Chapter 9: "Dancing in Circles…"

"The Godmothers…"

Olivia allowed them into her apartment, and closed her door. They were already in her kitchen with her mother's tea kettle in hand, placing on the stove. They were talking between themselves about her "Mystery Man," the dance competition, and Max. But most of all her mother. Her two visitors were her grandmother's Marla's (Na Na) best friends since their early school days, all the way to college into adult-hood.

Na Na was her mother's mom, and best friend's with Rose since elementary school. Her Auntie Rose and Marla met in second grade when they ended up being in the same class. Both Rose and Marla, hated their teacher. Mrs. Shultz ran a strict classroom, and kept her students on task on their toes. She was an older lady, and expected her students to work hard.

Rose and Marla were not the top students but did their work and kept out trouble (most of time.) As they went through the following grade levels together, their friendship grew stronger. They hung out constantly at the other's house on the weekends. When they couldn't see each other, Rose and Marla were on the phone.

When Rose and Marla hit middle school, they were placed at a table with Lois. Their teacher Mr. Howard, had no idea what he had done. From that day forward "The Three Musketeers" were born. Rose and Marla became best friends with Lois and the rest is history. The "girls" friendship grew over the years, and they remained close.

When each one married, they were the "maids of honor" at the other's wedding, and god-mother to any little one's that came along. When Marla gave birth to Maya, Olivia's mother, both friend's argued who her god-mother was going to be. Marla couldn't decide and chose both.

As Maya grew up, she was very close to both Rose and Lois. She loved them both equally and relied on them both for advice when it came to boys, sex, what college to attend, and everything in between. Maya had a close bound with her own mother, but at times when she just needed someone to talk to, she went to her "aunts."

This was especially the case when Maya starting dating Olivia's father. He was "different" from anyone previously she had brought home, and spoke to her aunts about it. "If you think he's the one's dear, then I am sure your parents will approve," both women told her. Maya hoped it was the case but she still had her doubts.

"But what if Mom hates him. I really like him," Maya explained to both Lois and Rose.

"Then we will make sure we are there when you bring him to meet her. Your mother is a very stubborn woman, but when she sees how happy he makes you, I think she'll give in. It will just take time," Rose assured her.

"If my mother hates him. Then what," Maya huffed and sat down.

"Then we will be there for you no matter what dear. You are our god-child and we promised your mother we would always be there for you," Lois then explained.

Maya smiled and when the day came to bring home Olivia's father, to say the least Marla was shocked. It was not what she expected from her ONLY daughter. Maya's father didn't like him at first but once he got to know him, he realized that even though both were different, they loved each other.

"He's not like us," Marla explained to Maya's father.

"No he's not but look at how he looks at our daughter. He sees her differently," Maya's father expressed. "It's not like when we got together. The world is more excepting now."

"Of course he sees her differently," Marla grumbled. "He's not from our side of town."

At this point, Olivia's grandfather pulled Marla into the other room. "Marla Pope that is NOT what I meant and you know it. Maya told me about him when they first met. He approached her and was terrified to speak to her at first. Maya worked hard to where she is today, and this is the first man she has brought home to us in some time."

"But," Marla protested. "He's older than her, and what about his family," questioning.

"I asked him. He brought Maya home and his parents adore her. His father told her that she's just what his son needs to keep his ass in line. Maya tells him how it is and he can either except it or let it go. She has apparently been joining them for a Sunday Brunch now for over a month. We will have them over for Sunday Dinner if you like but I believe Maya has found the one in this man," Maya's father explained to Marla.

"And if they marry, then what," Marla explained more. "If there are children, they will be…"

"Their babies will be OUR grandchildren and we will shower them with love, feed them sweets and some them home to Maya and their father," Maya's father giggled. "Give him a chance. He really loves Maya. She's good for him and vice versa."

"Fine," Marla huffed going into the other room, now seeing Maya introducing him to Rose, Lois and their husbands. Maya's aunts teased the new man in her life, but in time her mother grew to love him. Once they married, Marla became very close to her "only son in law."

A few years later, Olivia's older brother Elijah Samuel, was born. He was an image of both is loving parents; even over 30 years later. He grew into a man that was respected in the community, and in college. He became a history, political science teacher, making his mother and father proud.

Two years later, arriving three weeks early, Olivia Carolyn. She was due the beginning of August but arrived mid-July instead. Instantly "Little Lib's" was wrapped around her father's, grandfather's and Marla's fingers. Both sets of "Grandparents" dotted on Olivia and Eli equally. But Eli knew she was the apple of both grandfather's eyes while he was spoiled to no end by both "Grans."

