A/N: Apologies for the long wait for this chapter. I actually almost gave up on it for a minute. Nothing would flow and I couldn't find it in myself to sit down and work on this for the longest time. All the sudden the chapter came to me. Hope you guys enjoy it!

A Week Later

"Amy, you look so beautiful," Lou whispered, as she placed a veil on top of Amy's head.

The wedding dress dropped down to Amy's ankles, fitting her just right to show off the curves of her body. While it had lace in places, it was, in Lou's words, the most un-girly wedding dress on the planet. Just the way Amy had wanted it to begin with. Lou had tried to force fancier dresses on her, ohh'ing and ahh'ing over how beautiful they were.

"Thought you hated this dress?" Amy asked, as she did a mini twirl in the dress, before smiling.

Her cowboy boots showed as the dress lifted up from around her ankles. That had been the true fight with Lou, who had swore that her sister was most definitely not wearing cowboy boots to her wedding.

"I thought it was my wedding, Lou?" Amy had asked with a slightly raised eyebrow, challenging her sister.

"It is! It's your only wedding day, and you want to wear cowboy boots!?" Lou had countered.

Eventually Amy had shrugged her shoulders, and told Lou that she was wearing the boots, or Lou was no longer going to be on wedding planning duty. That had gotten Lou to give in quickly, which had caused Amy to mutter under her breath about how she should have just jumped to that first.

"I did, but you're right, Amy. It fits you perfectly, and I don't mean literally. I am sorry. I tried to make this my wedding, but it's your wedding, Amy. We're different, and I keep forgetting that."

Amy smiled, and hugged Lou tightly for a moment, before pulling away. "Where is my other bridesmaid?"

Lou sighed, looking around the room. Ashley had been there earlier, until Lou had sent her back to the house to get Ty's ring from her dresser drawer. It had been done without Amy's knowledge, but it seemed that Lou was going to have to admit to her mistake.

"Weird, I sent her back to the house almost forty minutes ago. She should have been back by now." Lou's eyebrow furrowed, before peering out the window to see if Ashley's car was sitting in the parking lot.

"Why did you send her to the house, Lou?" Amy asked, her worry over her missing bridesmaid taking a back-burner.

"Well, you see..."

"Just spit it out," Amy laughed, knowing that Lou had screwed up in someway.

"I forgot Ty's wedding band at home."

"Ah," Amy nodded, before her eyes turned fiery for a moment. "You do understand that if I had done that to you, you would have killed me, right?"

Lou's head hung for a moment, "I'm sorry."

Amy chuckled, before patting Lou's shoulder. "It's fine. I would like to know what is holding up Ashley though."

"On it!" Lou called.

Ty stood with Caleb and Jack on his left, and a smile plastered on his face. It was one of the first and only times that he had shrugged his thin, muscular frame into a tuxedo. He had to admit that it wasn't as uncomfortable as he had originally thought it would be.

Softly and slowly the music arrangement changed, as Lou came sauntering down the aisle. Her bridesmaid dress was cut off at the knees and a soft purple color. Ty had really like the color when Amy had mentioned it as a secondary color for their wedding.

As Lou reached the podium, and stood to Ty's right, he watched with a confused look at Lisa started down the aisle. The dress was definitely different than the one that Lou was wearing. The one that Ashley had an identical copy of. Lisa's dress was longer and flared out more at the bottom. The question that raised in Ty's mind was, where was Ashley.

All thoughts of Ashley were rushed from his mind when the music changed again, and Amy appeared at the top of the aisle. Her dress was long, nearly touching the ground, and flowed out in the back. Her hair was pinned up at the sides, but hung loose in the back. She smiled brightly as Tim took her arm and started walking her down the aisle.

Ty's heart started to race as he realized that everything he wanted … everything he had been working for was slowly becoming a reality. He was marrying the woman he loved, he was doing well in school, and Scott had recently promised him a full-time vet position at his clinic once Ty graduated.

He made a move to meet them, and grabbed Amy's hand gingerly. "I love you." He whispered.

"I love you, too." She whispered back.

Tim rolled his eyes, before facing the minister.

"Who here gives this woman away?" He asked in a deep raspy voice.

Sighing, Tim spoke, "I do."

Ty walked her a few steps to stand in front of the minister, before taking both her hands. The minister made a move to begin the service when Caleb leaned around Ty.

"Hey … psst … Amy."

She glared at Caleb, but softly asked, "What?"

"Where's Ashley?"

Amy sighed, and shrugged her shoulders. "She left to pick up the rings that Lou forgot and hasn't made it back yet."

Caleb's brow furrowed, "So, what, you're saying that you're not worried?"

Amy groaned, "Of course I am, Caleb, but this is my wedding day. I want to focus on giving my life to Ty right now."

Caleb growled lowly, before stepping back into place. Ty threw a glance over his shoulder, "Dude, this is my wedding day."

Caleb leaned in closer and whispered, "Well, Ashley's my wife."

Ty knew that Caleb had a point, and he knew that Caleb would do whatever he needed to do to help Ty if Amy had gone missing. He felt bad ignoring his friend, but he also knew that they couldn't just stop the wedding, mid-service, to go hunting for Ashley. Besides, for all any of them knew, Ashley could walk in any moment now.

Slowly she started to come to. The dull thumping in her head allowed her to realize what had happened. She remembered going back to the ranch to grab the wedding rings that Lou had forgotten, and that something seemed off. The front door was slightly ajar, and while that was definitely out of the ordinary for Jack and his granddaughters, she just put it off as stress of the wedding. Lou had forgotten the wedding rings after all. So, she had simply shrugged her shoulders and push the door open fully and made a move toward Lou and Peter's bedroom, when she heard a noise. Soft, a shoe scraping against the floor. It was definitely on purpose, like someone wanted her to know that they were there. She turned around to face whoever was in the room, and gasped. Everything went dark after that.

She could hear the labored breathing of someone else, and from the smell she could distinguish that she was in a basement of some sort.

"Who's there?" Ashley called out, wanting nothing more than to rub the sore spot on her head.

"Chloe." The name came out like a ragged breath, and Ashley could only imagine what Finley had done to her.

"Chloe, it's Ashley. I'm Caleb's wife."

A choked sob was all Ashley could hear, before more ragged breathing. "I'm sorry." Chloe gasped out, before groaning.

"No need for apologies. What I need to know is how badly you're hurt."

Chloe screwed her eyes closed as a new set of piercing pain hit her, followed by a round of nausea. "I think I have some broken ribs. Breathing is definitely difficult. My stomach hurts really badly, Finley kicked me a few times."

Ashley sighed, "I don't know how, but I'll figure out a way to get us out of this. Okay, Chloe?"

She waited for an answer, but Chloe had fallen unconscious from the pain.

Ty grinned, as he undid his tie. "Oh, beautiful bride, I'm coming up." He hollered as he climbed the steps to the loft apartment. The grin slid off his face when he entered the room and noted that his wife was nowhere in sight. Her dress was on the bed, and her boots sat off to the side, which told him that she had at least been there.

His nose wrinkled as he tried to figure out where she was. Shrugging, Ty figured that she had gone back to the ranch house to retrieve some clothes, and to pack for their honeymoon. However, when he made a move to turn back toward the stairs, something caught his eye. Taking a tentative step forward, Ty's knees gave way, as a horrified cry escaped his lips. Now he knew for sure that Ashley was missing … and now Amy … and he knew exactly who had them.

"Finley," Ty growled.
