Remember when I said that this storyline was going to be 3 parts? I was wrong. I have no idea how long this will take to wrap up. The characters don't want to cooperate with me! Right, so next update will continue the Demigod storyline(hopefully wrapping it up), the one after will be an attempted Supernatural crossover, and the one after that will either be "Sailor Moon? Part 4" or something else. Requests are welcome for the record.

Disclaimer: I don't own Sherlock or Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon? Part 3

Heart, Aqua, Flame, and Breeze stood waiting in an old abandoned warehouse. Terra had contacted them and asked them to wait for her there in their transformed states. The girls had been waiting for fifteen minutes when someone else finally entered the warehouse.

"Sorry about the wait," a woman spoke. "I figured since I've been technically compromised, it was only fair you knew who I really am."

"Terra?" Heart asked confused. She recognized the woman as Mycroft's assistant and was surprised to see she wasn't the only one with a connection to the Holmes brothers.

"I go by Anthea when not fighting as an Elemental Guardian," she smiled. "My boss figured out who I am. He wants to know why those creatures are back."

"Can we trust him?" Flame asked, having a sinking feeling about who Anthea's boss was.

"He's the British Government," a voice spoke from the other side of the warehouse. Anthea looked resigned to see Sherlock, Mycroft, John, and Lestrade standing in the entrance. "He starts wars to cause traffic just to inconvenience me." The four men joined the group.

"Terra why are they here?" Breeze hissed. She wanted nothing to do with Sherlock Holmes. It was still hard trying to process that little William grew up to be the Freak.

"Is this some kind of trap?" Flame glared at Anthea, ready to summon her torch. She was a wanted woman, the last thing she needed was to have her identity exposed.

"Enough!" Heart shot the two a look. "Anthea wouldn't betray us."

"You followed her here didn't you?" Aqua asked the males.

"Yeah," John answered for them. "Mycroft and Sherlock insisted on it." He studied the four transformed girls. "Why don't I remember hearing anything about you five? It seems impossible to forget five girls fighting unusual creates with unusual powers."

"The Last Resort," Sherlock answered. "The five of you seemed reluctant to use it. It did more than erase the memories of most of the population, didn't it?"

"It was supposed to destroy the Dark King and his creatures completely," Anthea explained after realizing that none of the other girls wanted to. "The price was that our existence as the Elemental Guardians would be destroyed as well. I don't know why it failed, but since we're back, that means the Dark King is as well."

"It's my fault," Heart muttered. "If I had been at full strength that day, none of this would have happened."

"WHAT?" the three other transformed Elemental Guardians yelled. Anthea looked shocked but didn't say anything.

"How did you lose power?" Breeze demanded. "Why didn't you say anything sooner? Do you have any idea how worried we've been about you?"

"Heart, we were afraid you were dying," Aqua softly spoke. "If anything happened to you, I don't know what we'd do."

"Not be able to destroy the creatures for starters," Flame commented. "It kind of stinks that only the Elemental Guardian of Life can destroy those pests for good."

"Why?" Lestrade asked, accepting that he probably wasn't going to get the full explanation he wanted and that this was just like dealing with Sherlock, shut up and take what you get.

"We don't know for sure," Anthea answered. "But we suspect it has to do with the creatures not being fully alive. Since Life is Heart's domain, it would make sense for her to be the only one to push them from an in between place to one end."

"Do these powers bleed over to when you're not transformed?" Mycroft asked, knowing that Anthea had a green thumb despite her tendency to favor electronics. All five girls remained silent, unknowingly answering his question.

"Why are you trying to track us down?" Heart glared at the elder brother. "The more people who know our identities, the weaker the protective magic is, which increases the chances of our enemies figuring out who we are! You four have done enough damage already. You and your loved ones are now in grave danger."

"If the Dark King doesn't know who you are then how will he know we're connected?" Lestrade inquired. "After all, you lot rescued Sherlock all the time when he was younger and he was never targeted."

"Actually…" Breeze trailed off after seeing the panicked expressions on John and Lestrade's faces.

"I'm calling Mary and telling her to head to Baker Street," the former army captain quickly whipped out his cellphone and used speed dial to call his wife. He ignored the familiar ringing coming from someone else's cellphone in favor of mentally praying his wife picked up.

Everyone else looked at Aqua in surprise or confusion. She blinked before pulling out a cellphone and staring at it as it rang. Flame, Breeze, and Heart slowly moved away from their teammate, all three of them aware that Aqua's cover was about to be blown. They knew at least one of them had to keep their cover intact in order to hide from the Dark King.

"Are you going to answer that?" Sherlock asked, knowing that John was starting to put the pieces together. "That Samba ringtone is rather annoying." As if on cue, John hung up, causing the noise to stop. "Thank you Mary."

"It's Aqua," she protested weakly, knowing there was nothing she could do to fix this.

"So that's what happens to whatever's in our pockets," Heart commented to Flame and Breeze. "We better make sure to not keep our mobiles with us when we transform since they could use them to figure out our identities."

"Do you think she'd be mad if we bailed?" Breeze asked, not wanting to deal with her boss's reaction.

"No, Aqua would understand," Flame answered. "See you guys next time a creature shows up." The three girls quickly left, their exit noticed only by the Holmes brothers and Anthea.

"-right guys?" Aqua finished defending her reason for keeping John in the dark. "Guys?" She turned to see where they had been. "Not cool guys. Not. Cool." Letting out a sigh of defeat, Aqua transformed back to Mary Watson in a flash of light. "They could have at least stayed long enough to defend me."

The Dark King grinned in excitement as the auras of the Elemental Guardians flashed in his model of London. He had been waiting a long time to return, especially since his old host was long gone. He almost used a man by the name of Moriarty, but he was much too focused on someone named Sherlock Holmes. Instead, an American businessman with a vendetta against a woman named Irene Alder was his best choice. It was much easier to channel that energy into creatures, since it would be widened to be rage against all women.

"Soon we will meet again my dear Elemental Guardians," he laughed manically. "Except this time you won't survive this battle!"