Both Olivia and Eli are still both lucky enough to have their grandfather in their life even now, but their grandmother Marla passed away when they were six and eight. She had been in ill health for some time and finally passed away having a stroke in her sleep. It affected Maya the hardest, and she missed her mother every day.

Luckily for Maya, she had Lois and Rose to help her with Eli and Olivia. Even as adults, these two "Mother figures" in their lives have been there for them in anything and everything. This was especially the case when Eli and Olivia lost their mother when they were twelve. She went into the hospital for a routine procedure, and ended up dying on the table.

To this very day, the doctors have no idea what happened. Olivia's remembers the hospital staff coming out giving the news to her father, herself and Eli that their mother passed away on the operating table. Their father lashed out, and began to change. He grew more distant, cold and began grooming Eli and Olivia for bigger things.

By the time she was fifteen, their father decided to run for office. He had a political science degree and thought he had what it took to make his state better. After speaking to both his parents and Maya's father, he threw his name in for the election and won. Little by little her father changed before her eyes and became power hungry.

Both Olivia and her brother hoped meeting their step-mother would bring their father back, but it didn't. He softened slightly, because he truly loved their step-mother but her mother was the love of his life. Olivia knew every time he looked at her, he saw Maya, which did not help things.

Olivia was bold, brave, and stood up for what she believed. She had her mother's eyes, body build, and as her dancing abilities grew, her father saw Maya in her more and more all the time. By the time Olivia went to college, and cut her father out of her life, she realized it was because she was too much like her mother.

Eli, was softer version of Olivia, but he too had his mother's eyes, but at times their father commanding presence. When her brother came to realize their father was grooming Olivia to become First Lady, incase his own political dreams didn't work out, Eli also began pulling away from him. Eli loved his father, but needed to be there for his sister and her dreams.

Eli would protect his "baby sister" at all costs no matter if it hurt him or not. He sheltered her from their father and vowed to protect her, especially when she became a dancer. Eli went to some of her practices and her Juilliard audition, where she met Max. He cheered with her, when the judges announced that she made it into the program.

Once she went to Julliard and became a professional dancer, Eli could not have been more proud to be her older brother. She had not seen him in the audience but he had called her on the weekends after seeing her compete. He was so proud of her for following her dream, and going after what she wanted. To this very day Eli still called her "Little Lib's," and it drove her crazy.

Anytime Olivia talked with her brother, they both realized how much they missed their mother, but how lucky they were to have their mother's Godmothers Rose and Lois in their lives. These two women helped raise them after their mother passed away. It was also a great comfort to Olivia because they lived right across the hall from her.

"Sipping my Tea…"

"Livy," Olivia heard her name being called, being brought back into the present. "Come and sit with us dear."

"Here we go," Olivia grumbles to herself, walking into her kitchen. She sees both Rose and Lois waiting for her with hot tea, and her favorite red velvet cake.

"Child don't you grumble under your breath at us. We getting told old for that crap," her Aunt Rose scolds. "I still have my hearing and your mother would put you in a corner if she heard you."

"Rose leave her alone," Lois taps the chair for Olivia to sit beside her. "If you start picking on her now she'll never tell us anything about that SEXY man that dropped her off."

Olivia swallows quickly. "I don't know what you're talking about. There was no SEXY man that dropped me off. You BOTH need to have your eyes examined," as she sips her tea.

Rose now sits next to Olivia and places her fingers gently on the cup. "Let Auntie Rose allow you in on a little secret," making Olivia raise her eyes. "I just didn't get off the bus honey and I know a sexy ass man," making Lois start to laugh. "When I see one."

"Aunt Rose, I still…," pleading with them to stop.

"Hush child," Lois takes her hand. "You can deny it all you want but WE know what we saw and most importantly WHO."

"Okay you two are crazy. I don't know WHO you think you saw drop me off, but it was someone from my dance studio giving me a ride home," attempting to explain to her aunts. She was praying that they did not see Fitz, but her gut told her otherwise.

"OH yah," Rose then takes out her camera phone. "Then who is this sexy fine ass man you necking in the back of this bullet proof SUV with," showing Olivia the picture she took.

"Oh Shit Fuck," Olivia gasps out seeing her and Fitz in a lip lock. Then of him saying good bye to her. His face was nuzzled into her open palm. You could clearly tell from the photo that it was Fitzgerald Thomas Grant III, The President of the United States.

