Hello again dear readers! I have a response to a comment today:

To Evyplayz121: I didn't want him to give her a drachma because she would get suspicious of where it came from and why he had one. It's hard to explain.

Enjoy the chapter!

"Phoenix! We are coming up on another planet! Come see!" I woke up to Koreq yelling to me from the front of the bus. I made my way to the windshield groggily to see what the planet was. This one was… interesting… to say the least. The surface swirled with many different colors, the most prominent being a dark violet. From beside me, Koreq explained, "This is Orenda, the Mystic Planet. Here, inhabitants can take classes on meditation and how to control their powers. Every species with powers is welcome on this planet. Once on the planet, a traveler develops a power specifically designed for who they are on the inside. Their leader is Nahimana, a powerful sorceress with the power to cast illusions.

"Despite being a powerful sorceress, Nahimana is actually kind and humorous. Every weekend, she accepts challenges and fights proposed by civilians to see if they can beat her. No one can. Her illusions can fool anyone, even the best warrior, and she is a master of potions. Also, side fact, this planet has every magical plant in the universe. Moonlace, Yarroweed, you name it. They actually have textbooks of the magical properties of every plant in existence. For instance, on a trip to Orenda once, I learned that Redbark Root can cure blindness, and that Sanctuario Blooms can make people see ghosts of their loved ones. The latter has actually made people go mad, so Nahimana banned the use of it." I nodded approvingly.

"I think I should like to go there sometime. If, that is, I don't get stuck on Golnar. Koreq?" I asked. He looked over, slightly worried. "Yes, Phoenix? Is something wrong?" I shook my head. "Nothing is wrong. I just wanted to see if it were possible that you could come to Golnar every half a year in case I should wish to leave." Koreq thought for a moment, then nodded. "I believe that will work." I smiled. "Excellent." Next to me, Koreq sighed. "We are about half a day from Golnar, if you would like to rest." I nodded. "I think I will do that. Wake me up when we get there, please." Koreq nodded. "I will, Phoenix."

"Phoenix! We have reached Golnar!" I leapt out of bed and grabbed my stuff. Just as Koreq had told me earlier, we were currently hovering about two hundred feet over a grey landscape littered with fires. "Wish me luck, Koreq." He saluted me. "Do not die, Phoenix. Just promise me that." I smiled. "I will not die, Koreq. Remember, come every six months!" He smiled. "I will. Good luck, Phoenix. I sincerely hope we see each other again." "As do I." With that statement, I jumped off the bus. I plummeted, momentarily forgetting the hard ground under me. At the last second, however, I pulled the earth up to catch me. I slid down a slide that I had created and landed on my feet. Then the heat hit me. I nearly doubled over and the sudden change in temperature, but strangely, it didn't hurt. It just felt weird.

Then I realized I had heat immunity from Hestia. I grinned. Time to get started. I used my ice powers to create a small shack for me to live in. Why ice, you might ask? Well, I wanted to really push my limits. I figured that if I could keep a house of ice standing without melting in the hottest place in the universe, then I could basically use ice anywhere. See, I'm not a complete idiot. Once the house was finished, I realized I had to concentrate on keeping it up full time. I was already slightly sweating from keeping it up for two minutes. I steeled myself and tried to keep it going for as long as I could. It actually worked… for about fifteen more minutes. Then I just had an evaporated house. I rested for a minute, then tried it again. This time, I managed forty minutes. My ADHD was killing me, but I had to concentrate on this. Otherwise, I might not have a house. I tried again.

Sixty-two houses later, I finally managed to keep it up full time. After I figured out the house problem, I focused on training. Luckily, there was a mountain even taller than the one I found on the Earth Quadrant for me to climb, and running and jumping over all the magma was going to make my marathon even harder. I even managed to summon some precious metals from inside the planet that I could forge into weapons. Then I figured out something. I'm not good at forging. That had always been the Hephaestus kids' job at camp, so I had never tried it out. Welp, now I've got a lot of time to practice. Yippee. I set to work with the iron I had summoned.

