Hi, I'm not dead! So, I had a dream that I had already uploaded this chapter... I didn't realize it was a dream until I went through my stuff... Anyway, this took me way to long to write. I went through some really bad writer's block, but I got over it! So, what will happen in this chapter?

I don't own Hetalia. However, I do own the world in which this story takes place.

We open this chapter with Matthew Williams practicing his chameleon technique.

"I'm not a chameleon... I'm just the Invisible Friend..."

Stop. Shut up. Rewind. This time don't break the fourth wall!

"Well, what am I supposed to do? There's no one to talk to..."

Matthew, there's ELEVEN other people on this ship. Don' tell me there's no one to talk to. Besides, you could always talk to yourself. That's what I do in my spare time.

Ludwig and Feli are in the slow process of becoming an official couple, Ivan is scary, Kiku and Yao are having some sort of brotherly moment, Francis is trying to get his feelings across to Gilbert, Arthur and Alfred are doing coupley stuff at the moment, Lovino and Antonio are in the captain's room doing who-knows-what, and I'm not crazy enough to talk to myself."

Yet you'll willingly break the forth wall to talk to an OCD, yaoi-loving, psychopathic author? What the hell is wrong with you? Are you sure you're not crazy? Not even a little?

The Canadian groaned, "I wish you would make me do something interesting."

... Well, I could make you-

"Whatever it is, it's probably unsafe..."

Then don't complain.

Ludwig and Feliciano were STILL cuddling. Neither were in a relationship, but both should have been. With each other. It was sickeningly sweet to watch them interact with one another. Most - read: all - people wondered when they would get together and be an actual couple. Will these two crazy kids ever admit? EVER?

Ludwig chanced a glance at the Italian in his arms. Feliciano was was too cute for his own good. His hair fell perfectly into place, and his eyes were always shining. Always. He was pretty much never seen without his smile, which seemed to be contagious. Ludwig wanted to tell the Italian how he felt, but... What if he didn't feel the same? What if the feelings were one-sided?

Feliciano decided to chance a look at the German. When he did, he was surprised to see Ludwig staring back. The Italian blushed, and the German looked away. Feli wanted nothing more than to tell the taller how he felt, but he was too afraid. What if Ludwig didn't feel the same? What if the feelings were one-sided? Ludwig was so brave and strong, but he was kind of awkward. Feliciano didn't mind the faults the German had. He found them cute. The Italian sighed because he was certain Ludwig was just annoyed by him. He looked away from the German.

Ludwig's frown deepened when he noticed the smaller frowning. Feliciano NEVER frowned. The German was worried, "Um, Feliciano, is something wrong?"

Feliciano blinked in confusion, "Veh? What do you mean?"

"You're frowning." Ludwig replied simply, "You never frown. What's wrong?"

The Italian laughed nervously, "Eheh, um, I'm just thinking."

"Oh?" The German raised an eyebrow, "About what?"

The smaller eyed the deck anxiously before looked back at the taller with an anxious grin, "Oh, just, uh, you know, stuff. this and that. Nothing in particular~"

Now it was the blondes turn to blink in confusion, "Um, okay?" he smiled gently, "Well, if you ever need to talk about this and that, I'll listen."

"A-Are you sure you wouldn't mind?"

"Why would I?"

"W-Well, I know I can get really annoying most of the time, and I have a tendency to talk to much, but you're too nice to tell me to shut up, and I-"

"Feliciano, what are you talking about?" Ludwig questioned, "I don't think you're annoying, and you don't talk to much. I don't tell you to shut up because I like the sound of your voice. I-" he stopped and blushed. He took a breath and adjusted their positions so he was hugging the Italian, "Don't ever think you annoy me because you don't. You're so nice to everyone even though a lot of people are mean to you. Feliciano, you were the first person who was ever kind to me. Why? I know I scared you at first, so... Why?"

