I'm back from the dead for another Chapter. Life got in the way once again what I'm sorry for. I just wanted to post another Chapter in hope someone is still reading it. Have fun.
"Will we be save here?" he heard a Le-Matoran woman ask clutching her child closer. The whispers where getting louder as Turaga Whenua bellowed. "We can only answer your questions if you keep quiet!" there was no sound as Matau said. "We can assure you here you will be most-safely! The Toa will protect you!" "But they are just kids!" a Ta-Matoran laughed. "Why won't we get any informations about the well-being of the others?" "This can't be the whole truth!"
"We can't tell you the whole truth since we don't know anything either! We have no idea how the Rakshi survived or who they fight with! We have a group of Matorans sent to check it!" Nokama said. "Just be patient with us!" they parted and left Toa and Turaga alone. "They are scared and don't know what to do!" Onewa said and turned to Hewkii. "Keep an eye on them!" he nodded and walked to the observation place.
"I will check the archives for informations about this!" Hahli said and looked around. "I will follow you!" Matoro decided and looked at Kopeke. "Can you do me a favour?" his friend nodded. "Sure!" "Keep an eye on the others and let me know when something is happening!" "You still don't trust him?" he started to snicker. "I would rather let myself being mauled by a Rahi before I would trust Ehrye!" "I understand!" he turned around and walked away.
In the bibliothek they sat a few minutes in silence. "Tell me about this man you talked about!" Matoro looked to her. "What do you mean?" he faked wondering and smiled. "You know what I mean! There was something in your eyes when you talked about him!" placing his glasses on the table he sighed. "Tiredness? Being pissed off?" "Sadness and hate!" he blinked. "What?" "There was sadness in your eyes, as if you hate to remember something, did he harass you?" he ignored her and looked at the book before him. Books older than Turaga Dume himself. "Matoro!" "Hahli, I don't want to talk about it!" he groaned. "It's nothing I'm fond of remembering!" she rolled her eyes. "Suits yourself, but know that you can talk to all of us!"
"All of you? Nuparu Made it pretty clear he don't like me that much!" he answered and grabbed another book. "I need to go, will read through this in my bedroom!" "You can't just leave an-!" the alarm went off. "An attack?" she wondered as Matoro dropped the books on the table. "We need to check!" he let his sword appear and Hahli grabbed for the Laser Harpoon she decided for.
"Report!" Jaller screamed as they where at the entrance. "Rakshi!" the young man whispered in fear and turned away. Running off. "Hey, Rakshi are creepy anyway!" Kongu smirked and jumped to the side when a pawn was trying to catch him. "Bloody hell!" he shot an air arrow at him and landed beside Jaller and Hahli. "We need a plan!" she screamed firing water towards her target. "Actually I got one! Matoro I need you!" Jaller commanded as he followed him. "Kongu, Hewkii you go to the left! Hahli, Nuparu to the right!"
"When did you became the leader?" the Toa of Stone asked but followed his order anyway. "We need to work together!" Jaller said as he attacked with fire.
"Matoro fire your ice at it!" the Rakshi screamed in pain as Matoro nodded. "The Rakshi is wet?" he wondered as Jaller shot electricity at it. It started to scream.
"Let's try this too Kongu?" Hewkii smirked as he stomped on the ground, making the little pebbles jump up and down. "I well-understand what you mean!" he smirked and surrounded air with his Air Crossbow. The pebbles started to fly towards the Rakshi as the wind became a storm. "Haha, it's well-working! I'm most-impressed!" Kongu fired up a few arrows and perforated the Rakshi. "Really well-working this ari-crossbow!"
"Can you make the ground more moddy?" she nooded surrounding the water with her Harpoon. The large creature sunk in deeper and deeper as he got stuck in it. "That was an awesome idea!" Nuparu agreed as the Toa of Water shock it with electricity. The screams where short. "How did you got the idea? Jaller?" Matoro turned to the Fire Toa who smirked. "Got the idea when I was mask hunting!" he giggled. "We are safe, now!"
Matoro was in the room he shared with Kopeke, he was in his bed and read through the book. "Can I talk to you for a moment?" he nodded and placed it on the nightstand. "Ehrye still tries to make you look bad, he can't forgive you!" Matoro rolled his eyes. "It's nearly a year since I became a Toa and he still thinks that it's okay to make my life miserable?" he groaned. "Toa Kopaka said I can't freeze him, but I really could take him and use him as Rahi food!" Both laughed. "Matoro?" he looked at his oldest friend. "I-!" a knock brought them out. "Wait a minute!" he smiled and opened it. Before him was Turaga Nuju. "We got news from Kopaka!"
"I'm back in a few!" he said and left Kopeke alone. He felt on the ground with his hands in his face. "Damn it!"
"He still is weak considering his injuries!" the woman said as they followed her. "I give you seven minutes, knowing how important this is!" "Thank you!" Matoro looked at her and walked through the door, trying to stay behind Nuju. "I heard you where a worthy successor the time I was unconscious?" he nodded. "Turaga Nuju said I'm more then worthy to be a Toa!" he couldn't hide his pride while translating. "That´s what I told you before!" he smirked. "Matoro, you remember when we won the war against the Bohrok?" he nodded. "Why?" "They are back!"
Nuju made a whistle sound which didn't have to be translated. "Impossible!" he negated. "Kohrak came in one of my dreams, he often haunted me!" Nuju sat down, his face written over with fear. "Why did you never talked to me about it?" "Because you had other things to worry about Turaga, but that´s beyond the point. I tell you about it is because we need to form a plan to destroy them for all!" "What ideas do you have?" Matoro wondered and walked closer to the Turaga. "Still nothing, I'm to tired right now!" they understood. "Alright, then we will take a leave. Rest well Toa!" Matoro greeted and walked out.
"The Bohrok?" Nuju sighed in fear. "That´s impossible, they were killed in the last fight, how are they back?" "I have no idea, but we will destroy them for once and for all!" he negated. "Matoro, you and the others are exceptional fighters, don't misunderstand me but this is to much! We need you to protect the Matorans and not destroy the enemy!" "In other words you think we are not able to kill them!"
He turned away from him and walked back in his sleeping room. There he passed Kopeke. "How is he doing?" a smile was on his face. "Better, but still weak. Kopeke?" he wanted to make sure he knew the truth. "The Bohrok are back!" his face felt as Kopeke sat down. "This can't be true!" he negated and whispered the words over and over again. "Please tell me it is a joke!" "It isn´t, I'm sorry!" "Do you know what this means?" he nodded. "Of course!"
"And what are we going to do?" Nuparu asked as he looked in around. "We have to hope that the Toa Mata will recover in time!" Vakama said. "It can't be that long anymore but we have to hope it's fast!" "We need a backup plan!" Matau said. "Turaga Nuju said that whatever we are planning it won't work the way it has to!" Matoro translated and closed his eyes. "There has to be another chance." "I agree with Matoro! There has to be!" he could see the other agreeing too. "It's far to strange for us to get Toas and then they come back? I want to know the truth!"
"This is not some children game, you can get killed!" Vakama groaned in frustration. "So what?" Hahli smirked followed by Kongu. "We have a sworn-duty for the Great Spirit and Metru-Nui."
"We are the Toa Inika and will kick asses!" Hewkii agreed. "This can't change anything for us!" "Nuparu and the others are right!" Jaller said. "You can't change our decision as we will fight and defend everyone, for the Matorans and all Toas before us!" Matoro said and looked at Nuju who said something.
"Turaga Nuju said we need to let them fight their fights without trying to tell them they can't! We need to have faith in them!" "Alright, then you might follow your duty!"
