Digimon Frontier-Episode 9: Outta Memories
"On their way to the Forest Kingdom, JP, Zoe, Bokomon, Neemon and Mikemon came upon a school for young Digimon. There they met Togemon, Mikemon and Snimon's old teacher and Tsunomon, a little guy who didn't get along with the other kids. Ya see, one day he Digivolved to Gabumon to help his classmates, but they totally freaked out, so much for individuality. Then the rain came and almost washed away the school. Zoe and JP Spirit Evolved just in time, but while they were busy, Kapurimon got swept away. With a little convincing from the guys, Tsunomon Digivolved to Gabumon and saved his friend. After that, Gabumon was the most popular kid in school; so being an individual does work!"
The gang were sailing over the grass, sitting in tense silence. The air was thick with unsaid words and depressing thoughts.
Neemon hummed, "Why is everyone so gloomy?"
"Neemon!" Bokomon snapped.
"What, it was just a question." Neemon whined.
No one reacted to the usual banter between the mutant and the rabbit. Everyone knew the answer to Neemon's question, but no one wanted to say it.
Jade wasn't with them. She'd been unconscious and human after a head bashing when she fell.
Koji's face looked like thunder, pissed off beyond belief and ready to clap without warning. Alex looked like lightning, angry and ready to strike fast, hard and without mercy.
Mikemon stood up and looked to the left, "We're heading for the TV Forest. Not many Digimon live there and it's a mostly safe place. Considering we all ended up in it's general vicinity when we fell..."
Alex started to smile, eyes lighting up with hope, "Jade could be there! Or could have been there!"
"Yeah!" Takuya offered, "We could ask around, find out if anyone's seen her."
Zoe smiled, "Let's do it."
"For Jade!" Tommy cheered.
JP at the rear changed trajectory, "Onward, to the TV Forest!"
"Yeah!" The gang cheered.
They traveled with a new purpose, a fire in their hearts and the wind at their backs, ready to find their lost friend.
Meanwhile in a small cave, where it was dark but cool, a human body wearing mostly red lay. It rested on a blanket of fur, tossing and turning as if in a nightmare.
Cold, too cold, it was too cold to sleep here, too cold-
Hurts, everything hurts, that had to have broken a finger, how else would it hurt this much-
"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME! HHHHHHEEEEEEPPPPPPLLLLLL!"
"No one can hear you, runt. No one."
A tiny rabbit Digimon peaked into the cave. He had pink fur, a dark pink muffler around his neck, a white set of headphones with a four-petaled lilac flower on them, red boots and black eyes. He gave the thrashing body a concerned look.
The human child thrashed around so much and was clawing at their arms. They'd broken the skin and was bleeding very badly. And while the Digimon didn't know much about human children, he was fairly sure that wasn't normal.
Making up his mind, the rabbit went running in, whimpering in worry. The Digimon put his hands near the child's head, which seemed to be causing them the most pain and they started glowing green. The pain in the child's face eased up a little and they stopped thrashing as much. They still kicked a little, but they stopped clawing at their arms, so the Digimon went to heal those as well.
The wound started closing up, the bleeding coming to a halt. A scar appeared in place of the wound but that started healing up too
Once their skin was healed, the Digimon slumped and sighed heavily. He didn't get caught.
"Cutemon, what are you doing to the human?"
Screaming in fright, the rabbit Digimon now known as Cutemon sighed at the sight of his friend, "Oh, it's just you, Bucchiemon."
The Digimon standing at the entrance of the cave sighed. He had a short white body with a light red button on his chest with the Crest of Kindness on it. He wore gloves, shoe-like socks, a scarf tied like a bow in the back and a hood with two tiny, pointy ears and two long antenna-like appendages shaped like a heart at the ends. All of his cloths were green and his black eyes were big and bright.
"You scared the Chief would find you fussing over a human?" Bucchiemon guessed.
Cutemon nodded, "I know he wanted me to leave them alone after healing their head injury, but they keep injuring themself in their sleep and…"
Bucchiemon hummed in sympathy, "And you can't turn your back on someone who's suffering, no matter what the Chief or anyone else might say."
The rabbit nodded to his friend. The elf-like Digimon merely smiled.
"I'm sure the Chief will forgive you for visiting the human without his permission." He smiled, "they were injured and needed an expert healer to tend to their wounds. It can't be helped."
