Percy:
When I saw her walking down the aisle my jaw fell to the underworld. Words couldn't describe how beautiful she looked. Her luscious auburn hair falling over he shoulders, down to her white and silver dress. At first I didn't see the splotches of silver moons on her dress but when I did my heart skipped a beat. She moved in slow motion walking down the aisle making me want to kiss her even more. I missed her so much I just couldn't take it. I was about to explode with excitement. As the music faded out she stepped up next to me. I winked at her and she smiled. Hera began to say the wedding shit but I couldn't pay any attention because I was just staring deep in to Artemis' silver eyes.
Suddenly every ones eyes where on me and I assumed that it was time for the vows so I looked deep into my soon to be wife's eyes and recited the words I have said before a thousand times, "Artemis, my love, when I first met you I was terrified, you intimidated me so much, but now I feel equal I feel that we have a connection as strong as any other of the gods and goddesses. I promise to always cherish the time I get with you and also respect your need to be with the hunters. I promise to be with you whenever you need me or if you ever want to see me. I promise that I will be kind and listen to what you have to say. I will try my best to make us stay equal and will never put anyone above you." As I finished I could see tears in most of the people in the crowd even Zeus. She then proceeded to say her vows.
"A year ago if anyone said to me I would get married, I probably would have slapped them. I never thought I would love a man, I never thought I would love you. But now that we have this connection, I do, and I always will love you. I my opinion there is no other person higher then me when I'm with you. I remember the night on the balcony and how you made me feel so special; just sitting and talking made me feel that you where the man I was going to marry I knew then that I truly loved you. I promise to never leave your side when you need me most. And when you are sad or feeling down I will always be there to pick you up. I love you, seaweed brain."
When she said that my heart skipped a beat, I never heard anyone but Annabeth say that. It didn't sound bad though and it made me feel somewhat safe. I didn't say anything. Hera continued, "If anyone is to object to this marriage, speak now or forever hold your peace." That's when the craziest thing happened. I saw Annabeth stand up from her seat and go to the middle of the room. "I object" the words rolling of her tongue. "Percy, you never let me explain myself for what I did." I was outraged, first she cheats on me with someone I don't know then she ruins my wedding. I didn't know what to do, everyone's eyes where on me. I began with "listen Annabeth, don't think that I'll let you explain for the pain you have caused me. I don't think you understand what happened to me that day. I broke, and now I am all together again I love this woman and nothing you do is going to change that." "I… I'm sorry I just need to explain." She said. And I beckoned her to go on.
She told me that when I left she was afraid I though you wouldn't come back and that she cried almost every day. "Then this boy came and we became friends. He told me to just get over you and that he didn't think you where going to come back. I started to believe him and then he asked to be my boyfriend, honestly I was astounded and afraid but he persuaded me. When you came back I was going to tell him we where over but he attacked me and I was caught under his spell and then you saw us. I was too afraid to tell you what had happened at first but when I did you wouldn't listen. I'm sorry for this but I love you I always have and always will but I know that I can't do anything to change your mind. I just wanted you to hear my side of the story." "Get out of my site I never want to see you again I thought that we could move forward but I see you will never stop being this way." I was so mad that she had made my wedding a disaster. Just then Artemis grabbed my arm. I looked down at my feet and felt how enraged I was. I relaxed and saw that everyone in the entire church was staring at me, they all had faces of sheer terror. I looked back at my beautiful goddess and we walked back up the isle. "Calm down sweat heart your scaring everyone," she said through the gaps in her teeth. I felt a lump growing in my throat but I let out a soft cough and continued with the ceremony, I could see Annabeth out of the corner of my eye as she ran for the door I noticed she was crying. I was so mad at her but I couldn't help but feel sorry for her either. I had so many good memories with her and I knew that we had to be at least friends. "Don't go" I told Annabeth threw her mind. She turned back and looked straight at me. She saw the nearest bench and sat down sliding her way to the far back corner of the room.
As the wedding came to a close everyone witnessed as Hera said you may now kiss the bride. And so I did. Her lips tasted better then anything I have ever even imagined, ten times as sweet and, soft as before. I couldn't wait for the day to end. The party began in the next room over but it was in a completely different scene. It seemed to me that we where on the moon. Since I didn't do any of the planning I should've expected something like this from Aphrodite. My black tux turned to a navy blue jacket and my pants where navy as well. My tie began to shimmer from a black bow to a normal silver tie. When I looked back at Artemis her long wedding gown had transformed into a gorgeous silver blue cocktail dress. She looked as beautiful as before. I noticed that all the demigods ad been granted power to sustain the pressure and the oxygen levels. I walked over to a table with my new wife and we sat down. We talked for a while cracking jokes and laughing our asses off especially when Apollo came over. After a while a slow song came on and I got up offering my hand to Artemis. "Come Artemis let us bathe the stars in your beauty," I said as she took ahold of my hand. "You truly are the god to my idolatry" she whispered in my ear during the dance.. I stopped and took her shoulders in my hands and pushed her back to where I could she her eyes, her silver beautiful eyes. She looked at me with a confused look in her face, "what, was it something I said?" she asked. "You truly are the goddess to my idolatry" I replied before I started to kiss her.