Feliciano was bright red by now and he knew the color was only going to deepen, "W-Why? Well, I WAS scared of you, but I realized that I had no reason to be. You're really nice when people give you a chance, even if you ARE kinda awkward about it. Besides, why should I be mean to anyone? I don't gain anything from it." he returned the hug the German was giving him, "Also, if I was never nice to you, I wouldn't have realized how much I lo-like you, and I like you a lot."

Ludwig's blush was much deeper than the Italian's, "I like you a lot too, Feliciano."

Lovino felt sick. He had been observing the scene between his brother and the potato bastard only to develop cavities. Why the hell weren't they a couple yet?! He retreated back to the captain's room, where he saw Antonio smiling at him knowingly. So, the smaller huffed, "What?"

"I think it's cute how much you care about your hermano even though you pretend not to." Antonio replied, "If you want them together so badly, why don't you give them a push in the right direction?"

The Italian scoffed, "Ha! As if. Haven't you learned by now that I want my fratellino to stay away from that stupid potato bastard. The only direction I'm pushing Ludwig is overboard."

The Spaniard sighed, "Lovi, you're adorable and all, but you can be so mean sometimes. What did Ludwig ever do to you?"

"Something about him bugs me." Ludwig glared, "Now, since I'm so mean, I'll take my cruelty and leave your presence." he opened the door and left.

"Ack! Lovino, wait a minute!" Antonio scurried after his lover.

"Oh, no, I'm too mean. Why would I wait for you?"

"I didn't mean it like that!"

"Tch. Whatever. Why don't you just dock the stupid ship 'cause Wishton's right there."

"How do you-"

"There's a huge ass sign that says: Welcome to Wishton, City of Magic."

"Oh... Right..." Antonio frowned and glanced at his boyfriend, who was glaring at the ocean. The Spaniard sighed before wrapping his arms around the smaller, "You know, my love, I knew you were a thief before we even came to this world."

"What? How?"

"Well, it was you who stole my heart."

Lovino blushed but he didn't stop glaring at the water, "St-stupid, fucking bastard. First, you fucking insult me, and the try to flirt with me? What the hell is wrong with you, ya corny dumbass."

"I just want you to know how much I love you, mi amor."

"Yea, 'cause insulting people is a great way of showing you care."

"Doesn't this show that I don't care about your faults? Lovino, you're perfect, and don't you forget it." Antonio paused, "Hey, do me a favor and close your eyes."

Lovino blinked and looked back at him, "What? Why?"

"Trust me. You can do that, ¿no?"

The Italian sighed, looked forward, and closed his eyes. He felt Antonio move one of his arms.

The Spaniard dug his fingers into his pocket, pulled out what he was searching for, and slipped it on Lovino's finger. He heard the Italian's breath halt for a moment before picking back up. Antonio's arm found its way back around the smaller's waist, "Alright," he began whispering into Lovino's ear, "you can open your eyes now, mi amor.

The Italian did so and held up his left hand only to see an expensive looking ring. Lovino took a breath, "A-Antonio, wh-what's..."

"Lovino, we've been dating for a while now." Antonio began, still whispering as he did not want anyone to come up from below, "I love you more than anything in the world, and I like to think you love me just as much. I'll never stop loving you. You're beautiful, funny, smart, adorable, kind, and simply perfect. I know we're young, but I also know that I want to spend the rest of forever with you. Will you marry me?"

Lovino was obviously close to tears. Did Antonio REALLY want to marry him? The Italian turned to face the Spaniard, "I-I want to, but..." he trailed off, worrying Antonio.

"But?"

"I- Why would you want to marry me? That's supposed to be forever, and I- I'm nothing special. You're bound to get bored of me."

"Three years."

"What?"

"We've been dating for three years, and I've loved you for even longer, yet... I'm still not bored of you. In fact, as everyday passes, I find myself falling deeper in love with you." The Spaniard sighed, "I don't know how to make myself any clearer. Lovino, it would be an honor if you would marry me and stay with me forever."

