Last time in Danny's Mansion: Tucker had just found Danny and Sam, after going through a crash course of physical education run the ghost of some coach. After being rescued by the ghost, Tucker informed his friend, who were accompanied by a cute little ghost puppy Danny named Cujo, that Professor Oltergeist wanted to have a word with them. Danny and Sam were skeptical at first, especially since Tucker told them he talked to the old by via a toilet.

What does the professor have to tell the teens? Who will they face off against next? Who will question the logic about talking to people through a toilet? And will Danny be able to keep Cujo as a pet?

We shall find out.

"Why don't you guys believe me?" asked Tucker while sounding annoyed.

"Maybe it's because you just told up that the Professor called you from in a toilet," Sam pointed out.

"Tuck, I think this place is getting to you man," said Danny as he pet Cujo's head.

"This place is getting to me…" repeated Tucker as he looked at Danny. "You're petting a ghost dog dude!" he yelled.

"So?" replied Danny. "He's just a puppy," he pointed out.

"Puppies don't have green fur and they don't glow!" Tucker yelled out before Sam smacked him in the back of his head.

"Calm down Tucker," started Sam. "Cujo helped us out, so clearly he's a good ghost puppy," she told him.

"But…" started Tucker as he tried to figure out what to say next.

"Look, he helped us get out of a staircase that defied the laws of physics and science and dropped us in this hallway where we found you," explained Danny. "As far as I'm concerned, Cujo is a good dog and a great help," he added.

"Besides, he could help us out with all of these ghosts," Sam included as she kneeled down to rub Cujo's belly after the ghost puppy rolled over.

"You are going to keep him with us even if I keep saying no huh?" asked Tucker.

"Yep," answered Danny.

"Of course," answered Sam.

After hearing Danny and Sam's vote in favor of him tagging along, Cujo gave a happy bark that could be interpreted as him saying that he was agreeing with his new masters.

Tucker looked at the three before him and muttered under his breath.

"Life hates me," Tucker muttered before looking back at Danny and Sam. "Fine, he can come with us," he finally agreed.

The next thing Tucker knew, Cujo tackled him onto the ground and started licking his face.

"Ah…get him off of me!" yelled a disgusted Tucker.

"Aw…I think he likes you," said both Danny and Sam before smiling at each other.

The next thing the three teens and ghost dog knew, the floor vanished from their feet. Sam, Tucker, and Cujo fell into the hole while Danny stayed in the air much to his confusion.

"I hate this place," said Danny before he fell into the hole as well.

The next thing the three teens knew, they landed back outside the mansion by the front gate. They slowly got back up as they tried to make sense out of what just happened.

"Did we just fell out of the mansion?" asked Sam sounding very confused and who wouldn't with their predicament.

"Looks like it," answered Danny as Cujo licked his face. "Down Cujo," he told the green polterpup.

"But that doesn't make any sense dude!" yelled Tucker as he tried to understand what was going on.

"I gave up on understanding this mansion after dealing with the talking bat and owl," said Danny.

"The talking what and what?" questioned Tucker.

"It's a long story," said Danny.

"Which somehow involves a ghost girl flirting with him while I had a hunter ghost while stuck in a trophy room," Sam added bitterly as she glared at Danny.

"Hey, I ran away as soon as I was being hit on," Danny told Sam not wanting to upset her.

"Wait a minute," interrupted Tucker. "You ran away from a girl flirting with you?" he questioned. "What is wrong with you dude?" he asked sounding shocked at Danny's declaration.

Danny and Sam looked at Tucker with the expression that just says 'are you an idiot' just before Sam spoke up.

"Are you a total moron Tucker?" asked Sam. "Danny's dating me, in case you forgotten," she pointed out.

"So?" asked Tucker. "He can still look," he countered.

"Uh Tuck, I happen to have a one girl policy when it comes to dating," said Danny.

"A one girl policy?" questioned Tucker.

"Yeah, whenever I date a girl, she is the only girl who I give my attention to," Danny told Tucker. "Well the exception of my sisters of course," he added.

