AHHHHHHHHH!" Jack screamed loudly.

"What did you do? What did you do? What happened to me? I've turned into Peter Cottontail!" he exclaimed. He ran all over the place in panic while Bunny is trying to calm him down. "Jack, calm down! Its going to get worse if you panic like that!" he yelled. It didn't help at all as Jack keeps panicking from being a rabbit. Bunny is getting annoyed at this and decides to throw a pebble at him to calm him down.

It worked and Jack fell after the pebble hits him. Bunny went to him and said, "Jack, listen to me. You need to calm down if you want to turn back." "Oh, how are we going to do that? Tell North about what happened?" asked Jack, looking a bit angry. That gave Bunny an idea. "We are going to tell him about this, but we have to be very careful with that mirror. I don't know where it came from or how it got here. Whatever it is, it's bad luck to everyone. I tried to break it, but it didn't. It must be a magic mirror." he said.

Jack nodded his head in agreement and said, "I agree. We can show North the mirror, but not the reflection or else he'll turn into a bunny like us. I think we should cover the reflection with something." "I know what to cover it with." said Bunny as he mixes dirt and water to make mud and puts it on the mirror so it can be harmless. "There. Now we have to get to North and let's hope he helps us fix this mess."

Bunny made a rabbit hole for them to travel to the North Pole faster and the two hopped in quickly. They ran faster than anything on the planet until they reach the freezing surface.

When the two got there, they sneak into the North Pole so that the yetis and the elves won't make fun of them as bunnies. Finally, they made it to North's office without anyone seeing them. Jack was panting from running while Bunny was shivering from the cold. "You alright there, mate?" he asked. "Yeah. I'm good. I'm better off as a winter spirit instead of a bunny." Jack panted.

After relaxing, Bunny hoists Jack up on his feet to let him knock the door. When he did, the door immediately opens and they both went right in quietly without North noticing. North looks around the room to find the person who's knocking. "Meh." he muttered as he closed the door and went back to work.

The boys were hiding behind the Christmas tree as they discuss the plan to tell North what happened. "Whew, North would freak out if he saw us as this." whispered Jack. "I know that, but we need to tell him this without scarring him." said Bunny. "Maybe we should just say hi in a calm way and tell him what happened without him freaking out." said Jack. Bunny thought about the plan and how it's gonna go through. "Okay, lets hope this works. If it doesn't, I'm gonna kill ya." he said as they jumped down from the tree and walked up to North quietly without a sweat.

They both nervously jumped up and down to tap on North's shoulder, but he didn't feel a thing. He was too busy listening to that Firebird Suite from Fantasia. "He's not responding to us!" Jack panicked. "Well, we have to think of something else." said Bunny. Jack thought for a moment and said, "Bunny, I have an idea! This is why I'm on the Naughty List." Bunny feels pretty concerned about Jack's idea.

While North is distracted by music and toy making, he hears glass breaking from where the ice blocks are. He turns off the music and turns around to see what happened. "HEY, GET OUT OF HERE! SHOO!" he yelled as he brings his twin swords to get rid of the rabbit. "No, wait! North, it's me. Bunnymund." Bunny shouted. North lowered down his sword and looked at him in confusion.

"Bunny, what happened to you? Why are you like this? Did the children stopped believing in you?" he asked in worrisome. "It's not about the children, North. An enchanted mirror did this to me and it also got Jack as well." Bunny explained calmly. "What are you talking about?" North asked in annoyance. "Were you listening what I just said?! A mirror did this to me! Here, I'll show you." said Bunny as he brought out the mirror, wipes out the dirt of the reflection, and let's North see his reflection.

Then, the mirror starts to glow again in front of him.

ZAP!

The whole transformation is happening all over again. "Oops." Bunny muttered as Jack ran from his hiding place and checked if the plan worked, but it didn't. "Uh, what just happened?" he asked in worrisome. Bunny was stammering about telling the truth on what happened to North. "Uh. Well, you see. I kinda."

He stopped when he hears North waking up from the zap. He cursed in Russian language as he got up and scratches his back. "Ugh, why is my back so itchy?" he asked himself. He didn't know he got turned into a bunny with red fur. Jack was very furious about this and glares at Bunny like he wants to punch him.