"That's right!" Cutemon chimed, giggling.
Groaning, the two turned their attention to the child. They sprinted over as they blinked their eyes open.
"Are you okay, kid?" Cutemon asked.
"Do you hurt anywhere?" Bucchiemon questioned.
The child sat up and blinked at them, "Who are you?"
The rabbit giggled, "I'm Cutemon!"
The elf-smiled, "And I'm Bucchiemon. Who are you?"
The child smiled, "It's nice to meet you both, I... I'm…" They blinked in confusion, "I don't know who I am."
Cutemon gasped, "Oh no!"
"Well, you did fall pretty far and I think you landed on your head." Bucchiemon said, "I'm not surprised you lost your memory."
The child sighed, "Aww man, what a drag. What am I gonna?"
Cutemon hummed in thought.
"I think we should take you to see the Chief, for now." Bucchiemon suggested.
"The Chief?" The child blinked.
Cutemon grinned, "That's a good idea!" He turned to the child, explaining, "the Chief is our leader. He's the one in charge of our village and protects us all! He's really kind, but he can be very mean if you break a promise."
"Well he sounds nice." The child stood up, grinning, "Let's go!"
"Yeah!" The Digimon cheered.
The child hummed in awe, following Cutemon and Bucchiemon at a steady pace as their surroundings passed by. There were so many different types of beings there; girls who were dressed in flowers, puffballs with wings on their backs and spears in their hands, pixies who flew too fast to be seen, red and green Bucchiemon playing with other Cutemon. Everyone appeared to be making temporary shelters, or passing food, or just talking. It was amazing.
"Who are your people, guys?" The child said in amazement, "What is this place?"
Cutemon smiled, "We're the Fairy Village. Forever on the move, but always willing to offer a helping hand."
Bucchiemon chuckled, "Ever since Cherubimon started attacking the Digital World, our kind has been needed more than ever to protect and heal all the Digimon who are hurt by him. But we have to be careful not to stay in one play for too long, or Cherubimon might find us."
"So, you're an organized group against this Cherubimon guy?" The child asked.
"Not quite, but close." Bucchiemon stated, "You probably don't know, but Cherubimon isn't considered the bad guy by everyone in the Digital World. A lot of people still think he's a good person."
"You see, up until 100 years ago, Cherubimon ruled the Digital World peacefully with two others, Ophanimon and Seraphimon." Cutemon explained, "But then he went mad and called his people to arms against the Digital World. Many of his people believe in his cause and fight for him freely. Others had their Data tampered with to make them more… compliant. A lot of our kind, the Fairy Digimon, have healing powers or are very powerful warriors, so our village decided to try and help the Digital World if we could. We don't plan and are barely surviving as it is, honestly."
The child smiled, "Well you sure made a difference to me."
The two turned their heads, confused.
"You helped me. You healed my wounds and looked after me, even though I don't know who I am." The child bowed to them deeply, "So thank you, Fairy Digimon. For your kindness. And your assistance."
Cutemon blushed, then turned around, walking quickly, "It's nothing, really, like I said we're doing this all the time, everywhere we go!"
The child giggled and followed along after the rabbit. Bucchiemon sighed and followed his best friend.
They reached a tent-like structure and Bucchiemon pulled back the curtain, calling in, "Chief, the human's awake! You should see them!"
The child blinked at the use of pronouns, feeling something bubbling up inside. Something that felt… right?
"Bring them in!" A voice ordered from within, "Just the child, though!"
Frowning in confusion, the three looked between each other. The child shrugged and walked into the tent and looked around, pushing the thoughts down.
The inside of the tent was just tall enough to not completely encase them in, but they still had to squat a little while inside. There were tapestries sowed into the material detailing a story of some kind. There was a demonic entity, a few of the fairy Digimon they'd seen outside and a few other creatures that they couldn't identify.
Finally, their eyes fell on the being floating in the centre of the room. He was a pink puff-ball with wings, limbs and a face; his wings were tattered and stitched together in places by some pink substance, but still worked to hold him up. His face was clear of fur, revealing black eyes and a smiley mouth. His hands were clear of fur and held within them a spear with a red ribbon tied around. His feet had leather grips on them, three toes and claws.
"Hi. The name's Piximon." The little guy waved, "And who are you, child?"
The child smiled, "It's nice to meet you Piximon, but I'm afraid I don't know my name. I've lost my memory."