Rose and Lois snickered, and sat next to her. Olivia buried her head in her hands on the table embarrassed and not sure how to explain what has happened to her since meeting Fitz. She thought she had her life figured out, until their eyes met that first night of the competition. With one glance, one touch, heck one dance he changed her forever.

She felt both Rose and Lois hands rub her back gently. She finally leans back and sees both her grandmother's best friends just sitting waiting for an explanation. After a few minutes passed, "Look it's not what you think okay. He wants me to teach him," stammering out in one breath.

"Teach him what dear," Rose blurts out first. Rose was always the "aunt" who said embarrassing comments at family functions to get a rise out of you. "Because if he needs kissing lessons let me tell you, that man had your toes twitching, weave curling and falling out."

Olivia mouths falls open. "Oh my God," blushing profusely. "It was just a quick kiss."

"There was nothing quick about it. Honey you about jumped him in the car," Lois nudges her arm. "Trust me I'd jump him if I saw him. President Grant is one sexy ass man. Hell he's sex on legs."

Just as Lois says the last statement Olivia sips her tea. She practically spits it out across the table, sending tea bubbles all over her face. "Aunt Lois," wiping her face off. "You can't say that about the Leader of the Free World."

"Well why not dear. The man definitely knows how to move his mouth. Can you imagine how he is in the…," Rose fans herself.

"Oh my god," Olivia feels her face heat up and pushes away from the table. "We are NOT having this conversation."

"Why can't we Lib's," Rose then asks. "We are all grown adults."

"Because he wants me to teach him to dance for the State Dinner coming up. How am I supposed to do that if we turn into something more? I already have a hard time staying focused when I am around him. Jesus when he touches me, I get tingles," Olivia bits her lip.

"Tingles huh," Lois questions her in an "all-knowing" voice. "Libby I am sure that man can give you more than just tingles. I swear you walked up to your door on a cloud of candy hearts and rainbows."

"Stop," chastising Lois, but blushing badly. "I was not. I did no such thing," feeling overheated.

"Oh HELL yes you were dear," Rose chimes in. "I have been watching you dance for years dear. I've seen Max float you across the floor. But in all my years I have NEVER seen you like this. You need to put some lead weights in your shoes. If a kiss from the President can do all that, can you imagine do the horizontal mombo…"

"Oh for the love of my Momma in heaven. You two are being silly," Olivia huffs getting up from her table and walking away.

"Are we child," Rose contradicts Olivia first. "So what does the President of the United States want you to teach him? Cuz trust your Aunt Rose honey, I am sure the man is well versed in many areas already."

"Aunt Rose," Olivia throws her napkin at her. But both Lois and Rose give her their "look" and wait for her to answer. "He wants me to teach him to dance for his first State Dinner coming up. He can't make an ass-hat out of himself on national television again because he clearly has two left feet," causing all three of them to chuckle.

Lois then grins. "Oh yes child I've seen him dance on the TV. Lord Almighty he is plain awful," waving her hand in the air. "I don't blame him asking you for help. You are the best." Olivia smiles not believing them. "What dear you are?"

"You're just saying that because my Momma was your God-child," she teases them.

"No Dear," Rose gets up and takes her hand. "We are saying that because you ARE the best."

Olivia leans over and kisses Rose on the cheek. Rose and Lois ask about Fitz's girls and she explains to both Lois and Rose about teaching Nina and Bells. Her "aunts" see the joy in her eyes talking about both of Fitz's children. They had not seen her this excited about lessons in a long time.

"So you get along well with his twins," Lois knows the answer but asks the question.

"I do Aunt Lois. Those girls of his are incredible. I adore them," voicing with emotion. "It also helps that they love Max. He's so lucky to have them. Despite everything that has happened to Nina and Bells, their father has done such a great job raising them on his own," she explains with sadness in her voice.

Rose and Lois remember hearing on the news when Fitz lost Bellamy. It was brought up in his campaign for the White House. He handled it beautifully in the press, as did his girls. You could instantly tell how much he truly loved his wife, family, and his daughters. The way Fitz spoke about her during the campaign melted the nation's heart, and helped him win the White House.

"The President is a good man Sweetheart," Rose hands her the cup of tea back. "You should teach him. It seems to me that he needs you."

"Aunt Rose, I don't…," and she stops talking and looks out the window. She can see the White House in the distance, and wonders if Fitz had made it back yet and if Abby is scolding him. "I told him I needed to think about it." She then takes her tea, walks to her living room and sits down on the couch. Rose and Lois follow her and sit next to her.