"WHAT DID YOU DO?! I THOUGHT YOU'RE GOING TO FIX THIS, NOT TURN HIM INTO A BUNNY!" he yelled. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. He wasn't listening to me, so I have to give him proof about this mirror." Bunny explained. Jack puts his hand on his face and groaned, "You're just like me a long time ago."

While the two Guardians are fighting, North walks up to them and asked, "Hey, what's going on here? Why are you two fighting?" Jack points at Bunny and said, "Ask him because he turned you into a bunny with a magic mirror." Bunny laughed nervously.

"WHAT?!" he yelled as he looked in the mirror and sees himself as a bunny. He became furious and yelled at them, "BOYS! Explain what is going on around here! Is this some type of joke?" "It's not my fault. I just found this mirror in my Warren, got curious about it and then, it turned me into this and the same thing happened to Jack." Bunny explained.

"Why would this happen to us? If we don't do something soon, the children will stop believing in us and we will fade away into nothing." said North in a panic way. "I say we break it and maybe it'll break the spell." said Jack as he thought about it right now. "Good idea, son. Now this will be easy as pie." said North as he lifts the mirror with all his might and threw it out the window. They all watched it land to the ground and never hear a smash. "That's strange. I thought all glass break." said North in confusion. "What's stranger is that this mirror never breaks at all. I tried it, but it never works." said Bunny, telling the truth.

Then, the boys hear Tooth coming from the halls, hoping she won't see the mirror. Unluckily, she did. While humming, she got distracted by a shine that caught her eye. She turned around, saw the mirror in front of her and decided to pick it up. Jack crosses fingers, hoping she won't turn into a bunny like he did. When she saw her reflection,

ZAP!

"NOOOO!" the boys yelled as they ran towards Tooth and saw her as a purple bunny. "It's happened again!" Jack yelled in panic. "Sandy's lucky he didn't turn into a bunny." Bunny muttered.

"What did you say?" asked Tooth as she wakes up from the zap and rubs her head. "Uh oh." Jack muttered. The boys try not to say anything about Tooth's new appearance, but North had to open his big mouth and ruin everything. "You're a bunny, Tooth. Now, don't panic. The boys and I are trying to find a cure to turn us back into ourselves." he explained calmly. Tooth was freaking out about this and tries to run away, but North tackled her to calm her down. "Let me go! Let me go! Just tell me what's going on." Tooth yelled.

"Mom, calm down. We're trying to help you." said Jack. "Yeah, all because of that mirror Man in Moon gave to Sandy." muttered Tooth. He looked at the mirror and asked, "This was Sandy's mirror? What was it doing in Bunny's Warren?"

Then, Sandy flew by while searching for his mirror. He looked at the floor where the bunnies are and found it. He isn't sure why North has bunnies at the North Pole. So he decides to pet one of them until Bunny shouted, "Excuse me? Does it look like I'm a pet to you?!" Sandy quickly dropped him and freaked out that his family are bunnies.

"Don't faint, Sandy. We need you to turn us back into ourselves. Tooth said this is your mirror, right?" said North as he gave him the mirror. Sandy takes a look at it and sees the mirror likes to duplicate the people who see their reflection. He fixes it by switching the rabbit mode to normal mode. He ordered everyone to look at the mirror in order for them to turn back to normal.

ZAP!

Everyone was on the ground and were not bunnies anymore. When they woke up, they checked on themselves to see if the cure worked. Jack looks at his hands and finds out he's back to normal. "I'm me again. Bunny, you're not the cutest little bunny rabbit anymore." he exclaimed. Bunny looked at himself and said, "Oh yeah. That's more like it." Now Tooth can fly again and North can be big and strong. "Ha ha!" North yelled happily.

Sandy clapped in joy as his friends are back to normal. "Thanks, Sandy. We wouldn't be the same without you. Do me a favor and get rid of that mirror before the whole bunny incident happens again." said Jack as he joins the rest in hibernation.

He looks at the mirror one last time before he throws it out of the window and into the snow. Then, the snow buries it very deep. Never to be seen again.