"Ahh, I assumed you would. You did take a very hard fall, we feared there was permanent damage. Luckily, Cutemon is a fast healer. You probably owe that boy your life." Piximon stated, calmly.
"I guess I do, hehe." The child giggled awkwardly, then spoke, "But, what should I do now, sir? I… I don't even know my own name. I want to help you, pay you back for your kindness, but I feel a sort of… pull telling me to go somewhere else."
Piximon hummed, "Well first of all, you're going to have to pick a name, child. We can't keep calling you that."
They blinked and chuckled, "Yeah, I guess so. But, I can't think of one right now."
"How about until then, I teach you some things we do around here, hum?" Piximon offered, "It might help you think."
"Thank you so much, Piximon. I appreciate this a lot." They stated, "I mean that."
"I can tell." He smiled, then coughed and turned serious, "First of all, allow me to teach you the things we do in the village to keep everything moving like clockwork."
"Okay!" They saluted.
With that, the two exited the tent and walked around the village for a while.
A few hours later spotted the child helping a few Digimon with constructing their tent.
"So you really can't remember a thing?" A Lillymon asked. She had leaf-like wings on her back, green boots with yellow flowers on them, a dress made of puffed out pink petals with gold leaves on her chest and handless green gloves with yellow petals on the end, red sharp nails on her fingers. Her hair was straight strings of thorns, two curling in front of her body, her head framed by a helmet that looked like the flower her skirt was made of, only with a yellow bit blooming through. Her face had big black eyes and a good smile.
The child nodded, yanking a rope to tighten the ceiling of the tent, "Yep, even my name is slipping my mind. Occasionally I feel as if I know something because of something I remember, but that's as far as it goes. I don't actually have any memories."
"Aww, you poor dear." Lilamon said, sighing in sympathy. She was slightly taller than Lillymon, her hands and feet replaced by white petals. She wore a yellow bikini-like outfit, lined in green around her thighs, which had these pink spikes jutting out of them. Just before her shoulders, more of those spikes jutted out of her outfit and a red flower bloomed on the centre, just above her heart. For wings, she had 4 pink petals on her back, tipped with white. Her hair appeared to be green vines under a flower cap that mirrored her wings and covered her right eye which was just like Lillymon's from certain angels.
"It's no biggy." The child smiled, tying the ropes around a peg, "It feels kinda fun not knowing who I am. Or who I was." They straightened and giggled, "Just means I get to decide who I'll be now without feeling any guilt."
"You're so brave, child." Lillymon praised and rested a hand on their shoulder, "Rest assured, if you ever need help, Lilamon and I will be happy to help you."
"Well…" The child hummed and looked at the two female Digimon, "There is one thing."
"What is it, sugar?" Lilamon asked.
"Could one of you cut my hair, please?" The child gathered it up in one hand and frowned, "I don't like it's length at all and it keeps getting in the way. It feels really horrible, too, it's super greasy and tangled and tough. It's nothing at all like how I think hair is suppose to feel."
"Child, are you sure?" Lillymon asked, "I'm sure if we just washed it a little, it'd look better."
The child blinked, "You guys can wash my hair for me?"
"Kiddo, it would be our pleasure." Lilamon giggled, "Of course, we're gonna have to get you some clean cloths, too."
"Or, we could make them, I already have a bunch of materials!" Lillymon cheered.
The child smiled brightly, "That would be so awesome you two!"
The two smiled back and nodded, "Let's do this!"
"After work, you lot!" One of the other Bucchiemon, a red one, called.
The three sweat-dropped and went back to making the tents.
As the work day sky bleed into sunset, the girls started preparing the child for their pampering.
"What do you think of black and purple cloths?" Lillymon asked.
The child nodded their head, "I like that idea, thank you."
"What kind of things would you like me to do with your hair, just a wash or a trim as well?" Lilamon questioned.
"Both sound like good ideas, thanks." The child smiled.
"You lot!"
The three halted. It was the same red Bucchiemon as earlier.
He waved his head, "Get to dinner, now!"
"Oh yeah," Lillymon blinked and looked up at the sun, "I forgot dinner was around this time. We'd better get going then."
The child grinned, "I bet that would be great!"
"Let's go then, I know I'm hungry after all that work." Lilamon added.