"Child," Lois voices in a southern voice. "What is THERE to think about? The President of the United States is asking for your help. You CANNOT say NO."

"Why not," she voices in a whining tone. "If my father…,"

"Who gives a flying fuck about your father," Rose fires next.

"Aunt Rose," Olivia scolds never hearing Rose talk that way. "He wants more from me than 'just' dancing lessons."

"No shit honey," Lois chastises her next. "No man kisses or looks at a woman like that if he just wants to get in your shoes," adding a wink. "That man wants all of you."

Olivia pushes herself off the couch walking away from them, not wanting to hear anymore. Rose and Lois know this is more than just about her father. It's about letting someone in her life, and heart again. Olivia has always been very guarded with her heart and feelings, ever since she was a child.

"I don't want HIS heart," she whimpers. "I can't take something that he can't ever mend if I break it. Everyone that gets close to me ends up getting hurt because of my freaked up family. I don't want that for HIM or his girls. Plus once he find out WHO I am…,"

Rose then walks to her and takes both her hands stopping her rambling. "Now you listen to me child. Fitzgerald Thomas Grant III is not JUST any man. He is the Leader of the Free World and the means to keep you safe."

"Aunt Rosie," replying in a meek voice. "I don't want his protection. I can't just BE with him."

"And who says," Lois counters quickly.

"Really. My father has tried to push me on EVERY SINGLE politician. He tried to groom me to become someone's political wife, and then eventually First Lady. I can't be with Fi-," stopping herself from saying his name, "President Grant. I'd be stepping right into the lion's den. We won't work."

"Livy," Rose reaching for her. "You NEED to stop being terrified. What if that is your TRUE destiny?"

"Oh stop," walking backwards not wanting to listen anymore.

"I WILL NOT STOP," Rose bellows, shocking Olivia. "Lois and I have supported your decisions your whole life my dear, including your dancing. You are an incredible dancer Darling," smiling. "But what if this dancing, lead you to where you truly belong. HE can give you a life, a life you've only dreamed about."

"Dreams cannot come true. Life is NOT a fairy tale. And when you think otherwise it becomes a problem," Olivia contradicts.

"No it's only a problem if you allow it to be Dear," Rose rubs her arms. "President Fitzgerald Grant is already head of over heels for you I reckon. I can see it in his eyes while he watches you dance, and how he looked at you when you got of his car. You have his heart whether he realizes it or not. Has he told you how he feels?"

"Yes. He just doesn't want dance lessons, he wants it all. He wants ALL OF ME. In order for that to happen, he has to see my dark past too. And then his wife that he lost," she murmurs. "I don't want to take her place."

"Oh Livy," Lois comes to her next. "You will never take her place. He will love her always. But there is something happening between you two that is extraordinary. You just have to be willing to meet him half way."

"You BOTH sound like Abby," Olivia grumbles in protest. "I don't want to meet him half way. He was not supposed to meet me by my car tonight. He wasn't supposed to kiss me outside the competition hall," he voice begins to crack with emotion.

"Livy," both Lois and Rose coo, seeing her tears begin to stream down her face.

"That kiss…," touching her lips. "My God…I had NEVER been kissed like that before Aunt Rose, Aunt Lois. Fitz," her voices cracks finally uttering his name. "Walked up to me with so much determination in his eyes, adoration, and passion. I tried to stop him but once he hands went on my face, and his lips touched mine, all my thoughts went out the window."

"Oh Heavens," Rose speaks first, never hearing Olivia speak this way about anyone.

"He kissed me like I was his oxygen; that everything in his life lead up to that moment when our lips touched. My whole life I had just been breathing, dancing in circles so to speak to get by. And then Fitz," now really crying, "placed his soft lips on me, and changed it all. In that one first shattering kiss, he literally took my breath away. He literally made my dancing in circles stop, finally giving it meaning. I felt more alive than I ever have; even dancing with Max. Everything I had been searching for my whole life was finally given to me and I am so afraid if I stop dancing in circles, I'll lose."

Olivia walked to her couch, and sat. She balled herself up in a corner and cried. Rose and Lois came to her instantly. One slid next to her and the other knelt before her. Both touched her legs, causing Olivia to only cry more. "You have nothing to lose child. But there is however plenty to gain."

"Besides two broken feet, and heart," she scoffs in between her tears. "I am not the right woman for him. All I will do is cause him more pain and heart ache."