"Your sisters?" questioned Tucker. "Why would you give them any attention?" he asked.

"As much as I hate to say it," started Danny. "Especially with Sam only two feet away from me," he added which cause Sam to look somewhat offended. "Girlfriends come and go, but sisters are hard to get rid of," he continued. "No matter how hard I try to ditch them," he muttered under his breath.

"That is a very sound observation young man," said the professor as he appeared between the three teens out much to their surprise.

"How did he do that?" asked Tucker as he started to look for foot prints.

"And when did he get here?" asked Sam.

"Oh, as soon as I noticed the three of you landing in front of the gate, I ran as fast as I could," answered the professor. "I have great news," he added.

"What is it Professor?" asked Danny.

"I might have found the source of all of these ghosts occupying the mansion," answered the professor.

"That's great Professor," said Sam. "Where is the source?" she asked.

"In the other mansion behind this one," said the professor.

"What other mansion?" asked the three teens.

"Follow me children," said the Professor.

The trio followed Oltergeist around the perimeter of the mansion and indeed there was another mansion right behind the one they were hunting ghost in. Tucker's jaw dropped at how the mansion was a story taller than the previous one. Sam was looking back and forth at the two mansions trying to understand what was going on.

"How in the world did miss that!?" yelled a frustrated Danny.

"Oh this one flickers in and out of existence around this time of the night," replied the Professor.

"It does what around when?" asked Danny in disbelief.

"It would seem that this mansion is not of this world but may be a part of the realm of the spirits or Ghost Zone as a few of the more vocal ghosts refer it as," the Professor explained.

"So all we have to do is find the source and take care of it right?" asked Danny.

"That is correct, but you must do so before sunrise," Oltergeist told them.

"What happens at sunrise?" asked Sam.

"That's when I have breakfast ready for you three," answered Oltergeist causing Danny to get behind Sam before she attempted to strangle the old man.

'Why is it that nothing ever makes sense with this place?' Danny wondered as he continued to restrain his angry girlfriend.

"And if you don't find the source by sunrise, you will most likely be trapped inside that mansion until the next night," added the Professor.

"T-t-t-t-trapped…" stuttered Tucker.

"You really need to take some speaking classes my young fellow," said the Professor. "You're always stuttering," he added.

"So how long do we have until sunrise?" asked Danny as he let go of Sam after she calmed down.

"Well let's see…" started Oltergeist as he pulled out a large pocket watch out of his lab coat.

Danny began to open his mouth but then he closed it.

"No, I don't want to know," said Danny.

"But dude…" started Tucker.

"I said I don't want to know," repeated Danny.

"I think Danny's reach the point where he is just going with the flow of things," remarked Sam.

Below her, Cujo was nodding his head before noticing a squirrel and decided to chase it.

"It is around three in the morning and around these parts the sun won't rise until six fifty," said the Professor.

"So we have two hours and fifty minutes to find the source or else we'll be trapped in a haunted mansion until tomorrow evening," summarized Danny.

"Correct," agreed the Professor.

"Then let's get this over with," said Danny as he was about to make his way to the mansion.

"Just a moment Danny," said Sam. "We need to empty out the ghost in our Specter Suckers remember," she told him.

"Oh yes, we need to take care of that first," agreed Oltergeist. "To the bus!" he yelled.

"You mean the lab," Tucker corrected.

"The wha…?" replied the Professor.

"Sam…" whispered Danny. "You cannot kill the professor," he told his angry girlfriend before she was about to pummel the old scientist with her Specter Sucker.

After emptying their vacuums, the trio headed towards the other mansion that for reasons beyond anyone's understanding appears and disappears during the middle of the night. Once they reached the front door, a flash of lightning appeared in the night sky causing Tucker to jump in fright. Danny and Sam rolled their eyes, slightly annoyed with how Tucker has jumped at a flash of lightning. Sam tried to open the door, but it wouldn't budge.

"This again," complained Sam.

"Well, that's too bad…" started Tucker. "How about we head back to the lab and wait for sunrise, have breakfast, and then leave this place?" he suggested.