With that, the tree started following the red Bucchiemon to where they were suppose to go. They ended up standing before a area with several long tables, full of chairs for the Fairy Digimon who had been working all day to finally stop, rest and eat. Many of the Digimon the child had seen earlier were socializing over food and laughing. It made them smile to see them all so happy and relaxed.
At the top of the rows there was a final table where Piximon was seated with a few spare seats quickly filling up with important Digimon, along with Cutemon and Bucchiemon. When he saw they had arrived, he waved his hand and called them over.
Looking between their friends, the child ran forwards to the head table, the fairy girls hot on their heels.
"Child, I'm glad to see you." Piximon stated, "Tell me, how was work with Lilamon and Lillymon?"
"It was great, they were so kind to me!" The child stated, "And I think I figured out a name for myself."
"Oh?" Piximon, Lilamon, Bucchiemon, Lillymon and Cutemon blinked in surprise.
The child smiled, "I really loved the color of the grass here, it's a really pretty shade of green. I like the color green too, so, could I be called Jade? It's a shade of green like the grass."
Piximon nodded, "Of course, Jade. Now, take a seat, we don't want the food to get cold."
With that, Jade took a seat between their friends Lilamon and Lillymon and looked down at the food. It appeared to be some kind of soup with fruits from the forest mixed in. It looked really good after working all day.
Jade dove right into it.
"So, Jade, have any of your memories come back yet?" Bucchiemon asked, feeding himself happily with a spoon.
Jade nodded their head, looking up from having their face practically buried in the dish, "I remembered someone's face and name. I think they were another human and really important to me. I called them Alex and they had blonde hair, caramel eyes and wore a blue jacket."
"Ohh, you think they're a lover?" Lillymon asked.
Jade's face turned a little green at the idea, "Based on the high feelings of disgust the mere thought is giving me, I'm assuming this Alex person is a part of my family, not a lover in the slightest."
"I'm glad you think you might have found some family members. Now we just need to find this person in the Digital World." Piximon stated, "It won't be easy, but we'll do our best."
"You don't have to do that, Piximon." Jade dismissed, "I appreciate the offer immensely, but I don't mind looking for this person alone. A part of me thinks that would be better. Besides, organizing a search would probably inconvenience you and make your own mission much harder to fulfill."
"Jade, you're a friend of the Fairy Digimon." Cutemon dismissed, "It's our job to help others and we're not really on a mission. Just trying to help where we can."
"Starting with you would be a good place to begin, I think." Lilamon added, "So let us help, kiddo."
Jade looked between them all, smiled and nodded, "Yeah, okay. How about we start by discussing the Digital World and it's history. I'm sure if I know a little more about that, it'll help."
"Well then, allow me to start." Piximon tapped his staff on the table, "Long ago, the Beast Digimon and the Humanoid Digimon fought one another constantly, until a wise, kind ruler named Lucemon took over the Digital World and taught his people how to resolve their differences and live in peace. He chose 20 champions to protect the Digital World together, 10 of them Human Digimon and the other 10 Beast Digimon. You see, Jade, these particular Digimon were chosen because of their compatibility with each other."
"How were they compatible?" Jade asked, "Why did Lucemon need these 20 champions anyway?"
"They were compatible because these Digimon had a strand in their Fractal Code that made them a match for the rarest and most powerful form of Digivolution: DNA Digivolving." Lilamon explained, "It's when two Digimon combine their hearts, spirits and minds into one body, stronger, faster and better than the two individuals alone. Each champion pair, a human and a beast, were compatible and could Digivolve into a form together."
"These 20 champions were chosen because someone needed to protect the Digital World from evil." Lillymon lowered her head, "Unfortunately, that evil came in a form no one expected."
"What do you mean?" Jade blinked, pausing in their eating.
Bucchiemon spoke up next, hand tightening around his fork, mumbling.
Jade blinked, "What?"
Cutemon turned to them, "Not many Digimon have lived long enough to actually remember the battle. Seraphimon, Ophanimon and Cherubimon remembered the war. The rest of the Digital World remembers a different history that-"
Cutemon froze up then, trying to force words out.
"Cutemon, don't push yourself!" Piximon ordered, banging his staff.
Cutemon was no longer frozen up and sighed.
Jade blinked, "Why did they freeze? Are you two okay?"
Bucchiemon nodded, "I remember the battle, my data shouldn't have survived this long after the purge, but it did. Cutemon remembers it, too."
"We only escaped because we were luckier than a four-leaved clover." Cutemon explained, "But we were still unable to tell the truth. We still are."
