(A;N) Hello everybody! Sorry for not updating after I said I was back for good. Anyway, the Boy, the Girl, and the Biker is obviously, as you can see, updated. On with the story. (A;N)

Chapter 9: Matt the Snake/David the Soft-heart

Matt's POV

I couldn't believe how easy this job was. All I had to do was take her to a secluded place and leave her there. Not even the contraband jobs are this easy.

Sure, I do kind of feel bad about leaving her alone. Abandoning people has never been the Morgan family way. But even with that fact, money speaks much louder than my old family creed. Now that this job is done, I can get back on the Makayla job.

So Makayla likes me, huh? More power to me. If I play my cards right and act it out, I could get a piece and earn some money at the same time. Two of my favorite things. Soon, a years worth of work will finally be completed. That is if David doesn't screw this job up too.

David's POV

I still couldn't believe that we were doing this. I know that we're chipmunks, but this was inhumane. It was also cowardly, knocking the poor girl out with chloroform from behind.. Brittany was in the back, still out cold.

I long fro the day that men and chipmunks alike stop cheating one another. Unfortunately, it seems like that day will never come to pass.

I feel bad for Brittany. She won't be treated good by the other guys. She'll be lucky if she survives, let alone with her innocence intact. I will protect her as much as I can in there, but there's only so much one man, uh, chipmunk, can do. I can't watch over her 24/7. Alex, how would you do it?

Alvin's POV

I was at the store they were going to. I was already too late by the looks of it. I already could guess who took her, it only could have been Matt. Even though it was Matt who actually took her, I felt just as responsible as he is.

I shouldn't have let her go alone with Matt. It was probably the stupidest thing I've done to date.

Matt's POV

I was back at the store that I had left Brittany at earlier. I was pretty sure Alvin suspected something, he's the only one who sort of remembers me. I have to kill all suspicions.

I find a nice, hard, sharp piece of metal and take a dead sprint at it. As I hit it, I felt a loud crunch and I start bleeding from what felt like a broken nose and multiple bad cuts. It was good until blood started to get into my eyes. I CAN'T SEE!

Alvin's POV

I can honestly say I was surprised. I was at Dave's house helping him tend to Matt's wounds. I had found him near a torn apart aisle with his face all bloody.

I had asked him if he remembered where Brittany was and what happened to her. "I remember getting hit in the back of the head, then getting hit in the face repeatedly and Brittany screaming before I blacked out," he responded.

I don't know who might have took her now that Matt's name has been cleared. One thing is clear however. I need to find Brittany, and I need to find her fast.

(A;N) Please don't judge, I'm a little rusty. Also, please tell me what you think. OK? Good! Thank you, thanks for viewing, and please review. CamoHunter out! (A;N)