"Or we could just try this," said Danny as he activated the Intangilizer and walked through the door.

"I hate that thing," muttered Tucker.

In about two seconds, Danny opened the door so that Sam and Tucker could enter the mansion. The door closed behind them but the trio had their attention focused on the interior of the mansion.

"You have got to be kidding me," said Sam in disbelief.

"This is not normal," said Tucker.

"I should be surprised, but for some reason I'm not," commented Danny as he looked up.

It turned out that the interior of the mansion was for unexplainable reasons, was a very long stairway. To be more precise, there were three stairways with a door for every floor. On the walls were candles that lined up the pathway for the teens. There was also a sign hanging from the ceiling with a message on it.

"Pick a path to find the right door. Then repeat this until you reach the top. Those who choose poorly will face the unknown," said Sam as she read the sign. "What does that mean?" she asked.

"I'm guessing we have to play a little guessing game until we find the right way to the top," answered Danny.

"Great," muttered Tucker.

"Well, let's see if these sunglasses can show us the right door," suggested Sam as she put on the glasses.

When she took a look at the area, Sam couldn't find anything. All she could see was black nothingness which caused her to take off the glasses.

"Okay, that didn't work," said Sam. "So what now?" she asked.

"Well there are three stairways and three of us…" started Danny.

"So?" asked Tucker.

"So, each of us gets a stairway and we just walk up until we find the right path," Danny finished.

"Well that does sound like it could work," said Sam as she thought about it.

"How would that work?" asked Tucker.

"Well it's better than us wasting time guessing which door is the right on," replied Sam.

"Well then, let's get started," said Danny as he walked to the stairway to the left.

"I guess I'll that the middle," said Sam as she walked towards the middle stairway.

"Great," muttered Tucker as he walked to the remaining stairway.

At the base of the stairs; Danny, Sam, and Tucker got themselves ready as they prepared to solve which of these doors was the correct ones that would lead them to the top floor.

"Ready guys?" asked Sam.

"Ready," said Danny.

"Not really but yeah," said the ever reluctant Tucker.

"Then let's go!" yelled Sam as she headed up her stairs.

Danny and Tucker followed Sam's example, which led to quite possibly the most ridiculous thing any of these three had ever endured.

As soon as Sam got half way up her stairs, it suddenly turned into a slide causing her to slip and slide back to the ground floor. Tucker reach the top of his but as soon as he opened the door and stepped in, he fell into a hole and the stairs split open as he was flung out. When Danny reached his door and opened it, it turned out to be the correct door. He called out to his friends to take his stairs so that they could repeat this process again.

Once at the second floor, Danny, Sam, and Tucker got ready to do this again. This time, Danny and Sam's stairs were the wrong ones as Danny found out that the steps on his were burning hot while the stairs for Sam crumbled into dust. Rather than do something stupid, Danny and Sam headed for the stairs Tucker was using and made it to the top.

This process continued for what felt like an hour with the trio enduring all sorts of strange incidents happening to them. From painful static shocks to Tucker being punched in the face by a Viking skeleton four times on four separate floors, and Sam found herself fighting against three Ectopi at once. Luckily, Sam was able to subdue them when Danny tossed a Fenton Flasher into the air to stun them allowing Sam to suck them up in her vacuum.

After taking care of the three ghosts, the trio stood in front of the last three doors at the top floor. Danny took the middle door, Sam took the door on the right, and Tucker took the door on the left. All three of them were a little nervous because they don't know what could be behind these doors.

Danny took a deep breath as he opened the door he was facing. What happened next was Danny being pulled into the door much to Sam and Tucker's shock.

"Danny!" screamed Sam and Tucker as the door slammed.

The next thing they knew, the floor that Sam and Tucker were standing on lowered itself as a big platform appeared before them with Danny standing on the left side without his Specter Sucker while on the right side was what appeared to be a ghost in a karate gi, vaguely looking like Ryu from Street Fighter. Above Danny and the ghost were two health bars with Danny's name on the left one and the words "Ghost Fighter" on the right one. In the middle was a timer with the number ninety-nine as the start time. Below the two "fighters" was what appeared to be a special gauge for whatever reason.