"So, the version of Digital World history I'm told will be fake?" Jade lowered their head, "That's so sad. I'm sorry for your situation, guys…"
Lillymon placed a comforting hand on the human's shoulder, "It was a long time ago and these's nothing we can do about it now. The most we can do is look after these two and keep the Digital World safe from Cherubimon."
Jade nodded and picked up their spoon-
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
-only for everyone to turn their heads at the sound of such a scream, gasping in shock.
A massive Digimon was storming through the village tearing up everything. It was charging on four limbs, covered in brown fur. It had large, tattered ears and a silver helmet that covered it's face and incredibly long nose. From it's mouth sprouted two sets of tusks, one large and the other set which appeared to be more suited to chewing. It had a single eye on it's mask.
"What is that?!" Jade yelled on shock.
"Mammothmon!" Cutemon cried out.
Hearing some kind of beeping sound, Jade reached into their tattered jacket and pulled out a weird device. It's screen then lit up, displaying information on Mammothmon.
"It's an Ultimate Level, Vaccine Type, Ancient Animal Digimon. The crest engraved into it's mask is a super-ancient crystal of wisdom, so it possesses the power of clairvoyance. Attacks include Tusk Crusher and Freezing Breath when it spews cold breath from its long trunk all at once, instantly freezing any opponent." Jade put the device down as the information disappeared, "But it's acting like an animal, why is it attacking the village?"
"I don't know, but we need to protect my people." Piximon stood up, spear in hand, "Bucchiemon, get our people to safety. I'll deal with Mammothmon."
"What? There's no way you can defeat him all by yourself!" Jade yelled, "He's super big and you're super tiny!"
Piximon smiled at them, "I maybe small, child, but I have a lot of power in me. Please, just get to safety."
With that, the little fairy Digimon took off and everyone at the table turned to Bucchiemon.
"We have to do as he says. Go find our people and send them to the hills." Bucchiemon ordered.
Everyone nodded and started heading in different directions to find the other Fairy Digimon and get them to safety.
Jade and Cutemon headed for where Mammothmon had come.
"Hey! Is anyone here?" Jade yelled at the top of their lungs.
"Guys!" Cutemon took of running and Jade followed him.
The sight they saw, made them nearly puke.
There were so many injured Digimon. The fairies who'd been playing were lying on the ground and bruised up badly, the pixies' wings were clipped, the Bucchiemon and Cutemon were in just as bad shape.
"This," Jade whimpered, "this is awful."
Cutemon ran over to the other bunnies, "You watch out encase Mammothmon comes back. I'll heal everyone."
"You can't do this all by yourself and I thought the purpose was to get them to the hill!" Jade ran after him, "I can't just stand by and watch! That, that would kill me!"
"You aren't though." Cutemon stated as he started healing one of the other Cutemon, "When I heal someone, all my focus has to be on them, or it won't work. Please, just watch our backs, Jade. You're the only one who can do it."
Jade bit their thumb, but nodded and turned around, "I'll watch your back. But I'll also try to get the injured Digimon who can move to you."
"That's fine, now go." Cutemon ordered, "I have work to do."
Jade ran over to the piles of rubble they'd seen earlier and called out, "Hey! Is anyone hurt in there?!"
"Help us!" A voice yelled, "We're trapped!"
"Hang on, I'll get to you!" Jade grabbed a piece of rubble and started lifting it.
"Hurry!" Another voice yelled.
Jade grunted with the effort of pushing the rubble away. It dug into their hands and made them bleed, but steadily it moved. Just enough for Jade to see who was under there; more pixies.
Jade lifted the rubble above their head and smiled, "You can move, right?"
One of the pixies yelled out a warning, "Watch out!"
By the time Jade turned around, it was too late. The Mammothmon had wrapped it's trunk around their waist and pulled. Jade cried out as they were squeezed, but they didn't let go of the rubble.
"Child!" The pixies called out.
"GO!" Jade screamed, "GET OUTTA THERE, I DON'T THINK I CAN HOLD IT ANY LONGER! HURRY!"
"We can't!" The pixies cried, "Just let go child, you're hurting yourself by holding on."
It was true, Jade's hands were bleeding from the work and the tighter they held the rubble, the tighter Mammothmon held them.
