So, so, so sorry. I know it's not enough, but thanks to everyone who is still hanging in there and reading this after I've been such a terrible updater. I've been kind of working more on my Avenging Angel story (which you should totally check out if you're a fan of the Avengers and Clintasha) and I started school again, so I've been ignoring this one. I'll try and get more into it!

So sorry!

"He's here." Jenny warned her friends, pulling out her favorite gun and hoping to god that they got to Rose before the Doctor caught up. River had filled them in on the dangers and Jon was sticking close, guarding Jenny as they moved through the dark, dank cellar of the ship that was holding her aunt hostage.

The Harding society was going to pay for what they were doing to Bad Wolf as long as Jenny had a say in anything. No one kidnapped and hurt Rose. No one.

"Then we'd better hurry. River, after you." Jack smirked at River, his smile taking on a predator edge at the sight of her. While Jack was usually just a flirt, he'd made things more serious with River, since she could give it all back. That meant that no one knew what was going to happen when they got together, and Jenny didn't really care at the moment. More important things than speculating on that relationship. They were more complicated than Jon and Jenny. Hell, they were more complicated than Rose and the Doctor.

"Thanks, Handsome." She sashayed past him, her gun out as she took on a more serious air. Jack would protect River, just like Jon would protect Jenny, and that was all they could really ask for. She was in better hands than ever.

Everyone tried to keep silent as they walked, no one saying a word as they slipped through the empty corridors and up a stairwell towards the 'medical bay'. Apparently, they'd put Rose in quarantine when they'd caught her and no one went to the medical bay anymore, thinking she had some deadly disease. No one knew that she was actually powering their ship through the Time Vortex that was rattling around in her subconscious. Bad Wolf was just present enough to protect Rose, which they were all thankful for at the moment. If not, she'd be long dead.

Now was the time to make sure that nothing else happened to Rose. And Jenny took that job very seriously. While Rose always protected all of them, showing up when they needed her, who took care of her? Now was time to find out.

They made it to main control of the medical bay when the guards got back. For a moment, neither group moved, just stared at each other.

"Jenny, go." River's voice sprung everyone into action, Jenny dropping to the ground and rolling out of the way as guns were drawn and River attacked first. Jon and Jack were close seconds, while Jenny slipped up the wall and ducked through the control room door.

The guards were too focused on River to even notice Jenny, which gave her an opening. She got to the computers and starting hitting keys, looking over the controls and considering what would help her and what would hurt Rose. There were several that looked daunting that she was curious about, but she pushed that aside and starting looking through the cameras, trying to find something, anything that would tell her where Rose was.

And then she found her.

"River! Two doors down, on the right, 223659." Jenny called out, starting to bypass their room controls. It would take her a minute, but then again, it would take River a minute to get through those men. She started working quickly, familiar with the Harding society's hardware. They'd had a few run ins with them over the years, though they'd never done something to ghastly. Then again, it was their future that Jenny had dealt with, not their past.

"Here." Jenny glanced sideways as Jon took one of the keyboards from her and started helping, his work faster than hers. He was better at working computers than Jenny anyway, so she let him start taking over, waiting for his orders. "Go. I've got this."

Jenny stared at him for a moment, then went onto tiptoes and pressing a kiss to his cheek before taking off, ignoring the stunned bodies of the guards as she got to Jack and River, who were waiting in front of the door for Jon to get into the system and take down all the dangerous little contraptions. Once it's safe, they'd use the code to get in and they'd take Rose home.

A series of beeps over the intercom informed them that the room was clear.

"What was the number?" River asked, hand poised over the number pad.

"223659." Jenny repeated from memory, calm. She had to be calm to deal with what was going to happen. She knew that something bad was going on and she could face it. If Bad Wolf taught her anything, it's that she could face anything, so long as she believed in herself.

"Alright, here we go." River punched it in and then braced herself. Jenny saw the miniscule tightening of her shoulders, saw the way she straightened her back. It was obvious that she was worried, trying not to let it show. If anything, Jenny's aunts were very, very brave.

The door slid open and they all stared, before Jenny shoved past Jack and River, running into the room and dropping onto the floor, next to her aunt.

"Rose!" She started pulling on the wires, yanking the electrodes out and ignoring the small amount of blood that seemed to come out with them. She knew that it must hurt, but she also knew she needed to get them out. They were hurting Rose, so they had to be taken out of her. Besides, Rose was no stranger to any kind of pain.

"Be careful, Jenny." Jack came to drop down beside her, kneeling over Rose's body and helping Jenny pull out the electrodes.

"What do you think you're doing?!" The angry voice had Jack freezing next to her, but Jenny ignored it all, still tearing the electrodes out. They were everywhere, connecting her to the torture devise that was strung into the wall. It made everything seem completely unimportant.

"Doctor, I know you don't understand now, but you need to stand back…" River trailed off and Jack was on his feet, yelling about something as Jenny's vision suddenly whirled, causing her to almost fall over.

So close to Rose, she could feel the regenerative energy as it was pulled into her, trying to bring Rose back to life. It sucked it out of Jenny, the closest person to Bad Wolf that it could find, using it to help bring her back. That was fine with Jenny, though, so she just shook her head and kept working.

"Move." The fury of the Oncoming Storm was a fearful thing, something Jenny didn't wish to see, but she couldn't stop yet. Just a few more of the implants and Rose would be free to save herself. If the Wolf was there it would heal her, Jenny could feel Bad Wolf working and she just had to get Rose free. The attachments were only hindering the process and Jenny gave a good yank on the last one, ripping the offensive little devise out, her hands stained with blood as they reached up to cup Rose's pale cheeks.

Strands of brown hair stuck to Rose's sweat covered face, the blonde bleach grown out to just the very tips of her long hair. Jenny couldn't imagine hurting someone like these people had hurt Rose, but she pushed those thoughts aside, shoving her own energy at Rose and allowing Bad Wolf to take what she needed. Nothing mattered accept Rose living.