Rose then places her hand on Olivia's back to calm her down hoping to sooth her fears. She then gently explains that when her mother brought home her father, her grandmother was unsure if he was the right man for her. Olivia's crying stops as she listens to Rose and then Lois fill her in on more of the details.

"Do you know what would have happened if your Papa didn't intervene," Olivia shakes her head no. "Then your mother and father would have missed out on finding their perfect someone. And just maybe you and Eli would not be here."

"But now Momma is gone," voicing with tears. "My father hasn't been the same since. Losing her changed him."

"Yes your mother was the love of his life. However, I have no doubt that he does loves your step-mother. She is a good woman and she loves you and Eli very much," Lois pulls her in for a hug. "But you thinking you are not right for President Grant is wrong. There is something about you that draws him to you and vice versa. Both of you have finally stopped 'dancing in circles' and found what makes you better. Don't let your past get in the way finding your true happiness Child."

Olivia exhales, and gazes intently at both of mother's God-mothers. Inside she knows that they are right but she is still afraid. She sips her hot tea, and glances over the cup at both of them wondering what she should do. In the background, on her piano she sees a picture of Maya and herself. They were "twirling" around to their special song.

"There's Hope…"

Rose then asks, "So when is your first lesson with The President?"

"This Sunday," walking up to her mother's picture. "If I go. But he told me if I don't he'll send a car for me and bring me into the White House. The man is insufferable. He just doesn't give up," running her fingers over the photo.

"I think a man that knows what he wants is sexy," Rose chastises. "Especially when he's Fitzgerald Thomas Grant III."

A small smile appears on Olivia's face. But it fades when he picks up the photo of her and Maya, bringing it to her chest. Rose and Lois understand why she does not want to go now. It's not just about teaching Fitz, it is what Sunday means for her and her brother. "Why don't you tell him Dear? I'm sure he'll understand."

"Maybe," is all she replies. "But if I go, I could be sending him the wrong message and I…,"

"How about you think about what you could be giving up if you do not go," Lois points out, and plants a kiss on her forehead. She then walks off into the kitchen and begins to clean up. Rose allows Olivia to think things over until a few moments later she joins them. She only smiles and her teaching Fitz is brought up no longer.

After they leave her, Olivia showers, and crawls into bed. She still has not decided if she will see Fitz in two days or not. She is worn out from the competition, her car breaking down, and the encounters with Fitz. He's is in her mind more and more, invading her thoughts. Even now as she's laying in her bed, her mind is wondering how about him.

She hopes he made it back to the White House without the Press finding out. If they indeed knew he was not there, there would be hell to pay later. She never would have anticipated that it would have been Fitz himself that came to her rescue. He was crazy and reckless with his safety to come to her aid in his aspiration to see her again.

She scolded him for his decision, wishing he didn't. But in a small way, she was happy that it was him. Deep down she wanted to see him again, but was too afraid to admit it. Fitz was a man that exudes confidence and expects to get what he wants. Never in Olivia's life had she met someone like him, and it frightened her.

In both times he came to see her dance, everything about her changed on the dance floor. Max is her partner, and he had been for so long. They had always had this incredible connection to one another, without having to use words. One look she knew what Max wanted from her. But Fitz, it was past that.

This connection between them, scares her. She's only known him for a few weeks, but when she gazes up in his perfect blue eyes she loses herself. They envelope her senses, her very being. Incidents like this are NOT supposed to happen in real life. You are not supposed to look into someone's eyes, and "just know" they are who you have been waiting for.

Fitz "amazes her" in a way causes her heart to stop and flutter at the same time. In that first glance in his eyes weeks before, her entire world changed. In that one moment, everything faded away, except Fitz. The feeling she encountered was more than she could take, and since then she has been dancing in circles from it and Fitz. If she stops dancing and allows herself to feel, she won't be able to go back.

From their first encounter to dance, Olivia felt Fitz's arms around her for days. Her skin remained on fire from where he held her close. She fit perfectly in his arms; like her body was made for his. Her hand settled in his, and when the other reached around her to dance, she swore her world shifted and turned on its axis.

Then that first kiss he gave her. Her body never responded to a kiss from anyone like that. Not only did she feel her toes curl and foot pop, but when their lips touched she "just knew." He had the softest lips of any man she had been with before. With each movement, all Olivia wanted to do was get lost in their warmth forever.

She wrapped her arms around her body, remembering where Fitz's were earlier that evening. Her skin prickled even now at the memory. She felt the fire beginning to return in her stomach, as the memory of them pressed against the wall and her legs wanting to wrap around his body. She never desired any man this way before, and it scared her more. But what amazed her was that he wanted her just as much, maybe more.