Jade screamed, "NEVER! You could get hurt if I do that and there is no way," Jade adjusted their grip on the rubble, "I am going to get anyone in this village hurt," they grunted as they pulled, "by my-" Jade's eyes snapped open, revealing gold, as they threw the rubble away, "HANDS!"
The rubble clattered on the ground where no Digimon were and Mammothmon squeezed even tighter.
Jade screamed.
Then, they were enveloped in light.
Alex turned around and gasped, "Guys, look!"
The direction he pointed in had a large explosion of white light.
"Let's go see what happened!" Takuya suggested.
With that, the group started running.
Once the battle was over, Jade was wrapped in data and collapsed onto the ground, huffing and puffing, staring wide-eyed at the ground.
Jade remembered.
Jade remembered Mother and Father.
Jade remembered Koji, Takuya and the others.
Jade remembered Alex.
Jade remembered everything.
"Jade!" Cutemon ran over, smiling, "That was incredible, how'd you do that?"
Jade looked down at the D-tector and started crying.
"Oh no, are you hurt? Did something happen?" Cutemon asked, "You don't appear injured, but-"
"I remember, Cutemon! I remember everything!" Jade cried, "And it's not good, not good at all! I'm a girl with a little brother who can't understand gender, but..." Jade's eyes continued to leak, "I don't wanna be a girl, it doesn't feel right now that I know I don't have to be! But I can't just leave my brother..." Jade sniffled, "He needs me…"
Cutemon smiled sadly and grabbed Jade's hand, "Let's take you back to Lillymon and Lilamon. They'd probably be the best to help you."
Jade nodded and the two went walking.
"JADE!" Alex yelled over the battlefield, "JADE, WHERE ARE YOU?!"
There was no reply.
Alex's eyes filled with tears and he started crying. Renamon put her hand on his shoulder and he flung himself into her arms, crying into her fur. Zoe wasn't surprised, she felt like crying a little bit, too.
The battlefield was horrifying. There were houses and tents trampled on or burnt, there was a smell of blood and death in the air. Tiny Digimon were tending to each other's wounds, but it clearly wasn't helping much. It was horrible.
"What happened here?" Koji asked in shock.
One of the small Digimon, a little pink rabbit, hopped over to them, "Mammothmon attacked our village and Piximon tried to defend us, but he got beat. Mammothmon kept rampaging when a really scary Digimon came out of nowhere and destroyed it. But even though the scary Digimon didn't hurt us, Mammothmon did a lot of damage. It was awful."
"Where's the scary Digmon now?" Takuya asked, looking down at the little Digimon.
"I don't know. All I saw was it landing, being wrapped in data and then disappearing." The Digimon explained, pointing in a certain direction.
Zoe perked up at that, "Wrapped in data…"
"Doesn't that happen to us when we Digivolve?" Tommy asked, looking up at her.
Zoe nodded, she'd seen it happen to the others when they transformed into Digimon or became humans again.
"It could be Jade!" Alex yelled, "Yumon's kinda scary and she's strong! Maybe it was her!"
Everyone nodded and took off in that direction, calling Jade's name out.
After the bath, Jade changed and went to the Trailmon tracks to wait for a train to show up.
"Jade! Wait!" Lillymon called.
Jade turned around to see Lilamon and Lillymon were flying to the train tracks where Jade was standing.
"What are you two doing here?" Jade asked the two fairy Digimon.
Lilamon smiled and handed Jade a bag, "We couldn't let you leave without these."
Jade looked inside and teared up.
"It's the cloths we made for you." Lillymon explained, "We made something feminine, something masculine and something that's a little in between since that's what you seemed to like best."
"We aren't sure where you're going on this journey, or if we'll see you again." Lilamon put her hand on Jade's shoulder and smiled, "But know that we'll support you, whether you come back with a different name or ask us to call you he or she or they or to just use your name. We'll care about you anyway."
Jade started crying again.
"Hey, none of that now." Lillymon whipped the child's tears, "You're going to be just fine."
Jade hugged the two of them tightly, "Thank you! Thank you both so much! You're amazing, thank you!"
The two hugged the child back until the Trailmon Angler was spotted coming down the tracks. With some help from the two Digmon, Jade got on without having to get the train to stop and disappeared into the horizon.
"Well, off the Dragon goes to find out who Jade is. Let's hope it all works out soon so the gang can meet up again. To find out when or if that happens, tune into the next Digimon: Digital Monsters!"