A few hours later, I had finally made a dagger that didn't look like a lump of metal. Here's my trick: I used the lumps of metal from my previous attempt and molded them into a forging hammer so I could get clean lines and a mold so I didn't have to do everything by hand. Then I would sharpen the new weapons on the rocks nearby. I really am a genius! I tried it on my new dagger, and it worked like a charm. I actually had a decent throwing knife. See, using knives would remind me of Annabeth. So, I decided to try my hand at throwing knives. I wasn't very good at archery, but I might be good with throwing knives. I pounded with the hammer until I had one perfect throwing knife. I even managed to make it correctly balanced, but I don't know how.

I tested the blade. It might have well been a rock for how dull the edge was. I went over to my sharpening rock and stood there. Once I was done, my back was sore and cracking. "That's gonna hurt in the morning." I muttered. I threw the knife into the hard down. It cut through the ground like a hot knife through butter. Perfect. I looked at the sun. It was almost dark. It took me an entire day just to make one knife! Oh well. At least this will help maintain my endurance and strength. I mean, Beckendorf was ripped from all the time he spent at the forge. I packed up my stuff and headed into my ice house, which was miraculously still standing, and went to sleep.

Meanwhile, on Earth…

"Poseidon, what is wrong?" Hestia asked the sea god, who had come into the throne room more worried than he had been in a while. Poseidon was nearly in tears. "Hestia, Percy's missing!" Those three words had nearly sent Hestia into a fit of sobs. Her son was missing! "No, please tell me it's not true!" Hestia pleaded. Poseidon shook his head, tears streaming down his face. "I w-was going to c-camp to visit him, and w-w-when I went into his cabin, he was g-gone! I asked some of the c-campers, but all they said was, 'Good riddance,' and, 'He's where he belongs.' I asked one of the seven, and they said Percy was banished from camp by Annabeth over a year and a half ago. I checked Sally's apartment, but she and Paul were gone as well! I checked Montauk, but there was nothing. Everything was covered in dust My son is missing again!"

Poseidon was full-on sobbing at this point, using Hestia's shoulder as a cushion. Hestia was in tears herself, and decided to tell Poseidon something. "Poseidon, I need to tell you something. After the awards ceremony, I gave Percy my blessing. He came away from two wars with nothing for himself, and I couldn't bear that. He deserved some reward! I transported him to camp that night. The next day, I felt a large drop in my home domain, so I decided to check it out. What I saw nearly sent me into tears. I'm sorry, brother, but Percy was kneeling on the floor of his mother's apartment, her dead body in his arms." Poseidon seemed to age a thousand years. Hestia decided to continue with her story.

"Percy looked more heartbroken than any man or woman that I have ever seen. But, it turns out, I was not alone. Hera and Hades were there as well. Hera had sensed Percy's loss of family, and Hades had sensed his parents' deaths. They both gave Percy their blessings, and I adopted him as my son." Poseidon looked up at her, eyes red and raw. "He looked like he could use a motherly figure, so I decided to adopt him. He carried Sally's body to Montauk on his own, where he then cut off a chunk of her hair and buried her holding a blue-green coral piece. That was over a year and a half ago, and it was the last time I saw him." Poseidon cried harder than ever.

"Thank you, Hestia, for what you did for my son. Could you call a meeting, please? And invite Chiron, the campers, and the immortal directors as well? They all need to hear this." Hestia nodded and shot a bolt of fire into the sky. She helped Poseidon, who was still weak, to his throne, and she took her own. One by one, the gods flashed in. Chiron, the campers, and the immortal directors appeared in one bright flash. Chiron looked at Hestia curiously. "Lady Hestia, why have you summoned us?" Hestia turned to face the rest of the council. "Council, I have just received word that Percy Jackson is missing, and has been for the past year and a half." The effect on the council was immediate.