"What the..?" started Danny until he was interrupted.

ROUND ONE

FIGHT

After hearing those words, the ghost fighter charged at Danny preparing to do a one-two combo on him.

"Whoa!" yelled Danny as he dodged the attacks.

Sam and Tucker watched in shocked and admittedly a large amount of confusion as Danny fought with the ghost. The fight was not what they were expecting because nobody expected them to actually having to fight a ghost like this. Above the two fighters, the health bars lowered as the fighters hit each other. Apparently, Danny decided just to roll with it as he did a roundhouse kick to the ghost's head, but this happened.

"SHO-RYU-KEN!" yelled the ghost as it did the infamous Street Fighter attack, hitting Danny in the chin.

Danny hit the ground and landed on his back but got back up and threw a throwing knife with rope attached to it. The knife hit the ghost which stunned the ghost.

"GET OVER HERE!" yelled Danny, sounding like Scorpion from Mortal Kombat as he yanked the rope, pulling the ghost towards him so he could threw two quick punches with his left hand before doing a scissors takedown.

"This is getting weird," commented Tucker.

"But it is hot," Sam commented as she watched her boyfriend fight the ghost.

"You two must be perfect for each other," said Tucker as he went back to watching the fight.

"BURN KNUCKLE!" yelled the ghost as he hit Danny with an ectoplasm charged punch to the face.

The ghost continued his assault with a string of punches and kicks, but Danny countered with a knee to the ghost's chest.

C-C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER

"First Street Fighter, then Mortal Kombat, after that King of Fighters, and now Killer Instinct," listed Sam. "What's next?" she asked.

"No idea," replied Tucker.

The ghost was about to attack Danny again but this time Danny threw out a Fenton Flasher which exploded into a flash of light. The ghost was ever disoriented which gave Danny enough time to jump up and grab one end of his health bar.

"HEALTH BAR TO YOUR FACE!" yelled Danny and he swung the bar down onto the ghost's head, causing the ghost to see green ducks circling around his head, Danny suddenly grabbed the gauge below him. "Feel the love of the Hyper Combo!" he continued as he smacked the ghost in the head with it before winding the gauge back like a baseball bat. "And it's a homerun!" he yelled as he hit the ghost like it was a baseball. Danny dropped the gauge to watch the ghost go flying out of the mansion before bouncing on the balls of his feet. "This is a hyper combo," he finished in a singsong voice.

WINNER

Suddenly Danny faced forward as if he had something to say.

"That joke better be worth it Hellbreaker," started Danny. "We had to wait nearly five full months just to get this chapter," he continued.

"Who is he talking to?" asked Tucker.

"The author," answered Sam.

"Why?" asked Tucker.

"This is a parody fan fiction," started Sam. "General common sense is usually thrown out the window," she added.

"And you readers," Danny continued. "We're down here busting our butts while all of you sits on yours reading us make fools out of ourselves," he continued. "How is that fair?" he asked.

"Danny, you can stop breaking the fourth wall now," said Sam.

Danny looked at Sam before calming down.

"Okay," agreed Danny before looking at the author. "You better not have your readers wait another five months dude," he told the author. "You only have one more chapter to make," he finished.

Ghost Tally

Danny: 10 captured; 1 KO

Sam: 17

Tucker: Why do we even bother?

"Hey!" yelled Tucker.

Author's note: I honestly have no explanation for why this took so long to do. Danny already ripped on me about me putting the chapter off, and all I had to show for this was a fighting game joke with Danny suddenly channeling Deadpool.

Also, because I promised JP-Rider, I would like to take this moment to suggest to my readers to take a look at JP-Rider's "Rise of Danny Phantom" story. It's an interesting reimagining of Danny Phantom that takes a few cues from Spiderman, but no enough to be a rip-off, and it portrays the characters in a slightly different light. Take a look and be sure to review it, it will make JP-Rider happy to know he has gotten more readers.