Olivia then closes her eyes, and sees Fitz's face before her. His shimmering blue eyes gazing down into hers, take her breath away. She realizes that kiss was not planned. She should be upset at him, but she can't. Both their faces are of pure bliss and contentment, a feeling neither have experienced in so long. As her eyes begin to flutter, she finally falls asleep.

Two Days later…Sunday…

In the two days since seeing Fitz, Olivia had been busy at her studio and apartment. She had still not made a decision about whether to teach Fitz or not. Rose and Lois had been asking her the day before and anytime they saw her. She finally got so frustrated, that she refused to answer phone calls from them or Abby.

As the clock nears ten in the morning, she hears her phone vibrating next to the bed. "Oh my God," she groans thinking is Rose or Lois, maybe Abby checking on her again she picks it up.

"No I haven't made up my mind yet," she grumbles into the phone, as she answers. "But there's hope."

"Mind made up about what," she hears Fitz deep baritone voice on the other end.

"Mr. President," answers quickly practically dropping the phone.

"We are SO past the 'Mr. President' crap Liv," he chastises.

"How did you get my number?"

"You gave it to me remember," shamelessly pointing out. He hears "Doh," on the line and giggles. She exhales loudly on the other end, and Fitz smiles, but she becomes very quiet. For the next minute they listen to each other inhale and exhale on the line. No one utters a word, as they listen to the other breath at the same time as the other.

Olivia swallows quickly, feeling her stomach turn upside that she is on the phone with the President of the United States. He to her labored breaths, knowing she is trying to think of something to say to him. "So," Fitz murmurs breaking the ice. His deep voice instantly warms her body.

"So," she huskily replies. She blushes hearing Fitz sigh on the line. "You're calling me."

Fitz chuckles. "I'm calling you," he answers softly. He had been trying to relax and not think about her but it was not working. She had been in his thoughts all weekend, and hearing her voice was the only thing he could think of to do to calm him down.

"Why," biting her lip.

"I wanted to hear your voice," he replies in a tone that causes her heart to skip a beat. "And…"

"And what," she dares to ask.

Fitz chuckles on the line. "It IS Sunday Livy" causing her breath to hitch on the line, hearing how he mutters her name.

"Mr. President," she reacts in a pitch, causing Fitz to moan into the phone. "I am well aware of what day of the week it is…," raising her voice.

"Good. Then agree to teach me to dance Olivia. If you say yes, I'll have Tom bring the car around and I'll be there in ten minutes…," praying that she'll agree.

She exhales labored breath. "I still don't think that's appropriate," swallowing quickly before she caves. "But there is hope," deciding to flirt with him.

"Screw appropriate, I want down and dirty," sending Olivia into a fit of laughter. "Admit it you want to do it too. And I want to know…"

Cutting him off, "I never said," she hears her door bell ring. "Hold on a minute," knowing it is Rose and Lois pestering her for an answer again. The knocking increases and as she swings the door opens, she drops her phone to the ground, in total shock.

"Hi. As I was saying Livy," Fitz smiles wickedly standing before her, leaning against her doorframe. "I want to know what hope means."

"Hi," is she all musters. She attempts to speak but is halted when he pulls her into his arms.

"Quiet," Fitz groans, leaning down for a kiss that should halt their #DancingInCircles before they even have a chance to start.

*Drops her Dancing Shoes (along with hope) and runs….

Yuppers that's it. Now please don't hate me. I ended it this way with Fitz AT HER DOOR because there is NO WAY she can say NO to teaching him (Or can she?) Plus like Rose and Lois say they just "love a man" that goes after what he wants. And Fitz wants her and as you noticed he ain't taking NO for an answer. #PeskyPOTUS.

Speaking of Rose and Lois (Liv's Gram's besties and Maya's Godmothers) aren't they a trip. I really enjoyed Rose from the show. I thought it would be a nice change for Olivia to have someone to really talk to about Fitz (other than Abby.) Can you imagine when these two meet Fitz? Oh Lord the poor man won't ever be the same.

This chapter you also learned some backstory on Olivia's family (mainly her mother Maya Pope) and that she has an older brother Eli. I want her to have a somewhat "normal" family before you meet Daddy Dearest. And if you are wondering when that will be, not for a bit yet. There are some things that need to happen first.

So please leave me your LONG and LENGTHY #JudgesScore and let us hope that these two love birds will no longer #DanceInCircles.

Thank you for reading…Me's