Lovino wrapped his arms around Antonio's torso and buried his face in the taller's neck, "You... You think too much of me." he sniffed, "You call me beautiful, and smart, and funny, and p-perfect, but... But I'm not. I'm none of those things."

"But you ARE, mi amor." Antonio smiled, "You're all that and more, Lovino. You mean the world to me. I honestly don't know what I'd do without you..."

"Damnit, Antonio, you're way too charming..." Lovino choked back a sob. The Spaniard's hold on the smaller tightened, and he let Lovino continue, "If either of us is perfect, it's you, ya stupid idiot. No matter how much I insult you, you'll always be the most important person to me." By now the Italian was sobbing, "I-I love you, and I wished I'd say it more often." he leaned back and made eye contact with Antonio. Despite the tears rolling down his face, the smaller smiled, "I think... I will marry you."

"Oh, thank God." Antonio let out a sigh of relief and kissed the smaller, who quickly pulled away.

The Spaniard pouted causing Lovino to scoff, "Don't look at me like that. Dock the ship. Now."

"Alright, alright." The taller sighed and reluctantly released the smaller, who did not let go immediately. Antonio looked at his love curiously.

"Um, maybe later we could, um, celebrate or something 'cause I think we'll be in Wishton for a while..." The shorter paused and quickly released the taller. Lovino blushed furiously, "If you want to. I mean, I-I don't care either which way, so-so, Shut up!"

"Hahahahaha! Oh, Lovi, I'd love to 'celebrate' with you~" Antonio winked, "Maybe we can find a hotel of our own~"

"P-Pervert." Lovino muttered, "I-I didn't mean it like that... I-I- Chigii!"

"I know, I know. I was joking."

"Tch..."

Meanwhile, in the belly of the ship, Feliciano was conversing animatedly with Alfred... Until someone who didn't speak the rapid dialect walked up. Arthur Kirkland.

"Ciao, Arthur. How are you?"

"Very well, thank you. And yourself?"

Feliciano, who normally smiled his brightest at all times in public, frowned deeply. An action which surprised many... Meaning the two who were with him. The Italian sighed, "I fail as an Italian... I'm a hopeless joke... I don't deserve to live."

"Wha-What? Why do you say that?" Arthur questioned as Alfred just blinked.

"I can't tell the guy I love that I love him." Feliciano replied, "What kind of Italian am I?"

"Oh, uh, don't worry too much. You'll be able to tell Ludwig of your feelings eventually." Arthur tried to reassure the brunette.

"..." Feli stared at the Brit, "How do you..."

"Feli, dude, everyone knows you're in love with Ludwig." Alfred grinned.

The Italian went wide-eyed, "D-Does he?! Oh, Dio, what if he does?! What if he thinks I'm a freak?! He probably already thinks I'm a useless idiot. Now he'll think I'm a useless, idiotic freak! What he I do?!"

"Feliciano, what are you shouting about?" Ludwig asked calmly as he walked in from the kitchen.

"Nothing, I swear!" Feliciano shook his head rapidly.

"Feli, he doesn't know." Alfred sighed.

"How do you know?!"

"Just trust me. We're bros, right? Friends? Friends trust each other."

"Who doesn't know what?" The German was confused, "What's going on?"

"Nooothing~!" Feliciano ran up the stairs to the deck of the ship.

Ludwig looked from Arthur to Alfred, "What just... Happened?"

Oh, nothing. The poor Italian just had a heart attack is all. Nothing to be worried about. Let's all just stand around the belly of the ship and have a German Sparkle Party. Gilbert? Gilbert, where are you? Come here, and be sure to bring the other Germanic people with you!

...

"Let's just say you should tell the poor bloke that you love him." Arthur replied calmly as if he were at a tea party, "You should tell him soon."

"Very soon." Alfred added.

"But I don't-"

"Yes, you do." The American and Brit interrupted the German.

Well... That went over well, don't you think? Lovino agreed to marry Antonio, Feliciano had a panic attack... What will happen next time?
And a thanks to miroku girl15 for pointing out a Spanish flaw!