Apollo's and Hermes's jaws dropped in shock. Zeus looked unfazed, but you could see worry in his eyes. Hera and Hades started to cry, much to the shock of the campers, and Poseidon sank into his throne, tears streaming down his face. Finally, Athena had the courage to speak up. "What do you mean, he is missing?" Only Hestia and one other Olympian noticed Annabeth slowly back into the shadows. "I think Annabeth has something to say. Let's hear it, shall we?" Apollo said. All eyes turned on Annabeth. "Well, h-he was a threat." she said, her voice quivering. Apollo narrowed his eyes. "How so?" Annabeth drew herself up to full height. "I mean that he was conspiring with the enemy! How else was he able to defeat Kronos and Gaea?"

Apollo and Athena narrowed their eyes further. "Then, my shameful daughter, how do you explain their defeat. If he was working with them, then why are they not in charge right now? How are they not in power?" Annabeth looked slightly worried. "You know what, Athena? I think she's lying." spoke up Hermes. Annabeth looked terrified. "FINE! I banished him because I was jealous! He had the glory and fame and power, and I wanted it! I wanted to be the one in charge! I wanted to be the one everyone looked up to, not him! I'm actually surprised it took you over a year and a half to figure it out! You happy now?"

Athena frowned at her daughter. "You are a foolish girl, Annabeth. If we had known this, we would have never made you a goddess. Unfortunately, this gift cannot be taken back, at least, not permanently. I, Athena, Goddess of Wisdom, hereby disown Annabeth Chase." Annabeth burst into tears. Zeus spoke up. "I motion that we give the girl a punishment for her crimes. I think she should be a servant to Poseidon for one hundred years and take away her title as Camp Director. All in favor?" Thirteen hands rose up (Poseidon was too stricken with grief to care). Zeus clapped his hands. "Very well. Annabeth Chase shall serve Poseidon for one century."

The campers flashed out, along with Chiron and the other immortals and Annabeth. Zeus turned to the council. "Before we go, do any of you have anything on Perseus?" "He isn't dead." Hades told the council. Poseidon lifted his head slightly. "I would like to give Perseus my blessing." Artemis declared. Her brother looked at her in shock. "Arty, are you going crazy? You just offered a man your blessing." Artemis glared at her brother. "One, don't call me Arty. Two, yes I did. He is the only male worthy of my respect and I believe he will need it." Surprisingly, Zeus spoke up as well. "I would also like to give Perseus my blessing." Poseidon fell out of his throne.

"Help... I've fallen... and I can't get up." he muttered. Apollo's laughter echoed around the throne room. "Um, Apollo, I don't think he meant it as a joke." Hestia scolded. Apollo picked up Poseidon and placed him back in his throne. He was still sniggering when he got back into his own throne. "Dad, why do you want to give Percy your blessing? Don't you hate Uncle P's children?" Hermes asked. Zeus smiled. "I do, but Perseus has given me a reason not to hate him." Hermes and Apollo smiled, detecting no lies in that statement. "Well, in that case, I would like to give mine as well." they said in unison. Aphrodite squealed. "MINE TOO! MINE TOO!" Everyone covered their ears. "Council dismissed." Zeus declared. The gods flashed out.

How was that, readers? Yes, the gods are extremely oblivious and too busy with their duties to notice the fact that Percy was gone. Zeus may seem a little OOC, but I kind of like a not-so-arrogant Zeus. It just seems unnatural that he would be extremely arrogant. Also, in other fanfictions that shall remain nameless, why is Poseidon always upset about someone adopting Percy and becoming his mother? It makes no sense to me, so that is why he is grateful in this story instead of angry.

Daily Question: If you were immortal for a day (which really has no point but okay), what would you do? I would make little cuts all over my body and bleed gold and then tell my friends I am rich and that I can literally bathe in gold. :P
