I HAS RETURNED!

Wow it feels like it's been forever since I've updated. I apologize for that ._. I could say I'm trying to recover from season finales of my favorite shows, Game of Thrones, Supernatural (OBVIOUSLY! DX), and all this other stuff and it took me a while to get back into the muse of writing again. I've been busy the past few months with stuff and things, not gonna go into detail. Anyways I'm back..for how long who knows, but hopefully I'm back again with another update before Bigbang's new cd is released...ABOUT TIME! Till then hopefully I don't don't get sucked back in by Tokyo Ghoul or Sword Art Online II like I did with Attack on Titan (MORE LIKE ATTACK ON MY FEELS!). Well enough of excuses here's a new chapter may you like it...or don't that's your decision. This one is kind of short so hopefully the next one will be longer and better.

Don't own Supernatural!

"Holy crap, Sammy is that you?" Dean questioned as he and Sam looked at the young lady that had appeared in their crappy cabin hideout. Standing now at the age of 18, just like Death said, was Samantha.

"Dean, Sam." Samantha said as she put Dean in a near bone-crushing hug. Tears of joy and relief running down her face, smearing the small amount of makeup the girl had applied. The action stunning Dean and Sam, but at the same time brought them relief as well.

It had been a whole year since the leviathan issue, Sammy now at the age of 18, standing at a height of 5'6", her hair now reaching at least mid-back. Dressed in an outfit that made the two cringe a bit…not because the fact she didn't know how to dress oh no on the contrary it was that the outfit was reminiscent to the style of Meg…just a bit, black leather jacket over a lavender purple cami-tank top, dark blue boot-cut jeans, black converse shoes, and hanging around her neck on a simple black cord (string?) was a small silver pentagram locket with an opal gemstone in it. Her blue eyes, the same shade as her father's, were brought out more with the use of a small amount of eyeliner (Basic winged lining not too thick, not too thin) and mascara and brown hair was just let hanging. If it weren't for the eye color and the fact she was younger looking, the boys would have mistaken Sammy as Meg.

"Is it really you Dean?" Sammy asked still hugging the man. Dean in turn was still in shock, but after a few moments hugged back.

"Yeah it's me." Dean said smiling down at the young woman, tears threatening to breach the rim of his eyes.

"I thought you were dead." Sammy mumbled into Dean's shirt, "I thought you were dead and never coming back this time.. A-and then Sam wasn't there. I-I was all alone."

Dean shot a quick glare at his brother before returning his attention back to the crying girl in his arms.

"No I wasn't dead..far from it. And I think we're both a little disappointed in Sam right now." Dean comforted. Sam just kind of awkwardly shuffled his feet a bit where he stood watching the two hugging, feeling quite a bit of guilt for even abandoning Sammy. Yes Sam felt bad about leaving Kevin, but to realize he also left Sammy on her own…with Crowley nonetheless even he had admit he pulled a dick move and wanted to punch himself.

"And Kevin…have you heard from him?" Sammy asked as she suddenly pulled away from Dean.

"Uh yeah about Kevin." Sam spoke up, "When did he exactly escape from Crowley?"

"About a month or so after being captured…he said he was going to try to contact you." Sammy explained, "Didn't he call you? I gave him you're number."

Sam looked down in shame at the girl's words. Sammy was confused as to why he looked so guilty…until Dean began to play the recordings on the phone again.

"…I uh..I had quit hunting." Sam tried to explain to the stunned Sammy.

Sammy looked hurt, "So you gave up on all of us…That's just great."

"Sammy I so-" "Don't say you're sorry!" Sammy interrupted Sam's attempted apology, which startled both the brothers.

"For half a year I was stuck with Crowley. I had no one. Dean and my dad went missing. Crowley has been torturing my mom somewhere that I don't know. Kevin escaped over a year ago and the only reason I didn't tag along with him was because I thought I would drag him down and I hoped that you were going to help him out. And now I find out that for an entire year you just quit hunting. Did yo-" Sammy took a deep breath from her tyrant, "Did you even try to look…for any of us?"

Sam didn't reply..he didn't even know what to say.

"I'll take that as a no…" Sammy said, turning attention from the younger Winchester back to the older one.

"Half a year with Crowley? What about the other half?" Dean changed the subject.

"Well I didn't want Crowley to find Kevin and I thought he found Sam so I didn't worry about him. Once I was of age and learned as much as I could from Crowley I escaped. I went to that nice Sheriff lady, Jody Mills, stayed with her for a month or so. And then eventually I came into contact with that scrawny hunter, Garth, I think his name was learned some stuff and have been traveling from place to place trying to find my mom. I had figured Sam was going to look for you and my dad." Sammy explained, "Once he did I was going to finally come back since it would be safer with both of you around."

"Sounds like you had quite a year." Dean said.

"I'm more interested in how yours went, " Sammy asked, "Where have you been? Was my dad with you?"

Dean was a bit hesitant on explaining his situation, trying to find words.

"I was in purgatory…yes Cas was with me." He finally said.

"How did you get out?"

"It's sort of a long story, but as I told Sam I'm guessing whoever built that box didn't want me in there any more than I did." Dean explained, a small smile gracing his face. Sammy smiled again and then hugged the other Winchester again.

"I'm glad you're back."

"I'm glad I'm back too." Dean said as he hugged the girl back.

Sammy then pulled away again as something then struck her.

"Dean, if you got out…what about my dad? Did he escape with you?" Sammy asked hope in her eyes at the thought of her dad being reunited with her. The look on Dean's face changed from happy to sorrowful. That didn't look like a good sign.

"Dean, where is my dad?" Sammy asked worry starting to wash over her.

Dean closed his eyes and sighed before opening his eyes and sadly explained.

"I'm sorry Sammy…something happened down there and…he didn't make it."

Sammy was heart broken. Dean hugged the crying half angel/half demon to him. Cries of her saying no in disbelief as she buried her face into his chest. Her mother was being tortured by Crowley and her father had gone missing for a year. For a year she had hoped to be reunited with either one or hopefully both at some point. And finally…finally she had thought she was going to see her father again. Now she finds out that she will never see him again, because Death lied to her…her father was dead.
